Hi team My name is Aarti Shinde and my employee I'd is 143175 and my complaint is that I have resigned in January 2016 and still I have not receive FNF and whenever I am calling to the HR I am not getting proper response from them even that are not helping about how to fill PF form and where I have to submit...

On July 23rd, 2015 when I try to transfer the money I couldn't able to do any transaction . When I contacted customer care and came to know that my account has been freeze for address issue but I have submitted my address proof in Bangalore, Bommasandra branch but don't why is happened. This is really a very big concern for me, with out prior intimation don't know how bank have freeze my account. Please do the needful ASAP.

Managers come as they wish & take lot of breaks. we have to work for 10-11 hours daily with only 20 minutes break. Managers scold in bad words on floor & HR manager also not supporting us. If we complaint to HR manager, next day manager will know about that & we will be targeted. Managers, hr manager & team leaders drink alcohol and take drugs & come to office. HR manager also support them. No one to question them, they treat employees like slaves.

@ Mysore HGS, An Airtel Customer Care, Karnataka prepaid process Executives are been treated like slaves. Executives are working for the HGS Company and they are paid for there hard work. They are not working for the AMO's or the higher positioned employees than executives to use bad words for executives such as bleady and some more bad words.No proper break for having food. Working for nine hours continues without proper break is an impossible one. Break hours for AMO's and TL's are half an hour. If Executives delay from break for one minutes, they get scoldings in abussed langauage. For one minute late appearance they force us to extend the login for more than half an hour.They are not getting correct leave for sickness and other needed purpose even for the emergency of family problems.
Although nine hours login were given by the executives with good monthly performance, Allowances are not payed properly. If they ask reason for the reduction in the salary amount, without any proof blindly Team leaders says no login hours and monthly performance.
In HGS Mysore, we can see the Casteism of Hindu and Muslism inbetween the Executives from AMO's. This is happening from past two to three years. Each and every single Executives are being suffered from this groupism.
AMO's -- Nizam, Paul Raj Sachin & Lingraj and some of the Team leaders.

Please do refer this issue and help the Exectives to work for the company with good environment in the Company. This is an Complaint on behalf of all the Executives working in HGS, Mysore in airtel prepaid solution. If the problem doesnt resolved as soon as it can then we need to get through next level for solution.

Iam Sangeeta Dmello My previous employer Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd Hyderabad' had submitted my PF form to my organisation on 13th July'10.But i have not recieved the amount yet.I tried to check with the HR team but they say that my application is already been submitted & i should check with the PF dept & gave me the phone numbers[protected] / 22279130 / 23721366 /[protected] but for my surprise any time i call up either the lines are busy or none of them are there to answer the call.When logged in to the website www.epfbng.kar.nic.in never in the life it shows the status of the PF.If this is the case then how can we trust the PF Dept who never responds well.Kindly look into the issue & do the needful on high priority as iam the only person who earns at home who has lot of financial crisis.Looking forward for a positive response ahead considering this case as high priority one.Below are my details for your reference.

This is R.Srinivasan. While i checked my EPF remarks status through website that which is shows like Work Sheet prepared on 10/06/2010. The Next stage is payment scroll preparation. Pl Wait. But past 3 month whenever i checked which is shows like this remarks only. when i checked with my collegue, they told me that they all are got EPF money mean time they all are apply for EPF after then me only. I am Sergius Millet,was working in Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd in Bangalore from 16/01/2006 till 01/05/2009.
My PF no.is KN/46294/1862.
This is my second complaint,since there was no action taken on the first complaint,I had to complain again.

I had filed for the PF amount on 16th June,2009 and then I called my company to know,when my PF File was forwarded to the PF Dept(PF Office),they informed that it was forwarded on the 26th of June,2009.

Please have mercy on me and try and get me the PF amount as soon as possible,as it is already 4 months.

Mainly Airtel's Customer care, Kerala Prepaid process the executives are behaved like " slaves and more than that " ! . They are indulged to do nine hours continues job without proper break for having food .Or no breaks . They are not getting correct leave for sickness and other needed purpose . GM and PM are just utilizing the customer care executives to the extreme limits for the growth of company . Even in the Central jail we will not find such attitude from the work enviornment . No one in that company is satisfied with the work Force . Also some tyrants has been emplimented in that company to amke all type of pressures . Cruel harrasment is going on there . A single executive is handling more than 230 calls per day without proper break . Even though complany is leading BPO the executives are cruely behaved with no proper food and drinks to have at office in that buzy enviornment with any main Targets that are to hard to handle for an individual . Also the salary is too low to live in that metropolitan city like Chennai. Every month more that 50 + agents are leaving frm that office due to these pressuress. In office enviornment also there is no Centralized or normal Air conditioner not only airconditioner, but also no proper Fans to handle that pressure . In that pressurized enviornment the Systems are dead slow, benith not worthy or proper working one.
Also evry week this hard working executives are been terminated with out any proper reasons or with any HR policies. No clear documentation or records are there for this termination . For noone they are giving any combansation . For more details plz highlight this issue nation wide so that in future we indians can get an good working enviornment.
