Sir/Madam,
I serve you this notice as per the instruction of my above named client that:
My client has availed a loan for purchasing a two wheeler namely Honda Activa 5G (HMSI) from your esteemed organisation bearing Loan no. ORBUBTTW07583.
1. That, the same loan was amounting to Rs. 48, 800/- and date of sanction of the loan date was 22th September, 2018.
2. That, for the purpose of repayment of the said loan, it was agreed between you and my client to repay in 36 instalments, for which my client has issued 36 nos. of post dated cheques in the name of your organisation, on the date of sanction of the said loan.
3. That, during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, your organization has not deposited same of the post dated cheques as a result some over dues approximately of Rs 9459.00 was arose in the said loan account as on 31st March 2022 and in this matter my client has no fault at all.
4. That, on dtd. 21st June 2022 and 27th June 2022 the vehicle recovery agency staffs from your organisation blocked my client at Sisupalgada Square and Khandagiri Square respectively, for the purpose of forcefully possession of the said vehicle. And after due request the staffs of your recovery agency threatened my client with dare consequences and threatened to make

payments within 24 hours otherwise they will take forcefully possession of the said vehicle.
5. That, on dt. 22nd April 2022, your organisation has issued a regular demand notice to my client through Mr. M. Mahesh Kumar, Advocate 37, Agastiyar Street (Upstairs), Rathnamamal Colony, Saligrammam, Chennai-600093, demanded an amount of Rs. 9459.00 due as on date of 31st March 2022 to my client.
6. That, after receipt of the said notice my client visited your branch at 3rd Floor Creative Plaaza, Rasulgargh, Bhubaneswar and you demanded an amount of Rs 24700.00 towards over dues.
7. That, it is quite surprise to note that as on 31st March 2022 Your demand was Rs. 9459.00, which is increased to near about three times within a period of 3 and half months i.e., Rs. 24700.00, thereafter the branch staffs reduced the amount to Rs.15300.00. As a result my client is undergone in deep stress and mental agony out such situation.
8. That, such a change of demand of Rs. 24700.00 to Rs 15300 instead of Rs. 9459.00, from Your Branch is completely illegal and involves cheating and grabbing money with evil intention in the eye of law.
Therefore, you are called upon to intimate the desire of performance of your part within a period of 15 days to the undersigned.
Hence the consequences.
