Hi my name is prakash Surve, i paid my bike emi to your agents and all bank statement already submitted in kalyan office 2 years ago but still there my payment is showing pending from your end there is not directly customer care department in Mumbai, due to your recovery agents i register local complaint for me and my bike safety so please provide me immediately solution from your end if you want i can provide all payments details.my contact number is [protected] / [protected]

I went to take Home Loan through SBI. The bankers told that you have already took finance from Hinduja Finance Company Ltd.

When i search all the details, i found that some one alok sharma using my cibil and got the loan from your company.

This is forgery to use another cibil for finance.

When I contact to Raipur Hinduja Office on 10.08.2022 they told that we send a mail to head office for sending the soft copy of document but till date not resolve my problem.

Please rectify my issue.

I had taken EMI loan for my bike Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X Red with Registration No. AS01DZ6863 for which installment started in May 2019. Within a year all installments had been cleared but yet I have not received NOC from the company. I need NOC urgently due to vehicle transfer to other state.
But company did not respond.

Please initiate action.

Sir I am Raju Kumar having a three wheeler auto loan from hinduja finance patna branch wide contract no --ESPTPNSV02917.sir I am regularly pay my emi from last three years .my agreement of loan amount is 341580 in which I am already paid 275000 approx in my loan account.my loan is not n.p.a . without any notice my auto is forcely repossessed and my driver is beaten by un Authorized agency A V INFRASTRUCTURE by the help of hinduja employee.regarding this sir Supreme court guidelines is very clear about notice and fight .But hinduja manager Deepak Kumar Karn is not following any legal process of repossession of vehicles.my contact number is [protected]

I have not taken finance from you... But it is reflecting on my RC Book( Smart Card) as Hypothecated from your finance.. I had visited our Aurangabad branch ( Maharashtra). They have also check online.. They also cleared that you not taken finance from your company...
So i need no objection OR clearance from your side. So that i will get my RC Book ( Smart Card) from RTO Office without reflecting Hypothecated...

This is Sukanta Kumar Pradhan Loan account no in Hinduja Leyland Finance is ORBEBMTW07089.I took the loan on 3/9/2019 for the tenure of 24 months .I received one SMS from HLF that they received last cash payment towards my loan account ORBEBMTW07089, After some month I received that you have due of 8529/- Rs. towards your loan account. Again after some month received SMS that you have due of 15014.after that I visited near the HLF office regarding this complaint, They told that you have charged moratorium charge for not paying EMI on that time whenever I have available balance on my account on that time, but they didn't deduct it from my account, And they unnecessarily charged moratorium charge, fine and they told that i have One EMI is due out of 24 Tenures, But previously i told that i received that you paid the last EMI amount, And after that also no collection Boy called me for my EMI amount, But I received this type SMS and reply from the HLF office.

Here another embarrassing moment for me that there are 4-5 seize boys followed me and threatened me to took the Bike and make the payment.
Otherwise they will took my Bike, Whenever i paid almost 23 EMI and penalty charges whatever and I have rest One EMI, that too also i m ready to pay But they are Forcing me to pay Moratorium charge, penalty etc.
This company is doing Really fraud and GOON type behavior with their customer, I already to pay the My 1 EMI But i can't pay the Other charges .
Kindly take some Action to that company (Hinduja Leyland Finance), for doing fraud with customers and doing unethical behavior .
They keep private GOONs to Threatened to the customers.

I am Sukanta Kumar Pradhan, Contract no:ORBEBMTW07089, Whenever I paid the 23 out of 24 installment, after that also i am charged extra 10k-12k moratorium charges, whenever I don't have that idea also why and when its taken by me, whenever i have already balance in my account on the due date. And one more thing that in December I got one SMS that this is the last EMI of my loan account.
when I went to the office they told me that I left 1 EMI but you have charged 12k extra moratorium charges, And
One more bad thing also that three times the collection boy or some GOONs provided by the Hinduja finance try to get the Bike from me, This is really ridiculous.
They are behaving like a thief to me, their behavior is so bad towards a customer, whenever I am ready to pay my last EMI also, which is unknown to me also . I got SMS that they received the last payment towards the loan account after that I felt that loan is closed they why i am going to pay again, so I didn't maintain balance on that account.

This is regarding an issue pertaining to the extra EMI money being deducted every month. It hasn't been resolved despite several reminders. Another e-mail has been sent before this, but no response has been received yet. It's been over a month.

The agreed finance amount for this vehicle is Rs 67, 000.00 and the finance charges are Rs 13, 320.00, which makes it Rs 80320.00. Contrary to this the agreed amount, the amount deducted to date is 14, 752/-. I would request you to go through the previous e-mail from the same e-mail id.

Please, carefully look into all the transactions that have been happening at your end and proceed accordingly. The approach has been very complacent, and the matter is not been taken seriously at your end. There should be a guided channel for the customer to approach such cases more efficiently.

To go through the enquiry process every month for the same isn't needed after the agreed amount has been duly deducted.

I have paid all my Emi now. So as per my Bankstatment I have no pending Emi or loan now still your bank deducted my extra Emi i.e. 25th Emi

I have visited your office many times to stop Emi and refund...

Non issuance of NOC against my contract no. PJMHPMSV00026 after clearing all amount in r/o Rahul Burathoki. Even After two months I am not provided NOC.

Hello, I take loan of ₹ 4, 02, 769 from HLF. And now I want to foreclose remaining loan amount. According to HLF Connect app my remaining loan amount is 2, 87, 092 ₹. And when I try do foreclose from I'm unable to do it. So I called a person who completes my loan procedure. When I ask him about the foreclosure amount he asking me to pay 3, 01, 000 something but when I ask him why he taking something around 14000 extra he directly say come to the office and talk with my senior but the point is the way he's talk is so arrogant and rubbish. And if I'm asking him query his work to solve it. So my humble request to HLF team to plz look into it and plz assist me to foreclose my loan. Some kind of issues I want to close it asap.
