I bought a vespa on 13/09/2018 From ajinkyatara automobiles and services, satara and also got a loan from showroom itself of Hinduja leyland finance and i have paid all the instalments and have cleared the loan, but I still get messages of installments not paid. I have receipts of most of the installments and I have paid online so I have proof Of payment and this has affected my civil score badly.

Their seems to be some fraud from the employee of Hinduja leyland finance so plz take action

I paid my full EMI on time monthly via HLF Collective Executive employee (Collective Executive Name-Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pachar-HSL12588). I have my all Paid EMI slip given by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pachar but yet till time showing my outstanding balance.
Due to the mistake of an employee, our loan has not been cleared yet, while we have cleared the entire loan, for which we have all the receipts which Mr. Sanjay Kumar has given.
Sir, Request you to, Kindly Resolve the issue at earliest, I have always been grateful to you.

My loan period is over so I went to take settlement. I came to know that there are lot of fraud transactions done. I have gone through the statement and I found that there is no entry for few months which I paid money. I have bills and proofs. I sent mail to the customer care but there is no response. I spoke with the person who came to collect money from me, his response is very bad he is like threatening me. And the manager over there is also not giving proper response. I think they have shared my money within themselves. Kindly take action I need each and everyone to be brought to light in the issue

Hello,

I clear my bike laon EMI account in the month of 11th February 2022 by paying all the remaining EMI in the Hinduja Leyland finance Pune.

Still on 9th March 2022 EMI of 4869Rs.is deducted from my account even after I nill my account in the month of February.

So, I want this amount to refunded me as soon as possible.

I was do all the followup with Pune hinduja finance office employees also I drop the mail regarding my EMI deduction on 30 April 2022 on mail id of [protected]@hindujaleylandfinance.com
Till now I did not get any reply from them.
I want my refund as soon as possible.

But suddenly before three day of this mont they allso sending legale notice from court 37000 ruppes and pay will be urgent bassic and this your pending EMI Icould not understand why .?How much will be pay ?

I had taken loam from hinduja finance on my bike with reg no. R01TS3362. I need the statrment of the same rom the starting(jan 2020 starting) to till date.

I've never been a guarantor for any sanctioned loan. When I check my credit score it shows a loan of 1.5million and me as a gurantor with loan account number ESMZMU01083.
This is impacting my credit score badly.

The two wheeler loan had been cleared and paid in the stipulated time ( 2years ) to Hinduja Finance.
I was contacted by Hinduja Finance for 1 pending instalment (6983 INR) which was paid with late dues .
Prior to which an Employee from hinduja Finance (Ketan raje -Pune ) contacted me, and my 2 financial undersigned contacts for paying the due payment on PAYTM /UPI to his personal account. On obvious grounds that the payment should be electronically deducted.
On non compliance with Ketan he gave threats to make me defaulter for one year.
When hinduja contacted me, and i spoke to customer service, I PROVIDED THEM ALL THE DEBIT MESSAGES FOR THE TIME THEY FOUND NO RECORDS FOR DEBIT .
NO RESPONSE CAME FROM CHENNAI OFFICE OF HINDUJA FINANCE LTD
Later I was contacted by their clearance officer unofficially and he asked for the same and i provided all the details

Because the changes where not made and no clearance was provided I wasn't able to procure it.
