I am Rajendra Kumar Dashmohapatra from Bhadrak Odisha.This is inform u that my CIBIL score showes I have a loan on Hinduja Leyland finance, which is not taken by me.I don't know who did this. Please have a look and resolve this fault.I didn't take any kind of loan.

I Have Cleared all my EMI for MY bike Loan, But till date I have not received my NOC, Now when I want to sell my bike for my finance issue I was unable to transfer its new owner name as i have not NOC which is must required document in RTO Office, Please send my NOC ASAP.

I did writes so many complaint against you, but still i have not received any response from Hinduja Leyland Finance.

Please help me, I'm getting Notice from Court behalf Hinduja Leyland Finance, But they are not solving my problem

My 3wheeler contract no ATNENESV13678 and paid 5th installment of October 10th.but tirumala Finance in nellore district paid only 3emi. I bring to the notice of franchise in charge of nellore. He said that you should had taken Finance in axis bank or multinational institutions rather than hinduja leyland finance 2 emi are pending which already paid please update my loan details in hlf connect app not yet updated, have been asking for 5 months

My original documents not received i have cleared loan amount to the agent in the month of July till i not received my doc. my loan application no is MH/AMR/AMRA/A[protected]. I have regularly visit the branch at Amravati, Maharashtra but they are not responding. so please do needful as soon as possible it is so urgent to me

My NOC not received i paid amount to the agent in the month of April sum of rs 12, 673/- till i not received my noc the agent was done fraud no one from company not responding for my issue and agent was not answering for my calls and no was not helping in karimnagar kamman branch and saing that till i need to pay 18, 000/- but i settled total amount to the agent. plz help me I have not any choice one i need do suside(dead).

The agent was saying from last 5 months that my noc was issued but not get in post from one month he not lifting my calls.

I did pay my EMis all on time, except pandemic time only that i was delayed only one emi because that time moratorium was active,

As per last telephonic talk with your regional officer abhimanu mo.[protected], he asked me for bank statement from Dec.2019 to May, 2022
He checked all the EMIs that we had paid on time except pandemic time, because that time moratorium was active
And your executive officer abhimanu said to me that he did so many mail to head office for issuing NOC but abhimanu told me that they are not answering & didn't get any revert back from our head office, abhimanu told me that your are not only one who didn't get NOC,

20 customer in the queue they are also getting same problem, abhimanu told that i am a employee of company & nothing in my hand and said it's company faults not mine fault, abhimanu said can't help to anybody & he said do whenever you want.

If I will not get any revert back from your side then i will do twit as well, and will do FIR against you in the court all you all harrassing us and sending notices from your side,

My Name Is Liyakat Ali I have taken Two Wheeler loan from Hinduja Leyland, I have cleared all the EMI'S but I did not pay one emi on time when pandemic out reached that time government said monitoriam is active so all of Indian citizen don't need to pay any loan emi due to pandemic, Only in the pandemic I did not pay my emi on time but others time I did pay my EMI's on time, now Hinduja officer harassing me and sending me court notices to my home, and one more thing that i wanted to inform ibefores 4 month I gave my bank statement from 2019 to as on 2022, but their officer didn't respond & officer told me that you will got a call from our head office but till today i didn't get any call from them side, i need justice.

Loan closed and not received the original documents yet. It has been 2 weeks ago closed my loan. Still waiting for the original documents. I have made an agreement to sell my property, so that the buyer closed my loan completely and still waiting for the original documents to receive.

I'm not sure why it is taking this much time to return the original docs. Buyer booked the slot to make the registration 28-Sep-2022. Till now waiting for the documents. Loan manager given the commitment that he will return the original docs in a week after closing the loan. But its been 2 weeks then.

Why the peoples are giving false commitments if they are not able to do.?

At any cost, the registration should happen on the said date. So need the docs by today or max by tomorrow. Do the needful, else will take escalate this issue.

If a day missed in EMI, how the bank peoples behave and add the interest for interest and fines and lot more mental torchers. I have paid total amount and waiting. Will they pay any interest to me for that?
