From the month of 04/2020 to 08/2020 your company did not collect money from my account.

I approached your DINDIGUL BRANCH several times to know the loan status but there is no proper response from your staff and i didnt get any details from this office.

Last month I applied for a Business loan in my near Bank and from there i came to know about that in my CIBIL report your CIBIL department made me a loan guarantor in a commercial vehicle Loan and it is affecting my CIBIL score so badly due to which I can’t get any loan.

First of all I have nothing to do with that loan. I have never became a loan guarantor of any loan. And my bank manager also told me that in that loan the loan payer didn’t paid any of his EMI due to which my Cibil score has badly affected. And I am became a defaulter in eyes of bank.
The account number of that loan account is:- ESSDKRSV00094.

When I came to know about this I visited on cibil.com and made a dispute regarding that loan account which was showing in my Cibil report on 29 September 2021 and after some days Cibil replied me that there is no change made in my Cibil report because your CIBIL department didn’t respond about that dispute.

After this reply from cibil.com I visited the nearest branch of Hinduja Leyland finance and there I told the manager the whole story and then that Hinduja Leyland finance manager check my PAN card and Aadhaar card on their system and found nothing loan related to my PAN card or Aadhaar card. And they told me to again raise a dispute in cibil.com and I raised a Dispute again.

Now I want to request you that please respond at that mistake because due to this mistake and my loan is a stucked and I want to get it cleared immediately.

Sub : Seeking Compensation due to Hindujas Leylad’s error reflecting damages in CIBIL Score
I Premkumar, had got a loan for my vehicle from your esteemed Organisation on 2020 My vehicle Registration number is (TN68AB8767). I had cleared all my dues last year but when asked for No Objection Certificate, I was told I had an outstanding value although I had paid all my dues (with Penalty for few). When asked about the Information pertaining to this, The Area Manager (Rajendhran) had simply put in as an employee error. Due to this negligence from your organisation’s end my CIBIL Score has become poor and I have not been able to avail loans to meet my expectations. This has caused serious psychological damages and I have been mentally hurt because of this.
Furthermore, when Confronted with the Area Manager he had simply said you can take whatever action you want and we’ll face it. This has added additional stress to me as it’s a total lack and Inefficiency of the Zonal Manager to understand my Query. Attaching all the invoices paid along with this email and the details of the Employee who had failed to upload the details in the system for the payments received.still now I didn’t get NOC

I have faced too many insults because of this issue and ask you to take a prompt action and provide me with either compensation which may seem fit for the Psychological damages caused to me or find a way to reverse and increase my cred score.

I would like to pay the complete loan taken on my vehicle (TS08GY5205) and get a NOC, But there is no direct contact or address to reach to the company regarding this.
