My self tarun kumar, i have an loan agreement with hinduja leyland finance limited. On 1 sep 2021 i payed my installment of 3033rs/- via HFL app. But on 5 sep payment deducted from my account. After 15 days, payment not refunded till date. My loan no- PJJLBBTW00003

Sir i am sarvesh kumar . I have not apply any loan from u
But a four wheeler comercial vehical loan showing in my account (ESSDMPSV00212) sanctioned in 2020 this account badly effect my cibil account i request you to please withdraw this account from my cibiL
No one is taking action about this if this issue get not resolve then i am going to taking legal action...

In the month of April i have closed this two wheeler loan, but after closing the loan, i have been debited the EMI amount. When I checked with one of the hinduja employee he told me that, it was mistakenly debited and it will be refunded.

Till now i dint get the full refund. i have contacted Rajesh many times but he is not responding properly. Somehow i felt that Rajesh is is cheating me and he has done fraud by taking that amount. please refund my amount and take necessary action on. His mbl no is [protected]

I'm Manoj Kumar my Loan Agreement No- DHDLLXTW01697 and Vehicle Reg No- DL5SBC-2128 (Honda Activa 4g).
On 15/01/2019, I have cleared all the payments in a full settlement in at home and I also goes to branch do many times but still not received a Non-Objection Certificate. Officers in HeadOffice is knowing this or not about irresponsible and careless behavior.
kindly take necessary actions at the earliest.

My two wheeler loan was closed 10 years back and i did not receive the NOC.
I visited branch office in Hyderabad couple of times long back and i did not get proper answer. I tried to visit office in Hyderabad now but i dont find any HLF office in Hyd.
Please send the NOC to my mail and to address.

Hai as I have cleared all tha EMI, so I’m requesting for NOC, bike registration [TN12Y2225] my mail id [[protected]@gmail.com] pls send the noc to this mail.

We have done our finance to Hinduja leyland finance for 36 Month. our loan was deducted through online month by month. LAST EMI not deducted from financier side after we are visited to our fancier address which is available transporter nagar, Rajapark, jaipur branch there are present Mr. Kuldeep Mob... we have shown our last bank statement details for clarification the amount available or not during EMI period. but they are denied to us we don't know and as per our record showing EMI not received from your side with Interest.this is totally fraud from fancier side .

so i suggested to you, Before finance loan, carefully checked and decide to it.

This has a reference to the above subject. I am customer of Hinduja Leyland Finance with Contract No. MHPUPNTW06305.
I have taken a loan for Two wheeler(TVS Jupiter) on 30.10.2018 of INR. 67000.
I have foreclosed the same all charges and remaining amount(Total INR. 72233) on 31.12.2018 of which receipt is attached for your reference.
At the time of foreclosing Pune Deccan branch person said you will receive your NOC by courier on your registered address. Till now I have not received any NOC from your side.
Instead they have given my name with details to third party recovery agencies.
They threatened me and took my vehicle. After providing the foreclosure copy to them they released my vehicle after discussing with branch people but took INR. 4500/- charge for recovery. This happened multiple time.

After that I visited Pune Deccan branch office for clarification on 27.01.2021, then they told me that a mistake happened from them that they have not closed my account. After discussing the issue they have put my details for revival. But till now i have not received any feedback/reply on the same.

I request you to please look into the same and provide me NOC on an urgent basis.

I bought a bike 2019 of 18 month EMIs. And were over in the month of August 2021 after that also EMIs was deducted in the month of september 2021,

I request you to look into the issue and stop deducting EMIs from my account and settle the account so that I shall be thankful.

I am Narendra Giri on 13 November 2017 I Bought a Honda Activa 125 whose registration number is DL3SDW2753. Which I financed from Hinduja Leyland Finance Company.
Whose all the installments were completed on 5th June 2019 whereas I am worried to get my NOC for more than 2 years and my NOC is not being given to me by Hinduja Leyland Finance Company.
