I would like to inform you that I had availed bike finance facility on 2019 from your origination and completed all necessary formalities as per your requirement

My first EMI deducted correctly but from next EMI some less amount deducted ( there was mistake in ECS) even if there was sufficient balance in my account. After few days I had contacted your officer Mr. Khirendra Pradhan who was sitting at Bhubaneswar . After discussing with him, they stopped my auto EMI and started collecting manually. along with all uppaid amount also. that Time its cleared ( I have payment proof also) But still my earlier amount is not paid (because of mistake in ECS from your end ) . I can't believe that how does this possible.

Now I am getting message that still my EMI is unpaid and necessary legal actions will be taken against me.

Here my doubt, how is it possible, how cum I trust this organization.

I facing lot issues and your local people also started threatening me.

Requesting please take necessary action and do the needful.

My loan tenure was only 18 Months from May-2016 to Oct'17. But When my CIBIL reports created it is showing late payments for year of 2018 and 2019.

Whereas my loan itself completed in Oct'17. Please rectify this as it is affecting my CIBIL and it will create problem for me in future when i have to apply for other loans.

I purchase repo asset but this asset show of other finance company
how the Company sold that asset to Me. and also proved the NOC of the Particular Name and Number.

is it company fraud to customer as well as others.

ESPTPN02272 is the restructured loan account no. and ESPTPN01615 is the old account no. Name of the owner is Ravindra Kumar, who was my father. He died of Corona on 1st may 2021. he had financed 14 wheeler trick from hinduja which is the only source of income for my family. The people at patna office of hinduja have been strolling us from months in the name of N.O.C. and procedures. My father had paid for loan suraksha for finance amount which was mandatory at the time of finance. A person named Ravi at patna Hinduja office has been strolling us for months in the name of noc. I have given several applications to the office but still have not received any rely from the company. It has been 7 months and we have no source of income. please look into the test.
