I purchase repo asset but this asset show of other finance company
how the Company sold that asset to Me. and also proved the NOC of the Particular Name and Number.

is it company fraud to customer as well as others.

ESPTPN02272 is the restructured loan account no. and ESPTPN01615 is the old account no. Name of the owner is Ravindra Kumar, who was my father. He died of Corona on 1st may 2021. he had financed 14 wheeler trick from hinduja which is the only source of income for my family. The people at patna office of hinduja have been strolling us from months in the name of N.O.C. and procedures. My father had paid for loan suraksha for finance amount which was mandatory at the time of finance. A person named Ravi at patna Hinduja office has been strolling us for months in the name of noc. I have given several applications to the office but still have not received any rely from the company. It has been 7 months and we have no source of income. please look into the test.

My loan period was from September 2017 to August 2020. I have completed my 36 th emi in July 2020. I have never applied for moratorium but your company has added moratorium charges on my loan amount and for that my account is showing extra charges. All my due amount is currently two bounce charges which I will have to pay, but your company has started wrongfully charging emi from October 2020 again, when my emi has been completed in July 2020 and that made my bounce charges from 2 to 7.
I went to the local Hinduja office many times in Wood Street, Kolkata and complained regarding to my issue but till date I did not get any results.
I am requesting you for the waiver of these extra charges or else I will not be able to get my NOC even when I clear my two bounce charges.

Dear sir I paid Every EMI on time then whole EMIs cleared (30) but they again asking 2 EMIs I discussed about this issue from 10th of January 2021. It their staff also said your EMIs all are cleared but here shows remain 2 EMIs pending so I will send a Mail to superior he will revert within 1 week then you will get clearance staff said. But still now I didn’t get any response from them I visit every 15-20 days to Hinduja leyland finance office but they said I didn’t get any response from my supervisor.

I also requested many times closed my loan because I have submitted own vehicle on dated[protected] and received vehicle submition letter on[protected].I visit your Hinduja Layland finance Madhubani Bihar branch and meet branch manager and request to close my loan and provide NOC.but he is without any information and without documentation new Loan open for my name.this is fraud.please shortout for the issue otherwise I will take legal action.
