Hello sir, My self Mandadapu satyanarayana, I availed a commercial vehicle loan on[protected]. I received Noc letter from company .but still the Overdue amount is reflecting in cibil.That has been showing in my Guarrantor cibil also.so pls rectifty the problem and clear the overdue from my account and including Guarrantor Cibil also.

I have paid four regular installment of rs 10700/- monthly thereafter I Prepay 245000/- on[protected], at that time Mr Maniram their staff at Nokha branch told that there is nominal amount of 2500/- outstanding since you are prepaying you need not to pay that amount, I will waive it. now it showing outstanding amount of Rs 95000/- . I am visiting Bikaner office from last three months but my issue is not resolved. company is saying you have to pay 95000/- for keeping 2500/- outstanding.
I am harassed and new loans are on also hold.
Please help and resolve the matter

My loan contract no ESSUSITW04222. I have paid all my due and closed the loan on june 2021 for my bike loan . but Hinduja leyland finance is stll not issuing my NOC. Even after 5 months. I have tried to contact them maney times but their is no response from their side.

My Bike RJ49 SB 8218 finance in OCT 2016 AND I complete All EMI in July 2017 But Not received NOC LATTER .

I am kalyanjyoti das grantor of Basudhar das, bashu dhar das has beed buy Ape Truk Pick Up Van in 2011, (AS01DC5658). but he has been not completed emi timely so your finance return take Ape Truk Pick up van, still now my cibil report showing suit field but I am grantor.
So please remove suit field from my cibil .

I have cleared my all EMI but didn't they provide NOC of my bike.I visited at Hinduja Finance office about the problem of NOC.In application of Hinduja it was showing 1391 overdue I don't know why it was showing.I have cleared my all emi on time during Covid case also.So I have visited in Hinduja Finance office at Durgapur West Bengal to know the reason why they are not provide my NOC.So i have asked to the staff of the Hinduja Finance company they told ours all emi Cleared it was showing insurance company amount due.You don't have to pay these overdue amount.I just going to waived off these overdue amount.But still it was showing in my application.It was also impact my cibil also.I have mailed also and trying to call Hinduja Finance customer care number but nobody response.My registered mobile number is [protected].I am also attached my loan number screenshot.

I am facing lots of issue with hinduja, emi is already debited from my account but still transaction is not updated. Payment already happend on 5th November, 2021 through auto debit ecs and still it is not updated. I[censored]pdate not happened it will add penality and who will will be responsible for that. I don't know if payment is happening on time why update is not happening on time.

As I have to inform you that i purchased Bike Royal enfield as dated on 10/11/2019 from hinduja leyland finance they not linked with my bank account to deducted emi on time they have taken cash every month but not giving proper receiving.today they have to sease my bike on road and doing misbehave i pay then and their whole amount 7618. they realise my bike but how only two installment failed they sease my bike according to law if three installment will be failed then they have right to sease the bike but they sease in only two installment.
