      This is Simran Shaikh, for my two wheeler loan auto debit was stoped hjnduja finance didn't contact me for the payments I visited the office in Pimpri and started paying the loan by cash method. But the loan amount was not deducted and payment was shown on statement, Pimpri office mentioned of some technical issue. In 2020 Amol from hinduja with proper ID card took 15k from loan at my residence. Where again this amount is also not been seen in the system. Now the inappropriate charges is been applied to my loan amount, which is legally invalid kindly find the way out by taking proper amount or else this complaint will be filled against hinduja finance in Pune court.

                  Would like to inform you that I had took Honda activa which is financed thru your firm bearing loan no : KAMGMTTW03826. During lockdown period moratorium was applied from may 2020...but my march and april 2020 emi was deducted from my account bt in mobile app showing that moratorium applied from march bt March and april EMI was debited from my account. emi amount (Rs.2398/- per.month)and my emi.amount deduction resumed from September 2020..and now which was supposed to end by December 20, and because of lockdown 4 month emi is pending and I have to pay from Jan 2021 to april 2021... and now I had enquired in Mangalore hinduja office they informed that because of moratorium period, I have to pay additional 2 months emi along with 4 months due amount and that also Rs.2, 998 /- amount to be paid.. bt now may 2021emi was payed with extra one emi ..but still showing still 4300 rps pending which is not acceptable..So.I.would.like to request you to please close my lone ..I allready payed one extra emi.in manglore office they were not responding

                    Sir my lone num is kamgmttwo3826 I took two wheeler lone on2017..on 2020 moratorium applyd to my accnt. Bt my march 2020 and april 2020 emi was debited from my account..my lone end date was on dec 2020 only 8 emi was pending to complete da lone ..may june July Aug 2020 this 4 month emi was not debited from my account bks of moratorium..after September to dec 2020 debited from emi acnt..now they r showing that I was not payed emi from march to aug ...and they charged intrest and they now told I have to pay emi till june 2021 .. .4 month pending emi and 2 month extra + they put intreste rps 500 per month on emi ... I have ha bank statement..just go through my lone accnt you will know ..till this month I payed da emi ...please sir hlp me ..

                        I beg to say that, i am Dr Ranjit Kumar Mishra, resident of sahara bihar, i am a Doctor in sadar hospital saharsa bihar (as a medical officer ). i want to tell you that i have not taken any loan through your HInduja Leyland Finance, when i check my cibil on cibil transunion website that someone else's data is showing on my cibil account, due to which my cibil is showing not good. and i will take this things to the court if they not delete this data related to me and my cibil account.( HLF - TWO-WHEELER-LOAN- ACC NO- ESPRSHTW00032 - OWNERSHIP -JOINT ),

                        in my whole life i have taken only four successfyll loan so far, which i have completed two loan which one is (hdfc - two wheeler loan[protected]individual), 2nd one is (hdfc bank - two wheeler loan[protected]individual), 3rd one is my credit card (hdfc bank- credit card[protected] individual), 4th one is my delhi flat loan is still running (central bank of india -housing loan[protected], and i have paid all these loan well and i will continue to pay time to time. while so far in my whole life, i have neither been a gurantor of someone nor have i signed an agreement for any such loan so why is this happening on my cibil acc .so plz remove the details of this loan .

                          I have already been cleared all the emi towards my vehicle loan on 5.04.2021
                          Loan account number MAHPUPNTW07019, but still one additional installment is deducted on 05.05.2021 of rs. 3295 /-.
                          It is therefore requested to look into the issue and arrange to refund rs. 3295/- for excess recovery towards my vehicle loan and stop the deduction early as possible

                              I'm Parth Girishkumar Thakar from Vadodara and my home town is Dhari, Gujarat. I haven't taken any loan from hinduja finance- Shivranjani branch, Ahmedabad but getting continuously phone calls from that branch for payment of EMI on my personal mobile no.[protected] which is belongs to me since June, 2012. I have requested many times the branch call center but they are not taking appropriate action since last 8-10 months and just doing calls to me and disturbing me. Also call center people sometimes uses the abusive wording.

                              So, I kindly request you to please take the appropriate action and help me to avoid this unnecessary calls.

                                The issue that I have experienced was: I paid all my dues on 19/Dec/2020, after that i havent receive the NOC copy of my two wheeler loan. Its affecting my cibil score very badly. I cant apply for loan because this account is showing active in cibil

                                      vehicle.activa 6g
                                      complaint.over due
                                      when ia ma bought this vehicle
                                      my ecs was not converted automatically
                                      and i have paying by throw debit card to excutive every month
                                      i submitted many times ecs forms
                                      but it is not converted
                                      and i am paying regulor
                                      but in that ur app shows over due
                                      when i am calling ur excutive for calrity
                                      they are not responding
                                      ur side service is very bad and worst
                                      r u clearing my problem
                                      or can i go consumer court for this problem
