I had a two wheeler loan with the company contract no. Dhdldetw00505 and customer code dhtw003615. All outstanding amounts and dues are already cleared but noc still not received. I hereby request you to issue an noc in respect of the vehicle financed under the captioned loan agreement.

I have vehicle loan with hinduja leyland finance (Hlf) ref customer code mh00038973 contract no. Mhmumw01172.

Hlf sanctioned loan as guarantee cover under eclgs of rs.290000/-,

Initially i was told that this loan was to support my business and restart it.

After sometime i was told to clear oustanding of rs.87000/-before disbursement.

As you are aware that in this difficult time where for last 6 months there is no business and we are fighting for survival. I somehow managed to pay rs 87000/- and expected the disbursement within 2 days.

But again i was told to pay september 2020 emi of rs.47000/- approx..

After paying all this what is left with me?

I am not understanding why this loan was sanctioned to me? Hlf wanted to recover its due or to help my business to restart again.

If hlf want to clear its dues, it can deduct from loan. I am not in a position pay september 2020 emi now after paying 87000/-

My buses run on daily basis from virar to pachal, rajapur, ratnagiri. From march 23, 2020, there were restrictions in maharashtra by govt, on inter-district movement of buses till 31st august 2020.

From where money will come to pay emi when there is no source of income.

I request to clarify why loan was not disbursed to me when i have paid all the dues as on 31st march 2020.

I have two wheeler loan as per attached document for tenure of 36 months. But now i can see that tenure is increased to 42 months with additional 24, 036/- rps. Principal amount is 54, 000/- and you apply additional amount 24, 036?? Really?
On checking with your executive team from pune, i came to know that moratorium is applied. But i had not asked to applied moratorium nor anyone from hinduja asked me if i want the moratorium.
And even though i was paying regular emi by paytm.
I request you to please reverse this moratorium asap as i want to foreclose this account.

As a current customer, we are hereby to inform you that, in our knowledge our loan account klcoko00813 is closed on june 2019 and all emi's are paid on time. On this behalf, earlier we got the mail from hinduja finance which indicates that the emi for the month of sep 2018 is still pending, as we already paid our all emi on time and also cleared the emi for sep 2018 from our state bank of india, ayur branch with utr no. Sbin[protected] dated 29th sep 2018. For this reason our loan account is still not closed, we already informed hinduja leyland official and authorities many times, but we didn't get any single response from their side. Kindly recheck and correct the same as early as possible.

My contract no= crjbcgtw00809.
I have paid all overdue ammount= 10183/- for my loan account on 14 may 2020 through your hlf connect software.
My account is not closed yet.
After 2 month overdue amount is rupees 115/- showing me hlf software. I have paid the ammount on 2 sep 2020.
But my account is not closed yet and i have not even been given my noc certificate.
I have troubled by 5 months and this is causing my civil breakdown.

I have raised the query regarding for noc request but still i didn't get any reply from your bank side. This is for your kind information and necessary action please. This is the way you treating a customer like this. I need your immediate response. I can't download my noc through the hlf connect app it's showing loan is still on active i don't know how is it possible i completed the loan by april 2020. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
