I not done 16 late payments.. I payed amount emi ontime on given time.. Check once clearly... After completing the my loan amount also... I payed extra money... I don't know

I have bank statements also... Emi deducted on every month of 5th..
16 late payments is toomuch...

I am bonagiri venkata ramana, i would like to get my noc for two wheeler as i have completed my loan tenure by march 2020 and all emi's paid on time there was no dealy.

And i see there is an overdue amount of 1429/- added to my account that was due to some insurance policy as i had discussion with your executives on the same they said it will be waived off and noc would be issued. And since 5 months i am reaching you in all possible forum to sort this out and to get my noc but there is no progress on this.

Take my complaint at highest priority and sort this out.

I have paid all my 18 months loan dues with over due amount. (Loan amount - rs. 83, 414 and overdue amount - rs. 1913.
As agreed by hinduja, the emi amount was not deducted in ecs through my account. I have paid all my emi before due date through net banking and last emi i have paid in hlf app portal through paytm.

I'm unable to contact the hinduja agents and office in chennai.

I need the noc from you for which i got my 2 wheeler financed back in 2017. I have already cleared all my emi's however when i contacted your one of the executive by the name vivek to get the noc so he stated that i will have to pay another rs 1, 000/- then only i will get the noc from you.

My question is when i have already cleared all my dues which were all paid on time then why i have to pay another rs 1, 000 just to get the noc. It is my legal right to ask for the noc after clearing my dues.

I would request you to please mail or email me the noc asap or else will have to take certain legal action against it.

I've cleared all my bike emi payments on april-2019 but my local branch employees are delaying the issue of my noc certificate.
They are stating that the employee to whom i've paid my emi payments is not an employee anymore and he defaulted in payment of few of my emi payments so please advise.

I am struggling to get noc of my two-wheeler financed against the contract number kabnbwtw07297., my loan was cleared long back and i have done multiple visits to bangalore office with no results. Everytime i visit the bangalore office, assurance is given that a request has been registered which should be processed in one month's time and a contact point mr. Rajesh has been assigned to me. But neither he responded to my call nor to sms in the past 6 months.

I raised multiple requests through the website redressal forums, emails but again no response from your end as usual and also attempted to apply through the hlf mobile app, however it does not allow me to add contract details.

Hence, i am left with no choice and writing here to get this sorted out before moving to court as this is impacting my cibil and incorrect representation of facts in rto. I feel like hlf is harassing me now to get noc released.
