Please help to get refund on the extra amount paid on my loan. I paid extra amount as the mobile app was showing old payable amount. After i paid the amount via paytm the payable amount got in minus as i paid extra amount exceeding the total loan amount. After contacting customer care i get a response saying we will inform you shortly. But no response till now.
Please help as i need the amount back asap.

Only 2 month i had pending of loan amount but i have done payement in patym of rs 2892 on april. 7. 2020 with ref:[protected] and on the same day from ur side emi cut of rs 2808. So i have completed my loan amount but still it is showing pending amount 2900.. Stil not update in app.. Please kindly solve my problem

I think no one should do any complain against hinduja finance.. Bcoz after complaint my cibil score down -60, and now i cant apply for any loan... Just bcoz of this... I think there should be an organization who take very strict action against that kind of company like (Hinduja).. I paid my all emi even my credit score so much down... Suggest where to go for proper complaint for these type of issue occurs.. I m now very hopeless

My contract no is esduantw03817.
I have bought a bike (Suzuki gixxer 155) on 28th feb 2020 from asansol using hinduja leyland finance.
My finance amount is 87500.
My financer promised me to charge 9.5% for 30 months.
So, my emi should be 3609 rs.
But the app shows me to pay the emi of 3708 rs.
I need immediate solution.
If it starts charging 99 rs extra then after 30 months i would give approx 3000 extra. Why should i give extra money?
Solution is needed as soon as possible.

This is to keep you informed about the harassment given to me by your finance company. It is very disappointing even after clearing off all the dies still there is a deduction of amount from my bank account every month. From past two months 2701.00 is the amount getting deducted from my account. Initially on the first month informed the issue at the bidar office no resolution till date. When tried reaching regional head mr radhesham biradar at his contact number [protected] he did not received the call nor responded to any of the messages. If someone can help me in regards to this please call me in the undersigned.

I had a bike with your finance company and I have pre closed the loan 2months before the closing. I got a receipt for the same and the representative here in #BIDAR #karnataka he said I will be getting the NOC post 15days. It's been more then 5months I did not get any confirmation and most important thing is every month I am getting a deduction of ₹2701/- from my account even after clearing off all the debts. I got in touch with your regional manager named Mr Radheshyam he is giving false commitments on the same from a past 5months.
