Without my knowledge, they got a sign from my wife and ceased my car. The car registered in my name tn38 bq0792, this car registered in my name daniel. E but without my signature, they provided a loan for rs.2, 25, 000 and they put a document charge rs.25, 000. Now they ceased my car and demanding rs.2, 80, 000 after a year. Still, now my wife paid rs.1, 14, 000. I want justice,

Hinduja leyland finance has a franchise in the name of sas auto consultants karungal, nagercoil, kanyakumari district, tamilnadu. They are doing such nasty things, it's a pure village not only cheating me but many people are being cheated by them, also they are threatening people and even beating the people for not paying the loan. My humble request to please help the people around the kanyakumari district.

But in your company added Extra Amount: 1333/- (Chola Hospital Cash) . I don't know what is this Amount. So please verify and remove this amount to my loan Account.

I have closed all the payments due on the vehicle loan.. I got my noc with incorrect vehicle number so i returned it for correction... Now i have been waiting for the corrected noc to be given from almost 3mnths now... You mangalore branch employees are not being helpful or providing accurate data. This is outrageous. If there is any payment due you call up and remind us.. But if there is mistake or something pending for your end then there is no responsibility. Employees here are not even punctual to work.. Working hour states 10am to 6pm but its 11.30 and still one of the employee who handles this has not yet come

Nothing pathetic than hlf... Can't get any details of payment information of my emi... I never seen that much pathetic process in any finance company its only hlf.. Even i paid my emi.. Firstly my emi not deducted and they talking its our fault if amount not deducted from my account even i have that much balance.. I can pay 5 to 6 month emi.. Strange thing... Nothing is good in hlf.. Never recommends anyone for hlf

I ashwani kumar purchase two wheeler super splendor from arr ess janico hero, purkhoo jammu through your finance by emi process on 24 january 2020. And your financer say after month every 5th dated on month your emi rs.3522 will be cut. But till now no emi cut? Why.
And who paid that interest?
Are this is fraud financers or not? And who take responsability

आज जस्सूर (Ambuja Cement Agency) के पास Hinduja Leyland Finance Kangra branch के Officials मनोज कुमार व कुलदीप कुमार ने जबरदस्ती ड्राईवर से ट्रक की चाबी छीन ली ओर ड्राईवर को ट्रक से बाहर निकाल दिया, और ट्रक को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया।

महोदय इनके पास ट्रक को उठाने के कोर्ट के ऑर्डर नहीं है, और मेरे माँगने पर ये दोनो मुझे कोर्ट मे आदेशों की कॉपी नहीं दे रहे हैं।मेरे बार बार माँगने पर भी इन लोगो ने कोई भी ट्रक को उठाने सम्बंधित कोर्ट का ऑर्डर मुझे नहीं दिया।

ये लोग मेरी गाड़ी को आज दोपहर 12 बजे हमसे छीन कर ले गये हैं।

ये मनोज कुमार और कुलदीप कुमार रोज हमारे घर पे आके हमें Mental Harrasement करते हैं ओर जबरदस्ती कागज साइन करने को बोलते हैं।इनकी बद्सलूकी की वजह से हम लोग बड़े ज्यादा परेशान हैं।
कल दिनाक[protected] भी ये दोनो हमारे घर आये थे और हमें धमकी दे के गये की हम लोग ट्रक को उठा लेंगे, जो करना ह कर लो।

इन दोनो के विरूध कड़ी से कड़ी कारवाई की जाये।

It's been 2, year since my two wheeler emi is completed and i haven;t got my noc.
When i applied for home loan that time sbi person told me the your hinduja two wheeler loan is overdue. Need to clear frist. This is very shocking news for me when i visited the pune branch there staff in pune branch are worst they told me company taken policy. And that amount was pending from you. When i asked i[censored]r compay taken a policy and charge are pending then why not inform or contacted me at that time. Manager give me the shocking answer, he said hinduja leyland finance has not inform to customer for small amt. That is the company mistake. I have taken loan from jun 2017 and paid all emi year july 2018 regularly. After that company taken policy in month of march 2018 without taken permission of customer and they chargers 555/-and he didn't inform to customer after compeleted all emi. After two year when i visited the branch then i know the all this story. Worst case is when i paid the 555/- amount he demand me for intrest they told me, you should pay the intrest or penalty also. Total i have paid 1383/- amount in cash. After that one week he didn't provide the noc or they didn't updated the due payment. I have follow-up so many times with branch and customers care but they giving me the lablab reason. There service is so pathetic. Till date i didn't get the noc.

Hi, my contract no: mhpupmtw02821 i had taken the loan for two wheller in[protected] and it's duration was 2 year and completed on[protected] without any emi lapase and penalty. But i have received the noc which was not correct one (Wrong engine number, bike number was mentioned). I went to your chinchwad - pune office and informed about the issue and they told in some days you will get new noc with correct number. But i haven't received the noc till now and i went and visit your office around 8 times every time they said in some days you will recieved noc but still not recieved. Please help me on this please deliver the noc on me address mentioned in loan application or you can contact me for any information number is : [protected]. Hi hinduja team,

I'm planning to take loan but there is obstacle of noc regarding above mention loan. Sorry to say nobody is helping me out from hinduja after sending frequent reminder. Even local authority in hyderabad is also not responding for anything either of mail or call.
This loan has already closed in oct -2019. They people in hinduja is not working properly. They haven't updated my cibil as well which is making this worst as well.
Kindly help me to get noc for the above loan asap.

We had applied for the loan in march 2019 for 600000/- lakh rs for commercial vehicle & the loan was approved but due to some personal reason we had cancelled the loan.

Now we are applying for the fresh loan the old loan account is showing active on cibil beureo.

Need clearance for the above active account & loan amount as its passed almost 1 year now.

Need update on the above matter & need clearance on the loan account.

I'm so sad to tell this, worse experience with hinduja finance customer service, I'm complaining about my CIBIL
issue but no response from your side, I made on time payments towards my two wheeler loan monthly EMI but when I saw in credit report it is showing that I have 3 months delays, I have bank statement proof.
Please assist me on this issue, and having two wheeler loan with registration number AP 21 CG 0109.
