I have taken loan from hinduja finance and after 2 to 3 months it was affecting my cbil score and i was not know abut this and not even company deducted that the schemes which was applied by them and after this i contact the company several times the employees doesn’t respons they just say it will be solved soon and says come tomorrow, i am outside not office etc

I paid all the installation of emi but i dident get noc till now the cheque no. 882 was cleared from the bank but finance adviser said it does not received but I have bank passbook which shows it was clear on dated 20 JAN 2015 sir i did not get the noc of my vehicle till now please solve my problem as early as possible ias Early as possible thank you

Sir i borrowed loan from your for 175000 as 36 dues. agent mathan collected full amount from me on 30.05.2019 but not given receipt and no due certificate. hence i contact kangananguppam branch last weak. tge manager replied me mathan didnt paid my amount in branch. then i called to mathan and enquired him he replied as non paid my due amount for last 5 months and criminal intimated me also. please take action.

Your redressal form on your website is not working, you are also nit accepting complaints on your email id. Your customer support numbers are invalid. Please for the sake of some humanity. Resolve complaints on priority and build your customer support.

I purchased tvs apache rtr 160 up30af2594 from tvs subdealer near anand cinema hall hardoi. I paid more than half in cash and rest was financed by hinduja leyland for 10 months. I paid rupees 3590 monthly all emis from 09/12/2016 to 05/09/2017 by cheque. I applied for noc 1 and half year ago in hinduja leyland railway ganj office.. Office employees told me that company stopped two wheeler's finance but they ask me to submit application form. I filled from and submitted it in the office. They said to check in office in one month after that they said to come next but this process they continued. They were rude. So i stopped going there. From then office employees didn't give any proper response..
Please help me..

I paramananda patra bearing loan number:- orbabdtwo3400 taken loan for tvs jupiter classic scooty. On 15 march 2019 i was pay monthly emi amount (Rs. 2700) with fine to mr. Sidheswar patra working as collection agent of your company at your branch office balasore, odisha. At that time the money receipt doesn't generate so he was given his contact number for future reference that he will solve this problem. 8 months passes away still he was not concern about this matter. So many times i contact him but he excuses by silly reason.

EMI is getting deducted from Bank on 5th of each month and on my credit score it shows as payment not made for this loan account from past 15 months very payment has been made on time wanted to know the reason about this .

I am writing here to seek help to receive noc for contract number - rjjujhsv00308 / customer nr - rjsv016604.
We foreclosed the car loan for innova (Rj18 ta 5100) in june 2019 and applied for noc simultaneously. But we are yet to receive the noc from hinduja finance.

When we contact the local office we keep getting input that we are waiting for answer from jaipur. It has already been almost 4 months now. For how long will this continue?

Neither we have been informed about anything pending from our end! Whatever formalities have been asked we have duly completed them.

Can you please provide the noc for this contract at the earliest?

Hi all,

Hinduja finance is not giving noc even after full payment of my loan. They have shown false bounce charges instead. I have sent them proofs of my statement, then they agreed and have sent an informal mail that my loan has been closed but till date i have not received my noc.

Case: but as per the soa you have sent to me, there were two cheques which were bounced according to you.

1. Cheque no - 38777 - please see the transaction in my statement on 30th april in which it is cleared. (You have put two cheques on the same day, i don't know why)

2. Cheque no - 111383 - this was bounced because you put this cheque in bank on 21 august 2015. But i dont know why on 21st as my emi was scheduled to be deduct on 5th of every month. And you can see the transaction on 5th august 2015 in my statement that emi of rs.3541 has been debited.

I didnt receive the noc even after visiting the hindujaleyland finance office sardarpatel road guindy chennai for more than two times. Its been 7 years not yet received my noc & loan clearance certificate.

Hi there, i bought my bike using hinduja leyland finance on 2014 may and the loan account has been closes by 2016. Still i haven't received noc for my bike. Its becoming an issue when i tried to change my bike registration from my mother name to myself. I tried with hinduja office in my town, but they've told me that they didn't able to find loan details with my bike number which is tn82 7068 and i don't have loan details with me.

The agent told me that your bike noc papers have come to siliguri hinduja office.. But when i went to take my noc papers the manager told me it has not come yet from chennai... This is regarding the loan account number kabdbdtw02697. I have paid my emi honestly on time and closed. I don't know why still it is showing as 4 missed payments in my cibil record. Because of this i am not able to apply loan from other bank. I have already raised consumer complaints but no action is taken by hinduja leyland company. I beg you to take necessary action on the hinduja leyland company.

Sir i am one of the customer of hinduja finance actually i need to pay my last pending payment 8708/- only but kurnool branch recovery manager asking 3000/- extra money for repo agency with out any seizing.
And he was not accepting billing amount, he asking when i pay 3000/- extra then he take

just give clarity with out any problem why i need to pay? that is also with out any company receipt?

and i have asked his mobile no then also he was giving very neglect response.

Staff not responds to our issues, they don't provide enough information about our loan and everything, company doesn't provide any proper details about our pendings, they torture us when it's noc receiving time, my emi completed on march 2019 but no noc provided, no any mail received, most important thing is their customer ccare service never responds.

Hello sir/mam my self akash kumar bhujabal, mob-[protected], from - at/po-baripada, dist-mayurbhaj, state-odisha, i am already submit (Late payment due to medical problem) my two wheeler finance payment (Online) deposit on 9, dec, 2018, but yours collection department not given the payment receipt yet. Even my scoot hero pleasure yours department already collected due to payment pending.

After payment collect the employees never revived my phone and never try to meet with me, it is very disgusting service by yours company. I have proof of payment and voice record of about payment, and commitment by employee. Kindly check and response and given my sr number om complain my request asap.
