Aap ki finance company mese hamare ghar rat ko 8 baje 2 log aaye the or have kaha gaya aap ki loan amount pending hai so aap hamare sir ke sath office aake bat kar lijiye or me unke senior se bat karne ke liye unke sath nikla tabhi vo log raste me 2 ke sath or 2 logo ne milke mera bike bina kisi information ke muje bataye bina bina key ke bina leke chale gaye or mere sath mar pit bhi ki agar aap ko bike hi leke jana tha to mar pit karne ki kya jarurat thi . Aage mere ya mere bike ke sath jo bhi kuch hoga aap ki responsible rahegi.

    This is regarding the false update made by the hinduja leyland finance. I have paid my 2-wheeler loan on time but still 4- missed payment showing in the latest cibil report. Please take corrective action on this. Tho wheeler account number is kabdbdtw02697. I need loan statements as well. Please take neccessary action on this otherwise my cibil score is keep on decreasing i am not able to take loan from outside. Currently my wife is pregnant need to take loan from bank please help me.

          R/sir,
          I purchased thereof said two wheeler vide invoice 14in000212 dtd 04/05/2014 from dealer narela automatries pvt ltd to get it hypotheticate from hinduja leyland finance ltd, and my vehicle rc dl11sj1119 got stolen in the same month, i lodged a fir in respective police station, later i submitted documents for claim through an agent visited at my house to collect all documents as he advised, i handed over complete documents according to his requirement, but few days before i was again called by one executive from financier to collect due installment, i asked him the status of claim because i am waiting from last 4-5 years, but no one is helping me to know the status, and when i ask for noc, financier says first arrange to provide claim remittance, later they provide noc, today i tried to contact directly in icici lombard to know the status, i came to know that claim had already been disbursed to hinduja leyland finance ltd through star service center vide claim number mot03795004, even though the financier is forcing me regularly to call once in a month for payment of installment, it is matter of harassment.
          Request you to please check the status and confirm if the payment had already been released by icici lombard, why did we issue noc and rest of balance amount which had to be credited in our account against total claim amount.

            How could you process the loan through my pan without the authorisation of me. You didn’t even realise whose identification you’re utlitising for giving loans. This is fraud.               I, prashant kumar, was a guarantor for the four wheeler loan taken by my colleague mr. Sakur gouri shankar prasad on 25.07.2011 from m/s hinduja leyland finance vide vehicle loan contract no: jhjmja00123, engine no - 2kd6815676 and chasis no: mbj11jv[protected], for which full and final settled amount has been paid on 15.09.2017 and “settlement letter was also issued on 19.09.2017.
              Despite the full and final settlement and issuance of “settlement letter” an amount of ~ rs. 80, 000/- (Both principle + interest) is still showing as outstanding against my name at cibil, which is adversely impacting my cibil rating. The account status at cibil is still shown as “active”.
              Despite my repeated requests since october 2017 your jamshedpur branch didn’t bother to take any action to remove the aforesaid outstanding amount against my name.
              I enclose herewith a summary of the credit account information along with the settlement letter dated 19th sep 2017, for your ready reference.
              As a last ray of hope to resolve the long pending issue with your jamshedpur office, i would request your kind intervention into the matter and to pass necessary instructions to your jamshedpur office (Mr. Sanjay sinha - mob : [protected], mr. Anil kumar singh – mob: [protected]) to do the needful to remove the said outstanding amount along with interest against my name from cibil and change the account status as “closed” from “active”.

              I would appreciate your kind intervention into the matter and be remain obliged to you.

                            It is a great regret to inform u that Ur company provides very poor and disgusting service to customers. According to me, I am complaining since 3 months for my NOC certificate. Finally, I got it today with wrong registration number mentioned on it, this is very frustrating and disgusting thing.                               I had requested for a NOC two months (6th April 2019) back and I have still not received it. I called the head office in Chennai, asked them to send it to my address or the Pune branch office. They have not provided either. Then I approached the Pune Branch office I requested for a NOC and filed the request for NOC. They assured me that I will receive one at the earliest and now it's being more than two months, and I have not received it yet. I am trying to call the personnel at the office but the lady is not receiving my call.

                                I have bought a tow wheeler pulsar 150cc bike in your finance, and I have paid all installments with in time
                                I have came to your branch office in nizamabad for applying the NOC but they are saying you have paid installments late and you have to pay penalty.
                                I have paid all the installments with in time to your collection executive, I have call to your executive for collect installment but they are say our machine is not generated I will come and collect money
                                Your machine generation is not my mistake, how can I pay the late penaltys please solve the issue as soon as possible

                                  In cuttack odisha I am unable to contact any Hinduja finance executive for foreclose of my 2 wheeler loan.plz provide me the contact no asap.I m trying to contact from last 02 months.

                                  Customer service support is very poor we are fully blind about our loan .How can we resolve these type of issue .Like a big company like these type of service is shameless for Indian people.

                                    Its been more than 1 Year, I have submitted all the EMI's of my bike loan but still i haven't received the NOC from there side .

                                    Also They are continuously sending Warning letter for making the payments which i have paid already .

                                    None of the person there is ready to take the responsibility also none of the person is responding any phone calls .

                                    Due to this loan my credit score is becoming worse because of which i am unable to take loan for my personal things .

                                      I had take a home Loan from Hinduja Housing Finance Limited (HHFL) 3 years ago.
                                      They where charging Huge Rate of interest for the loan taken.
                                      Hence i applied Balance transfer to new bank.
                                      The balance transfer request got approved in new bank and they are requesting for a mail from HHFL regarding the Way of foreclosure (Transfer of money and Exchange of documents).

                                      Its been 5 months i have been contacting HHFL ppl for their reply and and update.

                                      The manager from HHFl speaks in very unethical way using very bad language and informs me we cant give u any documents or we can't proceed your foreclosure for 2 quarters as they will loose Business.

                                      Please help me to get out of it as i have been suffering from last 8 months for the foreclosure.
