Hello myself md darul ahmed from kolkata,
I have taken a two wheeler loan on mar/2017. Now i'm really frustrated from hinduja.
After my first ecs got deducted from my bank account, my previous company closed my salary account as i left the job.
After that every month within 5th of every month i have submitted my emi via cash at hinduja kolkata office. 5th was my ecs date. The manager of hinduja mr abhishek said no problem...

I bought bike with hinduja leyland finance. My loan a/c no. Is mhabagtw02377. My s. B. A/c has been debited vide cheque no. 854266 for installment of the month of dec 2016 for rs 2558 on date 19/12/16. But it is not shown in my loan a/c statmnt at aurangabad office. So i yet to receive n. O. C.
I emailed customer support but no reply. No one recieves calls at head office....

We discussed with local manager. (Visakhapatnam) but not support to discussion how to close loan and how to get noc.
And every day sending recovery office to home and creating newsence at home.
Pls help.
All necessary documents are available.
Pls discuss with visakhapatnam manager and close this loan....

I have taken loan for tvs jupiter. I had asked for bank account change.. However they are still attempting direct debit in my old bank account. And from my new bank account every 1st of month my loan is getting clear. I am paying 500/- bounce charge in old account which is already changed by hinduja finance. This is thug when asking the concern person from hinduja finance she is not reverting. Means you guys taking money from two account...

I have preclosed my vehicle loan and I was told that after 45 days I'll be getting NOC, but till now i haven't received instead loan amount is getting deducted every month.
No landline is working, all are out of service. Tried contacting manager and explained my problems. And i has been a month, I haven't got any refund till now and the next months EMI has got deducted.
This company does not have any customer care numbers working...

I take a loan in hinduja leyland finance and i paid all the emi"s and settled the account in full and get noc, but in cibil report there is a pending payment of rs. 16, 886/- and the account is still active as per cibil report. Kindly update the closure details of account in cibil.

Please provide me with my loan statement for customer contract no. Eskohwtw00248, the loan is registered in the name of sushil agarwal for a two wheeler loan of finance amount 68000. As per my records the finance amount should be 57000 as the asset was worth 97000 and down payment of rs 40000 was made through cheque.
I have on multiple occasions tried to contact the customer care provided on your website to no avail....

As your agent told me that they will take payments through bank ecs but after 2 month agent called me to tell that your payment is due of loan so i told then to use ecs but they tell me that it will not to done by ecs after that they started to call me regularly to threaten...

I have taken a two wheeler loan in Oct 15 which all EMI has been paid but till now we have not received NOC (your agent said it will reach to Ur home address). So request to send NOC on this email for further needful. as now its approx 1 year but no update about NOC neither customer care co-operate nor response of emails. its worst service.
