Along with this i have given many customers to your company. Recently i have closed my agreements with your company as i sold the machinery/ vehicles details are as follows

Now issue is that i haven't received the nocsame and original documents of said agreementshe due to which the financiers of new owners are not releasing our payments. This is highly non-professional attitude o[censored]r staff that they are not responding at all. Even they don't pick our phones and say do whatever u can do. Their communication was frustrating as well as insulting. Ironically if person holding the position of state head mr suresh (Cell [protected]) is using rough language. One of his subordinate who told us so many days back that we will receive our documents shortly doesn't pick our phone at all and we dnt call mr suresh thakur now bcz of our self respect. As i m suffering financial loss due to this so before filling a complaint in consumer court and ombudsman i thought to communicate first directly to the company so that we don't make an issue bcz of the non-professional behaviour of few. I hopened you will come out with a solution asap.

now my all loan is clear .branch manager sitaram is not issuing no dues for our vehicle. so many times i visited your company office and sent mails . branch manager says we cant issue no dues . contact company headoffice .

you are requested to solve our problem . if this is not resolved within 7 days . we will do legal procedure .

Dear sir i have taken 2 wheeler loan from your department bearing loan account no-orbubttw05764 amount sanction is-45200 and emi is-2993. From bhubaneswar branch. For 18 months emi only but in my cibil it shows that tenor of loan is 24 months. How it is possible?

Please clarify me as soon as possible. Otherwise i am bound to raise complaint against your branch.

Recently 0n 25th dec 2018 i purchased honda x blade.. At the time of loan process they said the loan emi will start debting from feb 5th 2019. The same thing was also said by the company member during a verification call.. But u people submitted the check on 23rd jan 2019. Without any proper intimation. And that check was returned. Today that is on 5th feb 2019 the emi amount is not debited. Please resolve it. And communicate to me on this number [protected]. Loan is on the name of lopiniti sudha rani.

For the first month on wards i was paid the loan emi without delay or pending, they handover my original rc book after the emi period. The only thing is i forgot to receive the noc. When i checked my cbil score after two years it shows still rs.1100 was pending and it affects my cbil score badly. This is very unfair because they already received all the emi and they don't even tell this pending amount

I got two wheeler loan at hinduja finance in guntur branch. Im closed loan 19-june 2018 amount of 2900rs.. But every month emi reflected on bank and emi 2993rs amount debited because of ecs not closed. Guntur branch very worst branch with worst two wheeler employee.. They are not responding probably.. I'm hope less because guntur branch in charge lakshman ([protected]) i call him he said "who gives you my mobile number, why are you calling me". Heis not responding and very lazy person.. Please respond my mail...in case it's not complent mail please forward this to complent mail..

My self s. M. Yadav from gujarat, himatnagar had loan for jupiter two wheeler. Have submitted all required documents. But due to one or other reason ecs is not being activated. Everytime i hv to paid cash. Thenafter as per demand have fillup another form for scs twise. Eventhough demands cash payment. I am living out of himatnagar hence it is too dificult to pay cash every time. They couldnot able to convince me why my ecs is not activated? Your negligence put me in big trouble. Not satisfied with your service. Due to your problem i even cannot pay emi on time.

Last four months my two wheeler byke passion pro 110 ecs was not cut from u. Then i was went to showroom and treatment from this peoples was very bad i am very angry from such people. If in case payment from me was not regular then u receive penalty from me it's very true, then now u give me penalty of last 4 month. And be careful about ecs will be regularly cut time to time.

Firsty i will tell you your customer care executive not responding the call.

I have taken Bike from hinduja finance

He come to my home and given me threat calls to pay the EMI at that time. Now he is asking me to pay the EMI again with interest, really this kind of cheating is done from such an brand company like HINDUJA FININACE LTD. On 24th Jan 2019 Vikrant and one police person was came and he told us that we will grab your bike and even they don’t have any right information, they don’t have any correct information of Bike and even don’t have any correct contact number and documents. They are making us fool.

I was trying to contact your department but no one is responding. Kindly share NOC letter of mine ASAP or else I will go the High court department ad will complaint.

Please i need an action taken against that thief and this feedback would be circulated in all the WEBSITES and consumer forum.

Really i am frustrated because of your company from the beginning because of you my cibil is badly affecting from the first payment still now i have problem but i dont know to whom i want to contact.

Very first payment ecs is bounced because of refer to drawee i dont know what was that i tried to know but no one explained after that i called the executive and sais what was that he said it is our mistake only and he send one executive i gave cash then he said here after i collect the cash every month i told him ok stop my ecs and i gave stop payment even after that i they deposited the ecs it got bounced so since then i am paying cash i will follow from the month beginning to pay the due they will come 20 to 25th of every month then the beauty is they will mark missed payment in cibil i dont know what to do really please sort out this immediately..

Hello myself md darul ahmed from kolkata,
I have taken a two wheeler loan on mar/2017. Now i'm really frustrated from hinduja.
After my first ecs got deducted from my bank account, my previous company closed my salary account as i left the job.
After that every month within 5th of every month i have submitted my emi via cash at hinduja kolkata office. 5th was my ecs date. The manager of hinduja mr abhishek said no problem you can pay via cash as my ecs account got closed. Since then i've paid all my emi in cash till march/2018. But i've noticed it was effecting my cibil. I told the manager he said it is better if you pay via ecs, then i've been told to fillup ecs form to link with my current savings accout. After that every month my esc is getting deducted twice every month. Ive reported mr abhishek manager but he doesn't have any answer. Called hinduja customer care several times but they do not pick up calls. Im really frustrated now. Im not getting help anywhere.
It is requested sir/madam please look into my matter if something can be done from your end.

I emailed customer support but no reply. No one recieves calls at head office.
