Dear concern,

Hi,

I have a tw loan (Zupiter) with you, my loan emi start date is 5th of oct 2018. My 1st emi debited in my account (Icici[protected] by cheque (Cheque no is 23050). But after that due to some ecs mandate problem emi not debited from account and i have no any information for that my emi is bounce. I have sufficient balance in my account. On the month of dec 18 i received a call from ur local collection agent he says plz paid ur emi which is not debited from ur ac due to mandate problem. I immediately goes to ur local branch which is situated at cheema chowk and meet to mr sandeep kumar. I discussed my problem with him he says that there are 4 to 5 month time period to ecs mandate received so that time u will give emi by cheque or by cash. Then i handover a cheque of amount 7360/- (Oct month emi and one emi in advance - through cheque no 23077 which is debited from my ac) and nov month emi paid by cash

Now the concern is this amount 7360/- not reflecting in my loan account and 3727/- amount od in my cibil.

I m shocked to see this od amount showing in my cibil. I have many loan from icici bank, hdfc bank and i have 8 credit card combined limit is 8 lacs. My cocnern is when i handover my cheque of amount 7360/- in responsible hands (Sandeep kumar) after that i facing this type of problem.

So plz check this from ur end and give me a no dues letter through mail or by hand so i clear my cibil

This is a big problem for me because this thing is directly effect to my biz

    I had taken two wheeler loan no-[protected]. And same had taken for 18months. Continuously the emi have been deducted from my account of amount of rs. 3585. But while going for close the same for paying at a time the rest amount, your manager mr. R. K mohaparta told that you just pay the rest emi amount i. E. 14340/-we would close ur account. But still my account not getting close and my next emi due is 05th. If my account would not get close than emi would deduct from my account. Kindly do the needful otherwise i will go to the court and will complaint against your company.

      I, siddhartha gope, my loan no. Is esdudutwo 1443. I have 4closed the said loan no. On 17.12.2018 at 12.10.09 p. M. Receipt no. Rcak[protected], but after this my emi amount has been deduct from my account for the month of january and february 2019. The deduct amount have not refund till now.
      So, i request to refund the deduct amount as soon as possible and take necessary action to stop emi deduct for the next month.
      If you not take action then i will take legal action against your company and complain to consumer forum.

        How could your company (Hinduja leyland finance) make me a gurantor without knowing my concern in one of your loan no: esjmjasv00677 which is in the name of rani kaur, how could you?? When i didn't signed any agreement paper of taking gurantee of such person. Due to this my cibil score is effecting badly.
        Requesting you to kindly remove me as a gurantor of this loan as earliest and revert me back by when you are going to remove my name as a gurantor.
        I will wait for your response till one week thereafter i bonded to take legal action against your company.

          Sir i hd no money in my account but i hb cash on my emi date and when i did a call to hinduza agent he said i will come on time but he did not come and next day i have to paid emi with late fine of 500 extra rs. this is not fare in this kind of business behaviiour with your customer... plz take an effective action as soon as.

            Sir,

            I had done full payment of foreclosure ammount on 5th feb 2019 through rtgs mode. However till today i havent been given the clarity of the noc status which is very disturbing.

            If the noc is not issued immediately i will escalate the matter to your patent company and irda/consumer forum as i am suffering huge monetary losses fue to the delay in issuing the noc

Unfortunately i lost my bike on 28 12 2018. I complained to police station. Police took one month time afterwards they are telling that hinduaj took my vehicle because hinduja never offered noc. I was trying to take noc from your coimbatore office. But no not getting proper response. So i request you 1 to give noc immediately which will help me to claim my insurance amount. 2) please handed over my bike immediately becuase i already paid full amount toy you. Please conform the status of this problem.

                            I have taken a loan for purchase of vehicle (Honda activa) from pita honda showroom, bikaner on finance from your agency in the may 2015 with 12 months installments, edm was for rs 3343/-pm. My account number was rjbkbktw03917. Loan amount was cleared in the month of jun 2016.

                            Sir, a request for closing of my above loan account was made in the month of jan 2017 and it was cleared from your bikaner branch that my account has been closed. Noc will be issued/send by post on the address mentioned on loan account.

                            Beside this, a deduct of amount of rs 3343/- has been made by your agency through my ecs mode transaction from my account.in this connection, please refer to your doc no autecratw[protected], type - ecf date 02 feb 2017. Request wrong deduction of amount my please credited to my account which you already have while deducting the loan amount or send a demand draft/cheque payable at pune on my following address :-

                            Please refer to my complaint and your response dated 13 Feb 2019. Two days pasted. No response from concern department received. It is the matter from last Two year. my loan account was closed on 31 Dec 2017. In this connection please refer to mail at 21 Feb 2017 at 14:48 hrs by your team.

                            My repayment of loan was started in the month of May 2015 for 12 months for Rm 3343/-. Last Payment was on Jun 2016. I connected to Bikaner office to closed my loan account and issue to NOC for transfer of RC of my vehicle which is heldup till date (from Jan 2017 to Feb 2019).

                            Beside this, on 02 Feb 2017 as sum of Rs 3343/- against deducted from my account. In this connection, please refer to your Doc No AUTECRATW[protected], Type - ECF date 02 Feb 2017.

                            This is creating mental as well as financial harassment to me.

                            Once again, request kindly take necessary action on priority to issue my NOC and refund of deducted amount in next 02 days.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had availed a 2-wheeler loan from your finance company in the year of 2015 with EMI of around Rs. 2305/- from Soro (Balasore) Branch office through your showroom representative.

                                However, all the EMI installments are cleared with last EMI month deduction on 05.10.2017. I have approached Local (Soro branch staff) Hinduja finance staff & Balasore office as well frequently. But still now I have not getting NOC. They said we will solve your problem soon repeatedly.

                                As it is too late to provide NOC, I have lost my patience and I would like to complaint or talk to senior staff who has solve my problem. I am fed up with service provided by your finance company. I have paid all my EMI in time without any delay and now I am facing the problem in getting NOC which is my right. I request you to kindly arrange my NOC as soon as possible.

                                  I've taken a two wheeler loan from you, in september-2017, same i've failed to pay the installments, at the same time i am handed over the vehicle in 24 january-2018, after few months later iam visted your branch office in vijayawada, for taking my vehicle back, so that they told me that vehicle is sold another party in auction, that's fine. But still it showing as 95663/- outstanding amount. And too many times i visited your branch office no response from that branch manager and from reception.

                                  Now the loan amount still showing in cibil dispute in cibil score.

                                      I parveen pajiala vpo ghumarwin distt. Bilaspur hp 174021 (Cell[protected], [protected] is a regular customer o[censored]rs for last many years and i am an etr customer o[censored]rs. Along with this i have given many customers to your company. Recently i have closed my agreements with your company as i sold the machinery/ vehicles details are as follows

                                      Now issue is that i haven't received the nocsame and original documents of said agreementshe due to which the financiers of new owners are not releasing our payments. This is highly non-professional attitude o[censored]r staff that they are not responding at all. Even they don't pick our phones and say do whatever u can do. Their communication was frustrating as well as insulting. Ironically if person holding the position of state head mr suresh (Cell [protected]) is using rough language. One of his subordinate who told us so many days back that we will receive our documents shortly doesn't pick our phone at all and we dnt call mr suresh thakur now bcz of our self respect. As i m suffering financial loss due to this so before filling a complaint in consumer court and ombudsman i thought to communicate first directly to the company so that we don't make an issue bcz of the non-professional behaviour of few. I hopened you will come out with a solution asap.

                                        now my all loan is clear .branch manager sitaram is not issuing no dues for our vehicle. so many times i visited your company office and sent mails . branch manager says we cant issue no dues . contact company headoffice .

                                        you are requested to solve our problem . if this is not resolved within 7 days . we will do legal procedure .
