Cheating, by reducing the quantity of petrol while filling

I had filled petrol from HP gas station (station @ marathalli). I had filled petrol (rs.500) in my bike. Generally petrol of 500 rs would give me a mileage around 230 - 250 kms. However this time it gave me only 160 kms. I am seeing this issue each time when petrol is filled from this particular station. Always delay in service - No response to calls

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm really frustrated and writing this. I'm facing a lot more inconvenience due to the delay in service of Nandini Gas Agency at Thiruvanmyur. Its not only about delivery of a cylinder. I walked 3 times to change my address. As I was not getting proper delivery, I was to apply for one more cylinder to keep a back up cylinder. I walked for about a week to apply and compelled to buy a pressure cooker....

Non Delivery OF Refill booked

Till date i have not received my refill in-spite of repeated visit to HP Gas Agency. Really a very painful situation for me now.No one at the agency bothers to listen to my complain or take a notice of my situation. Their phone numbers are always busy and they hardly bother to pick up any call... Please do something.....

Late delivery of Gas Cylinder

Gas cylinder vide consumer no. 606528 has not been received although 46 days expired as the gas booked on 28.07.2011 after 21 days from the date of last cylinder received. It is almost a regular feature of this agency to harass the customer though the Gas Cylinder is an essential commodity. hp drive track plus card

As discussed, the card is already temporary hotlisted on 02/06/2011 by call center executive. The customer has to fill the fresh form to get the replacement card.
Also, please note the card needs to be permanently hotlisted in order to successfully process the replacement card form.

Emergency Gas Leakage complaint not working

HP GAS Emergency call no has no relevance or authenticity. We call the emergency no and are routed to IVR menu. Once the leakage complaint is logged, there is a message that the complaint has been registered without giving any complaint no. Its been over 12 days of searching ways to overcome the issue. During this course, imagine the complete cylinder has been emptied. Now just imagine the kind of risk my family was living in if a gas cylinder...

Complaint against HP Gas Agency Noble Traders (Delhi-West)
