I visited Aurangabad HP petrol pump in Jalna road Bhagwati petrol pump for air filling in my four wheelers but the petrol pump manager denied the service by saying it is only for those who fill the tank from our pump, just want to know it right as per HP rules

Hi I am Champaben J.Patel, HP gas connection with consumer no: 607222 has been blocked as I was out of station and didn't book for 12 months.

KYC details have already been submitted to the gas agency. The agency has started the process of further unblocking. But not unblocked.

Kindly Unblock it as soon as possible.

Every time we get HP Gas cylinder from Praveena Gas Agency, chintal, Hyderabad, for domestic purpose, delivery boy asks for extra 35 rs. he is not satisfied with rs.20. Today again was angry on us for not giving extra TIP. i dont undestand why we have to pay extra on the cylinder

Dear sir I फिल petrol in your pump and I Ask For your service to fill air in my vehicle tyre but in your pump Employee and manager told me this service is not applicable after 8pm
Is this true or is this your service to Customer...

Demanding extra money while delivery of cylinder just like black marketing. Staff behaviour is very rude and don't listen my problem and also use abusive and vulgar language against me.

Yesterday evening approx 5:15 pm i visit nearest HP petrolium for refilling my vehicle petrol tank i ask for hp scan bar they say first we dont have after that they said i have but you have to download hp petrollium app .

Sir perivously i visit many HP petrolium but no one said that i directly pay on HP Scan bar amd they hive 1 rs extra petrol but on Petrol pump near VIJAN MAHAL Jabalpur this happen with me 2nd time.

We are being cheated by reading too much. They are pouring less petrol. When money is given correctly, petrol should be filled correctly.

My consumer no 303387 DITRIBUTOR SRI BHAVANI GAS LINKS, RAMAYAMPET, DIST, MEDAK. iam not getting subsidy from 2020 iam complaint to sales officer and tollfree no. but they are says go to bank and deseed aadhar and seed after 7 days, iam already did it. but problem not solved. after then iam complaint to both again, they says take a new bank account and seed in distributor portal this thing also iam did it but problem not solved, when again iam complaint to both they are not responding, what will i do please solve the problem

Sir, today (07/02/2023) late evening 08:35pm I visited an HP fuel pump station nearby ( GSK Agency, Sulur town, Coimbatore district, Tamilnadu 641402 ) to fill petrol. I got filled up with Petrol xtra for ₹ 250/- . I used my Paytm to pay, I scanned & processed my payment. But unfortunately, it was in processing stage. No MSG I received by Paytm nor from bank side, but the person showed up me an print statement but didn't check up my UPI number, . Blankly he said "no payment received, you pay by cash". I had less amount only, meanwhile another person little elder guy ( fuel filling ) took an swiping machine showed me an QR code, I scanned through my Gpay & the transaction was successful. I just asked them that, my Paytm is in processing what if that money also gets deducted. They said it'll reflect only tomorrow, ok I returned to my, I again checked why it happened, When I checked the Paytm, the amount was deducted.

Immediately, I went out to an ATM and took the mini statment, shocked to see two payments done 1st Paytm at 8:40pm & the 2nd was by Gpay at 8:50 pm. I immediately returned back to the fuel station and asked young guy that twice I've payed, he insisted for my banks deduction. But I said see my Paytm transaction details & Gpay transaction details, also I showed my mini statment that twice deduction of ₹250/- . He started to argue only, he is not listening to me at all, this is my native place, I am 48 years old, from an well doing family. He's not listening to me at all for 15 mins, then the elder guy interfered & adviced him to ask his owner. Then only he convinced & returned the amount. This is the second time happening like this in this fuel outlet.

Very shameful I felt.

I asked to fill 190Rs petrol. The attendant asked me to see the ZERO on the meter and then started filling the petrol. Once the meter started and I thought that everything is fine, he stopped at ₹ 53 and started billing. I knew this tactic where they say “Oh .. I thought you said ₹ 53”. I told him 190, he filled till Rs. 140 and stopped again. He repeated the same thing again. And lastly then he continued till 190. This is such a fraud.

Booked HP Gas on 27th Jan 2023 the cylinder was not delivered but the message received as below on[protected]

As per the above subject, I had noticed that hp petrol pump situated in karbi chowk nagpur, Agrasen chowk CA road nagpur and Dosar bhawan chowk CA road nagpur is not running their density display on machine also while filling petrol in our vehicles we get less quantity of petrol and if we questioned them they reply that they are in regular intervals filling underground tanks, so for that reason density display is not...

I was waiting for last 2 hours in dornala petrol bunk.they are saying that online not yet open.i don't understand what online not opened.

While filling petrol at Prem Petroleum, Bhiwandi Kalyan Road, Rajnoli, Bhiwandi, they started filling without making the reading Zero and did it by diverting the attention towards adding pouches to increase mileage. We made a hue and cry of the same as my wife was also witness to that, they 1st denied and then agreed and adjusted the amount of rs 401.00 if i wouldn't have made a issue of it they would have pocketed the amount. Please take immediate action against the above Prem Petroleum Pump. Bill copies attached, regards

HP gas is forcing customer to buy Suraksha pipe when delivering cylinder refill that too for a connection which is just 3years old.
Delivery boy brought it along with cylinder and asking for Rs.200 without bill for pipe. I would have taken it atleast if they gave a proper bill.
Also saying that future cylinder will not be delivered if pipe is not purchased without bill. New way of black market and looting in broad day light.br...

Sub:- Gas refill didn't delivered but message arrived.

I had booked my gas cylinder on 17/01/2023 with consumer number 604473 booking ref no 595497, Got a message that it will be deliverd within 2 to 3 days.
I have Received a message today (20/01/2023) that my cylinder has been delivered with cash memo no [1493674] .But the thing is this i have not received Gas Cylinder.

Kindly do the needful.

I booked HP gas through Samsung Pay, but my transaction shows failure Amount debit from my account [UPI transaction], I confirmed with ICICI and Samsung Pay they saying Amount credited to HP gas but when I call HP customer care they are refuses.

Family was on a trip to Shirdi on 03. DEC.2022. They decided to Fill petrol from Supreme petrol pump near Shahpur, Khardi near Hotel Tulip. Father aged 76 requested full tank petrol. He was tricked and filling stopped at 600Rs. The attendant, said by mistake he stopped and resumed filling full tank. Then he fought with my aged father and demanded both filling were from 0.0. But father being aged did not argue and paid both 600 Rs and 4165...
