I want to raise a complaint of HP petrol pump, near landewadi, bhosari, Pune
I will tell you my experience:
Jb mai petrol dalne gaya ...to unko bola ki 150 ₹ ka petrol dalna ...phir wo petrol dalna chalu kiye...50 tk petrol dalke hone ke bad ...unhone pucha ki 500 ₹ ka dalna hai na Petrol...phir mai bola nhi mene to 150 ka bataya tha ...phir wo 50 ka dalke rukte hai ...aur fir machine mai kuch to gdbd krke ...wahi 50 ko 100₹ tk bharte hai petrol...aur phir bolte hai ki pehle 50 ka dala aur abhi 100₹ to hogaya 150...pehle mere dhyan mai nhi aaya tha...lekin yahi same experience muze 4-5 baar aaya bhi mere dhyan mai aaya ki kuch to gbdb hai...ye petrol pump pe baki logonke bhi reviews hai wo bhi check kijie...plz take a strict action on these people...
Also the staff on petrol pump is very rude and agrresive...
They are always chewing tobacco and gutkha

Today, i went to HP petrol pump at my hometown to fill it in my activa, usually i go there to fill up the tank when i feel that my scooty can only travel to the petrol pump. I usually fill the tank with 120rs regularly.

Similarly, i went to fill up my activa tank with 120 rs of amount, i asked agent to fill up for 120 rs, he filled. I took my vehicle aside just to give side to other customers to fill up their tank. when i took my bike aside i was looking at the fuel indicator of my activa which was the same as before, like nothing has been filled in it, i told the agent that i don't think you have filled the petrol correctly in my vehicle then he said talk with manager. I went to the cabin to discuss the issue i faced, manager said our computer shows that 120 rs petrol has been filled and it is not our problem how your bike indicator shows up and said do whatever you want and never comeback here, i told him that i am going to complain about this and your behavior, he again said do whatever you want i don't care.

i again said to the manager and agent that i regularly come here to fill however it has not been filled today, same arrogance from manager and agent.

is this how HP treat their customers? what is the use of me or any other customer to trust and go to only HP petroleum to fill up the petrol, or HP thinks that they can do whatever they want and nothing bothers them.

I am just looking for a strict action on this as this has happened with me today and can happen with anyone else. It might have already happened with lots of people already however being from small town they do not have any idea on what to do to complain about this.

Looking for response from your end with some actions.

Respected Sir,
I am senior citizen, Peace President of Rotary International District 3090, India, Consltant editor of TCN TV networkand social activist in punjab. Today Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 15.25 PM, I went at retails outlet namely AMAR FILLING STATION, Satta bazar Chowk to Bus stand Road, Malerkotla-148023 punjab for the fuel of my vehicle. The saleman was busy on mobile phone at dispencing unit (machine). The saleman hold the nozel and ordered me to open tank, whereas in other hand, he was using the mobile phone. I told him very much politely to stop using of mobile phone, because it's very much harmful while filling petrol in vehicles. He respond me very humalised language and told me that his both hands busy and denied to open the tank cover. I told him about his duty, responsibility and attitude with the customers. Then he started abusing language and threaten me. I have already paid him money for the material, hence I could not go back without filing. I said " you can take my picture, I don't affraid, nobody can stop me. I went to the office but dealer was not available, then I called to sales office, Mr. Ankush Gupta[protected] @17.28 PM. but the call was unrespnded. It's really harm the reputation of the company.

for last 2 years i have not got any gas subsiby in my bank account.

Bank is already linked with my hp gas account.

On 29th June 2023 in the evening at around 6 PM, we filled petrol for 1000 Rs.
After some time my vehicle was unable to move. We could not accelerate. We somehow managed to park the car in building premises. On 30th June 2023 when a technician of the motor vehicle company arrived for inspection the car was unable to start. The car was towed to the service center. On 1st July we were told by the service center officials that car is damaged due to mixing water with petrol. It has caused significant damages to a lot of parts of the car. I want compensation from HPCL with petrol charges of Rs 1000 and the service charge which will be charged by the motor company.
I was charged 5962 including taxes by Tata Motors for water mixing with Petrol.

I want the entire compensation with grievance noted from HPCL.

Hsd dispensing pump is under repair and we want to update the software and enhancement of the storage tank at the client's location of customer no 17832200 at madharam dolomite mines of visakhapatnam steel plant.

Main kal sammrudhi Mahamarg se pulgaon to Nashik Gaya tha aur returns ate samay Shirdi ke pass HP ke pump per hamne netrojun Air bharne ke paise mange jabki Air to har petrol pump per free hoti hai aur yaha sammrudhi mahamarg per pahle hi puri tarah sesuvidha nahi hai aur ye pump wale uper se lut rahe hai

There are cheating to customers when possible!
Last one month back filled petrol in 'S N [protected]@Doddaballapura' petrol bunk to my bike in that time, I told to theme fill the 220 rupees petrol, But there filled ₹93, 94 rupees like that, Because of petrol is overflowing in the petrol tank, I cant able to see the meter display board properly due to sunlight, I asked operator also, Is told to me filled ₹200, So that i asked to...

Sir mari shop ka aga atikamar kar rakha ha or shop ka aga bike ko ke line laga deta ha is ke waja sa mera customer nahi a pata sir bikul road par laga ta ha sir tilpar flexy sab sa ghar deta ha shop ko sir ma image da raha hu ap dekh leya ga sir request ha is par jald sa jald karwai kara request ha sir

Whenever I visit to my nearest hpcl petrol pump and took on an average petrol of price 1000 every time in by bike but when asked for air filling or checking they say machine is out of order each time. I ask for complain resister or contact no.they don't provide. Now onwards I decided never to visit hpcl petrol pump for any refilling due to inappropriate services at your pump.

I have to give an exam in bahal bhiwani so in my way to bahal from tosham there is a petrol station on tosham side named as baba mungipa fuels its a hindustan petroleum station i went to get my bike refueled i told the man to fill 200rs petrol and after that he started fueling and started talking about my bike that the dust on fuel tank can harm engine i didnt answered him un betwween this he filled 100 rs petrol and after that I go to give my exam in my way back the bike stopped and there is no fuel stTion near me in 20 kilometers i came to fuel station and the person which is on duty said he doesn't know him so i want justice for that

Sai petrol pump near mankoli petrol pump next to rukhmani dhaba bhiwandi nasik highway

My LPG Connection has been blocked for not purchase long days, now I could not make refill for my LPG. I visited Rajalakshmi Gas Agency and submitted my proof and informed to unblock. But, They said this connection has been blocked from previous agency. So I contact them and informed to unblock from their side. But still I could not refill my current LPG due to blocked/Inactive account. but It will booked in IVRS, but really not reflected from agency side. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I, Dr. Mr. Abhijit korde from bori bk, complaining you about your branch manager of Saipooja petroleum Bhorwadi had refused to take 2000₹ note from us. Government had given due date of 30 September to change the note so there is no cause to refuse it. He also behaved rudely with us. I hope you will consider my complaint and do the needful action, Thank you.

HP gas account is showing 'This Consumer is BlockByD"
and not able to book gas with consumer number 653247. Please unblock it as we dont know the reason of the block and gas has been ordered multiple times in last 180 days.....

While I was getting my tank filling at above said petrol pump, I saw that dealer started filling but after filling I got that the said money was more on reading at the display.at that time I asked to the dealer that why this happened, then dealer started quarelling with me and told that go and complain any where wherever you want.pls do the needful sir.

Meine aaj apni dzire me vivek vihar se petrol dalwaya, jaha per meri gadi me 47 ltr petrol aa gya, jabki uski total capacity 37 ltr ki hai, aur meine jab machine ko rukwaya to nozel nikalne ke baad bhi meter chal raha tha, aur jab mein is baat per chikha to unhone ekdum nozel ko machine per rakh diya aur meter band ho gaya... Approx 17 ltr petrol extra dala gya hai
