Since i have visited the agency 5 times and submitted all the required documents.. Please take this as serious note and solve the problem or else i will take this issue to the higher authority

complaint on petrol bunk

I went to surya filling station, ayodhya nagar in vijayawada on 04th october 2019 around 5.30 pm for petrol as well as engine i for my zen estilo car

Ms. Baji attender of petrol pump behave irresponsibly and careless answer for petrol selling as well as air filling.

petrol pump

Last night at abusaria petro point.. I took petrol of 500 rs. But my car fuel meter didn't show any progress. I talked to the manager mr kuldeep. His response through my was very rude. He said " aap 7 bar complaint kre.. Hme frk ni pdta. My car is there since night no one is reponded about complain since than.
This is your concern about ur customers
Please take this seriously.
This not a matter of money... This for yourr...

I am a domestic consumer of lpg. My consumer no. 507995. I belongs to rohtak district. My address is 206/35, aggarsain colony naya parao, rohtak. Yesterday on dated 7/8/2019, employees of ajit gas service visited my home & inspected my connection of lpg. They charged rs. 177/- as service/visiting charges. Please let me know either the above mention dealer is authorised by co. To charge such type of fees for inspection only....

And I asked to ho gas agency then they called showing Duplicate Bank Account..
They suggested me go to the your home SBI branch and first delink adhaar card from your account and then relink after 4 days..
And I done that procedure...

hp gas online account is not activated (issue)

I am one of the consumer of hp gas in bangalore, there is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create jihaan account. So i created jihaan account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated. There is a message to me it follows as

We have sent you the activation mail on emailid : [protected]@gmail.com.
Click send button to resend the activation mail.
But they haven't sent me...

fraud ad hpclis

Today i got the same message from ad-hpclis. Location was aishi ran batra in new delhi petrol pump..
Why it is happening??? If it is done by you then why??? If it is not done by you, then y u message me in fraudulent manner???
I need reply
I will not take this issue lightly. I will take strict action against it. Kindly do the needful.
Unnecessary message is coming on phone when i haven't done any transaction....

Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 616302, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 15th may at 12 pm.

During this process rs. 618 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

Mandatory inspection

Hp gas has issued mandatory gas checkup every once in two years but here in khopoli they are doing thrice in one year.
Banging doors and asking rudely for compulsory check. We had a mandatory checkup of hp gas.in their website they showed 75 rs for it but in real the hp gas technician charged 200 rs. This was insane and really looting. I need help on this...

LPG Bottle too corroded which recently delivered which lead incident and accident

We have received Gas refill bottle which has badly corroded and we were refused to receive, the delivery boy by forcefully dropped and left what I do recommend to the company to scarp such bottles to avoid incident/accident and required periodically pass through integrity inspection
and the next inspection due date to shall be printed on bottle and visible to consumer
also we found most of the time of bottle nipple O ring is...
