Whenever I go to HP patrol pump Taratola, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata to chek tyre air in my car, Hindustan Petroleum Petrol Pump Taratara always says no to me, sometimes it says the machine is out of order, sometimes says its lunch time and some time says staff not available, while I get diesel petrol and all other work done from the same petrol pump. Matter and take step asap

Hi HP Team,

My name is Ravi and i am from Jaipur.
Today i have visited - Jay Shree Nath Filling Station, Murlipura (Jaipur) for fuel at 10:08 AM and there NOZZLE no. 3 female sales person already filling the fuel in another person vehicle, after that my number come, i told to sales person please filled the fuel of 350/- but sales person cheat to me because she was not erased the last transection and she was continue filling my vehicle with last transaction which was 100 rupees.
I am also done some arguments with her but Finally i lost hundred rupees...!
Please do the needful ASAP.
My Invoice no. is 1411552 and TXN No- [protected].
I have also attached the bill for your reference as well.

I am receieving the message from JD-HPCLIS saying that:

"Thanks for fuelling HSD Ltrs 49.08 for Rs.4400.51 in[protected] at HPCL SAFDARJANG SERVICE STATION in DELHI. TxnTime[protected]:59:54. - HPCL"

I got this type of message twice. I never went to that place and never fueled. Why am I getting such transaction details which I never did.

I am writing to report an ongoing issue that I have been experiencing with the delivery of my HP gas cylinder. On multiple occasions, including my most recent delivery on 11th April, the delivery person has demanded extra money of Rs. 10 (sometimes they demand even Rs. 20 or Rs. 30), and has not checked for leakage. This has been happening for years.

I request that an appropriate action should be taken to ensure that this behavior...

I had booked HpGas refill on 03/04/2023 vide booking no. 507956 Consumer No 673670 which is held with Darshan Gas Service Kalwa (Thane) - 400605. On 04/04/2023 I received message from HpGas that Cash Memo of Rs.1102.5 is generated towards said gas refill booking & on 06/04/2023 I received the message from HpGas that HPgas refill is delivered. But I would like to bring to your notice that till date I haven't got delivery of HpGas refilling. I have also attached screenshot of messages I received from HpGas for your reference. So I request you to look into the said issue and provide clarification on how I got message from your end about delivery of HpGas refilling which I actually didn't received.

At Tara Maa service station, Kharagpur the diesel delivery nozzle is too fat, it does not go into my Mercedes. At other filling station the nozzle is of standard size so it goes in to the filling pipe of my car but here it does not. I have complained the owner many many time but he does not do anything.

Since last 8 years his nozzle is too fat and filling diesel to my car has been a constant problem to his employees. Kindly do something about this.

I purchased my 2nd cylinder on january 2023.Today my previous cylinder got exhausted.So we changed the cylinder but the regulator was not fitting to cylinder.If we would open the knob gas odour could be noticed.
We have removed the regulator and kept the cylinder aside.
Requesting you to send your engineer to rectify the problem as i have no other gas cylinder.
I have registered a complaint on with Kanchan flame and my complaint number is 4. but now what to do please help me...
