For the last few months I receive the SMS but not the cylinder, I filed the complin at HP gas site after that I received the cylinder, but the same continues.yesterday I booked a cylinder for which I received the msg but not the cylinder and the delievery guy never call me I don't know what sort of problem they have and why the hell they hire such men

Respected sir

I am one of the consumer of hp gas. Consumer No. 616106 .There is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create account.So I created account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated.

We have sent you the activation mail on emailid : [protected]@gmail.com

But they haven't sent me the activation mail on my email id .So please rectify my problem as early as possible.br...

Dear Sir, Delivery boys demand Rs.28 extra i.e Rs 422 gas charges they demand round figure Rs.450. Every time they ask if you give 422 then what is in it for me sir give me Rs.450. My request is either to increase the delivery charges inclusive or ask your delivery boys to stop such demand. HPCL can increase the amount by another Rs.50 but it should be accountable. Dear Concern With regards to the above subject, we had booked a refill vide booking no 226664 on[protected] but the same was returned back due door lock wherein the same should have been cancelled, but we have received a message stating that the refill is delivered vide cash memo168342. Respected Higher Authority,

HP dealer is forcing and obligating me to take gas stove with the new connection. They are not ready to give a new connection if I do not take LPG gas stove from them.

On 2nd June I have booked my HP gas cylinder. I did not get the delivery of the gas cylinder even after 5 days of my booking. On recalling the service providers, they provided me with the info(instead of their slot of requisite service) that my cylinder has already been delivered by 5th june. But i still did not get my cylinder (Date-16.06.2013, Time- 10.32 AM).

Dear Sirs ... We had sent our driver to fill our car Indica Vista on 6th May 2013 to Happy Service Center. The car was showing reserve and the reserve capacity is 4.5 litres.

Even if we presume it had only two litres left and the the capacity of the fuel tank is 37 litres ... how is that the meter shows it filled 37.70 lts?

Please check the service centre for its service and the also if the meter of the diesel...

I am Sasanka (Consumer no-604127) . i have HP GAS connection. Now, my account is blocked. as I had not booked gas cylinder during last 180 days. I was not at Berhampur (Orissa) for last 3 months as a result I could not able book gas cylinder. I have already written application to my gas agency - Krishna gas (Najafgarh) to unlock my account.

Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.
