i contact with bhandara gas service bhanadara (m.s.) for booking of new gas connection.
but the babu told that there is no booking.
pl. tell me where i go for booking of new hp gas connection....

It has always been a nightmare to book the consumer refill Cylinder from the Distributor M/s Devidayal Enterprises , Sector 8 , Rohini, Delhi-85. You keep on dialing the Telephone nos. 27940639 or 27940104 or [protected] printed on the consumer copy of theCash Memo and it will be your fortunate day if the line is available after 3 to 4 hours. You will always get BUSY tone on all the three numbers and even after visiting the distributor personally...

Of all the products and companies that I have dealt with in my life. I have found HP Gas (Ajith Enterprises, Jeffriguda, Mehdipatnam) to be the worst and the most pathetic of all of them. They would put all the other government departments to shame in their patheticness. All the other governmental departments should bow down to their high handedness and their sadistic pleasure in witnessing the plight of their customers. the complete details...

Please do the needful action and kindly arrange to send the gas immediatly.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the sudden blockage of my LPG gas connection without any prior notice or explanation. I had booked a cylinder approximately two months ago, and now I am unable to make any new bookings.

Despite multiple attempts to contact your 24x7 customer care service, I have not received any proper response. The server has been down for over 12 hours, and the representatives are either unavailable or unable to provide any assistance.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience to my household. I kindly request you to:

Provide a clear explanation for the blockage of my LPG connection.
Reactivate my connection immediately.
Ensure the delivery of the previously booked cylinder or refund the amount if already paid.
Improve the responsiveness of your customer care services.
Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest. I am attaching all relevant details below for your reference.

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 19th March 2024 at 17:02:30 hours, I filled diesel in my Renault Lodgy vehicle using auto stop mode.
My vehicle was showing reserve and hence stopped for filling diesel while coming home.
To my surprise the machine read 52.41 litres, and he charged Rs 5, 012. I told them the vehicle has a total capacity of 50 litres only; it had fuel in reserve, and in auto stop it will stop earlier at 75-80 per cent of full tank capacity. Hence, it can't be more than 50 litres.
I felt cheated, and when I asked to see the overall consumption from his monitoring terminal at this time of filling, he said it was not working, but he said he would call a mechanic and syphon out the fuel from my vehicle and show me. Leaving with no option, I have paid and left the place.
I had wasted a lot of time at the petrol bunk, stressed and helpless, and luckily I had extra money to pay for it. I had been filling up at this petrol pump for many years, and now I realise that I had been cheated for years here.
I request a technical inspection of this petrol pump and suitable action for cheating customers. I had to be paid back for the cheated amount atleast for this time cheating.

In Dhanbad district Bauwakala HP petrol pump Air filling point not working condition.every time it's person told this is not working and person allotted this work

They don't fill petrol properly here, when I asked them to fill it in line, they refused to let me fill petrol, then they filled petrol on request

The Amount of my first transaction was 18010.62 has been credited to my statement, Attachment Below .

But Second Transaction 70000.00 at HPCL Retail SBU DT Plu www.Drivetrack on[protected]:26:55, Not Credited Till Now, Please Refund My amount As soon As Possible .

Today I went to the petrol pump at the Mansi crossroads. and I asked the person at the petrol pump to fill power of Rs 100. Being always cautious at such places I started noticing all the formalities by him. Now as soon as he placed the pump into my vehicle he did not lock the dispenser nozzle and held it with his hand which was been noticed by me. I even tried to stop him from doing that by just asking him to stop but he gave me some irrelevant excuse and kept doing so.

This happened to me on 8th April 2024 at the Mansi petrol pump, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
There are only one to two units where power(petrol) is provided by that petrol pump.

Sir I booked gas cylinder on 20.2.2024 but the raje bhawanishankar agency has not delivered the cylinder till date gas booking 551410 please help

I had a gas connection with "DHAR and SONS" with my name in Kolkata. But when I left I had closed the connection. At that time they did not give me a TV stating various excuses.

Recently I have shifted to Bangalore and visited a gas agency for a new connection. But they are saying that my Adhaar Number is showing against an existing connection with a different person name "Indrani Mandal" whom I dont know and the gas agency is showing as "DHAR and SONS" .

The Consumer ID is "625280"

This is clearly a fraud and i am facing trouble for getting a new connection.

Recently we are getting messages that we have booked a refill and after two days we again get a message saying that the gas has been delivered, But we are not booking any refill

I am writing to express my extreme concern and frustration regarding the recent blocking of my HP Gas account 618316. My account was blocked due to an alleged issue with my Aadhaar card being linked to multiple connections, which is factually incorrect.

I have been a loyal customer of HP Gas for many years, obtaining my gas supply through Chirag Gas Service, Nallasopara West Branch. I have contacted the agency directly and provided them with all necessary documentation to prove my singular legitimate connection. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the issue persists, and my account remains blocked, causing significant disruption to my daily life.

I would like to emphasize that I:

Have only one HP Gas connection.
Never linked my Aadhaar card to any other gas connection.
Have provided all required documents to Chirag Gas Service to verify my information.
The continued blocking of my account is a major inconvenience and hardship for my family. I rely on your services for cooking fuel, and this unexpected disruption has caused immense stress and difficulty.

Therefore, I urge you to take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and unlink my Aadhaar card from any erroneous connections. Please prioritize a rapid resolution to this issue, ensuring the swift activation of my HP Gas account.

When I reached the petrol bunk for filling my tank the petrol pump boy refused my vehicle in the queue And went to the next car, said me to wait until he finishes I'm unsatisfied regarding this in my urgency situation and I left the bunk without filling my tank ! I request you to regard this in a manner that it becomes justified to other one Iike me !

I visited the venkatesh HP petrol pump to fill the petrol & check the air pressure in my tires. Upon approaching the air filling station, I requested the attendant to fill air in my tires. However, the attendant refused to provide the service, stating that they were not providing free air services at the moment.

My Friend and me was travelling from Anna University to Vadapalani for taking print out for brochure so we refilled the Vehicle of his Activa with Power Petrol due to the unavailability of Normal Petrol at Ravi Agencies, Guindy (HP Petrol Bunk) and I made a payment worth of Rs.110 through DakPayUPI which was told as they didn't received the money and if deducted it will be refunded in 1 week so I made another payment from Google Pay and the transaction was completed the main problem is I paid it twice and Agency said they didn't receive twice and my money was detucted twice and not yet refunded and I enquirred with them after 15-20 days they said they didn't received twice.
