Dear All,

On 16th June I have received goods from HomeShop 18 (Dinner Set), in which the product was received as damage one, and reported the same on the call centre number on 16th June itself, they have provided me a whatsapp number and instructed to send the pics, which i done on 16th itself with the order number.

They have send me the standard reply in which a number was provided to be contacted after 24 hours. For the last three days i am calling on that number every day and the executive daily inform me to call after 24 hrs.

No resolution was provided nor the product was replaced..

Need immediate action...

Evertime when i call on the number provided they say you snaps are not updated kindly call after 24 hrs. I am fedup of following up, kindly do the needful or provide me the email id of some concern person not the generic mail id

Your Entire process is corrupt and contaminated. My order has not yet been delivered after various complaints. In this connection I have lodged a complaint in consumer court.

You must improve your rugged delivery process.

    Hi.. Pooja Mehra this side. I ordered for 35 pieces living room decor. Order No.[protected]

    1st problem is same like others that how come in 3, 4 days my number got leaked to these ### scammers. I got call same for Tata Safari and cash price. You are not taking our complaints seriously. The data is leaking from your ###S courier offices. Because only they know which person order and for which address. We can sue you guys to badly against data protection act and i will take action against that for sure. We not that people who ignore and tolerate this kind of nuisance.

    2. Product you sent is of too poor quality. Stuff and Lace from many sides is torn.Really disappointed.

    3. Did not received any freebie that is 5 Cushion covers

    4. Did not received any coupons (150+150)

    5. When i complaint against this then your people took so casually that mam "These kind of call you should ignore". and when i told about freebie then they told that it there server not working can not take ANY COMPLAINT. You don't take any action but tell us to ignore. I don't trust your courier guys Your courier people are not safe for those who receiving products.If they can take our personal data they can do anything. You and we should not ignore these things. There are not only one but many flaws in your service. Are you guys that helpless that not able to track these ###S. I need prompt action on this asap. Contact No. is [protected].

      I have brought my calling tablet phone by seeing the homeshop18 program the company of the phone is i kall 4g calling tablet but i found that after inserting the sim, after 3-4day i was facing a problem that when i use the phone, after 5mins it becomes blank and it says that it is not responding and it always show this so i feel problem to use it. Not only this when i go out i never get network and sometimes it is seen that if any body is calling me i am not getting their call. Sometimes if i call any body they does not receive the call. I am have shown my tablet to all the phone repair shop in my locality, but they said that they cannot do anything,. I have also shown to many tablet stores but they said the same. When use my phone i always give 100%charge. When it says that it is not responding, when i am in home i found that there is network, full charge and wifi and all network is good then also it says that it is unfortunately stopped. So i will be happy i[censored] change my phone or give me a small 4, g android phone and look over this matter, then i would be happy so kindly plz see this. Thanku

        I purchased polo neck t-shirt (Pack of 4 t-shirt) in medium size they send one in small and other three in medium i call them in 1 hour of delivery they said we will send you one t-shirt in medium size in 8 working days, after 10 days they call and said we don't have in stock we can only send you coupon or send whole package back and then we will send you new pack. Well if they are not capable of send four same size t-shirt it is hard to believe they will send same size again or they will send at all as they may be out of stock then might not send at all not money will be gone and no t-shirt and the way they talk shows the company quality/level. Now i have agreed to send rs 250/- coupon on[protected] instead of my favorite t-shirt b'cos of which i order whole pack.

        This was my last order on homeshop18 i will spread and insist others not to buy from this incapable company.

        Amazon is best i have order many things but not complaints in quality wise.

          I have received the said combo through xpress vm courier awb no.[protected] today.

          I have opened the said box & found that except nutriglow products, all the items beauty products are 3rd class can't be use, as regards its bag for which in your advertisement told that its worth rs. 1000/ approx.

          I have make a call to your customer care explain them about my concern / complaint & ask them to share the procedure to return back, your executive & senior officers told me that they can not do any thing for me.

          I want to return back all the items which i have received today.

          Please arrange to pickup for the same & ensure to refund my money asap.

          Please refer our discussion over phone, wherein you are assuming that customer must be fully aware with your policy, your advertisments never had this point that these product cant be returned. How can a customer who is buying a product after watching a TV programme.

          As per your TV Ad all the products are worth Rs. 5200/- approx. But these are not a worth of Rs. 700/-.
          This a cheating with the customers, your ad are confusing, therefore I have to decided to returned this deal.

              My sister ordered (order numbera[protected]) swipe mobile phone on 29thmay received on 6 June ‘18 from home shop 18 which has a heating issue .These electronic items are build by cheap Chinese products which leads to mobile blast . This phone gets heated within30 mins as soon as phone gets connected to charging point. To get a resolution I called home shop 18, After connecting to Customercare they said they will not refund for the damaged product. If the product is faulty homeshop18 should be responsible for refund.

                Hi, i have initially ordered one item back in march and i returned the item because it was not up to the mark and they issued me a coupon for the same. But surprisingly i received a call few days after and was informed that that i have been selected for a lucky draw to either receive cash of 1200000 or a tata safari but i did not respond as i know its bogus. I again placed an order for portable sewing machine with my pending refund coupon but they cancelled my order automatically without giving me any information. But again surprisingly i received calls stating i won lucky draw for exactly the same thing mentioned earlier. I again did not responded. I have placed order for the same product that portable sewing machine in april and this time also they cancelled it automatically without citing any reason but i received a message again this time for a lucky draw and i understood this is happening after i place order with your company. So you people are leaking customer information and i called your customer support and they say they dont leak any info. So i decided to talk to the person who sent me lucky draw message. That person gave me a personal bank acount number and asked to transfer money totaling 12000. At last we ended up abusing each other. Finally i decided to use my pending coupon for the same amount on june and placed order for the same item thats portable sewing machine again i have received a message for lucky draw today and the message sender name shows "mdhmshop". Therefore i am sending this detaiks to you guys to let you know i am filing a official complaint in the honorable court of law in the counsumer complaint and for any further details you may contact my lawyer "shiv prasad".

                    Package got delivered on 28.05.2018, when i opened it, there were 7. Items missing, below are the description:,

                    Not received items
                    1) gold radiance booster facial foam
                    2) gold ultra rich day protection
                    3) youth rediance 2in1 gold srub+pack
                    4) gold rediance protect night serum
                    5) ultra rich under eye roll on
                    6) complete color correction cream
                    7) gold body polisher shimmer
                    I have contacted customer care on same time (28.05.2018) they have confirmed that i will get the resolution, however have not got any details from their end. I dont know what to do now.

                      Received a call from number[protected] today morning from telling you are a winner of home shop18 anniversary lucky draw. Of tata safari and going to deliver to the said address. Just send the processing and document charges of rs. 12000 have to pay.

                      When i got to know about the fake calls, just told them pls send and collect your charges, immdly call was disconnected.

                      How he now 2 days back what purchased in homeshop 18.

                      Pls take this serious action about the issue or else your company brand name as well as peoples money will go.

                        I rashmi one of customer of home shop 18 my order id is [protected]. One month ago i placed an order and received 7 pcs. Nonstick kitchen set after 12 days of order placing. It is defective and i complaint about this on the same day of receiving. I wanted to replace it earlier but now i would like to refund it.

                        As my experience is very bad with home shop 18. Your all executives are irresponsible who are not able to help me out. After waiting so long no one could resolve the issue. Now send someone to collect your product and return my money back.

                          This piece wad eliveted on monday 21.5.2018. I opened the parcel on 23/5 and found that 12 drying rack connecting pins were missing. Informed helpline. They wanted to give me a coupon for r/s 200/- for the pareshani. Despite my repeated requests that the rack cannot be operated / configured without them not helpful. Someone will visit in two three days to inspect i requested them for a refund that can be done once i return the product by parcel post. I was charged r/s 301/- towards shipping charges. Total amount paid rs2000/- cod

                          Three days are over n no rep. Of the company has come to inspect the incomplete product delivered. When I called them I was told the same thing all over again

                                  I ordered 2 quantities of coirfit mattress from homeshop18 via net banking... My order id is [protected].
                                  I received only single quantity so i raise a complaint. I was told either i can get a refund for a single quantity or i can courier the package that was delivered and will get refund for both the quantities... Single mattress was of no use use to me and i cannot carry the 3 kg mattress and roam with it for the courier..

                                  So solution was offered to me that you guys will send remaining single quantity for me and i will get it in 8 days. I called again and confirm the same.
                                  As i didnt get any mail or message update, i called them again in the morning and then they told me that i have to return the first mattress and then i will get my actual order..
                                  Thats absurd?

                                  Courier the package doesnt make any sense as you are not providing the full amount of courier (Providing only 10% which doesnt count) and why would i carry 3kg parcel and stand i queue for the mistake of your seller..
                                  Your company should take responsibility for his mistake not me...
                                  I have paid already for the product and i am just demanding my missing product or refund... Why you are making simple request so complex?

                                  Now homeshop18 is neither returning the money for the renaming/missing mattress nor they are sending the missing mattress.

                                  This is highly unethical and fraud behavior.. I was a loyal customer to homeshop18 but you guys have made my experience worse

                                      Homeshop18 is the worst online shopping channel. It leaks customers data for fraudulent activity without taking any responsibility. Being in the service industry and not being able to protect your customers data is a shame. The worst part is the they sound ignorant and least concerned when the issue is raised. I have received fake calls from people claiming to be from homeshop18 and they had all data which i shared with homeshop18
                                      Such as address, phone and even what stuff i ordered from there. I cancelled my order and will never order anything from homeshop18.
                                      They are not concerned for their customers and don’t even show some notice or caution in their channel. I didn’t get duped but i feel bad for innocent people who fall in the trap.
                                      I seriously feel homeshop18 sells customers data to these fraudsters.

                                      This is correct, last week I have placed an order and next morning I have started receiving fraud calls about winning a Tata Safari and that person has all my details with him. It is highly outrageous that HomeShop18 sells theri customer data. I am going to take this up in consumer court as well.

                                        I had ordered a vlcc kit from them. But within 12 hours i got a fraud call ([protected]) who was knowing my order and address detail. He told me that i have won a jackpot prize to which i showed no interest after which he started talking dirty to me.

                                        On calling customer care (After waiting for 15 mins for their busy executives to attend a call), their response was that they already knew that there have been several complaints of data leakage from their site. All they told is "hum maafi chaahte hai!" if these people know their website is leaking customer's privacy data, they could have stopped receiving orders from website/mobile app. But they don't want to stop making money!
