I ordered a brown colored gown but i received a red colored gown. I replaced that but after replacement i again received red one. Then again i requested for replacement but they didn't respond satisfactorily. They said that they can't do anything. We emailed them regularly if they can replace. They closed our complaint by themselves.
What's our fault? Why they harassed us?
We called them regularly but they said we can't do anything...
I am so much disappointed from their service.

    This site is extremely poor i had ever seen in my life coustmer care executive are completely failure to solve my problem i am tired to say them plz start service of products to 821115 but dont want to lisen any thing and just making execuses i am writing lot of complians only because of my coupon even u start the service for few minutes i am happy to shop last time i am asking u phon [protected]..

      First of all they delivered used and not at all working products, when i am complaining they gave me various answers and talked very rudely. They said once the product is delivered our responsibility is finished.
      Aage aap dekho aapko kya krna hai humne humara kam kar diya such a rude behaviour.
      They said easy return policy its all fake i m trying to return my product from the last 2-3 week but they gave me the various excuses i am very disappointed with this.
      Even they dont give me the assurance that ur money will return. Matlab humare paise ti ped pe lage h.

          I called there center every time they told me that your order will be picked up within 24hrs and today i received a message that pickup has been cancelled.

            I had ordered one prestige gas stove (3 burners). The cost was 5890 and some items were included in the offer (Centurygold 13 pc cookware set, joyo 6 pc container & 16 pc dinner set). They twice refunded my orders without citing any reasons. Finally after talking to their helpline number, they told that the product was not deliverable at my pincode i. E 125050. Then i give them another address which was my office head quarters address. The order id was [protected] and the order was placed on[protected]. The item was delivered on dated[protected] and i received a message from company regarding the same. Iwas able to pick the parcel on dated[protected] as it was delivered in other city. When the box was opened, it was found that the main product. The prestige 3 burner gas stove was not there, only the ither items were there in the box. When i complained about the same, they told that i had to complaint within 48 hours according to company policy. Sir, this is sheer cheating. They are looting people in this way. The mobile no. Of actual receiver they mentioned is also a wrong number. This means they all are involved in it. I am going to sue them in court also. Homeshop 18 is a big fraud, they are simply looting the general public.

            Its been an horrible experience till now. they replaced the product but again one item i.e. century gold 13 pcs cookware set is still missing. they provided me one complaint no. HS[protected]. but till date no resolution. firstly they told me that their person will call me within 72 hours on dated 14.5.2018. but again when i called on dated 21.5.2018, they again told that they will call me within 48 hours. but till date i.e. 28.5.2018, no response either. pathetic service.

            i think Homeshop18 is running this company just for looting common man. They are shouting like anything on their TV channel and convincing common man to order something. then they do not deliver proper products or even lesser products as happened with me. No one is there to listen the complaint. The only option left is the judiciary. As most people are not having such spare time, they just leave the matters unresolved. But i am gonna sue them in court definitely.

              First & foremost i would say homeshop18 is a lousy online shopping site. I will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this site.

              I purchased a vox kids learning laptop with 80 activites from homeshop18. The order was placed on 12-4-18 and the defective material was received by me on 19-4-18.

              Complaint no: hs[protected].

              As the laptop was not turning on, the very next day morning i called up the customer care & complained about the same.in turn they asked me to take the laptop to the nearest service centre - the address of the service centre was provided by the customer care. But to my surprise the person in the said service centre refused to attend the complaint saying that this particular product does not belong to their company. Hence i again called the customer service & now they wanted me to sent back the laptop to noida address, saying that they will repair the same & will send me back.

              Now my question is why the hell i will take a repaired material when i have not used it even once.

              Till date & till this time my complaint has not been resolved.

              I have unnecessarily paid rs.1500/- for a defective laptop which is lying with me without any use.

              As far as i know a word of mouth spreads faster than any other media.

              At the end i would like to know whether the product that i have purchased will be exchanged or not.

              If not, i would request you to return the money back.

                I am complaining about my 2 order which were ordered on 3rd nd 4th april but till today i am not get actual product.. 1st order is portable silai machine order no.[protected] nd sub order no.[protected] nd 2nd order is lotus whiteglow kit order no. [protected] nd sub order no.[protected]. Firstly i got the incomplete product and i am complaining aabout the thing customer support no.[protected] every time just told me wait for 24 hours nd 48 hours but after that hours they again told the same things. 1st tym when i received portable silai machine i am complaining that in the box there is no incomplete (18pcs thread) item nd led bulb is damaged they told me to replace and after replacement got same incomplete nd damaged product. Regarding lotus white glow last tym nd this tym lotus white glow 25 spf got 40 gms instead of 60 gms nd this also received one fantastic things i. E loyalty bonus got a blank paper.
                Homeshop 18 is worst shopping channel nd intention of the homeshop18 is only harsh the customer.
                Till date they are not short out the problem.

                        Earlier you provide solution plz read the whole complaint properly i had wrote lot of email on homeshop18 but everytime i am not statisfied with your reply especiaapy subhra singh.. I am not understanding one thing when i got refund copon all products were delieverable to 821115.                           I booked an order of 5 double bed sheets with 10 pillow covers on 23/04/18(yesterday)(Order No-[protected]).A person named Rahul Sharma with the mobile number [protected] called me today(24/04/18) .He introduced him that he was from Home Shop 18 and told me that I won a Tata Safari Car worth RS.1260000 on Lucky draw for shopping on HomeShop 18.He asked me to deposit RS.12500 as registration fees to take the car or RS.8500 to take money in place of car.He also asked me about my bank details where his head Mr.Kartik Malakar can transfer the money by cheque in case of cash taking and told me to deposit the required registration fees in this account(Account Name-Mr Kartik Malakar; Account number-[protected](SBI account); IFSC Code-SBIN0018038)

                            I ordered Bella Casa multicolored and cream colored[protected] bed sheets but we received wrong colors orange and blue and the material of bed sheet is also very low quality. I want to return this product. As our experience with home shop 18 was not good. I am attaching photos of the product received and bill along with it.

                                  Hi, this is brajesh kumar, i have attached all the information right from product delivery to return. I had place order after ongoing ad on tv and received the order. There were three mobile phone for inr 1500/- i checked and found one was not working at all other's quality wise overall order not good so i want to get refund for this. Now these people telling me digital product policies doesn't allow refund or replacement. This is cheating when i don't like quality and moreover one product is delivered defaults how come they don't have policies to refund. Please take hard and fast action and help me to get my refund 1500 for product and 160 for courier charges. Please do contact on my updated no [protected].

                                      I am complaining about wrong ptoduct through phone from 13th april 2018 but till today i. E. 18th april 2018 there were no action regarding my complaint. When i call ur toll free no [protected] there was no one to solve the issue and when i want to talk with senior executive they are put my phone on hold approx 1.30 hours but no one have time to attending my fone. Just harsh the customer.

                                        Yesterday, i ordered kurties on offer from homeshop 18. Today morning someone aditya agrawal called me abt lucky draw and gave me options which was never mentioned on official site while puchasing. So, i got doubt. But my concern is that when really homeshop would have gone for lucky draw, then how average people will get to know about this. Important concern is that homeshop 18 is leaking private information of customers like mobile numbers to 3rd fraud party. I strongly doubt that some people of homeshop 18 are linked with this crime. Then credit or debit card details are also not secured on this site. So customers, do not buy anything from this site and protect your security. Be aware of this site.
