Hi, Handy Stitching Machine is worst product I have received from HSP. From the very 1st day it's not working. While complaining on customer care they provide Felix Number Which is not responding by anyone. No one is taking responsibility of this machine. Very disappointed From HSP service. Guys pls never ever take this product Home Shop. I want to return it. BUT THEY were ignoring it. Very bad experience faced from my side.

I got the call from service center on 20th July and she told me that I got another call within 72 hour which is completed now. I have not get any call from service centre. I request you to pls take this product back from me gave me my money back. I am stuck of all these things.

Not get any response till now. Again from last two days I am calling on HSP customer care but they were unable to resolve my query even they are not transferring my call to senior management. The Felix company number is also not reponding. Any one pls help.

Again not satisfied with HSP customer care. They are unable to resolve my query. They put my call on hold for long time. Is there any other way to complain against them pls tell me. Very very disappointed. For reference I am attaching the call details. Someone pls help me.

    This is with regards to the inferior quality of Homeshop 18 Rocktel R1 phone sold to us on 06.04.2018. after receiving the combo offer product we will find that products are defective and unuseable .I will call customer care and there complaint team so many times but they also not co operate regarding this. nobody can take this matter seriously. From that day till today we are totally unsatisfied and helpless. It's now a high time when we have referred our problems and once again we request your good selves to look into this serious problem and provide a permanent solution. Payment copy also attached.       My order number is[protected] I have received broken product aswell as d quality of product is too bad . I ordered jewellery for myself bt the product I received is something that even a kid won't wear. I gave calls so many times for forwarding the request for refund of the product aswell as the amount they don't pick calls and my call was disconnected 4-5 times. Pathetic service ., pathetic company I thought home shop 18 must be having quality products so I ordered something for d 1st time online bt wid the kind of experience I got I will never order anything online and will share my experience with my friends family nd colleagues on all the social networking sites. First of all on tv u all don't show that their will be shipping charges then u charge and why sud I pay 150 rs extra for a product which I have not even received in proper condition . I want the complete refund of 1150 rs through cheque as I am not liable to pay 150 rs courier charges for product which I have not even received in proper condition . Let me tell u all have worst customer service, worst products, and it was total time waste experience for me . And if I don't get the refund of complete 1150 rs through cheque I will post all these details on all the social networking sites.         My order number is [protected] ..I ordered 1st time from homeshop18 and was expecting quality product bt I have received broken n damaged product as well as I have been charged 150 rs for the product which I won't even keep. The customer service is pathetic they disconnect call transfer the call to ivr. I want the reversal of complete amount of 1150 rs as I am not liable to pay extra amount for a product which I have not even received in proper condition . Otherwise I will recommend all my friends to never purchase any product from home shop 18 as they don't even have guts to speak to a customer once they send a product. Worst customer service, worst products, bad company . I will tell my friends to never order any kind of jewellery from home shop 18 as d products are too bad . I saw something different on tv and d products which I received seem to be for kids not for me . I will register a complaint on Facebook and other social networking sites aswell if I don't get any resolution. Very bad experience and will never want to order something online.

          I’ve purchased ambrane power bank p2000 from HomeShop18. When I opened the box, I didn’t found cable inside. Secondly wrong color. Thirdly and most important that I have found another persons invoice inside the box and that too it was from paytm.
          Definitely this is refurbished product sold to me at full price. Also the condition is damaged. It’s not even working. I have contacted HomeShop18 many times but they didn’t solved my issue and neither transferred my call to senior team. They don’t even exchange or return the product. They said to contact ambrane customer service. This is worst and fraud side. Be aware all the customers. I have all the proofs as well. Like invoices.

            I HV booked the set on 24/06/2018 at that time as per confirmation rec'd date of delivery of product is 03/07/2018 however till 13/07/2018 I HV not received the delivery of the product when i have called on call center they are not able to give any details about the delivery date and just asking to wait for more time and when time line is asked they are not able to give confirmation.Also when requested to cancel the order and refund the amount they are not even allowing me to do it. This is third class and pathetic service provided by the company and hence it is not suggested to buy any product from this site on line due to such a pathetic service

            Quality of the product is vry poor, moreover i order for one single colour for whole set, but got 2 colour or can say mismatch. Order was for 35 pcs bt it only contains 32 pcs. Vry disappointing.

              I had purchased plastic boxes from homeshop18, when i received the parcel all the boxes in it were broken and damaged, so i spoke to the customer care and returned the same, and also requested them to refund my money, they said yes and i also gave them my account details on phone.
              after few days i started receiving messages that Homeshop18 tried calling you, In fact i never got any calls from Homeshop18 at the period.
              after few days i got the message that your money is converted into coupon and it will expire by 8th July, i again asked them to refund it, but there was no reply and since i am working professional i forgot that i was having a coupon.
              on 7th July i called customer care to purchase a product they asked me coupon code, which actually i had never received, i said the customer to give me the code they kept on saying that they have sent message but i didn't receive, customer said me that i can also speak to them in the morning and redeem the voucher, when i called them in the morning the said they cannot redeem it bcoz it is expired. it is a clear case of cheating and fraud by such big companies

                  I ordered a beauty wedding combo 32 pcs[protected] prepaid payment and got 23-6-18 when chk found damage with expiry date product. I launch complaint[protected].
                  CCE said within 24 to 48 hrs their executives collect my product BUT TILL TODAY NT ONE ANY EXECUTIVE NOT COME FOR RETURN THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

                  20-25 TIMES I CALL HS 18 COMPLAINT NO, SHOPPING NO, WHATSAPP COMPLAINT NO N BY MAIL ALSO BUT NO RESPONSE.

                  EACH N EVERY TIME THEIR EXECUTIVE SAID SAME LINES PLS WAIT FOR 24 TO 48 HRS.

                  HOLD CALLS 25-30 MIN.

                  I M REALLY MENTALLY HARASMENT BY THIS COMPANY.

                    My product charged 1500 and due to size varaition I returned it and the courier responsibility was taken care by me as company asked me to do it.                           I had ordered from Homeshop18 a pack of 3 jeans Denim Fest-Pack of 3 cotton rich Stretchable Jeans for size 34 by X-Cross by paying 999/- on 28th June 2018. The color combinations were, Black, Light Blue and Sky Blue.
                          Homeshop18 had delivered a packet containing 1 Acid wash Jeans Brownish Black of size 34, 1 cotton stretchable Black Trouser of size 34 (both X-Cross products); and one size 36 light blue jeans by K-San. None of these were my ordered items.
                          These were ordered for a special occasion, and Homeshop 18 had failed to deliver my ordered items. Still I found that the one suited my order was Black Cotton stretchable Trouser though not jean pant and wanted to use the same.
                          I had raised a complaint with Homeshop 18 and they were very casual in accepting the mistake and did not allow me to use the black pant which was more or less suiting my order and asked me to return the whole set of pants and promised me that they will send the ordered items after receiving the returned items. This seemed unfair to me as I had requested to bring them the ordered items and pick up the items from me simultaneously. How can I trust them when they could not send one order correctly that they would send me the correct items next time that too after picking up the items from my end. If they don't send the items and don't refund the amount paid by me, I am at loss of time, money and peace of mind too.
                          Homeshop18 team was not budging to my request of allowing me to use the one trouser which suits to wear for the occasion intended to attend by me. Such unfair practices by e-commerce portals needs to be curbed and customers needs to be substantially rewarded for the mistakes done by Homeshop18 team.
                          Now, I request Homeshop18 to get the ordered items and pick up the wrong items simultaneously, else refund the amount first with penalty and pick up the wrong items from my end.

                          Dear Team,
                          I have received the replacement of my order vide replacement order no.[protected] (original order no.[protected] on 16th of July evening and at the same time I checked the packet and found that once again Homeshop18 has failed to deliver the correct ordered products. I have asked the courier person to take it back for which he said that the pick up team is a different one and he can't accept the return from me.
                          This the items (3 stretchable denim jeans) are correct but the size sent was 32 instead of my ordered size of 34. I am surprised that how such portal like Homeshop18 can have such inefficient team that they commit mistake repeatedly and put the customers at inconvenience.
                          The very next day, I had called the customer care at[protected] and complained about the wrong size received as against the ordered size and was surprised by the lady's offer stating that she will compensate by crediting Rs. 150 in my account for their error and asked me to retain the lower sized pants, else return the pants and after receiving the same, they will refund the amount back to me. This is the most inefficient way of handling a repeat customer.
                          My original order was on June 28th and I have lost almost 20 days without any right product in my hand and having faced such an unforgettable experience how can I trust Homeshop18 refund my amount after I return the wrong items. I had requested them to refund the amount and after the confirmation of the amount in my bank account from my end they can arrange for a pick up of the products, for which they straightaway disagreed and informed me that there is no such policy to support my claim. Does that mean Homeshop18.com has the policy to forward wrong products twice to the same customer???
                          To buy some time to write this complaint I have informed the senior person in the customer service team that I will retain the wrong products for which he told me that as per policy, he can give credit of Rs.135/- and not Rs.150/- as promised in the same call by a lady who was junior to him. Within 5 to 10 minutes, Homeshop18.com has changed their compensation amount too. This is very frustrating as a customer. More frustrating is that when I saw "My Account" section in the Homeshop18.com, even that amount of 135/- is not visible in my customer id. This amounts to cheating by the portal.
                          I am severely disappointed by the whole experience with Homeshop18.com in handling my order so inefficiently. The team does not have any idea that Customer is the King in any business and they have acted otherwise and forced me to accept their offer instead of accepting their mistake and accept my proposition. I would like Homeshop18.com to compensate sufficiently for their repeated errors in handling the original order and the replacement and make good for the time and amount spent and lost by me in the last 20 days or so.
                          I have attached the photo of 3 denim pants with size 32 mentioned on the waistline. Two of the pants does not have tags also which means that they were old and returned by somebody else. My ordered size was 34 which suits me to perfection.
                          I trust Homeshop18.com will understand my issue and compensate suitably.

                          Today, the courier pickup person came in the morning and I have returned all the 3 Jeans Pants very reluctantly and it was a disappointing experience as I could not use the ordered item on the specific ocassion.
                          I did not know that a portal like Homeshop18 can also commit such silly errors of sending wrong items and offer credit points to ensure that the customer buys some other product from them once again. Also, my order had Rs.150 coupon which I can use for my next purchase which was missing in the package. I feel that Homeshop18 has disappointed me with such mediocre services which I never expected to be.

                          I purchased a ikall k2 mobile in the month of march 2018 and now from last few days the battery is swelled up and phone hardly last for 3-7 mins.                             Myself prashant mittal. I ordered an item (35 pcs room decor set) order no [protected] on 16 june 2018. The product was delivered incomplete on 23 june 2018. I filed a complaint against order regarding missing of 2 curtains and 5 cushion covers. The customer care told that it will be delivered within a week. I again complain on 27 june regarding the missing items. The customer care again told it will be delivered by 30 june. Today on 5th july i again ask for the status of my complaint. The customer care spoke to me very harshly saying it will be delivered shortly. It's very very disappointing to me. I am a regular customer of homeshop18. I didn't expect this kind of service and false commitment from homeshop18. Please resolve my issues asap.

                              I am a regular customer of homeshop18. Now i have stopped ordering from them due to following reasons.
                              Bought a mop from them 3 months ago.
                              1) they did not supply the right product as it was shown on the tv ad.
                              2) in 3 days time the mop head was broken.
                              3) the pipe handle is of too thin metal.
                              4) very poor plastic.
                              5) few days ago my wife made a complaint and homshop stated that they may send a replacement head which they actually did.
                              6) the plastic head arrived. I tried fixing it and later found that there is a poor plastic top on the rod attachment which is also broken. The pipe gauge is too thin to hold a mop head while the plastic top of pipe is soiled. Its a permanent problem and cant be fixed.

                              I would suggest all of you that never get into the trap of homeshop18. Once the product is sold they don't care.. Homeshop18 do big ads on tv but the product they supply is too cheap to use and technically made with poor specifications. No engineering in homeshop18 products... Guys please beware!!

                                I had ordered a product "Peachy 3 Tops and 3 Jeggings" of "Large" size. Unfortunately each of the products have been received in different different sizes. 2 tops are L, and the other one is XL. 1 Jegging is M, and the other 2 are Small size. I called the customer care for around 10-15 times today to get this issue resolved. I also asked if I could get the correct size that I wanted, i.e Large for all tops and Jeggings, but they even denied that. The IVR is not working and I am not able to update my Account # details on the IVR correctly to claim the refund on my bank Account. I asked them to call me back since it is an STD call for me but they denied.

                                I liked the product, but the customer service experience is so frustrating and terrible I must say. Nobody even from the escalation team is able to help you or even consider your request. Please refund the FULL amount to the below bank details

                                    The mini fan cooler is not working as shown in the advertisement.

                                    Is this is your company do everyone..?

                                      Pathetic service staff and unnecessary routing of calls to some company...why should i will call some company if i have buy the product from you all...this way you are harrasing the customer...
                                      I want to cancel the order id [protected]... In this you guys are harrasing us people...bad kindly cancel the order and refund me my money back asap.

                                      Stupid staff never give right solution to you and never understand your problem this is the worst ever shopping experience i have with home shop 18.

                                        From homeshop18 i ordered a flano blanket a beautiful heart print but i got another print after i complaints about this and they told me pack it n courier it but which address they given it is not possible to courier in that area i again again call them but they can't recognize my problem n don't solve it my experiences is very bed with it i highly recommend that don't shopping with homeshop18....
