Dear sir/medam

The company is fraud for me home shop 18 complaint no. Hs[protected], date-24/01/2018 hs[protected] i kall k 42 handset is poor quality and also battery problem and memory card slot is not working condition order no. [protected] sub order no.[protected]
2) home shop 18 complaint numbe and order no.[protected] no. Hs[protected] date[protected] sub order no.[protected]
I this above order the handset i kall k71 mobile is net work is dead and no net work display also not sending the two order invoice this is very bad behaving and the company is fraud about customer so kaindly for give me justice so i register a return complaint on customer care but they are not responding me and also miss behaving

      I ordered for ralph an jones combo pack of 9 items on homshop telecast on 11th feb 2018. When i get the items there were no nehru jackets and rs.250.00 loyalties bonus coupan. There were four shirts in the pack.. The watch was also off and broken.. I instantly inform the delevery man mobile no..[protected]. He asked me to mail this complain.           This is with reference to my order no.[protected] placed with homeshop18dated 18th december 2017 for beauty combo by vlcc (Seller: antil enterprises).
          I received 3 empty boxes, thats it instead of 5 facial kits and manicure pedicure kit.
          I have been raising this complaint since the first day, and have provided the snapshots, my id proof whatever they needed, still no resolution.
          They don't even read the emails and an unregenerate email comes inconvenience is regretted.

          I have sent them around 50 emails along with multiple calls to customer care and their facebook messenger, but no response or resolution from them.

            Why not home shop 18 dealing with such fraud cases directly since they got our personal information from your website. We are trusting on homeshop18 and purchasing product by giving our personal information, which is not safe with you, anybody can hack your data or you people are only involving in this such fraud casea, they call us and abuse also we tell them that we dont beilve in all that,. What the hell you guys will do then, shame on you home shop18.

            You just informing us that, we should go and complain in cycer crime, what you guys will do, just shame on you,

            I strongly boycott your website for purchase anything. No one should purchase from your website. You people are so irresponsible and senseless.

            If you continue to receive fraud emails and letters or calls, you may lodge an FIR either with the Police or Cyber cell.

            Instead of you only go and complain about this in cyber cell and ask them how to save your data and website by getting hacked by frauder...

              I ordered royal home bed sheet of rs. 1299 which is not worth a single penny as the quality is very poor and ild too its more like recycled, faded and when i ask for refund its around more then 8days i am calling again and again but there is no response i will never buy anything from homeshop18.
              Second product i ordered preety craft organizer set but again the quality what i saw on channel is far different what i recieved. They should check before they deliver it.

              Homeshop 18 customer care is very irresponsible now days and i called so many time but again and again they said wait. This is very annoying.

                Hi... Today when I was ordering nd enquired about my coupon code the customer care executive named " Swati " behaved very rudely with raised voice tone. You can check in your call recording what is actually happened. Singer snack maker i got call from singer company on my alternate number [protected] they told me they do not provide home service for this product and i have to go to patna for repairing which is 200 km far away from my city and it may take 2 -3 days in repairing why should i do all these shat things even only 20 days of purchase they told me to cordinate from homeshop 18 but homeshop 18 telling me to contact with brand every time.                       . I would like to inform you that my wife kalyani gupta has ordered (Order no -[protected]) reliance fresh home kit worth rupees 1150. But i have got damage product & when i call to complain regarding these at your customer care they provided me with the number of courier delivery company & sai to me to communicate with them. I had a word with them & they said to contact your company, then i again called the number then the agent said to me to forward the picture of damage product to homeshop18 what's up number which i have done & reply has come that we will check & get back to you. It has been 1-2 week there was no response then tomorrow when i had a word with you company call centre agent she said that the pictures are not clear & talk with me in a very rude way then i ask for supervisor but while having a word with the supervisor after 2 min he disconnected the call. Then i again call the number & have a word with shamshuddin mallik from escalation team he has said to me that we will provide you a compensation of ₹150/ & a coupon as well. I said to him that i do not want any compensation if possible please refund my money or replace the product so he said to me that i need to send the product back to you by incurring my own expenses. It is a heavy product for 5-6 kg packet which will cost me fortune then i said that its not possible for me to send you this heavy product so he said that we will not able to help you.

                          I ordered a swipe elite 4g from homeshop 18 on 29 jan 2018 at 10:30 pm, which i got on 2 feb 2018 at 5 pm. The phone's display, front camera and receiver are defected. On the same day i complained about it, even though there is a 7 day return and refund policy for online sold items, they first refer me to the service center. When even the service center confirmed about the non-repairable defect, homeshop 18 did not take any step and instead suggested me to contact the swipe brand and disconnected the phone. Now every time i call them they suggest me to go to the brand, it is rs 6000 phone and i am not able to figure out what to do. As a dealer it is their responsibility that if the delivered product is defected they should replace it, but, i must say they are not this much educated and responsible. Kindly shut such kind of firm which is openly doing frauds with the innocent people.

                            We have made the purchase of (Buy 6 Get 6 Induction Friendly Serveware by Ideale (Red+Pink) through Homeshop18 on 6th December 2017. The product delivered was broken & I have raised request for replacement for the same . Despite continuous followup on email, calls we never received any call for replacement . We have just been getting automated emails from Aarti Sethi mentioning we will get calls in 72 hours but nothing happened. We had a house part on 26th Jan for which we ordered this product. Its been 2 months and despite my continuous calls/ mails nothing has happened. I want strict action against them & complete refund of the amount

                              I had ordered a sewing machine from this site the order was delayed by homeshop 18 people also the product was defective on that very moment when i recieved the product raised a complaint with the website no clear response was given by them. Waited for a month instead of refunding me the amount they guys called and told me that it will not be refunded you have to use the same product. And starts explaining the procedure to use the same. I want my money back from them. I have all the details with me . My order no was [protected].

                                I had ordered surya ave 3 burner and got the product on 18 jan but when i opened i found incomplete product. Even after calling them repeated times they pointed blame on surya brand and on contacting brand they pointed blame on homeshop18. But none of them solved my problem to change the product. Lastly they are asking me to courier the product to brand address which i will not do because i have purchased it from home shop 18 and i don't know brand so why i should courier it to brand address. Finally until i have the product at least i can ask for replacement once the product courier by myself they will not pay heed to my complaints and both my product and money given to home shop for purchasing product will go out of my hand. Plz solve my problem

                                  Even after multiple mails and calls. The damaged good delivered to us was not changed. Evrytime when called the ansr was “we forwarded the request” but no person came to pick or exchange the damaged pillow cover. Instead offered to keep it and take 200 discount coupon. Disgusting and annoying behaviour after paying so much and its almost been 2 months that the complaint is launched. The product vannot be used and is just lying in a corner of house. Non cooperative homeshop18 staff i would never will or recommend anyone to purvhase frm you!!!

                                    The aforesaid product has failed to sew even a single cloth. Its locking mechanism is not working too. Its needle is engaging single knot thus thread can be pulled out easily. The product is sheer worthless n you need to discontinue it's sale and look for return from customers willing to do so. Till such modalities are explored selling, brand needs to attend dissatisfied customers in person at customers place itself. This will re assure your commitment towards customer and keep up ur good will. Hope you will respond promptly and positively.

                                      The product i receiver was not up to the mark, on tv it was looking good but when it arrived the material it was made up of was not good. Now want to return the product. I received my order on 25th of january 2018. The product was of bella casa. The bed sheet are of very poor quality and the comforter is also not good.

                                        Second sim is not working of any of them, also, when handset rings on incoming call, screens shows fluctuations like loose contact
