Respected Sir/Madam,

I have ordered digital Camera Olympus FE 47 from online shopping HomeShop18 on 30th Sep, 2010. I paid online through HDFC credit card on 3 month EMI. They confirmed my ordered within 2 days and promise to deliver within 1 weeks on that itself 1 installment was deducted from my credit card. Now after 15 days or so I complain to the customer care personel that I didnot receive my order and now I wanted to cancel it . They told me that ordered is already delivered it is not possible to cancel it and only way remaining is that I have to cancel order when I am about to receive it and to send it back to Homeshop18 according to company policy. I though it is ok that I can wait for sometime untill I receive the order. Then after around 22 days I again call them up but with fail then they call me within 1 day that my order is just handed over to local courier and I will get within 2 or 3 working days. Now after 30 days I am now getting mail that the orderd is shipped and I will get within weeks or so.

What is happening with HomeShop18? I am waiting for the order since 1 months and now they are cutting my next EMI installment for the same from credit card. I wanted my HDFC bank to stop paying for the order which I put on HomeShop18 and second I wanted to cancel order before it reach me. If this is going on like that then the return item will reach HomeShop18 after 1 months where HomeShop18 might recovered all three installment for the item order which I havent received it all.

I am attaching snapshot of order details (1 and 2). As HomeShop18 are very smart they have deleted my previous complain without answering back but still the 3.jpg snapshot will describe about the details of my feedback/complain on 27th october.

Please help me out so that I can inform my HDFC bank to stop giving money to Homeshop18 from my account and influencing Homeshop18 to do my transaction as quick as possible so as to cancel my order.

    Hi,
    I have placed an order on 4th of Oct 2010 bearing order no.[protected]. once I ordered the product I was assured it will delivered within next 48 hours at my home, as this is some kind of express service for festival season.But the height of the thing is, I haven't received the product yet neither I received a call regarding this. I was making the calls and asking them about the product.Finally I was told that the product has reached Jammu and is at courier office. As the product has to be delivered at my home but the Courier service[first flight] is saying I have to collect the product from there office because they cant deliver it at my residence. what kind of nonsense is this? when I was assured I will get the the same at my home why I have to collect it from there courier office? this is totally irresponsibility of Home Shop 18 who had selected this kind of service.
    this kind of service is not accepted or else they should mention it clearly.
    I had faced humiliation due to this, I could't gift it at time when it was required. I strongly recommend action should be taken against the Home Shop and Courier service.

      I ordered a product glen food processor -4051 LX on september 10 , 2010 and the payment for this product was made on time . The order number of the product was 30715637 but the product has not been delivered till date which should have been done within 10-12 working days . Inspite of number of complaints being made to home shop 18 the product has not been delivered .

      product not dilivered even after payment
      I had booked a canon camera on date[protected] and its order no. Was[protected]..
      On not getting the dilivery of my product again i had called homeshop18 customer care, but they told that you will recieve your product in next 2 days..on waiting and calling again..they told that your product is lost in courier ..they told that also that they will send another camera..but this dosen't happen..on calling again they told that they had issued new order no.[protected] .and my complint no. Was 73169737.
      Some time they are telling that they had not send because i had not done payment...sometime they again told you will recieve product in 5 days...i am fade up of this ..the thing is that they had not dispeched my product.

        I purchased a mobile phone from this company Homeshop18 they sent me the phone it was not a fresh piece i believe as there were scratches on it now its not working the display is not working they provided me 6 months warranty but when I call them they do not give good response I am very sad that they have hired people who cant speak politely and are working as customer care executives I go a phone---company---VOX ....I recommend people not to get any product from here they are just looting by exclusive TV shows.Plz see that you are not into such shopping.

          Damaged Product
          I have purchased Whirlpool Microwave Oven through HomeShop 18 online. While before ordering the product i have enquired about money back for this product and they confirmed that I will get my money back incase I am not satisfied with the product, So based on their words I have placed order to buy. They have shipped the product through Blue Dart courier on 7th Oct 2010, I received the product through Courier today 7th Oct 2010 but the box is damaged outside when I opened the pack and found the Front door Glass entirely broken.

          I had called HomeShop 18 and registered the compliant on the same day[protected] to get the replacement, they said they will inturn speak to their counterpart to replace the damanged product, but till now I havent got any reply from them about my replacement. Every day when I called them they are saying still they are awaiting for the response from their counterpart for this particular product. So I have given the deadline of 15th Oct 2010 to get replacement (OR) I want my money back. Even today when I called them to know the status they are not even bother to listen my words about it. So I have asked them to process my money back, they started telling for Whirlpool product there is NO money back.

          Homeshop18 — Damage/Bad condition

          I have ordered to your shop Order No.[protected]
          dt. 01/07/08 for digital camara which i have received
          on dt. 06/07/08 on COD basis. After opening the container and try to operate the product but found that camara cannot start after charging battery 1 and half huor.

          Then after charging the battery about 24 hrs and try to use the camara, it is start but showing the low battery signal after 1 min from start the camara.
          I had no of times complaint to your customer care on dated
          06/07/08, 08/07/08 & 09/07/08 and reply is received from
          them is our technical team will be contact you within 48-72hrs,
          but still i am waiting for reply after passing 1 week.
          Have you this type of your customer
          attention system.

          House Purchased — House Received in damage condition

          Dear Sir,
          I purchased house at kalyan and deal was done with fixed furniture & Electric fittings fans etc but on giving the posession of the house seller gave the posession of the house ion very badly damaged condition and all the fans , Geaser moduler kitchen etc were removed and or replaced with old damage fitting.

          The loss is approx 50 thousand rupees. Please suggest in the matter how And with whome I will get help.

          I have purchased a digital camera from home shop 18. When i have received the product the battery and camera both are in damaged condition, At the same instance i called customer care and registered a complain. Then i had not received any reply till one month so again i called back to customer care and excutive told me to send the product back ot some address and i had folllowed the instruction.
          After 10 days i received my camera back in the same condition with a letter mentioning that i have to return a product withine 30 days which i am not able to do i donnt know and company has not guided me to do that and they are asking for money to fixup the problems with camera and replace the battery

          So ii suggest everybody before purchase of anything from hoomeshop18 please check the availibility of product in the market and it from open market instead of purchasing from homeshop18.

          I do agree that Homeshop 18 are cheater they cheat you in future. I order Samsung camera it was fresh piece than I order mobile handset which was damage piece I ask them to replace it but every time they send me same damage piece and finally I was tired and ask them to return my money back but they never appear to pick the product and return back my money.
          I request dear customers I became the victim of homeshope 18 but you be aware of this disgusting unprofessional online service provider. I have never seen such a cheat who just earn money by sucking general public with their bad intension.

          Broken & damaged product received

          I have purchased a nayasa 64 pcs. dinner set from homeshop18 by order number[protected]. I received the item through blue dart courier on 1/12/2012. when I opened it in front of the courier guy I found most of the items are broken. I ordered this to gift to my friend on her marriage. but since this came broken, I needed to invest more money for her gift, cause her marriage couln't wait till they replace it. So I booked a complain on homeshop18 on the same day and demand my money back. they said they will send somebody to collect the broken product from my house and return my full money through cheque.

            Hi,

            I would like to launch a complaint for Homeshop18, online website for shopping. I placed an order for a product on the website on 9th Oct 2010 and the website clearly mentions that this product is shipped in 7 working days. Today is end of 6th working day and still the product is not even shipped. It will take definately around 3 - 4 working days more for the delivery to happen.

            This is a clear breach of the product delivery days. When contacted the helpline they said they cannot do anything about this.

            Would sincerely request you to suggest.

              Homeshop18 — not working

              i ordered a r/c helicoptor named quick thunder from homeshop18 and after its first flight it stopped working,the switch broke and the charge switch didnt work after that,all this happened just 1 hour after the delivery

                I ordered HCl MED-75 gaming console from homeshop18 on 05 oct 2010 and was told that none out of 2 colors(Blue and White) shown on TV was available, instead only black color was available.Though I wanted the blue, I immediately placed the order for the black color.On TV as well as on internet this product is shown as an express delivery product to be delivered within 48 hours.After waiting for more than 6 days I gave a call to Homeshop18 and was told that no details is available.My order arrived the next day evening that was close to 8 days and 4 times the time promised.
                When i opened the box it was not the black color but white color which I least wanted.
                Again I called and told all what has happened but they took all complaints(delivery-time, game color) very casually saying it all happens and they would take care of all the shortcomings from the next time onwards.
                Incidentally it was my third not so pleasant experience with homehop18.

                Pathetic service!
                I ordered a book on 12 Nov '12 and the book has not been delivered till now,19 Nov '12 in-spite of their commitment of delivery in 3-4 days. They do nothing else than false promises, bad support and horrible delivery arrangements. At-least this was my last online order to homeshop18.

                    I have booked the product on 22nd sept worth Rs 2450/- through Home shop-18. Using phone booking option and making payments by credit card in advance. Product was supposed to be delivered within 8 working days. I have registered complaint also for wich complaint number is 60994897, after i did not receive the product in 15 days also, but no action was taken. I was informed that product is under packing and will be delived by 4th or 5th Oct. However, till date i did not received the product. Instead got a call that product is under manufacturing and will be despatached after 14th of Oct. It seems that Home shop 18 is making fool of people booking product and making advance payments.

                    Sorry to say Support team-Home shop 18, that you people are not updated with current status, you are saying product is despatched; however just 15 minutes back came to know from your executive that product is under manufacturing and since common wealth games are going on they are not able to work and deliver the product. Also since Monday automated product tracing says product is handed over to Courier.
                    I dont know how you people deliver the product, i mean by what means, it seems you people use sea route for delivery?
                    I know a courier from London also gets delivered third day in city like Mumba. But here this is not the case.
                    This is really frustrating, ridiculous and disgusting behaviour, which is forcing me to take legal action. Hope your company expects this from my side.

                    I have received the call from home shop 18 Number is: +[protected] saying as my product is not getting delivered even after 25 days from placing the order. They asked me if i want to cancel the order, i confirmed the cancellation, and they told they will be giving details of cancellation by Tuesday morning, but now no body is responding to that. I hope Home shop 18 do not want to refund the money back.

                    I request to consumers please do not place orders to Home shop 18, they are making fool of customers and making frauds. Considering banks are giving daily interests as per RBI instructions, they are keeping our money and earning intersts, by not delivering product in promised time. If they refund money they should give interest as per RBI norms to the customers. Please ask the same to them.

                      Hi I am the same person who wrote above Complaint. Afterthis Complaint we got a call from Home18 and we were asked to send back the phone (for which we had to deal with a rude courier service guy) ... I had asked for money back but after a month I got a new box of handset, with used phone. Proof of that is that the main menu button has lots of scraches, there is personal pic already in the phone, there is a recorded voice of a guy calling his daugther stored. I am not able to get rid of vibration even after all the settings...



                      The issues I had are decreased but it seems like I have received a handset with someone's issues.

                        HOMESHOP18 IS THE ONLINE GROUP OF CHEATERS, THEY SELL VERY POOR QUALITY OF GOODS BY ADVERTISE THEM LIKE ANYTHING.

                        there megaslim flask is so bad product that it can not even hold the hot fluids for 30 minutes, it is like cold tea or coffe with in 30 minutes if you are using this ghatiya product.

                        so pls do not buy any product from homeshop18, this is mine advice as i am the gonethrough person
                        this is something very serious... why dont you clear all your doubts and problems faced by calling the homeshope18 customer call no.
                        this will help you to get a direct link with the company!

                          i have placed an order on homeshop 18 of Glen 4 burner cooktop1044 ss hf on 03/09/2010 order no.[protected] company said its a big item so you have to give the payment before delivery so i made the payment on 06/09/2010 to the first flight courier pathankot,punjab. so now when i call to homeshop they give reason every time i call. so can you please help me.
                          Hey this is a serious issue... why dont you contact their customer care no. to know the status of your product. I am sure you will get to know about it easily and immediately.

                            i book molile phone on home shop18.fuzzezone screen touch phone.but i cant response properly .i compliant coustmer care they said that u book to phone at manfecher address they will check it n new handset will give to u.but after 12days they r responding that 1 monath will take to u.in booking they respond very good.but after taking money they behave like a roadchap shopkipper.so i say that no one should belive them.
                            i think they r all true.
                            hey i think you should go to the customer care no to check this...it's available 24x7. i hope u get a solution for the same!

                              Now i had open the seal and checked the handset was faulty 1.FM not working 2. Memory card was not detected 3.MTV goggle not receive then i have again call the customer care regarding the issue he say pls wait your problem will be resolve with in 72 hours but problem not resolved now we have again call after 72 hours 18/09/2010 at the evening 5oclock on customer care talk with customer care executive i say pls return your handset and reurn my money now he is deney we are not refund the money after the sales

                              Pls help take the hard action for this company is fraud management system and provide my refund and compensation……

                                I have placed a purchase order no-[protected] for a Panasonic home theater on 22/08/2010 on homeshop18 and paid the company full in advance(Rs12000/-) through my credit card. The company promised me to deliver my material shortly. I got to know from company that they have dispatched the product on 04/09/2010 and promised to get me it in a maximum 72 hours of working days, but today it is 11 days since they have claimed to have dispatched the product and I have not yet got it. After the expiry of 72 hours I have been constantly reminding them of the non-delivery of the product. But they have turned a blind eye to my problem. Everyday they say that I will get in next 48 hours. I have asked them for refund also, but they say that until product gets back to them they can not refund the money.They also registered a complaint of mine-no[protected]. which they have not answered satisfactorily. please help me get my material or my money

                                  Hi, I ordered the Home shop 18, IFB MICROWAVE order no[protected] on 28/06/2010, with which they offered additonal microwave safe dishware, order no[protected], I received the dishware by 01/07/2010 but the microwave after various calls and speaking to there call centre which always gave the standard answer in "next 5 to 7 days", I got it on 29/07/2010 and till date I have not received the add on with it, (cook book, microwave safe utensils) the ones they show on their advertisement.
                                  To my horror, they have no regrets, and keep giving me the the same line 'in next 5 to 7 days'...
                                  This is my first order with them, and I had the worst experience, They are nothing less then any other con company...
                                  HOMESHOP18. is a rip off, it was my mistake i purchased from them, Kindly save yourself the horror, and purchase from some one else, then them

                                    I had done online booking for Olympus 14 Mega pixel Digital Camera Model No: FE-47 costing Rs4999/- in 17 Aug 2010, by online booking and paying the cash on delivery of parcel by courier.

                                    After checking the camera I'm find the camera picture get Blurred after zooming and the gift item ( Mtv Watch ) those are commented by HomeShop18 not sending with it.

                                    So I’m very disappointed and I want my money back or Replace camera.

                                      I Mr. Mitul Haridutt Chonker. I have purchase fuze zone mobile phone Order No.[protected] & Sub ordrer No. 30467247 by home shop 18. Mobile Price is Rs. 3999/-. I have received through blue dart courier on 02/09/2010 Airway bill No is [protected]. I booked my order (Fuze Zone Mobile X2 White Colour) 21/08/2010. The next day on 03/09/2010 i used mobile and saw its function i have found many complains related Fuze zone Mobile Model No. X2. mobile function is not working Properly. Detail Given as per below.

                                      1 ] I have insert 1GB memory card But mobile not saw memory card located or not support.
                                      2] Second thing switch on or off button is not working its very hard if i push power switch to open mobile lock switch is jam inside. As it is i will sent to you.
                                      3] Third Thing key pad is not working When switch jam and also Volume + or - Switch is not working.
                                      4] Flash Light is not working properly. In a dark place i take a picture but its not clear like facility of 2 mega pixel camera clearity.
