Purchased 12 piece storage set from home shop 18..However when delivered to us it was found that few of the pieces were boken and were of incorrect sizes as promised on Telivision..Tried calling the Customer care department of home shop 18 for the same but there is no response from there end as at times they say there system not working and can't assist and are also very rude to the customers who complaint ask there money back..
Please provide assistance in seeking redressal of the same..

At the outset, on behalf of Cutting EDGE, I apologize for your bad experience so far. Unfortunately, all customer care interaction for our products shown on Home Shop 18 is not handled by us, but we would like to intervene and help you with your problem directly.

Relating to your two issues, kindly note:
1. The sizes as mentioned on the HS18 Channel are the same as mentioned on their website, i.e. http://www.homeshop18.com/shop/u/y/p-Cutting-Q-Edge-Q-12-Q-Pc-Q-Snap-Q-Tight-Q-S...
These are the only sizes available with us, so its a little surprising that you could have got any other size of the same.
2. Any parcels received via courier, should be opened in their presence and breakages should be mentioned while signing on their slip so that they can be held responsible for not handling the shipment correctly. Regardless, we will definitely try to help replace your broken items. For your future reference, kindly do ensure that your items, not only from Cutting EDGE but from any other company too, should be opened in the presence of the courier so that they can be held liable for their handling.

    this is manohar singh I placed an order of reebok combo pack(reebok shoes,reebok Track Suit + Duffle bag )
    on order 10th December.my account code 74099 We got product on Date 16th December on Blu Dart Courier through i pay 3000rs
    but Track Suit was totaly Different and Defactive immidiately i contacted the customer service departmnet
    for replacement of Track Suite .after calling 2 to 3 consicutive days they told me
    you have to send your product through TNT Services to our vendor Reebok Address,they give me
    two numbers [protected] [protected] i am dialing this number but this number not reply for me
    from the 18-20-21 th october i am continusly calling at there customer care department they are

    get your order in 15days of time but mere ko inpar koi barosha nahi hain agar mein by courier

    i have lost my money & its giving me mental distrube.plz take thenecessary action and resolve our & Public problem

    Thanks Manohar I was abt to place an order. So also Homeshop18 is a bogus onlone place to shop. Their products are always defective & they dont damm care abtu once they sell the product.

    Almost 3 months over not got the refund cheque yet against order no.[protected].Even if getting customer care from executives all they keep on giving the different wrong information.I have my humble request to give me my money.

        i received touch screen mobile phone of fujezone which was defected we called back to them they told to call fujezone they asked to call home shop 18 they said we have registered complaint and we will replace it by sending u a box in which u will send us back and we will replace it but i called them next time because i did not received a box and they said that any complaint was not registered and i an still waiting for replacing it darshan singh

          I had purchased two shirts of 42 numbers vide Hope Shop Order No. [protected] recently. The shirts were delivered but the shirts were not comfortable to me, I called up Home Shop helpline slight late i.e. after two days, as I was very much busy with my work. When I tried these shirt, I found these not comfortable and requested Home Shop 18 for replacement on third day, in return, Home Shop 18 helpdesk straightway rejected my request for replacement of these shirts of 42 number to 44 number.

          Normally I wear 42 number shirts, but I don't know what is the reason why this number of branded shirts are short to me. Anyhow, If this is the way of working, I must recommend customers not to buy clothing from Home Shop 18, as they don't understand their consumer's problems and just strict to their policies, if any. In exceptional cases, they should allow their customers. If the customer becomes habitual to it, then they should stop entertaining such customers.

          Meanwhile, if possible, HS 18 should think about it and replace these shirts.
          I had purchased I kall calling tab dual Sim vide order No [protected] sub Order No[protected] dated 07.07.17 but it is a defective one and does not work at all . it does not switch on

            I purchased a 19inch LG LCD from Homeshop18 about six months ago. However recently I found a few dead pixels on the screen, which was troubling me a lot. See I am a video editor and once I find out problems like this I cannot ignore them. SO I called Homeshop18 since the TV was still under the company warranty. Amazingly they got back to me almost immediately and told me that they would replace the product provided that they felt it needed to. So I returned the TV to them and within two weeks I got a replacement LCD screen. So now I can do all of my work with no issues. Homeshop18 Customer care is really very effective.

But it is only 300W input (as mention on the product) while you are showing in ur product detail, it is working on 500W. It is not as per standard so kindly replace it as soon as possible.

            I am writing this email after waiting 3 months for a resolution. To begin with, I gifted a mobile phone to my sister. Having heard about good reputation of Micromax, I shopped online on Homeshop18 website. Since the very first day, this mobile phone has been a pain. She has been trying to get in touch with Homeshop18 and you guys from the very beginning, however everyone is passing the buck to one another. Heights now, your mobile phone would not identify sim, would not catch signals, would show blank screen and does not work. We did not pay 6000 bucks for a piece of junk. Take this crap out of my home and refund me the complete amount, as it was a Birthday gift for my sister

            Dear Sirs, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S Duos mobile phone on 9th January 2013 (order no.[protected]. The said product was having an offer of free 16gb memory card, valid till 10th January 2013 and the process of redeeming the offer involved entering IMEI number of the purchased phone. As I made online purchase on 9th January 2013, it was not possible to enter the IMEI code on or before 10th January 2013, I did the thing anybody would have done in this situation, I called up[protected] and the customer care executive confirmed me that no need to complete the redemption process online and that I would get the memory card along with my phone. But, it was unfortunate to receive the phone w/o free memory card and a complaint in this regard resulted in a phone call from you with comments "you have not completed the redemption process online so we are sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to avail the offer". Dear sirs, I am not complaining here for the wrong information I got from the c.c.executive of which I don’t have any evidence though we get a message in the beginning of such calls that ‘the phone call may be recorded for the training purpose’. What I would like to understand here is, if the offer with expiry date 10th jan required the purchased mobile IMEI info to be entered online on or before 10th Jan, Is it possible to do the same for an online purchase made on 9th Jan or 10th jan... the answer is simple... "NO". Then what is the logic to display such offer with this product, , , just to make fool out of the consumers/buyers ?? Dear sirs, I request you that instead of conveying a ‘sorry’ to me please take up the matter positively to resolve my genuine complaint and I would like to suggest to eliminate the loophole from your system to avoid such loss and inconvenience to your customers in future.               hi i ordered a wespro digital camcorder from homeshop18
              they sent it on time
              but the quality of camera was poor.and there were so many technical loops which they didnt highlighted on tv and also not in written
              which i found when i used it
              the same day of receiving the camera i made a call to homeshop team that we want to return it as per their money back and 15 day gurantee
              they said okay, you can return it and will get money back.
              but now it has been more than 15 days we call them daily and no one has come to get that parcel back
              and they give us different numbers to call, and when we call they put our number on hold for so long and never talk
              now we have finallly decided to take this matter to consumer court
              and file a case on homeshop18..
              and i would suggest everyone not to buy from the such online sellers, cz when you have to return the thing or any other problem is there these sellers are never ready to help you out
              just dont go for their lucraive offers
              instead go to a chor bazar and buy from there at lower prices
              i made a big mistake which i wont ever repeat..

                I was recently remodeling a bedroom in my house to make it a room for my five year old daughter. I’ve been looking all over for little things to add to the room like bedspreads, curtains and posters. Most of this shopping I’ve done in malls and little stores around the city. But one day while I was browsing online, I came across the website HomeShop18. And while browsing through I found a very cool ceiling fan with Barbie designs on it. I ordered it immediately and it arrived a week later and my daughter and her friends absolutely love it. Thanks a lot HomeShop18 for stocking such items that you wouldn’t find anywhere else.

                  Hi Homeshop 18 Team,

                  WRT to above mention order no. i had purchase Delta Q20 Touch Screen mobile in month of April 2010. I found the service was quiet good & the product was delivered to me within the said time.

                  After 6months i started facing problem with the cell phones as follows:

                  1. Touch screen not working properly from right side of the screen.
                  2. While typing SMS the keys "A,Z,ok" are not working press at all, not even with the stylus.
                  3. Back panel cover of the phone has got loose coz of which is coming out while using it.
                  4. When mobile is on silent mode & if i get call @ that time it vibrates. If i disconnected the cal the vibration still goes on & have to restart the phone to stop it from vibrating.
                  5. Mobile gets hand or restart in between.

                  For all above issue I had open complain with your customer care on 14th Oct 2010 & got complain no. 5920108 stating that the phone will either be repair or replace base on the kind of issue m facing. I sent my cell phone to the said address on 15th Oct 2010 with a letter explaining the details of the above issue.

                  I got a call from the vendor on 19th Oct 2010 asking for the issue with the cell. He also lied that there is no letter in the box. I told him the details & he said he will check & taking action accordingly.

                  Finally after calling customer care for status on this I came to know that it will take another 7-8 working days for resending the cellphone.

                  When i called up after few days I spoke with floor supervisor Mr. Abhishek Kumar who told that the cell is going to get replace for which they are waiting for an approval from concerned department & as Diwali was also it will take 10-12 working days for the same.

                  After few days again when i follow up I came to know that approval has come & the cell phone will be dispatch in 7-8 working days.

                  Finally after waiting for long 40 days I got the cell phone back & I was surprise to see the same phone back again & that too in the same condition & same issues. No change were found. I could only observe that the phone was reset to factory settings which i could have do anyways.I also found the the letter of complaint which i wrote while sending my cell at first which vendor said he didnt got any letter. So even the vendor lied to me.

                  I wonder why the hell my cell was kept with you for 40days without doing anything & why was i given wrong information saying that my cell is going to get replaced for which approval has been giving from higher management?

                  This was my worst experience of mine with homeshop18. What kind of service is Homeshop18 giving.You are good at selling product but dont know how to serve to customers? Does your teams work this way giving false commitment to the customers. If this is so then i would prefer taking product from the roadside hawkers who are more better then you.

                  On 24th November I called up you customer care and have been told that I will be getting a call by 26th Nov evening as to what is the further action to be taken on this issue.

                  Please note: If you dont want to give replacement/repair of the cell please let me know so that I wont chase you please any more & also make sure I never deal with such cheaters in future & save other people as well.

                  I have bought a 80pc drill machine by kenz tools ltd. order no.[protected] from homeshop 18. after 2-3 days of recieving it stops working. Then i call homeshop18 they say me to send it by curior at the adress of kenz tools ltd. company. I send it by trackon curior (consignment no.[protected]. after this on request of homeshop18 i send them p.o.d. which i have recieved from trackon curior. i send it in the month of november.now ater 5-6 months i still not get my product back. when i asked from homeshop18 they are always not giving proper response and says me to wait for 10-15 days, but nothing happens. so please help me ,

                  This is for the second time I am complaining against Homeshop 18 regarding the replacement of my product. I complained on 15th April but there was no response from your side. I have not get any call or solution to my problem yet.This is really unexpected from a company like Homeshop18. I ordered for 5 Tasser Art Silk Sarees by ZOHA on 22.03.2014(product code[protected].To my utter surprise I received a totally different product
                  (product code[protected], suborder no[protected] from the product that I have ordered. So I send back the product through First flight courier(CN no-MU0916023) on 31.03.2014 for replacement on complaint no[protected]. I talked
                  to the customer care and they assured me that the product will be replaced and sent to my address within a week and the money towards courier charge will be refunded soon. But till today home shop 18 is neither giving replacement nor refund the money towards courrier charges. Is this some joke or what? Since last one month I am calling to your customer care regularly for the solution, mailing but there is no response. IN THIS WAY HOMESHOP 18 IS LOOSING THE TRUST OF ITS CUSTOMER.                     I ordered an Extra-large "Bean Bag" from the website. I thought this company is associated with Network 18 and must be reliable, but to my surprise they are "Top class Cheats".
                    Instead of sending me the XL size, I got an L size. The label on the Bean Bag was forged with a permanant marker by putting an X in front of L to make it look like an XL.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I bought five Pakistani suits, after watching advertisement on the T.V. I was surprised, when I saw the fabric and quality of the cloth. Moreover, The design was totally different as compared to the mentioned advertisement. And when I went to my tailor he said that the length of the suit is so short that only a kid's suit can be prepared. I wanted to replace my order, but mow when I have read all the reviews, I am afraid that I will spend more money on courier and after that I will not get my replaced product back. It is really very disappointing. It was my worst experience ever and now I will never do any sort of online shopping.

                          First of all it was informed to me by your customer care executive that this camera (Olympus 14 megapixel) is rechargeable. when I received I found that it work with sell. I complained that time please take the camera back and give my amount back. but nobody from your company taken pain to do that.                                   I had raised a complaint against the same issue, I was given a request no. 64877781 on 15th june and they assured me that I will get a call within 24Hrs but its more than 48 hrs. However today I received a sms stating that my order is shipped vide awb no. [protected] through blue dart.                                   I have incurred lot of expenses here by calling everyday to home shop 18, wasted my time in speaking and being kept on hold by customer care executives for long time, wasted my fuel by going to DTDC facility, due to tension i got headache and had to visit doctor so i had to pay for doctor fees and medicine plus most important thing is that i had an important function in which i had to use this particular product which i never got chance to use it as i did not get delivered the courier. That was the most important emotional loss that caused to me. Apart from all this, when i call, i still dont get any confirmation about when exactly i am going to get the product. Diwali and New year will also pass and still i the product that i bought will not be of any use to me to capture my good moments.

                                  I pity on your company's service. There is no kind of assistance in even knowing the exact location of the product being where it is lying right now. If you dont care for such reasons, then why should we buy from your website.

                                  Who is going to pay for all the loss incurred to me due to your company's negligience? Also, if the product has travelled so many places already from noida to mumbai to kutch and from there to where all.. If i dont get the product by today evening then i would not like to accept the same.

                                  Kindly you can start the refund procedure and reimburse for the loss which is being caused to me.

                                  I am going to send the copy of this email to government of india's consumer grievance cell if i dont get the immediate reply by today itself.

                                  I placed an order for mycromax mobile X-336 on 29/11/2013 vide order no.[protected] in the name of my wife Saroj Arora. I was told that the delivery will be made on 03.12.2013. On 30.11.2013 I received a phone call that your product is with me to deliver. I told him to come after 3.p.m. as we are not at home. He replied that today it will not be possible I will come tommorrow. I waited whole day but in vein I tried to contact on the number and he replied that today it is not with me and I done know further and behaved very rudely. I got an acknowledgment on mail that my product has been shipped vide AWB [protected] through Aramex. But till today it is not yet delivered to me. I contacted to HS and the operator replied that status shows that product delivered and amount received. I also got a SMS mentioning that the product was received by Saroj Arora. It is a 100% false statements given by various persons whereas actually the product was not sent to me and it is harrasement to me while waiting for whole day and getting reply that the product is delivered.

                                  I have ordered spice 5 inch smart phone.
                                  Delivery status shows that delivery attempt failed on 24.10.2014. However this is totally false. 24.10.14 was bank holiday and I was at home only. Nobody had come for delivery of product. In spite of several calls to homeshop 18 I have not received the product. It is reported that product was delivered through Aramex. When tried to contact them, no one picks up the call. Some recording is played indicating that service executives are busy. This is really frustrating experience from Homeshop 18 and its delivery partner. I was expecting delivery during Diwali. However I have not got the delivery even after 15 days of placing order. I do not think there is any one to take care of the customers in the team of homeshop 18. I am sure that no one will pay any attention to this complaint also.

                                  In case of other online companies I have seen that when such things happen they on their own contact the customers, give sorry vouchers, discounts etc.

                                  I ordered a Spark Mate Advanced Mop on wheel from HomeShop18.com vide order no.[protected] dated 8th February 2015. I have got a mail that order has been delivered on 2nd March 2015. The said product has not been delivered to me till date. I have prepaid Rs. 2249/- in a dillema to get the product at the earliest. I have lodged a complaint on 3 march 2015 bearing no.[protected]. Someone called me next day from their side and told that he will clarify from courier service and after holi festival, he will call me back. After holi, on 8th and 9th march I have called homeshop18 customer service and she told me that someone called me later on this. Then a call was received by me next day that still he didnt clarify from courier service, it will took some time. I am calling regularly since 03 March 2015 to till date, but they are unable to clarify from their courier service after the lapse of almost 70 days. Always telling that it will take 6-7 days. It is requested kindly do the necessary action at the earliest please.
                                  I have purchased a Spark Mate Advanced Mop through homeshop18. This product became defective within 6 months of its purchase. This product (the Rod which was defective) can not be repaired as intimated by the brand customer care. There is no support to resolve the problem from homeshop18 and the brand (Crystal). To exploit the situation the Brand customer care advised to purchase a new rod at a cost of Rs.1, 300/- through homeshop18, which I believe is an unfair trade practice. Considering the poor quality of the product and the post sale attitude of homeshop18 and Crystal, I strongly recommend not to buy this product.

                                    Apropos the quoted subject line & reference header above, I'm compelled to write to you regarding the lack of proper support displayed from your end on a faulty product. In my last call on 29th Oct, I was assured of a call back within 48 hrs which has never happened & thus this forum.
                                    I wish to inform you that I received the replacement product on 28th-Oct- 2010. However the received product is no good either & has a different manufacturing defect in it. The problem now is in the quality of the stitch. The stitches are not getting inter-locked properly and are long(abt 1cm). This apart the upper/outside thread is also getting snapped in the process. The stitch seems to start normally but after covering a few inches, the length of the stitch gets long(~1cm) and finally ends up in the upper thread getting snapped off. Apparently there is some defect in the replacement product.
                                    Having said the above(actually 'n' no. of times now), I have to tell you that I'm totally frustrated with this product. To add more to my frustration is the kind of delay/sluggishness displayed from your support line in dealing with the issue.
                                    Consequently, I believe a defective product has been sold to me and would like to return this product completely. I await your response towards an amicable settlement of this issue.

                                      Actually this is not a complaint.After reading all complaints what type of precautions should i take?
                                      I ordered imedia i 68 mobile .
                                      I received it on 17/09/2009.But found not ok.Screen touch was not operating.
                                      I sent it to banglore at technical center.
                                      & after 7 days (26/09/2009)i got mobile.
                                      But saw the picture ,sound quality , so bad.
                                      When I am receiving any call i cam into fever/tempreture due to loud & unclear sound.
                                      Having to treble to sound no bass setting to speker.
                                      Geeting vibrations when i use the loudspeker.No slilence mode to phone.
                                      Ear phone is not working.picture quality of video not as good as shown on tv.
                                      thats why i want to send the product for refund.

JUST WHAT IS/ARE THE SHORTCOMINGS IN THESE PRODUCTS THAT THEY ARE BEING SOLD THROUGH TELEVISED SHOPPING NETWORKS WHERE THOSE INTERESTED HAVE TO TAKE THE DECISION WHETHER OR NOT TO BUY, BY ONLY HAVING A LOOK OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT BY HAVING A FEEL OF IT THROUGH DEMO.

                                        shoes - not used yet
                                        watch- ok till now
                                        2 polo shirts - colour fadeing problem
                                        sunglass -disgusting rainbow shades developed on the glass

                                        another order of demonte stainless steel bowls.cracks developed after using it for 2 months


                                        so i concluded that homeshop 18 is the largest retailer of scrap and rejected products of world class companies like reebok etc

                                        so its my sincere advice to all that dont get carried away by the advertisment they show in their channel.
                                        they give discounts only on rejected and worthless products.
                                        use ur brain ,how can they manage such heavy discounts on branded products , are they a no profit no loss organization or they manage by spending from their pocket

                                        the answer is no, they are a only profit making organization and they can go to any extent to cheat the people . so guys take some pain go to the market and buy orignal goods and products

                                        I ordered Imedia Phone at homeshop18.com and recieved my product on time...

                                        but when I took at home and start using it i found it junk..

                                        on TV they told if you dont like the product u can send it back within 15 days and can take ur money back but now the customer care denies of refunding my money..

                                        Any official from HS18 want to clerify?
