I purchased a hair straightner n curler combo of 999 I had called d customer care executive n placed d order while the product was telecasted in TV.I was cared 200 rs as shipping charge. but there was free shipping 4 my pinched in the website 4 cod as well.but nw I have paid 1200 .but the executive say that i[censored] book through website it's free shipping n i[censored] call u have shipping charges. Actually the company is cheating the customers.
The quality of the product is also very low n they r nt ready to return the product. The price is much more higher than compared with other websites. And the executives say u should have compared the price n then placed the order.
Ols train ur executives how to behave with the customers n do not cheat the customer with higher prices n extra shipping charges.

        Order no. [protected], order date 6/1/2019. I received the item 11/1/2019. I complaint in homeshop18 for received the another product fully change the saree design and saree colour. Homeshop18 was cheating with product show the best of best pick any 1 designer saree by palkhe - pink but received the changing the product.

          Sir/madam,
          Would you now tell that i am to wait for your product again for ten /twelve days even after paying the price quoted.
          Understood that homeshop18 is not for now meant for customers satisfaction. Even after paying the cost for the product the article not received by me as such i will advise every prospect customer that never pay in advance for which they will be treated like me.
          Every time when i am contacting i have been told that the goods is on dispatch mode & to contact with the gatti courier who on the other hand when contacted showing there in ability for the delivery. Most surprisingly it has been mentioned that the customer has refused to accept the goods.
          Please look into the matter

I have called to customer care so many time but they told me waiting for 7_10 days for receiving cheque and now today when i call customer care she disconnected my call after listen my problems.               It happened 6th time with me since last 2 years with homeshop18, got lucky draw call and when i cut call, they call so many times use a very bad language. All calls form bihar. How useless service homeshop18 provides. As per research such issues are happening only with homeshop18 mostly.
              Why homeshop18 not resolving these complaints since long time

                I got a call on 8 th january 2019 from a person named mr. Mandal that i won a prize from home shop 18. Hearing so i called at their customer care and told everything but they said they would assure me if i got it or not by calling me back, sometimes later i got a call from nitin kumar from [protected] number. He told me that i got a xuv mahindra car from home shop 18 as lucky first winner. He asked my account number and then i got a sms from sbi bank that 1280000 is on hold due to service tax payment. Even he forwarded an account number for a charge 6500 which was deducted from my google pay to account number [protected] ifsc code is sbin0000691 as home shop 18 pvt ltd. Later a call came from a person dhiraj kumar from [protected] who said himself sbi bank staff and asked to pay 25600 to his account number [protected] ifsc code is sbin0000026 as service tax. When i asked that bank itself cuts the service tax and pay the rest he refused to pay the money even later when i called that nitin kumar 6500 rupee he again told to pay 3500 rupee to get refund. Sir please help. I want my money back from those imposters.

                  I had order a 32 pc living room combo online with online payment mode on[protected], i was assured of getting it delivered to my address on[protected].
                  Later i received a message of getting it delivered on[protected] through "gati courier services and got a docket number too.
                  I have been tracking my order with gati and homeshop18 repeatedly and they just say it will be delivered today, tommorrow, within 2 days, etc but still the parcel has not reached me.

                    I have order pack of 5 printed double bed fleece blanket for 2 sets (10 blankets). But i received 1 set (5 blankets). I complaint in homeshop18 for half order received they said partial order.

                    When i got partial order they send only 1 blankets. Where is my 4 blankets. When i call homeshop18 executive they got my details and said hold in line. I have 30 minutes to hold on phone.

                    Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                      1. It is observed that homeshop18 making their services more worse than previous years. Dear homeshop18 dont fool the people for orders or kindly close your website. (Only the big cities getting proper order else your courier boy not even try to get at small cities also). It happens 7th time with me since last 3 years

                      2. Who so ever customer orders from your site gets a lucky draw call, it happens 7th time with me, and they talks in very wrong language, is this your work is going on since 3 years. Shame on you we will never try for such service.

                              I have ordered an induction on 25th november 2018 through homeshop18, but the product which i received was damaged/broken. (Order no -[protected])

                              When we complain regarding this the customer care they told us to send the product back and ll send a replacement,
                              But when we send the product in the address give by the customer care (Shared the screenshots before consulting with all the details)
                              They refused to take the item in the given address. It came back and this happened twice.

                              When we asked customer care the reason for refusal, they took it very lightly as if they don't want to return, and just told to send it again,
                              Next time also the same thing happened they refused to take the product (We can track that the item has reached to the address and they rejected)
                              And blamed to the indian postal service that they have not delivered the item to the address.
                              But one thing i want to ask, it can happen once but how it does not reaches all the time?

                              Each time i need to pay nearly 500rs to send the item and each time the item is not accepted.
                              I am feeling as if it was a kind of trap with the common people. Once they got the money they are thinking that no one can do anything and can send whatever item they want.
                              Now i don't have any hope for this item as i can't keep on wasting money and feeling harassed by homeshop18, also i want to say to you all that this can also happen to you as well they are just looting your hard earned money.
                              So please don't trust this site homeshop18, and don't get trapped by some fake offers.

                              I am attaching all the document as proof, if anyone needs any more documents please do let me know.

                                I order living room decor set of quantity 2 but was delivered single quantity... After paying the amount for 2 (₹3998/-) i got my product.. But the product delivered was so cheap... That i decided to returned the product..
                                When complained about the same to the company's customer executive they asked me to courier with only 10% of the product rated... Where i was charged 1k+ for the courier service, shared the bill and all the details after 10days company is stating that product has not been reached to us yet so we refund now...
                                I need my money... Pls help me

                                  Today, i received a call from hs18 that i won prize money of 350000 and 5gm gold coin in a lucky draw. He confirmed his authenticity by confirming me my personal information like address, phone no, name and father's name etc. He said that we have to collect our prize money from ludhiana head post office and there we have to pay a 3000 and something as a government tax in 10-15 days.
                                  Please tell me how i check the authenticity of this call. The phone number from which i received the call was [protected].
                                  Also, tell me where i can check my name if i actually won the prize in real.

                                    As per my previous complain from this email id only.
                                    My complain is not yet resolved because still i have not received 32 inch samsung led tv from home shop 18. As per homeshop18 letter reference number [protected] heading 'homeshop18 winner of samsung led tv 32 inch' i was requested to make payment of the income tax deducted at sourse (Tds) through dd or cheque. On receipt of that letter i have made dd from sbi air force station makarpura vadodara for the amount of rs 7170 in favour of "tv 18 home shopping network limited" dd number 369464 dated 31/10/2018. Submitted all required document like dd, aadhar card, pan card latest address proof through india post vide tracking id "eg[protected]in" on date 01/1102018 on address "tv 18 home shopping network limited 7th floor, fc-24 sector 16a, film city noida, uttar pradesh, pin-201301" which was received on that address on 07/11/2018 and i gots a confirmation call on 11/12/2018 from no[protected]. After that from same number i received call that your dd is cleared and tv will be sent to your address up to 23/11/2018 but till the time i have not received that tv. After contacting to customer care they given a number for qurey about prize related query mr krisna kant[protected]. On this number i have contacted several time and always he told that give me some time i will contact you and tv will be delivered to you within one week. On 21/12/18 he told that tv is not available in stock and i have raised a query regarding your winning prize.

                                    Sir, with humble request i beg to say you that i am frustrated from this reply and waiting for your favorable action on this issue. Kindly get my solution resolved. Thanks

                                      Kindly deliver the rest 10 PC Serve ware set as early as possible as i am already paid Rs.1450.00(Cash). at the time of delivery. While opened the products it observed that only 10 PC Serve ware was available inside the parcel.

                                        Hii i order triple dhamaka stylox 3jeans with wrist watch free and they delivered me only dark blue 1jeans and rest 2 stylox jeans are not in the parcel its missing when we checked. The payment was on cash on delivery

                                        Disappointed in poor service.

                                        hii ..wheres the solution. i did speak to u guys on calls but everytime u guys are keep on sayin like delivery guy will pick the parcel in 1 yo 2 working days but ive been waitin for him since last 2 weeks. i need a solution. improve ur poorest service and provide the actual things that we buys. dont give us the things that u wanna give us from our money. bloody poor service and disappointed in homeshop18 staff.. its really really bad and lazy services ever

                                        I ordered a seving machine from your company homeshop18 .but it after a week not working so I complained 3 time against this product and they registered my complain but still now they not done any action so I will show the all matter of home shop 18 what happened with me.
