I bought 45 piece living room decor set by homesop 18 from royal home-brown, whose order no.[protected]. I did not get a carpet in which i have filed a complaint. But the company has not got any satisfactory answer. And now my call is also not receiving. The company has cheated me. Neither the company is refunding the money or sending it to the carpet. Please solve my problem.

    Even if after 4yr of same complaint, no action have been taken care. No body is there in india anti corruption department to handle it. I got a call from below numbers

    These fellows claiming they are from homeshop18 lottery claiming department and they are having all the sensitive information provided to homeshop18 while purchasing an item. Now we are having a common sense that while taking an phone call action we are googling it then only we are taking action ourselves. However the the important question is how, who and whom a person from homeshop18 sharing our personal information to others cheater. That person must have to caught and punished.

    Please dear all no more business with homeshop18 unless untill an acceptable action has not been taken care.

      This is for your kind information that I have order 5 printed double bed fleece blankets+ 1 blanket free by warmland order number [protected] with my mobile number [protected]. But due to mistake no printed bed sheets came to my address only plain bed sheets came . I not satisfied with your this product and customer care service because they didn't transfer call to any customer care executive ( called on[protected]. So either exchange the plain bed sheets with printed bed sheets or refund my money.

      I am also send the attachment of order with this mail .

      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

            I give an order (45 pcs living room set) to homeshop18 on call and paid the amount online. From last 15 days, they are saying to wait for 2 days again and again and the same will be delivered.

            But today (31.01.2019) i got the messege that the same has been delivered but i have not received the product.

            Still awaiting for the product.

            Further which cell no they are providing on the portal for delivery, that is not mine no.

            Please help to get it resolve asap and take the action for the fraudulent work by this comapny and for winding up of the company to save public money.

E 31/01/2019 i received a call he was saying that you have been selected for lucky draw winner you will get tata safari as prize or you can take the amount of rs.1280000/- he is asking me to send my adhaar and photo and also telling me to deposit an amount of rs.7500/- then i checked some posts on google for confirmation i found that it is fraud... Pls send them to jail... Its a kind request. I have attached his details pan card and adhaar card.. Also i have attached some id found on google...

                This homeshop18 is a fraudulent.. They provide customers data to random guys who call us by saying they are calling from homeshop18... I am getting calls on the same from past 2 years.. The person calls me by saying he is calling from homeshop18 and i have won a price of 12 lakhs and i have to pay register fees of 12k.. He knows my address my last order history and everything which i have registered with homeshop18 and when i asked more details about him he started abusing on call... Homeshop18 doesn't even know what is general data protection regulation. They should be sued for such fraudulent.. I have called the customer care number 100 times on this but they say they are working on this and nothing else.. Very much unprofessional company.. Only shows of on tv about there products...

My address, My mobile number, my last order, my history order, date of my orders... This is happening from past 1-2 years.. what are you guys doing with these things... you have this issue being investigated through any agencies... i don't think so you will get any solution for this even in future...

                  I had ordered makeup products 24pc on 14th january 2019 makeup kit&facial combo at 999 and the quantity was 2 +shipping charges was 251 and the total amount which i had paid is rs 2249 from homeshop18... I received my product on 21st january 2019... I unbox the product and it was totally disappointing and totally damaged... And 1 quantity was missing... On the same day i called homeshop18 customer care executive and request for the replacement... On 25th january 2019 the courier boy came to my address and picked the product from me and he gave me the replacement receipt on 27th january 2019... After 2days i received message from homeshop18 that the product which i had purchased and request for replacement is out of stock so they are returning my money back... So i called the customer care executive and they again transferred my calls to head executive and now they are not explaining me properly neither they are returning my money... I called them again and again but no response and also not returning my money... I am totally in depressed please help me...

                    On 28th January, 2019, an agent from homeshop18 had been calling me since morning telling that I've been awarded a tata safari car worth 12, 80, 000. First I refused the offer and told him that it is not required. He then somehow forced me to pay 1, 60, 000 as a gift price for the car in chunks of sets. He told that the driver has left and car would be delivered within 2 days. Later today after he got the money, he is not responding to any calls.

                    I have realized it is a fraud call and i request you to please take strict action against it and return back my money..
                    I seriously regret my decision and I genuinely request you to please take action against it and try to get back my money at any cost.

                      I have bought a 22 pieces dinner set. Last mont i bought it and itcwas found that 4 large size plates are in broken stage.                         Today. I got a call from this number [protected] where a person said, he is calling from homeshop18delhi and confirmed about my product which i purchased from your team. Informed me that product will be delivered within 2 days and when i asked him about the delivery time, said it will be delivered before 5 pm and then he asked me about the charges and i asked him about the delivery charges then he told me about the lucky draw where he was giving me 2 option..1 for the car and other for depositing money in the account after listening this i simply told him that about all these thing i will contact with homeshop18 team on mail so cut the call right now.. But i am very disappointed because how my number was shared with your end how someone confirmed me about my product... I want this clarification asap..

                            Today (28.01.2018) again I call on same no. reply that Home shop 18 has registered my complaint no, HS[protected] against my order. Please arrange to return refund in my account as debit card if my order is cancelled.

                                I bought the product 10 sets of serve ware which was showing buy 10 serve ware and get 10 serve ware free. But got half of the order. I want another half of this order which is on offer.
                                10 steel handi set with lid and 10 table spoons.
                                Buy 10 sets and get 10 sets free offer on which i placed order.
                                But get delivered with only 10 sets. I supposed to receive 20 sets.
                                Instead i got only 10.

                                So please deliver another half of my order i. E. 10 sets.
                                Or refund me the amount which i paid and take your product back.

                                Expecting the complaint will be taken care of asap.
                                The late it will, the amount should be refund with more interest and penalty.

                                    We ordered a series from home shop 18 next day a call came that u have won the tata hexacar and w didn't believe before than we asked for proof how to believe than he sensed the car pic and a certified sheet stamped by homeshop so we tried to believed and they asked to pay nov and transportation charges 8500 we paid than they asked 18500 for the troll exit were it was sticked near bhalgat maharashtra we paid than they asked 16000 for insurance we paid at last they it will shurely come on 17/1/19 we r waiting than a call came the driver did a accident so pay 26000 we didn't payed as we back r money and don't won't the gift but they said we will give the i[censored] pay we paid so we paid we r still in contact with her her name is meenakshi devi she said she will return the money but she is saying story that it money is huge can't be put like that i need charge complaint on the company as well the members who played with us we are in army quarters

                                      I order a product on homeshop 18 and right after or 4 days i received a sms stating "dear customer. You are shopping from homeshop18.in which you are winner of homeshop18 company. You win 1st prize tata safari and amount rate is rs-12, 40, 000. Registration service charge 6, 600 on[protected] deposit. Contact no;-[protected] homeshop 18 helpline no:- [protected][protected] from"bw-homesp". I knew that this is a scam because my father lost about a lakh in a similar scam from homeshop 18. Hence in order to complain about this i called homeshop 18 customer care number [protected] and the representative just told me that it is a fake news and just ignore them. She did not even ask me to share the contact number from which i got a sms and a call. I think that homeshop 18 is behind such scam because they are not even keen to know the the contact number and the information. I was called from +91 [protected]. How can homeshop 18 share the details that i have shopped. The person is clearly telling me the exact amount of shopping. I think this is a new trend to loot money by the reputed companies from behind. I would never make a mistake of ordering anything from homeshop 18 again and i would spread awareness to my friends and relatives too about this.

                                        I've order a product from home shop since december 17 2018 but by chance they sent me an empty parcel and i've try to contact them for many times and they always told me to sent a snapshot of the product later on they told me to sent my id prove and the invoice so that also i've done but now every time i call them they always ask me to sent these snapshot and now it's one month so they haven't solve my problem.
