Hello,

I am cynthia daniel from hyderabad, telangana. My mother has been a loyal customer of homeshop18 for the past 6-7 years.

A very unfortunate thing has happened to us yesterday ie[protected].
On 30th, my mother received a call and a message from your company stating that on basis of being a loyal customer for such a long time, we are providing you a car or the cash amount of the car - 12, 40, 000

We did not believe it as usual. But that very evening, we saw the winners being gifted with the same exact thing on homeshop18.

Now the next day, i googled for 'homeshop18 contact', and i clicked on the number provided on the website[protected].

That guy who spoke to me over the call told his name was mr. Ankith raj, and he followed the same procedure that the actual asaociates follow at homeshop18. He knew the minute minute details pertaining to us and the orders that we placed at your company, so there was no question we could doubt his identity.

He did not ask any details of mine, but asked me to make 3 transactions stating the amount would be credited

But alas, nothing happened. And it turned out to be a fraud.

I am writing this email with regards to this critical issue.
When the company knows that there are so many frauds going on, how do you'll allow someone to provide a fraud number on the company's website.

I need a proper resolution to this situation as i have already spoke to so many of the company's associates and have also lodged a police complaint.

Kindly request your involvement in this issue as it is very very important to me. Failing which, i would be forced to go for the resolution the legal way.

Thanks for your prompt and useless update on the issue.

My question or ask here is not as to where the winners names are announced or if you'll ask to deposit amount in some individual bank account.

On that misfortune day, I contacted the person (who looted my money) through the number available on Google. ( I searched on Google with the search term - 'homeshop18 contact number)

Now, when you all are such a so-called e-commerce site, how can you allow such fraudsters to provide their number on google. Don't you'll have some kind of department that tracks such issues? When you guys have been receiving so many complaints about this issue, why the hell were you'll quiet.

I need an action taken in this case. I have lost 62, 300 INR to be precise.

PS: I wouldn't recommend the "Homeshop18" website for shopping to any of the people out there in India.

      Yesterday i had ordered product from home shop 18 and today i started getting massage that my number is selected in the lucky draw list and i have won a tata nexon car worth 6, 90, 000/-. They are messaging me from number which is reflecting as mdhmshp stating about the genuinity of the prize money. Company like hime shop 18 should be banned and stricket action must be taken against them. The help line number provided by them is ph - [protected].
      I want genuine action against the company home shop 18 because they are the one who is providing our information to the fraudsters.

      I gotta message from homeshop18 that I'm th 1st winner of lucky draw I have won maruti suzuki inorder to claim the prizei have to pay 10500 but th conversation was suspicious .wen I irritated him saying this is fake that executive transferred call to manager he was abusive

        There is no action by homeshop18 sofar. Request to help me get balance refund of rs. 1499/- and also suitable amount for mental harassment on th issue... I receivd product on 13 feb and return it on 15 feb company not solve my refund money problem t when i call him they told me still they havenot received product but i sent him courier sleep and give him every details they ask me

          If you are providing voucher so plz make sure that it should be work on homeshop18 with my resisteted phon number because shop cj have so much delievery charges which i cant afford and no online payment option is there as your executive said both are same company so i can order same product with homeshop18 thats whyi am telling to plz provide those voucher which can be work on homeshop18 to do payment online .

              We recieve call from hs18 that we win lottery of 12lac60thousand they give fake evidences on our whatspp and tell us to submit rupees 8500 to claim this prize. We mistakel trapped in there trap and when we submitted rupees ask us to submit 12000 more after that we search on internet and know about this trap when we asked them to return my rupees they refuse and cut the call

                    We have purchased a mini sewing machine from homeshop18 and it was not working within the warranty period; we have spoken with the customer care and they arranged for pick-up. Even after almost 8 months’ amount not credited in our account. Whenever we contact them they are saying that they have already transferred the amount and we have taken ref (Transaction) number and contacted our bank but our bank has confirmed that no such referred transaction happened with our account. No proper response and interest to close the issue.

                        I have mentioned clearly, we are unable to dial customer compliant number of home shop 18 —[protected], as it comes up with the message please check the number dialled. Hence, i sent email stating i have issue with registered mobile number and provided alternate numbers in the email

                        However, hs 18 is trying to call registered number by saying are you able to hear and disconnecting, its happening the same from 2 days

                        After 10 days, case will be closed.

                        Issue is i have ordered 51 pcs living room, decor set by royal home.

                        The quality is not good of the mat, i had called customer care and they chose blue color, i want marroon with good quality and i also gave alternate numbers

                        I want a call to alternate number, provided in email asap and with good quality of all items with maroon color 51 pcs living room

                            Hello,

                            My brother in law received a fraudulent call regarding winning prize mahindra xuv or 13, 85, 000 as lucky draw and asking for the adhaar card details and photo. Giving option to choose to select car or cash as a prize. Later on asking for bank transaction to be done to claim the prize in 2 days.

                            Kindly address this issue. Asap. These people mainly target rural people who fall for this scams.

                              I booked order of 2 sets of "साठ कि ठाठ" home makeover kit vide order [protected] against payment of rs. 4998/- in advance.

                              Due to inferior quality, i returned the order of both units.

                              However despite telephonic confirmation of receipt of both units through the courier pickup, at the customer care executive end, approx 15 days back, and assurance to refund full payment, i have sofar refunded only half of payment viz. Rs 2499/-.

                              I have filed complaints many times, despite it there is no action by homeshop18 sofar.

                              Request to help me get balance refund of rs. 2499/- and also suitable amount for mental harassment on th issue.

                                So many complaints are seen in the internet about homeshop18 leaking customer details to frauds. I had purchased an item thru homeshop18 on 10th feb 2019 which was expected to be delivered by 14th. However, every day, i find that the delivery date was being extended and today it is shown as 21st expected.
                                Meanwhile, i got a call yesterday 11:34 am, who introduced to me as from homeshop18 gift section and announced that i have won a tata safari worth 12 lakhs +. He told that i could either take it or otherwise take the money; for which some registration charges of rs.7000 plus has to be paid. He then asked for my account no and account name and aadhaar into which money could be transferred.
                                When i checked up internet, i got some other no. For verification and i called [protected]. Again and again they called in different nos. [protected], [protected] etc. Telling me to send my details.
                                Finally they sent whatsapp message request. The photo of the person with the whatsapp no. Is attached.
                                Since i am aware of cyber crimes to some extent, i didn't get carried away by their sweet promises. Whereas the common poor may get easily cajoled to the fraud.

                                  On 22nd jan 2019, they called us n told that ki we have won tata car n bla...
                                  First they asked for 7500 inr, we paid them... And then 21000 inr this amount is also given to them but then they again ask us to pay money soo we refuse it, n then ask them to refund it.
                                  So they ask us to pay 3000 inr for immediate refund n again we said them no n ask them for another procedure so at that time means on 22 jan 2019 they said that your amount will get refund after 3 month and now we call them so they are saying to pay 5000 inr, 6500 inr.

                                      . I ordered for a prestige induction cooktop of rs.1599 on 29 dec then i got the order delivered on 16 jan 2019 but then when i opened it was a damaged product. Then i tried to call the complain department but it was not connecting but after 2 3 days on 18 it got connected then they told me to give my account details i gave them and then they sent me their address where to sent it on 19 jan i sent my order by dtdc courrier. The next day i updated my consigement no. And everything they asked then they told me waut for 7 10 days i waited for that i again called them but they again told to wait but till now my money is not refunded and today is 12 feb its going to two months. Even they dont have pickup system for refund. If i call them the compliant department no. Is wrong when i call them and then they tell us to add 0 then they show the no. Is wrong even they are till now not refunding my rs.1599 the company is begger, wreckage even the ceo is begger operating such a big company they cant refund my money and even others what to say
