I had placed earlier complain also regarding this company but still no refund, staff is not ready to talk to me.. Where is my money (Rs999), its been 10 days but no refund from your side... Incase if amount doesnt reflect in my account in next 24 hours i will be forced to file police complaint for cheating and fraud and money extorting.
Your product is already been picked from my house on 2nd july. By expressbee, awb:[protected]... Collected by deepak patil...

I want you to return my money as soon as possible.

my Orderr ID : [protected]...I had asked for refund as product I ordered was not available...kindly read my earlier xomplai so you can reply appropriately as it refund of amount and not replacement as your people told me product isn't available so.they sent me product of lower amount on your website...I have already lodged online police complaint regarding your people for not replying and responding to my calls...Ias it's not matter of 1000 rupees it's how you people cheat n fruad

    I am not complianting about any order related issue .I just want to add very strong and serius feedback .I am a huge fan of shopping especiaaly with homeshop18 .i am shopping from hs18 since last 5 years and till my experience is good .but from last 2 to 3 months i am extremely next level dissapointed because you know what you have very good range of items but unfortuntely every item is showing out of stock on your mobile app.All good brands products like nayasa wonderchef everwel pnb bella casa steelo .etc when i am typeing these brand on search option it shows no results found thats means it is out of stock .plz take this feedback seriously .even some items are out of stock since more than 2 to 3 years we want old homeshop18 back .aab pahele jaaise baat nahi rhe .

        I ravinder sangwan from rohtak ordered for a mixer grinder maharaja whiteline mx 174 but u sent me maharaja whiteline staller of 500 watts ie mx 173, when i received the order same day i inform you to return the product u send me address to resend the product but it comes back to me u again send me the second address now again it comes back to me on 2nd july 2019, now please collect the product ursel[censored]nless i will take some other critica action against the company bcaz u r knowingly sending me wrong address to harrashing me, this is not a good action from your side.           I had ordered for vlcc beauty products kit of rs.999 from homeshop18... Which was deliver on 1st july 2019, on opening the package it was boutique kit and on box it's written vlcc, on calling call centre of homeshop18 they are offering me 150 discount on keeping the product, i asked to exchange with my order vlcc the fellow told me it's out of stock, and now it will take 1 week to deposit my money in my bank as per procedure. That means the cheating was done on purpose. This is really fraud on online shopping site... I want when is their mistake why should i block my money with them... They should return it in day or 2.

            I have place the order on 13th june 2109 for 6 bedsheet thru mobile app, as well as, done the payment, still have not got any update from home shop people, multiple times i have spoken to customer care, however not getting a proper response, hope none of the seniors are not looking this kind of issues, very very worst service, none is bother to support customers.

                You deliver wrong products to the customers and then make them wait for another 2 weeks for just to assign the delivery executive to take the product back.

                All the so called customer care executives are trained to say "wait for 24-48 hours" and they have no solution to the problem.

                When asked to connect to senior executive, all the seniors get busy at the same time.

                All the phone lines are not in service and every time tit says that "calls cannot be accepted".

                A major waste of time, money and efforts.

                  From TV show of Homeshop18 I 've ordered 'All season skin care product.but I didn't get full pack of ordered items but gave full payment Rs 1000/.                         I just got a call saying that i've collected 82 reward points i just need to 8 more to win an apache rtr. For that i just have to purchase their product of minimum 2000 just as a registration procedure. They sent me a link. I was asked to open it and purchase any thing and make payment. I suspected them at that time, i refused to buy and said i don't have balance in my account. They said then arrange it from somewhere, but don't tell anyone about it. At that moment i got very sure that it's a fraud. I cut the call.

                          I ordered a product of rs 999 and delivery charges of 150 the total it was 1150 but the product was defective when i said them they said it can be replaced but after so many calls and days the delivery boy took the product by giving reverse pick up acknowledgement paper then i call the company and they that after checking the quality of the product only they can give me the replacement then waited for so many days they said we don't have...

After that i received a confirmation from them but today morning i received a call from [protected] and a text message from [protected] saying that " dear customer congratulations, you are product order homeshop 18 company. Your name to open the lucky draw (Safari car) cost rs. 1260000 rupees. The charge of your registration number service payment 6500. This is valid for one day. Immediately contact customer care
                          Thus i want to complaint against the company homeshop 18 for leaking my personal details as i am getting calls & text messages.

                          I urge the govt to ban this company, since i see lot of consumers are complaining of leaking of there personal details.

                              [hs18 care #2310879] i have to make legal complaint on homeshop18 on indian consumer site because its enough now my order number [protected]. You guys have crossed all the limits of patience i have clearly informed you that i would be out of station after 14 may. I had requested you to make urgent delievery of my product but you guys dont want to lissen any thing all you guys are saying wait till 15 may but enough of it now. Even my order is not dispatched its beeen more than 1 week now and now it is showing delayed even today i got a message that my order is delayed due to operational issue i dont care what the hail it is now. Ms neeti you have given me commitment in 9 may dont worry your item will be shipped till 10 may forsuee. All you guys are replying that we have sent an email to concernt team dont worry your product will be diapatched in 48 hours. All also your coustmer care empolye are not understandable and sounds knowlegable. Its just wasteing of time to cordinate to your support team. I have sent lot of emails everytime you are replying your order has been proceed and will reach to you soon. But enough of it now i am really frustrated to your coustmer support for your reference i am attaching the screensort and dont tell me to request my patience an all that shatttt.. Order delayed: due to operational issues, delivery of your order is delayed. Product will now be delivered by[protected], please accept our sincere apology.

                                I just got a letter from homeshop18 (Date :- 9 may 2019 time 5:15pm) saying i am a random lucky draw winner and won a cash prize of rs.1, 00, 000 and a scratch coupon of rs.4.60lakh.

                                I just wanted to know how could my informations such as name, phone no. And address is known to others???

                                This means that even my bank details aren't in safe hands!!!

And we never ask our customers to deposit any money in an individual account.                                   I have placed my order on 11th of may and from company delivery date us 26th may by gati courrier and i also told to gati courrier. Regarding this they said that they file my complaint but no response
                                  But till now it was not delivered

                                    I have seen the tv ad many times n ordered iball toto cctv camera on 22nd april. When the product got delivered to me i came to know that cctv camera works onli on specific range. But in homeshop18 tv ad it was shown as camera is placed at home and other person is watching from her office. N cause onli i have ordered as i wanted to place at home so that i can watch from anywhere in mobile like they have shown in the ad.. When i contacted homeshop 18 cc they said we dont have such ad which they are completely denying and lieing. Kindly resolve the issue i paid 2350 for such product.
