We have booked the order of mixer juicer grinder on dtd 24.06.2019.

The order has been cancelled by homeshop18 on dtd 08.07.2019 and informed that refund will be credited in our a/c with in 8 days. But still we have not received the amt of rs.1899/-.

Also there is no any revert from them we are taking followup from 18.07.2019.

They are not responding our phone calls.

Please help us for the same.

    I had buy 2 products from this site on July 20th & 21st, after one week I was cancelled my both order due to delay delivery from seller ..., from on words so many ...number of mails sent to home shop customer care, , but they did not responded to my mails and customer care number of incoming calls barred... And not refunded my amount to till date...pls help

      I have place the above said order, product is not delivered, ordered got cancelled by home shop executive on june 13th, till now have not got the refund have been sent multiple mails & also called up customer care, have not got any response, moreover no one has responsible to reply customer quires & calls, and i dont need same message from each team like recording messages, i need the refund amount

        I have ordered on 24th June, unfortunately they have cancelled my order and send a massage that refund will be credit in account with in 8 business days, but still its not credited and the customer care number not respond. requested you to please help to refund my money Rs.2499/- from homeshop18. i severally tried to call them as well as customer care but they put my call on hold for long time nobody give us answer my call. my order is prepaid i have transfer the amount Rs, 2499/- from my account.

        I didn't get my money till date its almost gone 2 months.

                    I ordered a lotus youth rx anti aging kit of rs.1049 from the website of homeshop18 on dated 6th of july 2019. I paid for the same through netbanking at the very moment as they were offering a free delivery charges if paid online. I got confirmation message on my mobile with an order id : [protected] and delivery date was 13th of july 2019 as mentioned in the message. But after few days when i tried to track order on their website the delivery date was postponed to 20th july 2019. Again it was delayed to 23rd july, then to 25th, then to 26th, then to 27th july. After that i tried a lot to contact their customer service numbers but i couldn't get any contact. For 2 days all of their toll-free number were not even available. Last 2 to 3 days i was trying to contact them, finally their numbers were ringing but always i got a computerised answer of "all our customer service executives are busy attending phone call... Please stay online". There is no message or no phone call to me from their end. So today in the morning i cancelled my order. They immediately generateed cancelled order and refunded status in my account's "track order page" of their website. But the refund i have not received till now, neither have i got any refund related message from the website. Now i am feeling like being cheated. I would have selected cash on delivery option while paying but i often purchase on online platforms by paying online. Inspired by our beloved pm's digital india campaign me and my husband usually do online transactions. Now onwards i will become extra careful while purchasing online and sorry to our pm, but we can't trust anybody anymore where such cheater companies are there, one can not support such initiatives. Being a responsible citizen i thought of complaining the issue so that others get a lesson from our suffering and mistake. Finally if my issue is not resolved immediately i'm going to forward this message to pmo. Hopefully the issue will be resolved as early as possible. Below i am attaching the relevant proofs.

                      I ordered a 52 piece set cookware it takes 2 weeks around and no status found then i called customer care for help they say you cancel your order the vendor is not available otherwise wait and i already paid the amount, the customer care said they will refund, i cancelled the product but my refund is not showing 50 times i called the customer but the number is not reached the company is not good if the product is not available then why they give such offers and if the customer already paid the amount then how you deal. Its very bad experience i dont refer to any one home shop 18 site.

                            I am not complianting about any order related issue .I just want to add very strong and serius feedback .I am a huge fan of shopping especiaaly with homeshop18 .i am shopping from hs18 since last 5 years and till my experience is good .but from last 2 to 3 months i am extremely next level dissapointed because you know what you have very good range of items but unfortuntely every item is showing out of stock on your mobile app.All good brands products like nayasa wonderchef everwel pnb bella casa steelo .etc when i am typeing these brand on search option it shows no results found thats means it is out of stock .plz take this feedback seriously .even some items are out of stock since more than 2 to 3 years we want old homeshop18 back .aab pahele jaaise baat nahi rhe .

                                I ravinder sangwan from rohtak ordered for a mixer grinder maharaja whiteline mx 174 but u sent me maharaja whiteline staller of 500 watts ie mx 173, when i received the order same day i inform you to return the product u send me address to resend the product but it comes back to me u again send me the second address now again it comes back to me on 2nd july 2019, now please collect the product ursel[censored]nless i will take some other critica action against the company bcaz u r knowingly sending me wrong address to harrashing me, this is not a good action from your side.                                   I had ordered for vlcc beauty products kit of rs.999 from homeshop18... Which was deliver on 1st july 2019, on opening the package it was boutique kit and on box it's written vlcc, on calling call centre of homeshop18 they are offering me 150 discount on keeping the product, i asked to exchange with my order vlcc the fellow told me it's out of stock, and now it will take 1 week to deposit my money in my bank as per procedure. That means the cheating was done on purpose. This is really fraud on online shopping site... I want when is their mistake why should i block my money with them... They should return it in day or 2.

                                    I have place the order on 13th june 2109 for 6 bedsheet thru mobile app, as well as, done the payment, still have not got any update from home shop people, multiple times i have spoken to customer care, however not getting a proper response, hope none of the seniors are not looking this kind of issues, very very worst service, none is bother to support customers.

                                        You deliver wrong products to the customers and then make them wait for another 2 weeks for just to assign the delivery executive to take the product back.

                                        All the so called customer care executives are trained to say "wait for 24-48 hours" and they have no solution to the problem.

                                        When asked to connect to senior executive, all the seniors get busy at the same time.

                                        All the phone lines are not in service and every time tit says that "calls cannot be accepted".

                                        A major waste of time, money and efforts.
