My name is yogesh i had purchase pressure cooker online thorough home shop 18 site, at the time of delivery i have received totally damage product. Just open parcel and immediate lodge the complaint for return the same.

But no one replied as well response against the same, till today 8 days already passed - complaint given on 7/12/2018

I have received the roti maker of above product on 12.12.18 evening. After opening the product, i found its handle is not fixing and moulding as per the specification shown on tv. Even there is a gap in between two plates.
I have registered complaint of the product to customer care immediately. My complaint no. Is hs[protected] against order no.[protected]. Customer care rep. Simple reply that electronic items are not replaceable...

This is the worst shopping site. I have purchased a anarkali suit from homeshop18 order no-[protected]. Firstly they sent the wrong product, also the cloth quality was very bad and is not same as what shown in display. And second there is no fair justice to my complain it has been more then 4 months n they have not even refunded the money. Every time they keep waiting on calls and there is no satisfactory response to mails. I have send them...

It is too late and not acceptable. Kindly return it and refund my amount.
This type of service not tolerate and do the needful.

I have also talked with homeshop executive he told me that first you have to received the product then we return the product....

I had ordered and buyer of this product. I had got wrong colour and the product was much smaller than shown in the tv. So i asked them immediately to return the product. They said there courier service will take back the product and they will give us the refund. But after 8-10 days when i ask them why no one take the product. I did not get my order on the time as told to deliver it within 4 days but its 7 days passed away but did not get the delivery.

Due to order not delivered. I have to called on your customer care so that 19.45 rupees deduct from my airtel number.

Even not replying on the mails. Now i am going to police station as company makes me fool as they did not work as per their promise so that customer facing the problem....

Just that i placed an order [protected], was not satisfied, so i sent it back, homeshop18 portal send me the coupon code number

But i dont know how to do it. And the validity is gone. I have asked many times how to do but they were always saying to find the coupon code no. N they just hung the phone.
And now some 3 weeks have elapsed and customer service team was not able to mention,...

Hi, i ordered for pack of 2 double bed mink blankets by harisons homes brown+blue[protected] on 15/11/2018
But recieved only one blanket (Brown). We have already paid rupees 1550.

I have booked a induction cooktop on 08. November 2018 and the damage cooktop was delivered on 20 november 2018. We have received damaged induction cooktop & handle broken of patila. We did not notice this defect on that time.

Plz my complaint is registered swipe mobile company service centre is not available in new delhi but homeshop18 online shopping channel company is sale this mobile this company.. My mobile is under warranty but not repaired this situation in service center and homeshop18 is not return/exchange this mobile... Saare people ko loot rahe h aur ford kar rahe h people ke sath... I ordered a product on 23rd october but due to some unavoidable situation i was not able to receive the product and it got returned on 4th november but till now i have not got my money refunded as i paid by online transfer. When i am calling they are telling me to wait 7-8 days again and again. Please resolve this issue as i want my money to be refunded....

I online purchased 6pc classic vimal dinner set (Order no. [protected]) for rs 1359 from home shop 18 on 30th oct 2018 and on occasion of diwali festival
Wrong product has been delivered to me where a cheaper dinner set has been delivered to me in which plates are missing. I complained on 12th november 2018 about wrong product delivery, i was pressurized to accept the wrong product, when i didn't accepted and asked for replacement with...

Courrier persons not delivering the consignment in time and we are receiving massage that address is incorrect and phone is out of reach. But all the comments are false because my house is besides reliance fresh which is a good landmark and my phone is 24*7 on. I have not received any calls as well as received any missed call alert.
