My name is yogesh i had purchase pressure cooker online thorough home shop 18 site, at the time of delivery i have received totally damage product. Just open parcel and immediate lodge the complaint for return the same.

But no one replied as well response against the same, till today 8 days already passed - complaint given on 7/12/2018

    I have received the roti maker of above product on 12.12.18 evening. After opening the product, i found its handle is not fixing and moulding as per the specification shown on tv. Even there is a gap in between two plates.
    I have registered complaint of the product to customer care immediately. My complaint no. Is hs[protected] against order no.[protected]. Customer care rep. Simple reply that electronic items are not replaceable and refundable shocked me. Anyhow, she has given the complaint no. And assured me that reps. From magicraft will contact me in 72-hours.
    I request you to look into the matter and complaint should be attended within 24-hours. 72-hours is a long process.

    I have received a call from vendor and asked him for replacement . Bud after that there is nothing has been heard from his side.

      This is the worst shopping site. I have purchased a anarkali suit from homeshop18 order no-[protected]. Firstly they sent the wrong product, also the cloth quality was very bad and is not same as what shown in display. And second there is no fair justice to my complain it has been more then 4 months n they have not even refunded the money. Every time they keep waiting on calls and there is no satisfactory response to mails. I have send them many account statement s also but nothing is done. Fed up of this company and there services, advice to everyone never buy anything from this site. You will only regret.

          I had ordered and buyer of this product. I had got wrong colour and the product was much smaller than shown in the tv. So i asked them immediately to return the product. They said there courier service will take back the product and they will give us the refund. But after 8-10 days when i ask them why no one take the product. They said i have to go to the courier service. I said that any other online shopping site doesn't do this. They said another executive will talk to me and kept me on hold. Then they kept me hold for half an hour. After such situation a executive took my call and said no it is not possible that they would bring the courier. I ask them when they brought the product the courier was available so why not now. They didn't took my request. And end the call saying thankyou for calling them.

            I received damaged product from homeshop18.

            They are not taking any interest to picking my damaged order and for refund process.

            I have to received any phone call or picking date message yet.

            As you know it was damaged but still no order picking message is received yet. Please return it asap.

                Due to order not delivered. I have to called on your customer care so that 19.45 rupees deduct from my airtel number.

                Even not replying on the mails. Now i am going to police station as company makes me fool as they did not work as per their promise so that customer facing the problem.

                At the time of order delivery showing in the web till 04-dec-18 but now its showing 06-dec-18.

                Worst service experience.

                Want the proper solution for wasting me time and i faced the problem due to the same

                Tell me one thing, If the delivery is late from your side so who is the responsible for the same. as at the time of order place it was showing within 4 days as till[protected] after 2 days it was showing[protected] and after 4 days it was showing[protected]. You can update the same as per your side so that's your company problems. If I get to know the information at the time of place the order so I never place the order to HS18.

                I am facing the problem due to your company so who is the responsible for the same.

                And want to know that after your sincere apology, Is my money was getting back which I waste due to your company.

                I dont want any apology I want solution & proper satisfaction for the same.

                  Just that i placed an order [protected], was not satisfied, so i sent it back, homeshop18 portal send me the coupon code number
                  C9n9dfcb9p7 of rs.1350 for the refund
                  But i dont know how to do it. And the validity is gone. I have asked many times how to do but they were always saying to find the coupon code no. N they just hung the phone.
                  And now some 3 weeks have elapsed and customer service team was not able to mention, what is happening to the refund.
                  Payment was through cash on delivery
                  Please refund the money or resend me the product. Its a request.
                  Please its a humble request to return the product or just tell me how to get my refund money n where to find the coupon code number...

                    Hi, i ordered for pack of 2 double bed mink blankets by harisons homes brown+blue[protected] on 15/11/2018
                    But recieved only one blanket (Brown). We have already paid rupees 1550.
                    Called your customer care but they are not giving proper response, wrote email but no response. Its a mistake from your side, kindly send another blanket (Blue) or take your item back and refund our money. It was a very bad shopping experience, will think 1000 times next time before buying anything from homeshop18. Hope you will resolve this as early as possible.

                        I have ordered a combo product from homeshop18 but the product was defected, so i request for refund and return the product. It's been 2 months i have returned the product but till now i haven't received my refund amount.. I have provided all the documents my bank statement but there is nothing that your customer care team can do, they are just one thing, we have refunref your money, but i didn't get yet. Your customer care team just making fool of customer they don't have any solution for customer's problem. I am not going to shop again from your company you guys are cheat.                                 I ordered a product on 23rd october but due to some unavoidable situation i was not able to receive the product and it got returned on 4th november but till now i have not got my money refunded as i paid by online transfer. When i am calling they are telling me to wait 7-8 days again and again. Please resolve this issue as i want my money to be refunded.

[protected]/[protected] that i have won Mahindra XUV 500 worth 1800000 in the lucky draw for buying product from homeshop18 and to claim the prize they have taken rs.16500 for transport and rs.28000 for insurance from me and it was credited to the following account holder dtls :-

                                    I online purchased 6pc classic vimal dinner set (Order no. [protected]) for rs 1359 from home shop 18 on 30th oct 2018 and on occasion of diwali festival
                                    Wrong product has been delivered to me where a cheaper dinner set has been delivered to me in which plates are missing. I complained on 12th november 2018 about wrong product delivery, i was pressurized to accept the wrong product, when i didn't accepted and asked for replacement with right product, home shop 18 team took revenge by not picking wrong product. I was told that in 2-3 days product will be picked but after regular follow up my product got picked on 17th november 2018 where i had complained on 12th november 2018. I had followed up everyday to get product picked up where no one listen to my issue and everyday different deadline was given to me
                                    Even after pick up i am still following up to get the right product delivered but no one gives me any answer. It's been nearly 3 weeks i am harrassed by home shop 18 team as they are still taking revenge where telling me that only after confirmation of pick up and testing of product after which they will dispatch product after 2-3 days which will reach in 10-11 working days
                                    On pleading that i have ordered the product to give as diwali gift and if i get product after 1 month of ordering then what is the point but instead of getting product delivered on priority i get standard reply "please have some patience this is our process and we cannot help it also we cannot refund you money so you have to wait and take product whenever it is delivered to you"
                                    I am totally frustrated now following with home shop 18 on daily basis. Request to take strict action against them and help in getting right product or refund on priority

My product has been picked on 17th Nov but still the right product has not been dispatched as confirmed by Home Shop 18 executive. I have been told that testing is happening of product. What the hell is this??? If so much testing would had happened before sending the product to customer such issues would have never arise.
                                    What low grade working ethics you have where your escalation team is only saying that we never do any commitment on delivering product. I WANT REFUND OF MY PURCHASE. I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED NOW GIVE MY MONEY BACK FRAUD COMPANY

                                    As per Home Shop 18 I have been informed in above message that product has been dispatched on 21st Nov which is wrong as it has been dispatched on 22nd Nov as per attached tracker information and still I have not received the product, Your escalation team is saying to wait till 1st Dec 2019.

                                    I have ordered product on 30th Oct 2018 and it was PICKED UP AFTER 18 DAYS from my location on 17th November and the new product was dispatch on 22nd Nov AFTER 5 DAYS and it will reach me on 1st Dec i.e. AFTER 9 DAYS and that too not sure the date can be postponed further seeing the history. ARE YOU NOT ASHAMED OF YOUR SERVICE????

                                    What the hell is going . Home Shop 18 as a company is so inefficient that it takes more than a month to deliver a correct product to a customer that too after regular follow up.
                                    There is no resolution given to customer as the only motive is to snatch money from customer and then make them wait for months let customers bark like dogs we don't care.

                                    I have order product on 30th October and I hope you must be very much ashamed to know that still I have not received the complete product or still you don't care.
                                    FOR THE SECOND TIME ALSO YOU FOOLS HAVE SEND INCOMPLETE PRODUCT WHERE AGAIN 6 SMALL PLATES ARE MISSING.
                                    I have complained about this on 29th November but where I was assured that on priority missing product will be dispatched to me but as usual HOMESHOP18 is soo good in harassing customers that till today after 8 days I have not received the pending product and deadline of 15th Dec is thrown on my face.
                                    I want to ask consumer forum that can a case be filed to HOMESHOP18 of harassing and torture customer for more than a month and put penalty on them so that they don't harass customer so much in future.

                                    INSTEAD OF 6 PLATES, BOWLS HAS BEEN SEND TO ME.

                                    I HAVE USED THE PRODUCT AS IT WAS BOUGHT FOR DIWALI PURPOSE SO REQUESTED FOR REPLACEMENT OF INCOMPLETE PRODUCT OR ITS COMPENSATION BUT ESCALATION TEAM IS RUDELY DENYING AND SAYING THAT WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING YOU NEED TO BE SATISFY WITH WHATEVER YOU HAVE.

                                    I have again received wrong product where bowls has been sent instead of plates and now HOMESHOP18 is refusing to give any compensation or correct product in exchange.
                                    As it is not customer fault if every time receiving wrong product, have only given option of complete product refund which is not possible as I have used the product. How can you fools expect a customer will keep product as it is for 2 months expecting that the right product will never be delivered. Can anyone reply ????

                                      1. I have booked a induction cooktop on 11 nov 18 with advance payment and the defective item was delivered on 15 nov 18.

                                      2. Same time i have made complaint to cust care home shop 18, they told me to wait for 72 hrs for receiving call from branch.

                                      3. After completing 72 hrs when i did not received any call, again made complaint on 18 nov 18, then further told me to wait for further 48 hrs to receive call from branch. When i asked to give the contact number of higher level officials, they refused to give any numbers.

                                      4. I could not under stood how the defective item has been delivered and why they have not yet replaced the defective item with fresh item within 2-3 days, why they are misguiding the customers and wasting time of customers.
