I would like to inform you that i have purchased Activa one and half month before still not received RC from the dealer and they are telling us to visit rto for RC but in rto the official are saying to visit dealer.
Iam not able to get my RC

    The speedometer cable I replaced within 2weeks it got cut. I need to replace again and again so far 3 times i had changed.
    The quality is very worst Honda giving a poor quality products.

      My name is Shivam kansal from Hapur U.P
      I am using Activa 125 since 11 months..
      My scooty's battery is in warranty and not being replaced by the authorised dealer JKM gauri honda Hapur.. It's been 15 days of continuously neglecting my request now I am going to file a legal complaint in consumer court..
      If you don't want this to happen..then contact me and resolve my issue Asap..

          Dear Honda Customer Service Team,

          I am a Customer of Honda Activa 6G125, I Purchased this Scooter on 25th October 2020 from Sangam Honda Sahibabad. I Ensured for timely services and routine checkups from the Authorised service center at Sangam Honda only.
          We had Heavy rain in the NCR region at the start of this month and during that time my scooter was parked in Society parking and I was Shocked to see that There is moisture in the Headlight, Talelight, Indicators and Meter. After the rain I Visited Sangam Honda service center on 11th October 2022 at 5:00 PM and technician inspected the vehicle and confirmed that he will update me on timing to get it corrected by next day.
          Next afternoon (12th Aug) I got the call that your Scooter is being rectified and you can pick it, When I reached at service center I was Shocked to see that-
          1)Except Cleaning of headlight no any problem was attended
          2)No one from the workshop Inspected the vehicle before delivery
          I was very much unhappy seeing such an unprofessional approach. When I called Service Manager Mr.Sanjay Sharma to witness the Vehicle and he accepted and assured me that he will raise HCR tomorrow morning and will try to close my issue in the next 3 days.
          Also He confirmed the next day that HCR was raised.
          Today again when I checked for progress with Mr. Sanjay Sharma he confirmed that HCR is rejected.
          I would like to escalate here that My Scooter is under warranty and I am not getting my Scooter corrected and I don't know whom to approach.
          What is the escalation matrix in Honda Scooter with mail id and Contact no.
          Awaiting for feedback asap.

            I got my scooty fixed in the month of September on 15th. They changed the battery.. and u was using the scooty.
            Suddenly from yesterday my scooty is not starting again.
            Neither self start nor kick stark is working.

              I have purchased a honda two wheeler activa 125bs6 @96000 from your dealer sangam honda A-23/6, Site 4, Link Road Near Mohan Nagar Flyover, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010 on nov 2020. They sell a defective scooty to me in every 4 month my scooty faces same issue jhatke lene lag jati hai last time complaint ki august me sangam honda executive aye scooty leke gaye 15din khadi rakhi fir 2month bad same issue. Koi spare parts available nahi hota service center me. Jab bhi service pe jati hai scooty toh 4cheeeze kharab kardete h kabhi dent mar dete hai kabhi kuch kabhi kuch 2year me thak gaya is scooty se i want replacement of my scooty. I belongs to a middle class family i purchased this vehicle from my hard earned money. Mere pas time nahi hai bahut ho gaya hai ab har 2 months me same problem repeated mei 1din se jada scooty showroom me chor nahi sakta. Honda is making fool of peoples i want replacement. Me tang achuka hu 15din ke liye scooty nahi chor sakta service center mei. Change karke do nahi to bolo honda is making fool of peoples.
              mere pas ki honda ko complaint karta rahu mujhe scooty replace karke do har baar ka yahi drama hai aj yeh change kar diya aj vo mujhe replacement karke do scooty. Sangan honda ne defective piece sell kiya mujhe dhake khate raho honda ke worst service centre sangam honda(A-23/6, Site 4, Link Road Near Mohan Nagar Flyover, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010) i have seen in my life. Mujhe ab change karke do scooty 96000 ped pe ni ugte.

                  Hii i m vinod salunkhe from Thane .I have purchase new Activa 6g premium.but i thing he delivered me a display scooter bcz so many problems r there in scooter.when he delivered me scooter so many scratches are there and now seat is also not working properly plz take the action that dealer i[censored] don't take the action then I will complaint in consumer court bcz i have proof also .

                    I Purchased unicorn on 31st Jan 2022 from maximus Honda Hyderabad, 9 month before, Now It have Battery Issue, I went Service centre of Maximus Honda bahadurpura the mechanic said that Battery Died and Need To Replace it I am facing this issue from 12th Oct. My bike is in the service centre.
                    They ask me to submit insurance papers, RC book, service book and invoice, why these all documents are required If the battery is under warranty.
                    Pls look into the matter.

                    There is no response from Honda I am following continually by mail tweets and call but not get any solution

                      I bought shine honda from day 1 there are problems in bike, but every time service center do something and return it, Honda shinde is the totally defective production, now there is ECM issue found in all honda shine, its a planed fraud or negligence in manufacturing, now service center saying tht it will take 2 month to get the part(ECM), will never recommend honda to anyone in future

                              Sound coming during running in chain box

                              This all complaints has not been solved
                              They just replaced the engine oil and just wash my car and hand over to me .

                                Hello sir/mam,

                                I have brought HONDA UNICORN BLACK BS6 vehicle from honda showroom in MAY.
                                From JULY my bike started giving low battery performance and always getting battery drain, every day in the morning i have to kick start self doesn't work. I have visited showroom many time they are simply charging the bike and giving back to me, from next day morning the same problem continues and also they are simply telling BS6 vehicles wil have these problems most common.
                                Iam also facing sound from suspension, gear shifting problem, when ever we are trying to tell these problem, services team will not even listen properly.

                                Kindly please help me in getting my issue resolved with new battery, suspension sound and gear shifting problems and low front light.
                                If not please help me with the refund and take the bike back.

                                Please help me ASAP.

                                        I had paid a token amount of Rs.1000/- to book honda activa 2 wheeler matt grey colour on 19th October 2022 at Pashankar dealership. I had told at the counter that I shall be taking the delivery after Diwali as I was traveling. After I was back i called the person to let him know tht i was paying the amount to their account. I was shocked to hear that he said that I will have to wait for 15 days as the 2 wheeler is not available in Matt grey which I had specified. I waas asked to send the receipt copy which I have sent. However I am not getting a satisfactory reply from them.
