I had given my unicorn bs6 bike in fortune Honda service center in darulshifa. Branch, day before yesterday,
After giving complaints of my bike like
Sound coming during running in chain box
RPM METER not working
Bike getting suddenly off while running
This all complaints has not been solved
They just replaced the engine oil and just wash my car and hand over to me .
We bad response from the Honda service center

    Hello sir/mam,

    I have brought HONDA UNICORN BLACK BS6 vehicle from honda showroom in MAY.
    From JULY my bike started giving low battery performance and always getting battery drain, every day in the morning i have to kick start self doesn't work. I have visited showroom many time they are simply charging the bike and giving back to me, from next day morning the same problem continues and also they are simply telling BS6 vehicles wil have these problems most common.
    Iam also facing sound from suspension, gear shifting problem, when ever we are trying to tell these problem, services team will not even listen properly.

    Kindly please help me in getting my issue resolved with new battery, suspension sound and gear shifting problems and low front light.
    If not please help me with the refund and take the bike back.

    Please help me ASAP.

      Hello

      I Purchased unicorn on 31st Jan 2022 from maximus Honda Hyderabad, 9 month before, Now It have Battery Issue, I went Service centre of Maximus Honda bahadurpura the mechanic said that Battery Died and Need To Replace it and

      They ask me to submit insurance papers, RC book, service book and invoice, why these all documents are required If the battery is under warranty.I am facing this issue from 12th of October till today.

      Pls do the needful.

            I had paid a token amount of Rs.1000/- to book honda activa 2 wheeler matt grey colour on 19th October 2022 at Pashankar dealership. I had told at the counter that I shall be taking the delivery after Diwali as I was traveling. After I was back i called the person to let him know tht i was paying the amount to their account. I was shocked to hear that he said that I will have to wait for 15 days as the 2 wheeler is not available in Matt grey which I had specified. I waas asked to send the receipt copy which I have sent. However I am not getting a satisfactory reply from them.

              I have purchased my Active scooter from Ayanavaram SVM dealer, Chennai, Tamilnadu.
              I have booked the blue colour and have paid the full amount. They promised to deliver the bike within 3 days with registration. After three days, I received a call from the showroom and they asked me to collect the scooter. I visited the show room to collect my bike and I was shocked because the scooter they had registered was copper in colour. I was totally upset and checked with the sales manager, Mr. Raju, and he informed us that the sales person made a mistake and to please forgive us. And he insisted on collecting the copper-colored bike, which I refused because I only needed the blue-colored one.Mr.Raju said registration was already done and we couldn't change it, but I would change the colour by repainting it to blue or changing the spares. Initially, I didn't accept that, but he pleased me and asked me to accept it or else he may lose his job. So I have decided to go but I shouldn't face any challenges in the RC book. They need to change the colour in RC and they accepted to do so. Then they repainted it in the showroom and they handed the bike over to me. I purchased my bike in May 2022, and we are now in October 2022, with no proper response from the showroom or sales manager.On October 26, 2022, I visited the SVM, Ayanavaram showroom and Mr. Raju told me to wait for another 10 more days and he has also sent me the mail. Please find the below trail mail and he doesn't know how to type an email. Instead of submitting, he has typed "sadmeat". This is the way an authorised Honda dealer is working.

              I have been following the showroom for more than 5 months but haven't received any response. This is making me feel really sick and I am very stressed. If I haven't got any solution to this, I need to lodge a criminal complaint against the dealer and obviously against Honda too, because Honda is the one who has authorised the dealer.

                  I have starting complaint with my shine BS-6 on 4th oct'2022 and gone to authorised dealer SRI RK HONDA, RAJAHMUNDRY, they are refused to take my bike repair, and talked like this, it's a IGNITION LOCK SET AND ECM 'failure and we have already 15 bikes same issue, so you can approach where you are purchased bike that dealer, I said all services done at your service centre, why should I go another dealer? finally I gave my bike through known person and I approached to HONDA company through mail, till date 19 days completed but not repaired my bike, I talked to authorised dealer service manager he said due to LED headlight bulb using warranty not covered, I asked you have 15 bikes same issue what is the cause of failure?

                  How they are getting same failures, tell me? I asked, but there is no answer.

                  This is 'COMPLETELY PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUE ' of HONDA.

                  They are trying to escaped warranty service.

                  I am also field service engineer and struggling to attend my duties without bike from last 19 days.

                  They (HONDA and dealer) are not responding for my problem.

                      I've booked a scooty Honda Activa 125 disc from a Honda dealer Shatakshi Honda, Moradabad on 26th September, 2022 by paying an amount of Rs 5000 (via credit card) +Rs 150 (credit card charges) and on the same day within 2 hours I went to the dealer to cancel my booking but the dealer refused to cancel the booking and said no refund will be issued. But this is against the policy of Honda 2 wheelers India.
                      Hence I complained to them on the same day (26th September, 2022) via calling their toll-free number provided on their website. Then they assured me that booking will get 100% cancelled in 3 days and you will get a refund from dealer soon. But from that day (25 days) I'd called them more than 10 times and everytime they only say we have escalated your application, your application is in progress please wait for 2 days. There is no action on my application from there side and my hard earned money is stuck with them. I was saving this amount from last 1 your to purchase a scooty for my father. Please hedlp le to get this.

                        I am the owner of so 125, registration no is WB50S6072. The vehicle is in warrenty period . I submitted my vehicle at R.K Honda, chandrakona road service center with starting issue on 24th September 2022. It already 24 days gone. I made Phone calls to the service center many times but they told me that the parts not available, they ordered the part but not arrive till now. I also made a complaint through toll-free no (complaint no.[protected], but no response from their end. Now what to do? Should I make any post in the social media against Honda's service? Or should I make negative reviews among my friends and colleagues? Is that not a serious issue from Honda's service?

                          I bought Activa 6G in April 2022.After 5 months the sound started coming from the engine. I went to the service center and got it serviced.But the service center guy told me to give 8000.Service Manager & Supervisor.But sir, it is taking me 5 to 6 months for the activa . Then how quickly the sound started coming from the engine.Sir ask for money by going to service center.Sir, 5 years warranty is given in the engine of the activa, so what is the service center taking money for sir? Sir please solve the problem or help me thank you.

                            I have submitted the vehicle for servicing at Shrerit Honda Jaipur, however pathetic experience as within 3 days, while my wife was driving vehicle went off automatically and never started again, showed to near by mechanic somehow and he showed Filters and other parts which were not cleaned he laughed and asked in different way where did you get this service this was such a disappointing moment I don't know what to say but this is really bad experience and wife had suffered a lot, please take a look I have attached pictures as well.

                              Iam writing this mail with a hope that i will get a solution of my problem. i have purchased 5g model on 15th aug '2018 from SHAH HONDA and on 17th Aug i report a problem of handle vibration i.e after 2 days of purchasing vehicle.on 18th someone came from the service centre and checked my vehicle and did the minor service after that it got solved.but again after 2-3 days i feel little vibration.but as the day passed the vibration keeps on increasing and it was a very difficult for me to ride that vehicle with that problem.than i decided to take my vehicle to the service centre. after servicing the problem got solved but there was a slight vibration for which service supervisor told me that it is there in every honda scooty. so i came home with the satisfaction.again after 3-4 days in the morning i felt such a high vibration and sound from the front side that i decided not to ride my vehicle on that day.as i have no other vehicle i have no option to use this vehicle for my household works.Again i called to the service centre and report this problem.one person came and checked and told me to take this vehicle to the service centre.i visited the service centre on 24th jan'18 and spend my whole day around there.after service i found the problem was not solved completely.so they suggest me to come next day i.e on 25th jan as someone from regional office is coming and he will check the vehicle by own.again i visited on 25th jan with vehicle, i met mr satyajit das who inspect my vehicle and found my rear brake cover has been burnt and it was giving the vibration.as a warranty person he denied to change as according to him it happened due to mishandling.which i didnt agree as if happen due to mishandling than how come the problem arises after 2 days of purchase.
                              But as a good gesture Mr Manav Shah who is the M.D of shah Honda has cooperated with the company and changed the whole part and i appreciate him for that.he assured me that they have changed the whole assembly and i will not face this issue in the future.so after spending the two full days i was finally happy that i wont face this issue any more. but on 29th jan i found the slight vibration and informed him on the same day.by 30th jan i was very hard to ride that vehicle as the vibration was too high.i scooty was visiting service centre for 3 months repetative.and since than i complain the same thing in every schedule service.now the problem has increased so i visited on 25-08-22 and told them to rectify the issue.they have serviced and assured me that problem has been solved but on the same day i found the vibration and informed them than someone came on 27-08-22 from the service centre and took my vehicle and returned me on 28-08-22 again giving me false surety. on 31-08-22 morning my vehcile took almost 20 mintues to start and after riding 2-3km again i felt the vibration, i immediatly called the service centre and informed them about this issue.someone called me in the evening about the issue so i told them to keep the vehicle for 3-4 days and check properly. so on 15-09-22 they took my scooty and today i.e on 30-09-22 they said that many parts have changed which they have taken approval from the authority but some parts payments i have to do.i agreed on there terms and told them to bring my vehicle to me and i will try and satisfy that my vehicle problem has been solved than i will make the payment. they denied and told me to make the payment 1st then they will deliver the vehicle.but when i spoke with there owner he delivered my vehicle and ask me to test the vehicle, after 2-3 days i found the same problem again and i informed the owner of the service centre. if the problem arises after the part changes than i dont think they have changed the right parts for which they have billed me

                              My question is i have already done the AMC and extended warranty, always do service on time in the authorised service centre(SHAH HONDA), total running is 11000km approx.despite that my vehicle has troubled me so much..i also told you people in my previous mails that this is a faulty product you people have given me but no bothers to listen.now i also have last option to file a suit against you people that after so many service which were suggested from the head office includes major part change iam not at all satisfied with this vehicle.

                              if this thing will not taken care soon than i will burn my vehicle in front of the honda showroom and along with legal case against honda and service centre as i have all the service records

                                I called my scooty second service action and when I took it home, after a while the scooty was not starting.

                                In the name of paid service, the service center has taken extra charges 2400 on me.

                                There was no problem in my scooty, there was no accident nor any damage, yet extra charges have been taken from me. Would this pet service say score ?

                                  I paid 734/- to RK moto corp rajahmundry regarding AMC book charges (labour charges) - But after I go to my Honda rajahmundry but they not consider the amc book and they say pay the labour charges or go to RK moto showroom for service - this is company cheating and not tell all these words at the time of paid charges.

                                  Please involve and clear the issue on priority basis.

                                    I have purchased Activa 4G in 2017. From day 1 I have faced many problems and visited your service center many times but issue was not resolved. I have logged somany complaints over phone and mail from 2018 onwards. whenever I call, your customer care representative will say that problem will be resolved but no action being initiated from your side.

                                    For example I have faced vehicle starting problem by automatic start button & kick. If i have not used my vehicle for 2 to 3 days it needs to kick the vehicle for 40 to 50 times to start it. Your local service center took more than 3 years to resolve this. Now same problem repeated after some time of repairing.

                                    I have mentioned other complaints also during the time of warranty but issues not resolved that time. Afterwards they are saying that repairing charges have to bear as its out of warranty. What my question is why my vehicle was not serviced properly during the time of warranty even after complaining somany times. Recently 1st time I have serviced my vehicle outside and got repaired in single attempt which was not done by your service center. I am requesting you to reimburse the repairing charges.

                                    You can refer my previous complaints logged during the time of warranty and later.

                                        Sub: two times battery failed in two years

                                        sir, my self ronak khambhati, i have purchase honda sp125 in oct 2020.

                                        First feb 22. Nearby my home, ctm, mansi honda service center. They told me first time that battery failed and due to warranty period they exchange me battery. Thanks for supporting me.,

                                        but in oct 22. Exchange battery period only six months, once again battery failed. And this time they told me that warranty period is over.

                                        So, my first question honda company that

                                        if everyone purchase new bike and honda bike just because law maintanance, and 4 to 5 years law spare part expense.

                                        If i will have to change every year battery than may be my choice to purchase honda bike is wrong ?? is is so?

                                        i have already talk with tata company, because battery is tata company,

                                        till date not replying me but i want to exchange battry also, because it is wrong that two years two time battery failed.

                                        And still asking same question that why this happened if bike is new ??

                                        if tata company is battery not good ?? than why honda contract with tata company,

                                        and if honda sp125 model issue? ?

                                        i dont know but kindly help me to exchange this.
