My two wheeler is not working properly as I complained to service provider they also not taking my complaint seriously and arguing.after 1 week my scooter is missing on road it is very risky.there is 3 puncture in 2 weeks and mileage is very poor I m frustrated so much this is my last note to honda do something or I can go to somewhere else to report this ..

    Some of my bike parts got damaged before 2 months I gone to my nearby bike showroom names Sri thillai Honda for service they told spares are not available right now we will arrange within one week but after completion of two months still there is no response from their side I'm following more than 50 times they telling still spares are not received yet I'm literally tired, i have raised a complaint in Honda website also but there is no response too.im not using my bike more than two months because of this I bought a bike in this showroom I need a justice please do the needful

      I purchased a new bike.at the time of delivery I see my vehicle already runned 360 km. I tell the showroom to change the vehicle at the time of delivery.they denied.after that the bike giving me problem repeatedly.i visited authorised service center many time but they are unable to fix it.they are not changing my vehicle also they are unable to fix it

        Ride Honda showroom, uppal is not refunding booking cancellation amount. I have paid online. After cancelling online it’s shows message as contact showroom. Showroom people say they don’t have such money. Please help me.

          Dear Team,

          I have purchased KA19HL5605 dio on 18th Oct 2022. On 10th Mar 2023 I have kept my two wheeler for wash in Kinnigoli showroom, after wash the colour of my vehicle's right and left side part (below seat) is faded. When I have checked with the showroom manager and the service man, they are not ready to take the responsibility of replacing the parts and asked us to contact Mangalore showroom.

          Mangalore showroom manager asked us to make the payment (Rs. 2400) first later they will replace it and if company give claim amount then I can claim itseems.

          Please note that colour is faded because of manufacturing defect and not because of my fault and also it just crossed 5 months.

          Kindly help me to replace my vehicle part without payment as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir/ Madam
                I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by Vah Auto Pvt. Ltd. in Meerut, U.P. I recently purchased a Honda Activa Deluxe (engine no. JK15EG5027863) from your dealership on 19th March 2023. During the purchase process, I was given a quote for insurance from HDFC ERGO, which was priced at INR 6214. However, the papers for the insurance were not handed over to me at that time, and I was asked to collect them later.

                Upon receiving the insurance papers, I was shocked to discover that I had been provided insurance from Chola MS instead, which was priced at INR 1392 less than the initially quoted price. When I approached the dealership about this discrepancy, the dealer denied the facts and did not stand by his words. Furthermore, his tone was also not appropriate, which only added to my frustration.

                As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be provided with a different insurance policy than what was initially quoted to me. I trusted your dealership and paid the quoted price for the insurance policy, only to be provided with a lower-priced policy without my consent. This is a clear breach of trust and professionalism, and I demand immediate action to be taken to rectify this situation.

                I am highly unsatisfied and dissatisfied with the service provided by your dealership and demand that the discrepancy be resolved immediately. I hope to hear back from you

                Honda called me, and again the person in communication is taking the side of dealer. I am highly dissapointed.

                  I purchased new Activa 6G on 05.Oct.2022 ans after 26Km of running gave it for first servicing . Since the Activa 6G returned I am unable to drive it smoothly as before. It's giving problem while starting. When asked Service Centre people are saying its problem with model and filter. So I need replacement of this Activa 6G.

Meri sharirik samsya dekhte huye shahjahanpur honda agency malik mahesh yadav ne scooty usi din sahi karne ka agrah kiya lekin unki bat nhi suni gai. Uske baad 13, 14 march do din bad bhi unhone mujhe scooty nhi di mene saam ko call kiya to kaha abhi 2 din aur lagenge aur kaha iski ek coil tuti hui h jo 250 se 300rs ke bich ayegi abhi hamare pas uplabdh nhi h.

                              Hi there,

                              This is regarding the delayed happening in service/repair of my bike kindly refer the below details for the same

                              I have submitted my damaged honda cb trigger bike (Details given below) on 21st December 2022 but till now i'm not getting any proper response from honda service center.
                              With continuous follow from my side i'm only getting an excuse that parts of the bike are not available.
                              Also i have called honda customer care to know the update but still same excuse is conveyed and in response i only got a complaint ticket no.[protected] but no action taken so far and when i asked to bring supervisor on call, Same is been denied stating "he is busy in some other call"

                                I brought a sp 125 bike from pioneer honda ongole, for first service they took for only oil change Rs 650 and polish Rs300 . For mechanic Rs 100 and for security guard Rs50 . Total is Rs 1100, take action on this

                                    Vehicle was bought in 30th Sept 2022, I have issue in Battery Self Start and also Clutch Belt, issue was reported 15 days before to SVM Honda service center Aynawaram Chennai.. Today I am facing the same issue, reported the issues again to same service centre but couldn't fix up the problem
