      Dear Sir/ Madam
      I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by Vah Auto Pvt. Ltd. in Meerut, U.P. I recently purchased a Honda Activa Deluxe (engine no. JK15EG5027863) from your dealership on 19th March 2023. During the purchase process, I was given a quote for insurance from HDFC ERGO, which was priced at INR 6214. However, the papers for the insurance were not handed over to me at that time, and I was asked to collect them later.

      Upon receiving the insurance papers, I was shocked to discover that I had been provided insurance from Chola MS instead, which was priced at INR 1392 less than the initially quoted price. When I approached the dealership about this discrepancy, the dealer denied the facts and did not stand by his words. Furthermore, his tone was also not appropriate, which only added to my frustration.

      As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be provided with a different insurance policy than what was initially quoted to me. I trusted your dealership and paid the quoted price for the insurance policy, only to be provided with a lower-priced policy without my consent. This is a clear breach of trust and professionalism, and I demand immediate action to be taken to rectify this situation.

      I am highly unsatisfied and dissatisfied with the service provided by your dealership and demand that the discrepancy be resolved immediately. I hope to hear back from you

      Honda called me, and again the person in communication is taking the side of dealer. I am highly dissapointed.

        I purchased new Activa 6G on 05.Oct.2022 ans after 26Km of running gave it for first servicing . Since the Activa 6G returned I am unable to drive it smoothly as before. It's giving problem while starting. When asked Service Centre people are saying its problem with model and filter. So I need replacement of this Activa 6G.

                Sir[protected] ko office jate samay raste me scooty band ho hai jise mai shahjahanpur honda agency le gya.[protected] ko unhone ise dekha lekin proper instrument nahi hone ke karan unhe isme jo kharabi thi vah samaj nahi ayi.[protected] ko me syam agency pahuncha jaha unhone meri scooty puri tarah se alag alag part me rakhi hui thi jisme kisi bhi wiring me koi samsya najar nhi aa rhi thi.Agency malik mahesh yadav se bat hui unhone achha behave kiya aur kaha ise laptop system se check krne ke bad pta chalega kya samsya h aur kaha aap ise behror jai ambey honda agency le jao.
                Sir mai sharirik rup se 80% se adhik divyang hone ke bavjood kisi dusri bike se tochan kar 12-03-23 ko dopahar 3 bje ke karib behror agency pahuncha.Jaha behror agency walo ne agle din 13-03-23 ki rasid kat kaha scooty kal milegi. Meri sharirik samsya dekhte huye shahjahanpur honda agency malik mahesh yadav ne scooty usi din sahi karne ka agrah kiya lekin unki bat nhi suni gai. Uske baad 13, 14 march do din bad bhi unhone mujhe scooty nhi di mene saam ko call kiya to kaha abhi 2 din aur lagenge aur kaha iski ek coil tuti hui h jo 250 se 300rs ke bich ayegi abhi hamare pas uplabdh nhi h.
                Sir desh ki itani badi company ki ek badi agency jaha 250 se 300 ka saman nahi milna company ki image kharab karta h.
                Sir mene akhir me paresan hokar 14-03-23 ko saam ko online complain {[protected]} darj ki to agle din subah agency se call aya ki apki scooty ki wiring chuhe ne kat di jo 2800 se 3500 rs ke bhich dalegi sir jab scooty 2 din shahjahanpur agency me thi to uski wiring proper thi jo mene apni ankho se dekhi aur na hi shahjahanpur agency walo ne bataya ki wiring kati hui h.
                Sir sharirik roop se Divyang hone ke karan me pichle 3 din se office nhi ja pa rha hu. Sir apse nivedan h ki meri samsya ka jald se jald samadhan kare.

                    Hi there,

                    This is regarding the delayed happening in service/repair of my bike kindly refer the below details for the same

                    I have submitted my damaged honda cb trigger bike (Details given below) on 21st December 2022 but till now i'm not getting any proper response from honda service center.
                    With continuous follow from my side i'm only getting an excuse that parts of the bike are not available.
                    Also i have called honda customer care to know the update but still same excuse is conveyed and in response i only got a complaint ticket no.[protected] but no action taken so far and when i asked to bring supervisor on call, Same is been denied stating "he is busy in some other call"

                      I brought a sp 125 bike from pioneer honda ongole, for first service they took for only oil change Rs 650 and polish Rs300 . For mechanic Rs 100 and for security guard Rs50 . Total is Rs 1100, take action on this

                          Vehicle was bought in 30th Sept 2022, I have issue in Battery Self Start and also Clutch Belt, issue was reported 15 days before to SVM Honda service center Aynawaram Chennai..                               Hello good morning sir am Raghuveer.K from Balapur x road, which is located in Hyderabad. I am having Honda CB Twister. It is having clutch problem every 2 to 3 months. I am given to mechanic near my area his name shnkar in he told clutch plates gone take new one we don't now what was the problem in bike I went to automobile shop near more super market Balapur x road I bought original clutch plates tha to also gone last time he said total kit change also gone bell. why the problem was coming again and again for that am asking somany shops nearly upto 20km am going asking shops no one saying no. Am saying to mechanic he said he bought bell some other place. Is is working 2months only. Today again am taking new clutch plates. How to solve this.                                 My activa 6g showing battry problem on 25th jan 23, send my battry to service center on 3.02.23 but till date they only say please wait it takes time .i also complain on toll free they say it will be replace in one days and close the complain.then i mail to constomer care they give me a written letter to collect battry now no one responding to my call or my complaint

                                  I purchased Honda Activa 6G on April 2022. Registration No. TN03 8400. Dealer: Balaji Honda, Chennai-600019

                                  I am experiencing a wired issue with this new vehicle. In last 10 months, I have visited service center Several times for the same problem, the vehicle get completely dead and does not start at all.

                                  I experience this issue within every 15 days to 1 month. The issue goes like this, it stops while running and does start. I have to wait on the middle of road for 15 mins for the miracle to happen that vehicle get started. After travelling some distance the issue repeats. I dont trust traveling on this vehicle as we dont know when it will stop! and when it will start!

                                  This issue was explained to the dealer (Balaji Honda, Chennai-600019) and they issue a Job card for rectification and hold the vehicle for 7 -10 days and return to me saying they have rectified the issue and they have not observed the issue again. But this repeats again within one months.

                                  But this time this vehicle does not last long even for 7 day's. I received the vehicle from service center on 18-Feb. I too paid Rs 998- as a extended warranty amount for this vehicle while receiving.

                                  This is high time and I am completely frustrated and spent lot of time/money visiting service center leaving my work behind and this causing mental pressure.

                                  I am looking to have replacement vehicle due to defective product which has not been diagnosed by Honda service engineers.

                                        I was asked to bring my Honda Dio for scheduled 6th month service by Kumar Honda, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu. The vehicle had run only 1200kms so far. When I took for service today (2nd March, 2023), I was told the estimated time of delivery as after 2 days. Will it really take so much time for a general service? Why should my 2 wheeler, which I need for my daily use should be at service center for more than 2 days with no use or any work to do? If the order of first come first serve or the seniority is followed, who's responsibility is it to ramp up the service staff and provide quick service? The work that will be done in an hour and the work that takes a day should be treated in the same order? Honda India should intervene and take this up seriously.
