handle lock not functioning after 1st company service

On 29th of Dec. 2011, I had purchase an electric Honda Activa Scooter (Register no. MH-01 AZ-8720).

From Jhaveri Auto Pvt. Ltd.
Not only that I am having 2 more 2wheelers of Honda using from last seven years.
1) Unicorn (Register no. MH-01 AD-7118).
2) Honda Activa Scooter (Register no. MH-03 AE-9826).

lost my Honda Activa key by the service provider

Pratik Honda has lost my Honda Activa 2 wheeler key during second free service, last 2 months back. They promise me that they will replace my Honda activas complete lock set. But till today they had not replaced my lock set. They are just fooling me saying that they dont have spare from last 2 month. Yesterday on 27/05/2011, I gave my activa for third free service and they promise me that they will replace the lock till tomorrow on saturday...

Dear Honda Customer Care Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding the after-sales service experience I’ve had with one of your authorized service centers.

I purchased a Honda CB 350 Classic in November 2024 from the Honda BigWing showroom located at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Following the purchase, I completed the first service at JSP Honda BigWing Service Center in Kukatpally, where I was also offered and subsequently opted for a 2-year paid Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

However, after the second service, my vehicle started producing unusual noise. Unfortunately, the service quality at JSP Honda has been unsatisfactory since the AMC was availed. While the team initially made several assurances regarding service excellence, the actual experience post-AMC has not lived up to those promises.

As a long-time supporter of the Honda brand, I am disappointed with the current service standards. I believe such experiences could impact the trust and reputation Honda has built over the years. I am reaching out in the hope that this issue will be escalated appropriately and resolved at the earliest.

I kindly request your support in addressing the service concerns with JSP Honda BigWing in Hyderabad and ensuring my vehicle is serviced with the quality and care expected from a brand like Honda.

    It's my second service of ACTIVA 125 C.C./DISC. BRAKE (UP 32 Q B 0904) after six months, (which is free), at the time of Service they said New Mobile Oil is required, so I said, ok, change it, and the time of billing they have charged billing of three items, i.e.
    1. Engine Oil
    2.Battery Terminal Gel
    3.Synthetic Lubricants

    Sir, I thought that under warranty period Engine Oil shall be free but they Charged Engine Oil with two other items.
    You are requested to kindly let me know how long is it justified.
    Looking forward for your kind & immediate favour.

      Hello There,
      Honda two wheelers India, In the act of saving engines life, you guys are putting the customers life at risk.
      Model - Honda Hness 350 - July 2023
      I can understand vehicle rpm raises on a cold start. But unfortunately, it is happening every time I start the vehicle. Even if I take a half an hour stop and start my bikes engine, it again raises the RPM for couple of minutes and then slows it down. The negative part is, when I start my vehicle and I wanted to move on the go, the first gear makes a stone noise and also due to high RPM even if i am not accelerating, the vehicle is dragging me due to raised RPM...Is it safe in any way, what if the high rpm drag makes the vehicle to crash ? As you named it it is "CB" series...means a "City Bike", so it should be ready to move whenever i start my vehicle...This make lots of inconvenience in my vehicle and I fear everytime for an accident..it is really putting your customers life at risk...I need solution to fix this issue.

          2. There is severe rusting on most of the chrome plated parts and welded joints, wheel rim etc. I complained the service center on earlier 2 occasions first on Oct, 2024 and then on 27 Nov 2024 but the problem persists.

            Dear Customer Care Team,
            I (Pandiyan P – Vehicle No. TN 37D J3271 – Honda Activa) am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the substandard service I received at your service center in Coimbatore. My experience there on 12.11.2024 has been extremely frustrating due to repeated delays, lack of communication, and an unprofessional attitude from the staff.
            On 11.11.2024, I brought my bike in for servicing, and I was assured it would be ready for pickup the following day. To confirm, I called the next day and was told to arrive at 5:00 PM. However, upon reaching the center at 5:25 PM, I was made to wait with no update until 6:00 PM, only to be told that my bike had not been serviced at all and would be ready the next day instead.
            This lack of communication and disregard for my time is not a one-time occurrence. I clearly communicated to the staff during my initial visit that this had happened before, and I requested prior notice if there were any delays. Despite this, they failed to inform me beforehand and offered a simple, insincere apology after wasting my time.
            This pattern of negligence, poor service, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I believe that such repeated failures in basic service and communication highlight a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.
            I request immediate corrective action and a formal acknowledgment of this complaint. It is my expectation that service standards at this center will be reviewed and improved to prevent other customers from experiencing the same inconvenience.
            Given the repeated inconvenience, loss of time, and lack of proper communication, I expect appropriate compensation for this experience.

              I purchased a Honda Activa in my wife's name, but she does not have a bank account yet. So, my wife requested a refund on my account. I have provided the purchase receipt.However, they declined the request. They are not in a mindset to return our money.

                I have purchased my bike from Aadhya Automart Pvt Ltd through Bike Bazar (Asansol) and they handed over me faulty product (Self not working and gear stuck issue) when I took the trial they told me what ever is your fault that will be rectified in servicing and in warrenty and I donot have to worry.
                I have been getting many problems before the time I received the bike and all are manufacturing defects same got verified and tried rectified by Janee Honda and Veer Honda(Asansol).
                Below are the problems.

                *Self problem(verified and rectified by Janee Honda)
                *Excell Problem(verified and rectified by Janee Honda)
                *Handle Problem
                *Shocker rear problem(verified and rectified by Janee Honda)
                *Scratch Makeover by coloring(Can be identified easily)
                *Disc Problem(Not resolved)
                *Gear stuck problem(Visited almost 10 times and complained for last 1 year but still no resolution)

                  _1/5 - Extremely Disappointed with Rangers Honda, Chandlodia, Ahmedabad_

                  I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Rangers Honda in Chandlodia, Ahmedabad. My brand-new Activa scooter, which I expected to be reliable, wouldn't start, and I had to request their pickup service not once, but twice! The first time, it took 2-4 days to arrive, and even after the service, the scooter still wouldn't start. I was riding it when it suddenly shut down.

                  To add insult to injury, I had to spend over ₹1000 on pickup services alone. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service from a reputable brand like Honda, especially when I've invested in a new vehicle. The fact that I've had to spend additional money on repairs and services within a short period of purchasing the scooter is unacceptable.

                  I hope Honda takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to address these issues.

                    The scooty of Honda Company was sent for the service and repair at Parashar Honda located in Palwal, Haryana, 121102. The scooty do have Insurance provided by the company itself. The scooty was sent to the provided company information on 29/06/2024. The end service date given by the Company was 20/07/2024. I, after finishing of due date reached the company for receiving but The Service Wasn't Done Yet!! It's 26/07/2024 and still the work isn't done till now! Even after reaching twice in between, the staff denied again when asked for the completion of service. It will be about a Month of submission but, the condition of scooty is same as before.

                      History of relationship with Honda -

                      I have been a loyal customer of Honda Two Wheeler, since 2012. I got attached to Honda products with my first purchase of Honda Hornet (2016 and still under use) and further bought Honda Unicorn 160 CC (2017). I had excellent experience riding both the bikes. Based on the previous experience, I bought a New Honda Unicorn 160 in September 2023. I had bought all three vehicles from a local distributor in Ahmedabad (Innovative Honda). Further, my family members, i.e. my father is also owner of Honda Eterno model. Hence, me and my family are loyal customers of Honda and have a long standing relationship with local distributor "Innovative Honda".

                      Experience of running Honda Unicorn Bikes:- I have been using Honda Unicorn Model since 2017. I had faced no issues during the entire tenor of 5 years riding the bike. Based on the performance, I purchased the same model (Honda Unicorn 160) again after 5 years. Hence, my complaint on the model is based on actual daily use of the product.

                      Complaint:-

                      1. Front Tyre fender getting stuck below engine guard area on braking.

                      -I had bought the bike with standard accessories from the dealer, which included an engine guard. While riding and on applying brakes, the front fender got stuck under engine guard and the handle got locked while riding. The service team could only identify the issue after -2- services and a period of almost 4 months from date of purchase.
                      -The first solution was given to my service centre after rousing of suspension, the problem will automatically get resolved, however the service centre was unaware of the actual problem.
                      -The second solution after getting to know the actual problem was provided to me was a replacement of the engine guard. Removing the old and ordering a new engine guard took 1 week.
                      -The second solution also failed and the third solution, as custom adjustments in bike and engine guards was made to my new bike to resolve the issue.

                      It may be noted that during the entire tenor of 4-5 months from the date of purchase of the new vehicle, I had visited the service centre more than 6-7 times and also waited for service related issues for more than 5-6 hours in a single day. Riding on the vehicle with such issues had put me and my family's lives in danger on many occasions.

                      2. Deficiencies in Services and Inability Service Centre Staff

                      -I had to visit multiple times at service centre for getting solution and inability of service staff at (Vejalpur Centre of Innovative Honda) had resulted in horrifying experience.
                      -I had tossed from one staff to another and had to make several calls just to get resolution of bike issues.
                      -Though the staff was friendly but completely unprofessional.

                      3. Breakdown of Vehicle on first big rains on 28.06.2024.

                      -The bike break-down with the engine light on after remaining outside in the rain for just 1-2 hours.
                      -Visited the Vejalpur Service Centre on 29.06.2024 in the morning at 9.00 am for pick-up and resolving the break-down issue. However, the staff asked to go to another service centre at CG Road, Ahmedabad since they were lacking the instruments to check sensors of engine breakdown issues.
                      -Further, called up different customer care personals of Innovative Honda over the phone to arrange for pickup and resolution. No single person assistance and calls from multiple persons. The whole process of simple service with the dealer is cumbersome.
                      -At present, the bike is with the service centre at vejalpur, with no communication of reason for break-down in new vehicle GJ01XK5526.

                      What I Need?

                      1. Actual reason for the breakdown of my new Vehicle, to be conveyed through a formal channel and further confirmed from a Mechanical expert.
                      2. All custom changes made in my New Vehicle GJ01XK5526.
                      3. In case of any negative / adverse replies for point 1&2 above, then full replacement of my product (Honda Unicorn Bike) or full refund of my purchase price.
                      4. Apology letter for all the inconvenience.

                      I hope to receive the earliest resolution of my complaints.

                              I had visited service center and after discussion with Harish/Tejpal and agree to do the following action.

                              1. They will raise a spare part request to replace all old parts which are not matching with Vehicle color.
                              2. They will inform me once part available for replacement on same day.
                              3. They will fix left side small part(near footrest) which was not properly mounted since many months.
                              4. They will also fix body protection steel accessory.
                              5. They will also mount Main vehicle stand on same visit which is pending since last visit.
                              6. They will also cross check difference between Vehicle insurer approved amount.

                                Complaint on ORANGE AUTO PVT LTD, TARA TOWERS, SURYA NAGAR TOLICHOWKI HYDERABAD 500008 TELANGANA STATE INDIA

                                I have done my Honda two wheeler servicing at Orange Honda service center Tolichowki hyderabad on dated 02-Feb-2024, and the estimation of the servicing was Rupees 2000 but later they charged me Rs. 4000 stating that they have replaced some parts, however from the next day of my vehicle servicing I found engine oil was getting leakage from the vehicle and the rear tire break was also holding, So I have visited the service center again today 5th Feb-2024, but no mechanic was ready to take up the complaint then I had to call the manager Ms. Sharada Muthyapaga she assigned the work to Mechanic Mr. Sikander he said he will fix the issue in 30 minutes time, and I was sitting at the waiting hall where I had to wait almost 3 hours and later I called Ms. Sharada Muthyapaga but she did not answer my call and when i check my vehicle I found that the mechanic just kept my vehicle aside and went to somewhere out side the servicing center and no body was there to help me, then I had to enquire about CEO Mr. K. Sambiah Goud but he was also not present at the service center then I had to call him on his but it was my utter surprise that this Sambiah CEO was very rude with me over the phone and said that he will assign this work to somebody at the service center, So I told him neither mechanic nor manager responding to my concern so I asked him to intervene because I was waiting for almost 3 hours at your service center for such a minor problem, after some time CEO Mr. K. Sambiah Goud came to the service center and very recklessly he was replying to me, I got surprised when I saw your CEO and his language and body language towards me.
                                When I have done my Servicing on dated 2nd feb 2024, I was forced to give 5 ratings for orange honda servicing tolichowki hyderabad
                                it seems that this was you guys are taking all fake 5 start reviews, any how I have to make a formal complaint on this and need this should be address by some higher authorities and should call me and update me the status of this complaint before I escalate this to the higher authorities

                                  I have bought a Honda 6G from SLV motors Chikabanavara all my service covered from this place who is alliance with Turbo Honda Nelamangala, I had issue with Check light since 4months for the first time they charges me Rs 800 & against Rs 2000 as the problem still persist, however I was aked to leave vehicle at Turbo Honda for which I did & charged me bill of Rs 5, 188.98 & forced me to take Extended Warranty Plus from Turbo Honda which I did paid Rs 1, 317 when the reading was 50, 451kms as my problem still persist & my Vehicle Engine started making big sound today I left at Planet Honda Dasarahalli, They are not accepting Extended warranty coz my vehicle had droven 53, 500 kms, In the first instance why they sell Me EW when I can't claim as it's beyond 36, 000kms as per Planet Honda Executive, it looks like Honda has dipped down in quality & maintaining the dealers & dipped down inkeeping up their quality products..I have been mentally tromotised & making calls no proper response, can some 1 help me please
