Service time for a new 2 wheeler

I was asked to bring my Honda Dio for scheduled 6th month service by Kumar Honda, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu. The vehicle had run only 1200kms so far. When I took for service today (2nd March, 2023), I was told the estimated time of delivery as after 2 days. Will it really take so much time for a general service? Seat lock issue not fixed for more than 4 Months

To escalate the issue with authorized Honda service center

I wanted to let you know about the poor service experience I had at one of your authorized service centers, which has left me very dissatisfied with the service that Honda provided. Not providing parts // Front wheel rim of CB Hornet 160R // Waiting since 09-01-2023 in back order

Poor quality of seat and bad quality of seat lock and hook of Honda activa 6G

In the recent past i had purchased 2 Honda activa 2 wheelers and i am facing lots of problems with regards to seat lock. Even after rectified by the dealer, the problem still exists by which i am unable to keep the documents safe in the box under the deat. Honda tyre replacement under warranty period

I have activa honda 6g model for which tyre warranty is for 3 years ...I had taken my activa for changing tyre in warranty to showroom of activa where they took few picture of my swelling tyre- all over every grip was swollen from inside to outside and it's on the verge of blasting they directed to me to the maxiss tyre dealer without proper information, after that when I went to maxiss tyre dealer he demanded 1200 rs for the tyre change...

My complaints is warm-up time not mentioned in specifications by the vehicle manufacturer (Honda) and not informed to customer by the dealer (Marikar Honda). When we start the vehicle in the morning and start after 1 hour every time, it takes more than 1.3 min to warm-up during warm-up it raised to 3000 rpm.
