I bought one Honda CD110 two wheeler on 15.03.2022 from M/S Vallalar Honda, Perambalur, Tamilnadu.
After three months, I found air leakage in the gap between Rim and tyre of front wheel. I have reported this issue at nearest Honda service station as per the instruction by Vallalar Honda. They made tyre refit and release the vehicle. Again after three months the same problem, air leakage occurred at same location and which is corrected by tyre refit at Honda service station . Like this, three times I have faced this issue after the tyre refit.
The first time(Dt.01.07.2022) and Second time(Dt.12.11.2022) the tyre Refit done by in M.A Honda service station(Sundar nagar branch and Junction branch, Trichy), and third time(Dt.28.02.2023), in Vallalar Honda service station, they have changed the new tyre.
But Fourth time I faced this air leakage Issue at same location from 2ND June, 2023.
Again I have discussed with Vallalar Honda for this issue. They have replied that they cannot correct the same.
I have enclosed the Vehicle purchased Invoice and tyre refitting service documents for your reference.
Every time, I have suffered by heavy stress due to this problem.
Being a NO.1 TWO WHEELER manufacturer in INDIA, I expect the grateful solution for this issue from your end.

      I made purchase of my Honda SP 125 bike in 23rd of May 2022.
      at the time of purchase on next day I went to the showroom and told them that bike handle is not inline they told me that on my 1st service it will be repaired.
      I have done my bike serviced 4 time since 2022 to May of 2023 the authorized service center did not made it correct and nevertheless they made my go through change of some handle parts for which i have paid they.
      Now yesterday on 29 I made service from them which made me go through risk of my life as they made my bike worse from good and made me go through chances of accident at several times.
      I always paid the amount for my service which i earned by hardworking it made me cry by seeing my bike like this it made me go through loss of my daily wages and made me go through the risk accident i want a legal action against them.

          As u know our 3 service are free but in our area company charge more than 600 rupees from us in free service and washing scooty system is also dull so please take action against that frauders who charge more money from customer

            My first bike service and second service is between 4000km then third service total 27712km bike problem is showing

            27712km 25/05/2023 I have serviced bike some parts related to my bike oil have gone bad.

            Now Yume Honda Bike service center is telling me that all the parts are needed and I have to pay for all the parts.

            And also saying my Bike warranty is expired but I called customer care and heard that my Bike warranty is valid.

            Dear sir/mam now my bike is deposited in yume honda bike service center i don't have money.

            My bettery warranty validity date was active but my battery died
            I went to the service center to buy battery, I was asked to pay for the battery and returned from the service center.

            please help me sir/mam

              Hi Team,

              Since last one month, i am recurring visiting more than eight times JPS showroom amravati for servicing of my vehicle where m having problem of starting the vehicle .

              My vehicle start is not working and I need to toe the vehicle to showroom ...everytime they said there was different problem but my problem has not resolved .

              They had charged me a bill of 7000 rupees since last one month but my main problem has not resolved yet .

              If I run vehicle for more than 25 km then my vehicle doesn't get start i needed to toe the vehicle to hsowroom

                I bought a honda activa scooter from honda dealer in 100 feet road velachery, chennai. 42, right from the day one and in two free services I had mentioned that there is no free play in the throatle. I was told over a period if time it will get rectified. Yesterday was the third service and even after that the issue is persisting.

                I am surprised honda sells substandard quality spares in new scooter just to make money on spares within months so that customer is forced to pay for the cable replacement of 2000 rupees plus.

                I expect a solution for this immediately and was asked to post by friends in twitter n social media platforms about the quality if honda, but hoping you guys will resolve this amicably.

                    Hey team,
                    This side Ashok Kumar from KHANDELWAL TRADING COMPANY, I own a vehicle on the above name, which was met with an accident on 30th april and for the same i have given the vehicle to them and also requested for service of the same vehicle.
                    There was a noise coming from vehicle during service then the advisor told me that there is water in gearbox, i told them to rectify this as my vehicle is in warranty, they told me that they will do the same.
                    They never rectified the same and now demanding a chargable service for this.

                    And the service manager is talking nuisnce that might be 20 days ago there was a heavy rainfall in faridanad then might be vehicle got water in gear box, but at that time my vehicle was in faridabad honda for all work.

                    They never do the service well every time i gave them a complaint, 2 days back they picked my vehicle back (3 rd day after service) my vehicle got stopped and never started again. And when i talked to service manager he told me that they never check the vehicle after service.
                    I kindly request you to correct all things in my vehicle created by FARIDABAD HONDA, else i will proceed to NCH for the same.
                    I am just fed up with their services.

                    Worst consumer sevice..

                        Today I took my Honda Activa to a Service center. He started writing the job card for the list of problems. In the end, he asked me to change the Engine oil or not. I told them it was not required. He stopped writing the job card and asked me to take the bike. I asked the reason. I was shocked after listening to the explanation from him.

                        The reason he mentioned:
                        His manager gave instructions not to take any bike for service if they are not going for Engine Oil (The service center price is 950/-). But the actual cost varies from 300 - 350/-. He gave me his manager's number and he is disconnecting the calls. Asked to provide his Superior. He mentioned he went out of the station. So I came to know that even if the Engine oil is not required, they are changing and charging to the customer.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the extra hidden charges that were mentioned to me while purchasing a two-wheeler vehicle from your dealership. I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency in the entire process, and it has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

                          I visited your dealership on 05/05/2023 in the morning at 11:00 AM to purchase a Honda two-wheeler vehicle (Honda Activa 125 Disc Variant), and I was very impressed with the variety of options that were available. However, during the negotiation process, I was informed of additional charges that were not mentioned during our initial discussion. These charges included documentation fees, handling charges, and a few other miscellaneous charges. I was shocked and disappointed to learn about these additional charges as they were not mentioned to me earlier, and I was not prepared to pay for them.

                          We closed the deal initially by 103687/- after that they added some charges and told me that they also added a discount with accessories so after that the amount went to 105200. I signed the documents with this amount and they took all the documents and initiated the loan amount of 93287 and also they asked to swipe the card with Down payment of 16000/-. So now the final amount is 93287+16000= 109287. I saw the message received on my phone by evening and I called the financial advisor and he told me that the extra charge is processing fee, we can not show this with documents. I have all the required documents through which I can prove the fraud happened to me. As a result they took 4087 rupees extra for which I want a refund now. Also if it will not be resolved then I'll have to go through a legal process.

                          As a customer, I believe that I deserve complete transparency in the buying process. It is unfair to mention additional charges at the last moment, which were not mentioned during the initial discussion. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and it was not a pleasant experience for me.

                          I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with an explanation regarding the additional charges.

                          I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and provide me with a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

                          I met with Pushpa Honda Manager and he didn't even provide me any document to show charges he just said that we can not show all the deducted amount on bill. We did whatever could be done and we can not support you regarding this.

                            I have taken a new vehicle Activa 6G from bilgundi Honda showroom. It's just been 6months. Due to the damage happened to vehicle i went to showroom for insurance claim. They made us pay the money saying the insurance amt will be paid back. It's been a month and they are not bothered. We as a customer roaming all over the place for getting amt back. Well while taking the vehicle they assured anything happens to vehicle they wil look after and it's not going to be a pbm. After that they are very careless . Worst service experience by BILGUNDI HONDA SHOWROOM. I would never ask anyone to buy from this showroom again.

                              We are awaiting for spare parts since last two to three months. big wig, andheri, mumbai has been receiving parts in intervals . The last part " fork leg assembly" is still due . No specific date can be given when they will receive. I have been patiently waiting without using the bike for last three months.

                                  Hi Team,
                                  Not sure if you've trained Mechanics/Technicians at your authorised service center at Jhaveri Honda Cotton Green workshop.
                                  I serviced my bike MH 01 CW 9705 on 16 Dec 2022 and spent Rs 8648 and again on 31st Dec 2022 Rs 975 due to a Disk brake issue which was not repaired earlier. Also note this is still an ongoing issue as the Disk brake is not working properly. With just 2700 Km I again serviced my bike on 7th April 2023 and spent another Rs 7981 as there was a noisy sound from the engine.
                                  The Technician said that they are unaware how the oil from the bike got exhausted (not completely) after just 2700 Km. They also found that there was no leakage from the engine. This raised a doubt whether the oil was actually poured in the engine in the last service done in Dec 2022?
                                  Now again after 18 days the bike has again started giving issues and sound has returned. Even when I start my bike it gives hick-ups when I ride in 1-2 gears which was not the case before the service. I had spent Rs 17304 plus my travelling charges, leave from office and stress within just 4 months and still the issue is not resolved.
                                  In the name of paid service AMC they still charge me for Chain cleaning charges, labour charges and also not sure what miscellaneous charges are for in each and every bill. It seems the service center is only interested in making money and wasting customer's hard earned money and precious time but not getting the actual issue resolved. As every time they call and say that the bike is ready and when checked it's actually not and I had to spend hours waiting for the corrections. This is now a routine habit at this service center. The service center is also far from my place and it's really difficult for me to go every time for repair or correction.
                                  I need my bike to be repaired and replace any faulty parts at NO EXTRA cost from a senior and properly trained mechanic/technician only who thoroughly checks what all the issues it has and get it fixed Also let me the route cause and why the problems are arising again & again, why the bike average had drastically declined or I may be forced to seek legal action against the company and service center.

                                    I have visited the showroom to book new bike at honda showroom (B U BHANDARI).
                                    asked them about the accessories and helamte. So they said.. Helmate we are not providing you have to pay extra for that. I showed then the mah. Gov rule Rule 138(4)(f) but they ignored the rule and asked me extra charges for that.
                                    So i have requested mr. Akshay nanaware to provide me the descriptive bill where helmate cost is mentioned. So he say no for that.
