I did complain register on 12.07.2023 and I am going to showroom and handover my bike but now they shall no any details information by call or message. What's going on at the moment I don't know. this is my communication w r.t ticket No[protected] please enquiry shortly and please inform which condition have my bike

Initial issue- seat lock issue
It occurred many times Now ECM issue. Left the vehicle on 29.06.23 and still issue not resolved.

I would urge the company for exchange.

Dear sir,
I gave my honda Dia scooter for rectification of buzzer sound of indicator which is not working, cleaning of plug and spanner symbol coming in the panel. In the morning they are not telling me buzzer sound can not be rectified and in the evening when I collect my scooter spanner sign is still showing in the panel, buzzer sound for indicator not rectified and plug is cleaned or not I cant check. only thing they did is cleaning of scooter.
It is very pity that Marikar motors in Trivandrum, kerala is the authorized service centre and they are not able to rectify the problems. I will not suggest anybody to buy from Marikar motors. Their service is worst and Honda company is not taking any action to improve the satisfaction of customer. Their aim is to claim the money without doing the work properly.
Thay are telling me the buzzer sound coming for indicator cannot be rectified. Then why the open for service. My name is stanly Thomas and I bought this for my daughter. Anyway I am not at all interested to do anything in future with this Marikar motors. My phone no is [protected]. and my address is moolavilakom, vanchiyoor P.O trivandrum. This compliant I put is for the future customers that they will get proper service from this company. I know any good service from Honda company and the Marikar motors.

Honda is cheating me by not providing spare parts for my CBR 250(2020 model) vehicle after more than a month.complaint no:[protected].I ordered spare parts from my nearest Honda service center Big wings tirunelveli.Big wings tirunelveli manager said spare parts reach us only from Honda headquarters.But when we spoke to Honda's customer service number [protected], they are misleading that only the nearest service center is responsible for the spareparts. As i have purchased an Activa 125 on 4/4/23 at Hyderabad Harmony Honda RC PURAM but I have not received receipt of total amount need a total proper SYSTEM GENERATED BILL and i have got a better price than this showroom after purchasing from hear same has been mentioned at showroom when i visit to showroom but no use they say dealer to dealer price ( Rs 4000/-) will be different and i have exchanged my old vehicle at showroom and i have not got ex change bonus, for everything I had follow up with store executive, when i purchased the vehicle, executive asked for that sir do you wish to register the vehicle from showroom are yourself, i mentioned from showroom and i have mentioned that i need a particular No is it possible they said yes and not mentioned any amount for me, but taken Rs 750/- for No plate and not mentioned how many days it will reach me, as i went for RTA for registration to my suprise they have not given any price list to me i have awaited 1 hour at RTA and RTA executive taken Rs 400/- but not got the refund for me i don't know is this happened with me or with everyone

It is almost one year past but still have not received My RC for my new bike registration number : MP09XL1381. I have visited multiple times to post office and show room as well but they have not helped me to find my out my RC. My living address :

Recently I buy a bike Honda SP 125 from Rohini Honda rithala, the accessories they provide with bike was extremally poor in quality and not adequate in stock also.

Out of 5 accessories they provide me only 3 at the time of delivery due to stock shortage and rest have very poor quality. when asked they simply told that this is what they get from Company only.

I Debolina Sarkar purchased a new Activa 6g, bs6 on 02 Apr 2022 from New Ghosh Motors at Gobardanga, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. After two months it showed the missing problem. Gradually was increased. Reported to the garage but they didn't solve the problem. After that I took it to Machalandapur Hakdar Honda Service center, they were unable to solve the problem and directed me to go to Basirhat Haldar Honda service center. There they changed the starting relay and return me. After another two- three months same problem started, gradually it was increased and made me nearly to cause an accident. I gave it to servicing but they were unable to solve the problem. Now the problem is worst. Now what to do. Should I throw it. Otherwise it may cause an accident. I am very much disappointed after taking this scooty. I think I will not recommend any body to purchase Honda two-wheeler. -------- Debolina Sarkar

I bought one Honda CD110 two wheeler on 15.03.2022 from M/S Vallalar Honda, Perambalur, Tamilnadu.
After three months, I found air leakage in the gap between Rim and tyre of front wheel. I have reported this issue at nearest Honda service station as per the instruction by Vallalar Honda. They made tyre refit and release the vehicle. Again after three months the same problem, air leakage occurred at same location and which is corrected by tyre refit at Honda service station . Like this, three times I have faced this issue after the tyre refit.
The first time(Dt.01.07.2022) and Second time(Dt.12.11.2022) the tyre Refit done by in M.A Honda service station(Sundar nagar branch and Junction branch, Trichy), and third time(Dt.28.02.2023), in Vallalar Honda service station, they have changed the new tyre.
But Fourth time I faced this air leakage Issue at same location from 2ND June, 2023.
Again I have discussed with Vallalar Honda for this issue. They have replied that they cannot correct the same.
I have enclosed the Vehicle purchased Invoice and tyre refitting service documents for your reference.
Every time, I have suffered by heavy stress due to this problem.
Being a NO.1 TWO WHEELER manufacturer in INDIA, I expect the grateful solution for this issue from your end.

Sufferring self start issue from last 2 years
Replaced battery 2 times and charged 5 times but still not resolved.service center people told bs 6 unicorn having issue of self
Take back my bike and give me money
Changed Rr unit check all parts but still issue
It's horrible service center could not find the problem last 2 years means bike has faulty so return my money

I made purchase of my Honda SP 125 bike in 23rd of May 2022.
at the time of purchase on next day I went to the showroom and told them that bike handle is not inline they told me that on my 1st service it will be repaired.
I have done my bike serviced 4 time since 2022 to May of 2023 the authorized service center did not made it correct and nevertheless they made my go through change of some handle parts for which i have paid they.
Now yesterday on 29 I made service from them which made me go through risk of my life as they made my bike worse from good and made me go through chances of accident at several times.
I always paid the amount for my service which i earned by hardworking it made me cry by seeing my bike like this it made me go through loss of my daily wages and made me go through the risk accident i want a legal action against them.

After service my byke not haveing good feeling to driveing comfort and headlight Dom is loose on 1 day of dilivery purchase date mh31fw5394 nagpur tajashree honda not done service properly

As u know our 3 service are free but in our area company charge more than 600 rupees from us in free service and washing scooty system is also dull so please take action against that frauders who charge more money from customer

My first bike service and second service is between 4000km then third service total 27712km bike problem is showing

27712km 25/05/2023 I have serviced bike some parts related to my bike oil have gone bad.

Now Yume Honda Bike service center is telling me that all the parts are needed and I have to pay for all the parts.

And also saying my Bike warranty is expired but I called customer care and heard that my Bike warranty is valid.

Dear sir/mam now my bike is deposited in yume honda bike service center i don't have money.

My bettery warranty validity date was active but my battery died
I went to the service center to buy battery, I was asked to pay for the battery and returned from the service center.

Since last one month, i am recurring visiting more than eight times JPS showroom amravati for servicing of my vehicle where m having problem of starting the vehicle .

My vehicle start is not working and I need to toe the vehicle to showroom ...everytime they said there was different problem but my problem has not resolved .

They had charged me a bill of 7000 rupees since last one month but my main problem has not resolved yet .

If I run vehicle for more than 25 km then my vehicle doesn't get start i needed to toe the vehicle to hsowroom

Sincw last one month i am facing this issue with bike not working in mid of run

I bought a honda activa scooter from honda dealer in 100 feet road velachery, chennai. 42, right from the day one and in two free services I had mentioned that there is no free play in the throatle. I was told over a period if time it will get rectified. Yesterday was the third service and even after that the issue is persisting.

I am surprised honda sells substandard quality spares in new scooter just to make money on spares within months so that customer is forced to pay for the cable replacement of 2000 rupees plus.

I expect a solution for this immediately and was asked to post by friends in twitter n social media platforms about the quality if honda, but hoping you guys will resolve this amicably.
