    Honda activa smart 6g wrost vehicle

    Recently I have purchased honda activa smart 6g.this model is totally failure model launched by company.
    This model has a smart key after riding your 2 Wheeler if you have not pressed key till reached red. Your vehicle battary get discharged after 1 hrs and I'll not be able to on your vehicle untill unless you change vehicle battary.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased the Honda CD110 DELUXE BS-VI on 18th April 2022 from your esteemed partner Dharti Honda. The issue is that the chain and sprocket (chain and chakkar) are making noise.
    The services have gone through from time to time from your service station but the problem has been not solved yet. your mechanic said that "the chain and chakkar are faulty you have to spray them on timely and need to exchange them with the expense of approx 2000."

    What is the meaning of timely services? Within one and a half years should it become faulty?

    I need a resolution to this issue.

      This is Nagina Sonal Meshram, we bought Activa 6G from Sudarshan Honda, Nagpur last year. But unfortunately we are very regretting after purchasing this vehicle. Because, when we purchase this vehicle the dealer had provided the faulty stand of the vehicle at that time also we have to suffer a lot. After first service of the vehicle within three months my vehicle gets stucking (stop) repeatedly. Once we were very far away from the city and the vehicle again started the same problem and there is no connectivity and no mechanical person near to solve the problem. That time we also had to face a lot of problems because of this vehicle. Many times we get late to the office. We have took the vehicle with this fault to the service center and but the serviceman also failed to recognized the fault after keeping this vehicle 2 days in the service center and temporarily solution they have given and again the same problem we are facing.

      We have purchase this vehicle to make our life easier but unfortunately it becomes headache.

      Now, whenever we plan to get out with this vehicle we are afraid that it might get stuck in between and then what we do in that situation. Again if we take it to service center they we have to pay the service amount despite no fault of ours.

      Now, we are requested to kindly look into the matter and give solution on it as we have get the faulty vehicle from Honda. So make the arrangement to solve our problem or return back our hard earn money.

          I had give service of my bike in VFM honda bangalore.
          Cylinder kit assembly is not available in warehouse.
          I dont know whom to contact. From 8th Aug till date no spare parts are available.

            I would like to bring to your attention that I purchased fromKAY JEE ESS AUTOMOBTLES PVT. LTD, Ludhiana the Activa (PB91S7201) on 21/03/2023. On the first day, I encountered trouble with the Activa's rear wheel, as it was vibrating. I informed the sales representative about the issue, and they replaced it with a new one. However, after a few days, I noticed that when two people were seated on the Activa, there was a different sound and I experienced higher pressure while driving. I visited the service center and explained the problem. They suggested that I go through the first service, assuring me that it would solve the issue. I underwent the first service but was not entirely satisfied.

            After 2/3 days, the seat lock stopped working. Once again, I visited the service center, and they replaced the lock under warranty. Five months later, with a total run of 3000 km, the engine sound became abnormal, and the pickup decreased. I went to the service center on 23/8, and they advised me to proceed with the second service. Additionally, I requested repairs for some dents on the front, which were covered by insurance. They informed me that the work would take 2/3 days to complete.

            Upon returning to the service center after 3 days to collect my vehicle, I found that the engine sound issue persisted. I pointed this out to the technician, who examined the Activa and identified a fault in the gear box. They informed me that an additional 2 days would be required to fix the problem. I am deeply disappointed by Honda's manufacturing quality. While I understand that you may replace the faulty parts under warranty, the inconvenience caused to the common man's daily routine during these repairs is considerable.

            I have been an owner of a 3G Activa for the past 8 years, and I find it to be of better quality than this new one. Despite the price increase of your products, it seems that the vehicle's quality has significantly decreased. Your technician acknowledges these manufacturing faults, yet it surprises me that thorough testing wasn't conducted before launching the vehicle in the market. It appears that your focus is on profit-making rather than ensuring product quality. This approach leads to customers needing frequent visits to the service center for part replacements.

            I am genuinely disappointed with the quality of the product. I kindly request an exchange for a new vehicle or a refund of the total on-road amount which was paid to the agency of 92000/-.

                Dear Honda Team, I have purchase Honda Activa 6G on 15th Nov 2022 at Hamsa Honda, Baji junction, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Vehicle Number AP39RJ9522,
                on 13th August 2023 my Two wheeler Honda Activa 6G vehicle had not stoped at while I'm in driving and indicator orange light is on for some vehicle problem, immediately I have informed to the showroom staff but no one helped me to get resolve for three days and on 16th August 2023 morning I have took my active Honda vehicle to Hamsa Honda showroom at Baji junction, Visakhapatnam and requested to check the problem but the showroom technician don't understand or couldn't resolve my vehicle problem so he informed to near by other service showroom mechanic so I have handover my vehicle and went to home, on 17th August 2023 evening I received a call from the showroom (Mr Ramu) showroom supervisor had informed me that some engine or electrical harness problems are there with my vehicle so I have to pay Rs. 3500/- towards the ratification of my vehicle problem, it's just 9months past which I brought this Honda Activa 6G and I have faced this problem for the 1st time is there any solution to my vehicle or can I get any compunction, request the Honda Team to get back to me ASAP.

                  Committing wrongdoing entails the act of soliciting a customer to sign a blank document and exploiting their trust to substitute it with a different vehicle. Additionally, neglecting to present the vehicle before its registration at the Regional Transport Office (RTO), and the absence of any documentation provided up to this point, contribute to the situation.

                  On June 17th, 2023, I visited the B U Bhandari Honda two-wheeler showroom located in Viman Nagar. During this visit, I expressed my interest in purchasing the top model of Honda Activa, specifically the Honda Activa H-Smart variant. Throughout the process, I was shown a similar vehicle, and all negotiations were centered around the H-Smart model.

                  Surprisingly, they requested my signature on various blank documents, which I agreed to based on the trust I placed in the Honda brand. The documents lacked any information about the vehicle model; however, I did provide a quotation form that did not specify the model either. I was given a receipt for the lower model, the Disc variant, which I initially didn't pay much attention to.

                  An agent representing the Regional Transport Office (RTO) contacted me through my mobile phone, requesting an OTP. Strangely, this same OTP request was made by a person from B U Bhandari. Without showing me the vehicle, they proceeded with its registration. Now, they are urging me to accept the lower model, the Activa 125 Disc, which was never discussed or negotiated since our initial conversations.

                  I initiated a complaint via email with both B U Bhandari and honda2wheelersindia.com on June 24th, using the complaint number #[protected]. Regrettably, I have not yet received a satisfactory solution for the reported issue. Despite multiple attempts and contacting Honda customer service, I haven't received any responses from them. On the other hand, I've been receiving emails from B U Bhandari, urging me to retrieve the vehicle and employing threats of imposing parking charges and potential vehicle damage consequences.

                  The complete payment, amounting to Rs. 2111 as an advance and Rs. 110000, was made on June 17th and June 18th, 2023, respectively. Given the lack of alternatives, I am seeking assistance to either obtain the H-Smart model as initially intended or to cancel the two-wheeler purchase entirely and receive a refund of my money.

                    Pre Booked Honda Unicorn Grey Colour for my Cousin shanmugasundaram on 14/04/2023 by paying 5000 at Veera Bikes, Sub dealer For Honda Motorcycle, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District,

                    The sales Staff informed that it takes around 1 month For new bike launch
                    but on 17/04/2023 Sales Staff informed that bike has launched and if i pay some advance and confirmed i can get bike within a week, So we paid 50000 0n 17/04/2023,
                    then There is no Proper response from showroom staff once again they told me to pay some amount to pay to distributor so on 03/05/2023 we have paid 40000 on 03/05/2023

                    Then several times we have contacted the showroom staff with contact number [protected] and Showrrom Owner with number [protected] owner told me to wait for 10 days after that they have extended to 10 more days and finally i got my bike with different colour than the one i booked (GREY) on 26/06/2023 evening at around 7pm by paying the remaining amount, the showroom staff told me that they have available only Black as no other option we got it.

                    Registration done On 08/07/2023 Since Now we havent got OTP or Reference Number or Application number related to registration, to my mobile Number [protected]

                    Insurance Copy Not Given since the bike Purchased on 26/06/2023 we are riding the bike without Insurance Which is Unsafe

                    on 15/08/2023 only we got invoice after Long Struggle thats too with a different Date than we purchased

                      Have bought a shine bs6 bike in 2021, but since the silencer of the bike is very close to the brake, even if the bike moves a little, the foot touches the silencer and it burns a lot. So for that it is necessary to provide some safety cover. The silencer of the rest of the bike or car is far from the foot brake so that no matter how the car slides or falls, the foot does not get burnt. Please do the same for shine bs6 bike. Or if installing a safety cover should be informed

                            Since early 2000s I've been a dedicated Honda customer and even now we own 3 Honda scooters in our family.(Registration Nos TN76D7266, TN07CL1753, & TN76M8470. I'm saying this to say as a customer I've been loyal to the brand for 2 decades plus.

                            Over time the company has succeeded admirably in garnering a large market share, but somewhere along the way lost customer focus and sensitivity, which in the first place ensure their success.

                            I live in tenkasi, (South Tamil Nadu) and we have Ishana Honda as the dealer here...a dealer, who i believe has no clue of managing customers. I'm not basing my accusation over one incident, but my experiences over the past few years. The earlier dealer, Meenakshi Honda, with Mr Dalton at it's helm managed things and customers admirably. But alas with change of guard came deterioration.

                            My current experience was that i had given my scooter no. 7266 last sat, 29/7 for addressing a drag in the scooter. I was told that some fork parts and the rear tyre needed replacement.
                            I agreed and the scooter was delivered to me today the 31st. I observed the meter needle was moving eratically, a problem that wasn't pre existing.

                            The dealership by way of the service manager Mr Vigneswaran informed me in so many words that the dealership cannot/will not accept that the meter did not have a pre existing issue and hence the dealership will do nothing towards resolving the meter issue.

                            Bottom-line, i was informed that it was my words agaist the dealerships and they would prefer to go with their contention... In so much calling my integrity to question.

                            My humble submission is this: in such cases where truth cannot be verified, if it Honda's started stance to question the customer veracity?

                            If that be the case I'm sorry that it will prove to be an uphill task to stem the rot, particularly at the rural agencies.

                            I don't know if you would reach out to me with a solution. But as a senior citizen i will expect the courtesy of a reply from your management.

                                Recently i purchase hond activa smart. Dealer taken rs 1500 for OBD checking of new scooter. It is responsibilty of honda to confirm all checking before delivery.Why they taken additional charge from us

                                They are not ready to mention these in bill also. i mail complaint 3 times to honda customer care but no action

                                  Myself T.Veerabhadram bought a new ACTIVA 125CC (6G) on 08/05/2023. The battery was failed with in two months . When I was on my bike suddenly it was stopped on main road, I pushed myself nd took that to showroom. After three hours I went back they gave the Same battery then didn’t even changed new one . I asked them it was in recent time so I asked for new battery but the mechanic(Shiva and Venkatesh) was rude to me ! This is not fair . I am really upset . I hope for new battery!
