I purchased bike from Honda
Show room name wings Honda Kothrud Pune.
Now I'm facing the problem my bike is stop working automatic
When I visit to show room they told me now the problem of filter which is filtering petrol and saying you have to ware about that
But at the time of purchase bike no one told me about the problem
And now saying you have to change it every 6 to 7 k kilometres
My bike is stop working every where on outside the city
I'm facing it and it's harmful for my job
Because of this I'm facing big losses
If showroom men intimate me this problem at the time of purchasing
I never purchase
Honda shine
Now I want a permanent solution on it
Or free service cost free service on the problem which is just because of company
Plz help me on that

    They have not given the two wheeler at the given time and there is no proper response when we call them. They are simply saying job card not received and will inform you later. Very poor response.

      Hello my name is Yasir Arafath. I have taken a loan from hinduja hyderabad.with all required documents i have submitted during my loan process.but after some months they stop taking money from my account .and i was not aware of that and after 2month i got call to pay laon .so they told me to pay through cash . because there online payment method is not working.i started paying through cash to one of their person .and he keep dealy taking money from me and reported on me that I am not paying on time .and they put my pan card on bad remark ...after that I have paid all the loan money on last year already ...but still they haven't close my case and not even issue my noc I tried to applied through their apps but it's not responding ...due to their bad remark i am not getting any loan ...so please help me to get me a closure certificate and also a noc

        Hello my name is Yasir arafath my customer id is APTW170926 i applied for 2weelers Activa loans and given the checks to financial showroom.during COVID time they are not duducting a money from my account and they started taking cash ...i have clear my payment then but they put my pan on bad remark and i am not getting any loans anywhere because of them ...now still after I made a payment since a year my case is open ...while I check my credit score it's showing my case is active ...i am requesting you to please close my case and issue my noc and clearance

          I purchased a new Activa 6G on 15 agust 2022 and since then I am facing a lot of problems with my Activa. 2-time service has also been done but still petrol filter issue not resolved. mahalkshmi honda kolhapur fail to provide me with the proper solution. when I complained to Honda customer care

            I was being cheated by Maansarovar Honda (Medavakkam - Chennai - Tamilnadu - 600100)

            I purchased a Honda Activa 6G last week, and a Proper handover with number plate was suppose to be given to me on last wednesday, But at the time of fixing the number plate they showroom had damaged the front mudguard with a dent on it, i took the bike from the showroom and insometine i found the damage and i informed the sales person (Mr. Christhu) he was rude to me on phone and trying to divert the conversation by threatening me very rudely and saying show me the proof of the damage scene,

            I was so frustrated because of the behaviour of the sales person and then i realised that it was caused by the showroom only,

            When my brother-in-inlaw spoke to the salesperson, He made a statement that we have already convinced the customer for this damage and you cannot prove anything on this matter, However I did not agree to what the sales person said and he hang-up the call.

            It is very clear that the damage was caused by dropping a tool on the mudguard and it was during the time of fixing the number plate.

            The sales person is showing a very cheap approach to me and trying to divert and escape from his mistake. After all this the showroom manager is hiding himself and has not responded yet.

            I already have a very bad experience with the same showroom long back, but still i repeat to the same because of the trust with honda scooters,

              Mera naam sourabh ahirwar hai aur maine 30may2022 ko aapke dealer sahil automobile sagar 470002 m.p. se bike purchese ki thi jiske liye dealer ne mujhse 30400 jama karye the aur baki amount ki emi banai thi jo ki inhone farji tareeke se hinduja ka naam leke mujhe bike devered kr di uske bad ye har mahine emi lgane ka jhhasa dete rahe aur phir na inhone emi lgayi aur na hi bike hinduja se finence hui jab maine hinduja finence me jake bat ki to baha pta chala ki hinduja ne to finence ka bola hi nahi dealer ne farji tareeke se hinduja ka naam istemal karke aap farji tareeke se bike deleverd kr di he to maine dealer se bola aapne aesa kyu koya to unhone meri bike jiska r.c.no. MP15NM1823 he 12dec2022 ko gair kanooni tareeke se jama kar li jo ki aaj 4 mahine ho gye he aur abhi tak meri bike dealership par jama he aur ab bo bol rahe he bike nahi milegi, is tareeke se mere sath dealet dwara farjiwada kiya gya he aap please aese dealer ko is prakar ke farjiwade karne ka pratiband lgaiye taki meri tarah koi aur custmer ke sath aesa farjiwada na ho aur ye dealer shahil automobiles meri gadi me 3500/- sammensan chaege ke naam se le raha he aur sare custmer se ye 3500/- ka sammensan charges leta he. Yadi ye charge lagta he to aap clear btaiye bar meri bike aur baki custmer ka 3500/- charges refund karbaiye please.

                  Dear team
                  I have purchased the honda activa 125 in Ishan automobiles alwar, Rajasthan.But 1st service experience was very bad in that service is very wroest and my activa mat was lost & no washed my vehicle.I called next day about that problem on ishan automobiles service care number.But I had no solution.Same problem 2nd service of my vehicle is very very suffering .I registered silensor noise problem in job card but when i reached to take my vehicle problem was same no solution . Then I call service manager he call mechanic then he saw silensor problem & he told me silensor part was damage I am very surprised before time all well but after checking part was damaged. I told manager it is not my fault your company fault or mechanic fault. Manager advised me part Will be change by insurance claim policy but I am not agree because why I take claim policy, my vehicle is new only 5 month over to purchase date, then manager said don't worry your problem will be solve next day. But no calls no solutions till date .
                  I paid 2nd service amount but they give me only receipt not properly bill.Tafflon coting also done without my permission I paid also coting charges.
                  So please change silensor body part without charges.Give me solution & take action against this service center asap.

                    Dear team I have purchased Activa 6g on the year June 2020 at agasti honda jajpur town, Odisha, After 6 month I found gear box problem then I have contact to the service centre but they have not resolved the issue properly.After that I have contact anathor show room Tez honda at jajpur road they also did not fixed the problem every time I have paid amount for that when my warranty continue .Still i am not getting result.worst services provided by Honda I urge to the people don't buy Activa 6g it's totally failure product of Activa 6g, Worst service by local show room and Honda scooter

                        i want to complaint against service center for very delay for repair...

                        I am also complain on your toll free number but i don't have any positive response...!!

                        I am waiting from last 24 days my 2 Wheeler is breakdown.. And service person told me from last 18 days that we placed order from our side and Vechile parts are on the way ..But I'm not getting any positive response from anyone...

                              My two wheeler is not working properly as I complained to service provider they also not taking my complaint seriously and arguing.after 1 week my scooter is missing on road it is very risky.there is 3 puncture in 2 weeks and mileage is very poor I m frustrated so much this is my last note to honda do something or I can go to somewhere else to report this ..

                                Some of my bike parts got damaged before 2 months I gone to my nearby bike showroom names Sri thillai Honda for service they told spares are not available right now we will arrange within one week but after completion of two months still there is no response from their side I'm following more than 50 times they telling still spares are not received yet I'm literally tired, i have raised a complaint in Honda website also but there is no response too.im not using my bike more than two months because of this I bought a bike in this showroom I need a justice please do the needful

                                  I purchased a new bike.at the time of delivery I see my vehicle already runned 360 km. I tell the showroom to change the vehicle at the time of delivery.they denied.after that the bike giving me problem repeatedly.i visited authorised service center many time but they are unable to fix it.they are not changing my vehicle also they are unable to fix it

                                    Ride Honda showroom, uppal is not refunding booking cancellation amount. I have paid online. After cancelling online it’s shows message as contact showroom. Showroom people say they don’t have such money. Please help me.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I have purchased KA19HL5605 dio on 18th Oct 2022. On 10th Mar 2023 I have kept my two wheeler for wash in Kinnigoli showroom, after wash the colour of my vehicle's right and left side part (below seat) is faded. When I have checked with the showroom manager and the service man, they are not ready to take the responsibility of replacing the parts and asked us to contact Mangalore showroom.

                                      Mangalore showroom manager asked us to make the payment (Rs. 2400) first later they will replace it and if company give claim amount then I can claim itseems.

                                      Please note that colour is faded because of manufacturing defect and not because of my fault and also it just crossed 5 months.

                                      Kindly help me to replace my vehicle part without payment as soon as possible.
