    Hey team,
    This side Ashok Kumar from KHANDELWAL TRADING COMPANY, I own a vehicle on the above name, which was met with an accident on 30th april and for the same i have given the vehicle to them and also requested for service of the same vehicle.
    There was a noise coming from vehicle during service then the advisor told me that there is water in gearbox, i told them to rectify this as my vehicle is in warranty, they told me that they will do the same.
    They never rectified the same and now demanding a chargable service for this.

    And the service manager is talking nuisnce that might be 20 days ago there was a heavy rainfall in faridanad then might be vehicle got water in gear box, but at that time my vehicle was in faridabad honda for all work.

    They never do the service well every time i gave them a complaint, 2 days back they picked my vehicle back (3 rd day after service) my vehicle got stopped and never started again. And when i talked to service manager he told me that they never check the vehicle after service.
    I kindly request you to correct all things in my vehicle created by FARIDABAD HONDA, else i will proceed to NCH for the same.
    I am just fed up with their services.

    Worst consumer sevice..

        Today I took my Honda Activa to a Service center. He started writing the job card for the list of problems. In the end, he asked me to change the Engine oil or not. I told them it was not required. He stopped writing the job card and asked me to take the bike. I asked the reason. I was shocked after listening to the explanation from him.

        The reason he mentioned:
        His manager gave instructions not to take any bike for service if they are not going for Engine Oil (The service center price is 950/-). But the actual cost varies from 300 - 350/-. He gave me his manager's number and he is disconnecting the calls. Asked to provide his Superior. He mentioned he went out of the station. So I came to know that even if the Engine oil is not required, they are changing and charging to the customer.

          Hi Team,

          I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the extra hidden charges that were mentioned to me while purchasing a two-wheeler vehicle from your dealership. I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency in the entire process, and it has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

          I visited your dealership on 05/05/2023 in the morning at 11:00 AM to purchase a Honda two-wheeler vehicle (Honda Activa 125 Disc Variant), and I was very impressed with the variety of options that were available. However, during the negotiation process, I was informed of additional charges that were not mentioned during our initial discussion. These charges included documentation fees, handling charges, and a few other miscellaneous charges. I was shocked and disappointed to learn about these additional charges as they were not mentioned to me earlier, and I was not prepared to pay for them.

          We closed the deal initially by 103687/- after that they added some charges and told me that they also added a discount with accessories so after that the amount went to 105200. I signed the documents with this amount and they took all the documents and initiated the loan amount of 93287 and also they asked to swipe the card with Down payment of 16000/-. So now the final amount is 93287+16000= 109287. I saw the message received on my phone by evening and I called the financial advisor and he told me that the extra charge is processing fee, we can not show this with documents. I have all the required documents through which I can prove the fraud happened to me. As a result they took 4087 rupees extra for which I want a refund now. Also if it will not be resolved then I'll have to go through a legal process.

          As a customer, I believe that I deserve complete transparency in the buying process. It is unfair to mention additional charges at the last moment, which were not mentioned during the initial discussion. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and it was not a pleasant experience for me.

          I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with an explanation regarding the additional charges.

          I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and provide me with a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

          I met with Pushpa Honda Manager and he didn't even provide me any document to show charges he just said that we can not show all the deducted amount on bill. We did whatever could be done and we can not support you regarding this.

            I have taken a new vehicle Activa 6G from bilgundi Honda showroom. It's just been 6months. Due to the damage happened to vehicle i went to showroom for insurance claim. They made us pay the money saying the insurance amt will be paid back. It's been a month and they are not bothered. We as a customer roaming all over the place for getting amt back. Well while taking the vehicle they assured anything happens to vehicle they wil look after and it's not going to be a pbm. After that they are very careless . Worst service experience by BILGUNDI HONDA SHOWROOM. I would never ask anyone to buy from this showroom again.

              We are awaiting for spare parts since last two to three months. big wig, andheri, mumbai has been receiving parts in intervals . The last part " fork leg assembly" is still due . No specific date can be given when they will receive. I have been patiently waiting without using the bike for last three months.

                  Hi Team,
                  Not sure if you've trained Mechanics/Technicians at your authorised service center at Jhaveri Honda Cotton Green workshop.
                  I serviced my bike MH 01 CW 9705 on 16 Dec 2022 and spent Rs 8648 and again on 31st Dec 2022 Rs 975 due to a Disk brake issue which was not repaired earlier. Also note this is still an ongoing issue as the Disk brake is not working properly. With just 2700 Km I again serviced my bike on 7th April 2023 and spent another Rs 7981 as there was a noisy sound from the engine.
                  The Technician said that they are unaware how the oil from the bike got exhausted (not completely) after just 2700 Km. They also found that there was no leakage from the engine. This raised a doubt whether the oil was actually poured in the engine in the last service done in Dec 2022?
                  Now again after 18 days the bike has again started giving issues and sound has returned. Even when I start my bike it gives hick-ups when I ride in 1-2 gears which was not the case before the service. I had spent Rs 17304 plus my travelling charges, leave from office and stress within just 4 months and still the issue is not resolved.
                  In the name of paid service AMC they still charge me for Chain cleaning charges, labour charges and also not sure what miscellaneous charges are for in each and every bill. It seems the service center is only interested in making money and wasting customer's hard earned money and precious time but not getting the actual issue resolved. As every time they call and say that the bike is ready and when checked it's actually not and I had to spend hours waiting for the corrections. This is now a routine habit at this service center. The service center is also far from my place and it's really difficult for me to go every time for repair or correction.
                  I need my bike to be repaired and replace any faulty parts at NO EXTRA cost from a senior and properly trained mechanic/technician only who thoroughly checks what all the issues it has and get it fixed Also let me the route cause and why the problems are arising again & again, why the bike average had drastically declined or I may be forced to seek legal action against the company and service center.

                    I have visited the showroom to book new bike at honda showroom (B U BHANDARI).
                    asked them about the accessories and helamte. So they said.. Helmate we are not providing you have to pay extra for that. I showed then the mah. Gov rule Rule 138(4)(f) but they ignored the rule and asked me extra charges for that.
                    So i have requested mr. Akshay nanaware to provide me the descriptive bill where helmate cost is mentioned. So he say no for that.

                      I purchased bike from Honda
                      Show room name wings Honda Kothrud Pune.
                      Now I'm facing the problem my bike is stop working automatic
                      When I visit to show room they told me now the problem of filter which is filtering petrol and saying you have to ware about that
                      But at the time of purchase bike no one told me about the problem
                      And now saying you have to change it every 6 to 7 k kilometres
                      My bike is stop working every where on outside the city
                      I'm facing it and it's harmful for my job
                      Because of this I'm facing big losses
                      If showroom men intimate me this problem at the time of purchasing
                      I never purchase
                      Honda shine
                      Now I want a permanent solution on it
                      Or free service cost free service on the problem which is just because of company
                      Plz help me on that

                          Hello my name is Yasir Arafath. I have taken a loan from hinduja hyderabad.with all required documents i have submitted during my loan process.but after some months they stop taking money from my account .and i was not aware of that and after 2month i got call to pay laon .so they told me to pay through cash . because there online payment method is not working.i started paying through cash to one of their person .and he keep dealy taking money from me and reported on me that I am not paying on time .and they put my pan card on bad remark ...after that I have paid all the loan money on last year already ...but still they haven't close my case and not even issue my noc I tried to applied through their apps but it's not responding ...due to their bad remark i am not getting any loan ...so please help me to get me a closure certificate and also a noc

                              I purchased a new Activa 6G on 15 agust 2022 and since then I am facing a lot of problems with my Activa. 2-time service has also been done but still petrol filter issue not resolved. mahalkshmi honda kolhapur fail to provide me with the proper solution. when I complained to Honda customer care

                                I was being cheated by Maansarovar Honda (Medavakkam - Chennai - Tamilnadu - 600100)

                                I purchased a Honda Activa 6G last week, and a Proper handover with number plate was suppose to be given to me on last wednesday, But at the time of fixing the number plate they showroom had damaged the front mudguard with a dent on it, i took the bike from the showroom and insometine i found the damage and i informed the sales person (Mr. Christhu) he was rude to me on phone and trying to divert the conversation by threatening me very rudely and saying show me the proof of the damage scene,

                                I was so frustrated because of the behaviour of the sales person and then i realised that it was caused by the showroom only,

                                When my brother-in-inlaw spoke to the salesperson, He made a statement that we have already convinced the customer for this damage and you cannot prove anything on this matter, However I did not agree to what the sales person said and he hang-up the call.

                                It is very clear that the damage was caused by dropping a tool on the mudguard and it was during the time of fixing the number plate.

                                The sales person is showing a very cheap approach to me and trying to divert and escape from his mistake. After all this the showroom manager is hiding himself and has not responded yet.

                                I already have a very bad experience with the same showroom long back, but still i repeat to the same because of the trust with honda scooters,

MP15NM1823 he 12dec2022 ko gair kanooni tareeke se jama kar li jo ki aaj 4 mahine ho gye he aur abhi tak meri bike dealership par jama he aur ab bo bol rahe he bike nahi milegi, is tareeke se mere sath dealet dwara farjiwada kiya gya he aap please aese dealer ko is prakar ke farjiwade karne ka pratiband lgaiye taki meri tarah koi aur custmer ke sath aesa farjiwada na ho aur ye dealer shahil automobiles meri gadi me 3500/- sammensan chaege ke naam se le raha he aur sare custmer se ye 3500/- ka sammensan charges leta he. Yadi ye charge lagta he to aap clear btaiye bar meri bike aur baki custmer ka 3500/- charges refund karbaiye please.

                                      I have purchased the honda activa 125 in Ishan automobiles alwar, Rajasthan.But 1st service experience was very bad in that service is very wroest and my activa mat was lost & no washed my vehicle.I called next day about that problem on ishan automobiles service care number.But I had no solution.Same problem 2nd service of my vehicle is very very suffering .I registered silensor noise problem in job card but when i reached to take my vehicle problem was same no solution . Then I call service manager he call mechanic then he saw silensor problem & he told me silensor part was damage I am very surprised before time all well but after checking part was damaged. I told manager it is not my fault your company fault or mechanic fault. Manager advised me part Will be change by insurance claim policy but I am not agree because why I take claim policy, my vehicle is new only 5 month over to purchase date, then manager said don't worry your problem will be solve next day. But no calls no solutions till date .
                                      I paid 2nd service amount but they give me only receipt not properly bill.Tafflon coting also done without my permission I paid also coting charges.
                                      So please change silensor body part without charges.Give me solution & take action against this service center asap.
