    I Ramen shee purchased Honda xblade from cloud 9 honda madhyamgram on 32st July, I have got message for registration from rto on 4th August but showroom is denying to give me tax recipient copy, nor I have received vehicle number yet. What should I do??

      your scooty ACTIVA 5G limited adition purchase time 8 t0 9 month.we starting comlain with first servising, but he did not care about it.many times [ 6 to 8] we complain he will repaire or not. The condition is very poor. I am not satiesfide and the scooty condition is same.
      so the what can you do and our next step.

        Dear concern

        I was purchased the the new honda activa 6g bike on 24 july 2020, within a 15 day i was facing more issues in bike so visited service centre at 10 aug 2020.
        Still my bike not repaired (Know one is giving the correct response to customer) so i am not satisficed your service & i have hope to provide the service good to you other voice i will go to raise a completed consumer court.

        Issue : vibration, different type sound coming in back side etc...

          Respected sir,
          As as a reputed company i trusted on honda bike but my bad luck that i hav suffered a bad experience for my new bike since i purchase new bike honda deo on the next day the bike stopped no self start no kick start bike was totally dead and service person come to collect carried while toeing my vehicle it was carried to service center at the same shradha honda they kept bike for more than 2 months but my bike problem was not solved as same offence half the years of purchase the bike was at showroom service center but the problem is still unsolved. This always happen showroom person came to collect bike after days says problem solved but this happening again and again next i will be going for media police and consumer forum
          As my self is doctor have faced lots of problem due to your stupid service honda is wrost bike

            My bike num gj27bm3183 i got it repair from apex honda narol gujarat ahmedabad but it has became a night mare for me. There staff name imran sanjay and the owner sitting at narol behaves like local gundas. From last one month i am taking my bike to there workshop from narol to mani nagar but till date they can't get what noise is it.
            Instead they make bill every time and make otheŕ fault.
            Today when i meet the owner at narol he ask me to sign a paper declaring that all fault is mine. And when i refused to sign that he talked rudely n misbehave with me.
            Please look into this matter as i am dealing with brand name honda not apex honda.
            Hope you understand what trauma i am going thru.

              Dear sir, i had purchased two wheeler vehicle (Make-honda activa 125 up50bq4578) dated 12.08.2019 from deep honda azamgarh uttar pradesh. My battery which is under warranty period got spoilt. After complaint dated 27.06.20 for replacement still i didn't get any rectification or replacement done from his end. Every time when i contact for battery they just told it's in process and will take time. Honda is the reputed company in market and activa has a brand value but the reply which is i am getting from the distributor is very unsatisfactory, as i am unable to use my activa till two month that is irritating me from the name of honda. It will impact on the name of the company reputation as well as the poor mouth publicity. Please refer here with attachment for your reference.                 5 months back I purchased new Honda Activa 5G scooter and I am facing frequent engine switch off issue and this issue is not yet resolved from the day I have purchased the scooter, service team is not responding properly to my complaints.

                The showroom I purchased is Banashankari monotype, Bangalore. I am tired of pushing my scooter.

                  My name is manish kumar. My vehicle number is wb ap1957. I gave my vehicle in showroom in the month of october. Now i finally get my vehicle after 9 months. But my magnetic key is exchange by a temporary key. My vehicle handle is not stable. My silencer are not properly cleaned because my vehicle gave my sounds during driving. And my vehicle insurance was valid but 13000 rupes showroom take from me.
                  Now i really understand honda servious are so bad. Now i can't buy honda two wheeler. 0 out 5 i give asansol showroom

                    I have purchased honda cliq dx scooty on 12 november 2019 from bmj automobiles main market vikasnagar, dehradun uttarakhand.
                    Its not at all working for 2 months and it does not start without choak and whenever i start it with choak, it is stoping anywhere anytime.in this situation i have survived the usual accident. When i tried to contact with management, they didn't even picked up call. After trying several times they told me that contact with manager. I got response from manager after 1 week and he didn't take my issue seriously. But still it was in same condition. So i am very disappointed with their services and their whole staff also.
                    They called me and told me that it's issue is fixed. And they told me that there is problem with t tank so they have replaced it and they charges 600rs from me for it. But still that problem was not resolved, with all these issue petrol leakage problem was also started. And scooty stopped anywhere. They told me that they are checking the issue and kept my scooty for 15 days.
                    They promised me that they will replace my scooty if i get any complaint again.

                    Within 2 week, i have observed petrol leakage in my scooty, i have called to bmj honda but they didn, 't even picked my call.

                    When i registered my complaint in customer care honda 2 wheelers india, after that they came to pick my scooty.
                    And after few days they told me that it is fixed.
                    Now i don't want to keep this scooty, either refund my money or give me any replacemenr of it because it is very risky to drive this scooty.

                    I have registered my complaint (1_[protected]) on 26 july 2020 in honda customer care but still i am not getting any response from your side also.

                    I have called many times to customer care they are telling just one thing that your issue has been forwarded and it's escalated, our team will contact you. But nobody called me till today.

                    Moreover, my scooty is in vikasnagar showroom and they are texting me that they have fixed the problem and bring your scooty otherwise they will charge for 50rs per day.

                    They might have given used scooty because it doesn't even work for 1 year.
                    Please replace this scooty or refund my money because its poor vehicle, it didn't even run 1 month properly.

                        I gave my activa scooter (Tn 74ab 0082) to the marikar honda service center in nagercoil on 01/08/2020. They returned back on the same day.. After couple of days.. I come to know.
                        My activa was not even washed well. But they billed me around 1800. I said few complaints. It was not rectified. But they billed it for me. Because of marikar honda, nagercoil. I'm mentally affected.
                        I cannot concentrate on anything because of this. Kindly help me

                          I have serviced my vehicle in vahini kollam showroom. The service quality was very poor and i am not at all satisfied with their service. I have serviced my vehicle as regular service and while delivering my vehicle the air pressure was very low and i asked them about that and they told me to fill the air from outside. So i am very much sorry to inform you that this type of service provided by a dealer will result in bad to the honda company. So i request you to take this as a complaint and take sufficient steps to not repeat this again.

                              My name is hardik chandrakant patel. I live in maroli bazar, navsari. I purchased honda x blade on 30/01/2020. I am facing a big problem as my bike does not start and the service department is unable to solve this problem, a big disgrace for service department. Till date i have serviced my bike 4 times in last 6 months and still the problem continues. I regret to go with honda, my biggest mistake and i will never suggest anybody to buy a bike from your company as it is useless. Tomorrow i will be lodging a consumer complaint, bcs i need justice.

                                I have given scooty for general service at your dealer in tadipatri. Citing lockdown they charged me 850/- (Apart from spares) which is 150/- more than normal charges.

                                Apart from that the sevice is also very average, as i have noticed that screws were loosely fitted and scooty was vibrating a little due to loose fitting.

                                Though my scooty is activa 3g, they have mentioned it as 4g in bill paper, which clearly reflects their negligence.

                                I think general service covers water wash but they charged me extra 70+taxes for water wash.

                                So over all its very bad experience with service this time.

                                Lot can be improved from your side...!

                                  I have purchase honda shine sp bike 24 oct 2019, from honda showroom gaya, bihar. Currently i am living in district munger, bihar and my bike two free servicing is continue in honda service center, munger, bihar. Sir at the time of 3rd service period of my honda bike it was lock-down in bihar, so for the service of my bike i make a call to honda service center, munger on mob. No. [protected] (Mr. Amit kumar), he made me sure that do not have problem now service center is closed, when it will be opened your honda 3rd bike servicing will be done. After 31 jully 2020 i reached honda service center, munger for my 3rd bike servicing, than mr. Amit kumar said me that due to online system of servicing date your 3rd bike servicing date is expire, now you can make your 4th bike service. I made him to remind about the conversesion between him and me. But he refuse to do this.

                                    I've change my bike oil on today monday, 3rd of august 2020 at naz honda services at karjat, ahmednagar, maharashtra. When i asked about purchasing oil bottle, their executive said that he cant sill oil bottles because he has return empty oil bottle to company or higher authority. But i've no choice other than to change oil at naz honda service center. When their worker about pour oil i saw that seal of that oil bottle is already broken and i ask about another oil bottle because i saw that bottle i and suspect that it has less oil than 1 litre. Then he show us all his oil bottole and said we already broke all seal of that bottles because once plastic of that seal get stuck into engine. So i refused to change oil but his worker already changed it and i have to pay him 340 rs., mrp was 330 and 10 rs, charge to change it. Shortly i think he sell less quantity than litre to everyone because he never return empty bottle and all his bottle seal are broken. He handover some unauthorized bill to me which i am uploading.

                                      I have purchased a scooty from brijeshwari honda palampur, himachal pradesh. I have purchased it in the month of August 2019. Since August 2019 the rear tire being punchered every month .. i have already made 9-10 fix in it.. now it is not just completed one year of purchasing and having 5 punchers together in only rear tire .. i have talked to the repairer he said the quality of the tire is vety soft .and it is defected piece.
                                      Kindly make you costumer base satisfied by replacing this tire .
