    I gave my activa scooter (Tn 74ab 0082) to the marikar honda service center in nagercoil on 01/08/2020. They returned back on the same day.. After couple of days.. I come to know.
    My activa was not even washed well. But they billed me around 1800. I said few complaints. It was not rectified. But they billed it for me. Because of marikar honda, nagercoil. I'm mentally affected.
    I cannot concentrate on anything because of this. Kindly help me

      I have serviced my vehicle in vahini kollam showroom. The service quality was very poor and i am not at all satisfied with their service. I have serviced my vehicle as regular service and while delivering my vehicle the air pressure was very low and i asked them about that and they told me to fill the air from outside. So i am very much sorry to inform you that this type of service provided by a dealer will result in bad to the honda company. So i request you to take this as a complaint and take sufficient steps to not repeat this again.

          Dear sir,

          My name is hardik chandrakant patel. I live in maroli bazar, navsari. I purchased honda x blade on 30/01/2020. I am facing a big problem as my bike does not start and the service department is unable to solve this problem, a big disgrace for service department. Till date i have serviced my bike 4 times in last 6 months and still the problem continues. I regret to go with honda, my biggest mistake and i will never suggest anybody to buy a bike from your company as it is useless. Tomorrow i will be lodging a consumer complaint, bcs i need justice.

            I have given scooty for general service at your dealer in tadipatri. Citing lockdown they charged me 850/- (Apart from spares) which is 150/- more than normal charges.

            Apart from that the sevice is also very average, as i have noticed that screws were loosely fitted and scooty was vibrating a little due to loose fitting.

            Though my scooty is activa 3g, they have mentioned it as 4g in bill paper, which clearly reflects their negligence.

            I think general service covers water wash but they charged me extra 70+taxes for water wash.

            So over all its very bad experience with service this time.

            Lot can be improved from your side...!

              Dear sir,
              I have purchase honda shine sp bike 24 oct 2019, from honda showroom gaya, bihar. Currently i am living in district munger, bihar and my bike two free servicing is continue in honda service center, munger, bihar. Sir at the time of 3rd service period of my honda bike it was lock-down in bihar, so for the service of my bike i make a call to honda service center, munger on mob. No. [protected] (Mr. Amit kumar), he made me sure that do not have problem now service center is closed, when it will be opened your honda 3rd bike servicing will be done. After 31 jully 2020 i reached honda service center, munger for my 3rd bike servicing, than mr. Amit kumar said me that due to online system of servicing date your 3rd bike servicing date is expire, now you can make your 4th bike service. I made him to remind about the conversesion between him and me. But he refuse to do this.

                I've change my bike oil on today monday, 3rd of august 2020 at naz honda services at karjat, ahmednagar, maharashtra. When i asked about purchasing oil bottle, their executive said that he cant sill oil bottles because he has return empty oil bottle to company or higher authority. But i've no choice other than to change oil at naz honda service center. When their worker about pour oil i saw that seal of that oil bottle is already broken and i ask about another oil bottle because i saw that bottle i and suspect that it has less oil than 1 litre. Then he show us all his oil bottole and said we already broke all seal of that bottles because once plastic of that seal get stuck into engine. So i refused to change oil but his worker already changed it and i have to pay him 340 rs., mrp was 330 and 10 rs, charge to change it. Shortly i think he sell less quantity than litre to everyone because he never return empty bottle and all his bottle seal are broken. He handover some unauthorized bill to me which i am uploading.

                  I have purchased a scooty from brijeshwari honda palampur, himachal pradesh. I have purchased it in the month of August 2019. Since August 2019 the rear tire being punchered every month .. i have already made 9-10 fix in it.. now it is not just completed one year of purchasing and having 5 punchers together in only rear tire .. i have talked to the repairer he said the quality of the tire is vety soft .and it is defected piece.
                  Kindly make you costumer base satisfied by replacing this tire .

                    Till 1.51 pm nobady can tell me. On 2 o clock the reception girl told me this is a lunch time from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pn and she goes for a lunch.
                    This is happen in laxmi narayan honda service in kankavali..

                    This is worst service from honda
                    I cannot suggest to anyone the purchase the vehicle in laxmi narayan honda service

                      My name is rakesh kumawat, village singhasan is district and tehsil sikar. Was and i am constantly calling on the call, but every time i am taken the name of the week, it will come with me today, tomorrow it will be called. It is said that my car has been standing at home for 2 months, which i am unable to use. All my work has been stalled due to a malfunction, i am very upset that i am unable to do any work, i get the same answer from the parts manager, i have ordered the parts, i have no parts in the company and you are not going to make parts, please remove my inconvenience as soon as possible and get the parts arranged!

                          ABVR Honda Two Wheeler Show Room And Service Cdm.

                          I got a new Honda dio bike in ABVR Honda showroom in CHIDAMBARAM. The problem was rear wheel air condition is reduced after 2 days. I faced the same problem for every day morning. I give the bike for 4 times in Honda showroom in CHIDAMBARAM for the same complaints. He say the complaints is solved but not completed to 4 times . I last my 4 day but the complaints not rectified. What can I do?... I called honda showroom but he is not say proper...

                            One of worst service center kushaiguda, hyderabad. I have allready said him i want neat condition. Because it is my last servicing. He took 1i to me. But iam unsatisfyied with his service. Every time he will do like that. Please please please. I want my bike neat repair other wise i'll put case on honda company because of this service center

                                Iam university student at patiala. Due to lockdown I came home, which is 300 km from patiala. Due to corona pandemic our uni. Is not allowing to enter. My bike (honda livo) service is due on 30 th july, I told agency to pls extend date but they are not.
                                Hope honda would take care of their consumer while keeping in view this deadly pandemic!!!

                                    I bought activa i from ishana(senkottai, tenkasi district tamailnadu state) on 01.05.2019 . my bike reg number TN76 AL 7552 .while riding that new bike its stopped after 3 months. as i am working in rajapalayam, virudhunagar district. I gave the bike through mugesh honda for the check up.I made the first two bike services in mukesh honda in rajapalayam. after my second service my bike again got struck after two days of the service.again i handed over the bike mukesh honda because of this issue check the bike for four days and return the bike to me . again after 30days bike stopped while riding again i return the bike mukesh honda for this problem.I also informed this bike issue to ishana honda .they agreed to check the bike and gave assurance . they bike will not get any issue so i return the bike to ishana honda. they repair the bike return to me.but again after two days bike stopped suddenly while riding so i return the bike ishana honda . i requseted them to replace this bike with new one. they told only repair the bike but their not replacingthis with in ur bike.so i return the bike finally because of this problem .i had complain toll free number[protected] on 29.01.2020 my complain number 1-[protected]. again i complain on 16.07.2020 my complain number 1-[protected].but no responce from that side. i got mentally stressed and i made petition to conorable court for justice so i kindly request you to replace the bike
