I have purchased shine bs6 on 07 aug 2020 and from purchased of 7 days bike starting problem (self not starting, light problem and also meter problem).
I have called service centre 2-3 times and they told me that new part has not yet arrived.
Why new bike has this problem from starting. I have been suffering lot due to this and I purchased bike by one time full paymnt and your giving this type of service from starting itself.
Please solve my problem within 2-3 days or take bike and give me refund.
Service centre not giving problem and also service manager.
Please take this as serious matter.

Dear sir,

I raised complaint on sun 6 aug (ticket No.1-[protected] ) bike no MH04 km3682 and within one week of purchased my bike getting problems of self, meter and kick issues.

It has already 10 days gone and today is Thursday till
Date I didn’t received one single msg yet.
I have called so many managers but none is giving proper reply.
I didn’t expect such type of service from reputed company like honda.
Very bad experience from Honda.
I will recommend frnds not to buy honda bike for such type of service for newly purchased bike.
Totally unhappy.

Is anyone listening to my problems
Bike no mh04 km 3682
New bike and purchased on 7aug and from 5th day bike had problems of self start light meter etc
And i gave the bike to service on 30 aug but till date my bike has not repaired.
Service centre told me that they didnt have the part then why they are selling bike when bike has so much of problems from starting itself.

Very frustrating for me and because they didnt answer on call properly one said one problem and other say other.
What to do now.
I made full payment.

Please look into the matter.

      From 27 th august 2020 i m complaining about water logging in engine service centre person resolved the problm but due to water loging many parts got damaged complained 3-4 times but response is very slow very disappointed with honda products getting irritated so humble request you to resolve the problem or take back the vehicle other wise will file complaint in consumer court

        I have taken a quotation from om automobiles, behampur to take delivery of a honda activa at om automobiles, paralakhemundi.

        Yesterday i:e on 03/09/2020 we have made the neft to the company to get the delivery today i:e on 04/09/2020 & got confirmation from company about credit of the amount in bank.

        Today they are not delivering the vehicle and make us wait for 3 long hours and refusing to deliver the vehicle.

        Please take action and make my refund

          Honda company doesn't keep it's heritage and value for Indian's
          The company doesn't provide es in 2020 Africa twin bike.your Company provides es in Africa Twin other countries
          If the company doesn't value India as country we don't value your company and your products.

            I'd purchased honda shine on 08/11/2018 from that day itself its giving problem.
            I have done regular servicing of the vehicle then too there is a issue.many a time the vehicle stopped in between the road and i had to come walking miles.now i request you to replace my vehicle and give me new one.

              Sir, i buy a activa 6g scooter on 3july 2020, the problem is every 3or 4days the air will loss of its rear wheel becuse of over heating of wheel drum, for that problem i go my nearest service center almost 7times, but they did not rectify my problem, , i am from kerala, , please help me sir, ,

                I'm Dilip Tulshyan. I bought a bike cd110 (BS4) Model at March 20. but till now my dealer not giving my number plate or blue book. I asked him many of times and I complained in honda 2 wheeler customer care number but till today they can't take any action ..my complaint number is 1/[protected]. And in my manual book the sold date is 23.3.2020 and in my insurance paper the date 28.3.2020 is different..But I actually I bought in 20.3.2020.. My bike is not registered yet but they are taking EMI on Every month..

                  I have purchaged Activa 5 G on 24 October 2018 from Sri Sai Honda mobilepashupati vihar Bareilly then after 15 days of purchasing scooty is doing a lot of problem its self start is not wornkig properly i have given scooty for servicing but my vehicle still not working properly many times i have conctacted work shop to repair the scooty but my vehicle is still not working i request you to please give attention to my problem im very unsatisfied with my vehicle please pay attention and kindly solve my problem as soon as possible engine no.                     I M Ramesh kumawat, i have abike LIVO . it was doing some mistake in kit chain and chain drive so i go to the pushpa honda care v.t. road mansarovar jaipur.they suggested me to change the whole chain set. i agreed with them. But they put dream yuga chain set kit into my bike without my permission .that part is totally different with the origianal one and right now they are arguing with me that they they are using same part with all customers and this same . but i have the shield kit chain set they it with the lock which different part its totally different . they waited me about more than 3 hours of actual delievery time which they gave me ... and the behaiviour of the staff is very rude and they are talking like uneducated people .they were shouting on me and many other customers . I have the copy of origional bill.

                          to whom soever it may concern

                          i am one of the preveleged buyer of activa scooter till date. On 21 feb i bought new activa 125 from varanasi.
                          Dealer name- city's honda
                          address- sa.6/174-a, paharia, varanasi.

                          I was in doubt at that time only about the authenticity of new scooter. I want rebel red mettalic colour only and they told they had only one. I was suspecious that the scooter was new or resale one. I was in a hurry and bought that one only . My mother was ill . From day only it was having some problem. I went twice to showroom about it but thereafter due to lockdown i couldnot go for it. Then on 16 june i went to service centre for availing my first free service. I complaint about the problem. That day it was fixed but again after two days it started making noise.

                          Then on 10 august i make a complain to customercare wide ticket no- 1- [protected]. They called me on 12 and i went there in the morning . They did something for 15 minutes and asured me that everything is ok and closed the complaint without my confirmation. They assured me that if problem arises come to us we will solve it. This assurance was given by the owner of showroom mr. Mohit. After two days once again problem started as earlier.
                          I wnt again on 25 august and they replaced one part and told that everything is ok but still that peculiar sound is comming.
                          I am fed up and had to do my job also in this pandemic of co0vid -19

                          Note- this the 3 activa scxooter i had purchased till date and was proud owner and held it as prestigious asset but the scooter125 had turned out to be liability for me. Plz look into the matter and fixed it.

                              I have purchase a honda hornet160r special edition cbs bike, but from beginning i face breaking problem, and several times i inform to my local service centre (Sai honda _ durgapur, w. B).
                              But they are every times adjust the break, and again fail in 2 or 3 days.
                              They did not solve permanently.
                              Now i face both break and handle issue.
                              Please find and help us to solve my problem.

                                My self muhammed afsal from calicut, kerala,

                                Recently i bought one grazia pearl amazing white one at my nearest showroom and now it's just crossing 4112 kmh, by the time i went to the showroom they advised a lot of qualities about this vehicle and materials used on this product, but now i realise that quality of your product is very shameful.

                                This is to inform you that i want to file a complaint against your product, since i have slightly used the vehicle. The entire paints from alloy are gone from the metal, even till now you can't find a minor scratch on the vehicle that much care was used on.

                                Here i attached detailed pic and videos on your product for your reference,

                                I need your clarity on this issue as proof prior to proceeding the consumer court from my end,

                                    Iam saurabh kumar. Iwant to say that I had purchase a scooty since jan 2019. but in scooty so many problems occur. and in Dd honda which situated in biharsharif very very worst service done hera I am very frustrated to buy a scotty sine jan 2019. Unskilled person work here In 1.5 years my scooty has so many problems VIZ. satarting problem, heating problem, self start problems, milage problem etc.. but no one done proper correct in 7times.
                                    So I request to you plz either replace my scooty or replace my scooty .

                                      My height is 4 feet and 8 inches
                                      As your scooties are for unisex, it is impossible for us short ladies to ride your scooties. The seat height of your shortest scooter activa6g and Dio is 765, which is impossible for people like me to ride.Even though we are minority, please understand our dream to ride a scooter.Even though your seat height seems less, wider seats make it difficult for us.
                                      My humble request is to help us short ladies with making short scooter for us.
                                      We can not go for bikes unlike men.
                                      Please make shorter scooties
