Dear sir / madam,

to whom soever it may concern

i am one of the preveleged buyer of activa scooter till date. On 21 feb i bought new activa 125 from varanasi.
Dealer name- city's honda
address- sa.6/174-a, paharia, varanasi.

I was in doubt at that time only about the authenticity of new scooter. I want rebel red mettalic colour only and they told they had only one. I was suspecious that the scooter was new or resale one. I was in a hurry and bought that one only . My mother was ill . From day only it was having some problem. I went twice to showroom about it but thereafter due to lockdown i couldnot go for it. Then on 16 june i went to service centre for availing my first free service. I complaint about the problem. That day it was fixed but again after two days it started making noise.

Then on 10 august i make a complain to customercare wide ticket no- 1- [protected]. They called me on 12 and i went there in the morning . They did something for 15 minutes and asured me that everything is ok and closed the complaint without my confirmation. They assured me that if problem arises come to us we will solve it. This assurance was given by the owner of showroom mr. Mohit. After two days once again problem started as earlier.
I wnt again on 25 august and they replaced one part and told that everything is ok but still that peculiar sound is comming.
I am fed up and had to do my job also in this pandemic of co0vid -19

problem - 1.Sound coming from scooter since day one
2. Not starting through cick or automatic starter switch. It starts after switching on of choke.

Doubt- i had been given old activa or resale scooter activa.

Note- this the 3 activa scxooter i had purchased till date and was proud owner and held it as prestigious asset but the scooter125 had turned out to be liability for me. Plz look into the matter and fixed it.

      I have purchase a honda hornet160r special edition cbs bike, but from beginning i face breaking problem, and several times i inform to my local service centre (Sai honda _ durgapur, w. B).
      But they are every times adjust the break, and again fail in 2 or 3 days.
      They did not solve permanently.
      Now i face both break and handle issue.
      Please find and help us to solve my problem.

        My self muhammed afsal from calicut, kerala,

        Recently i bought one grazia pearl amazing white one at my nearest showroom and now it's just crossing 4112 kmh, by the time i went to the showroom they advised a lot of qualities about this vehicle and materials used on this product, but now i realise that quality of your product is very shameful.

        This is to inform you that i want to file a complaint against your product, since i have slightly used the vehicle. The entire paints from alloy are gone from the metal, even till now you can't find a minor scratch on the vehicle that much care was used on.

        Here i attached detailed pic and videos on your product for your reference,

        I need your clarity on this issue as proof prior to proceeding the consumer court from my end,

            Iam saurabh kumar. Iwant to say that I had purchase a scooty since jan 2019. but in scooty so many problems occur. and in Dd honda which situated in biharsharif very very worst service done hera I am very frustrated to buy a scotty sine jan 2019. Unskilled person work here In 1.5 years my scooty has so many problems VIZ. satarting problem, heating problem, self start problems, milage problem etc.. but no one done proper correct in 7times.
            So I request to you plz either replace my scooty or replace my scooty .

              Hi,
              My height is 4 feet and 8 inches
              As your scooties are for unisex, it is impossible for us short ladies to ride your scooties. The seat height of your shortest scooter activa6g and Dio is 765, which is impossible for people like me to ride.Even though we are minority, please understand our dream to ride a scooter.Even though your seat height seems less, wider seats make it difficult for us.
              My humble request is to help us short ladies with making short scooter for us.
              We can not go for bikes unlike men.
              Please make shorter scooties

                Kindly help me The company is not submitting the receipts against 76500

                  I am ravikumar ([protected]) from coimbatore, i am taking honda dio bike purchasing no 14.08.2020 in yours adi honda showroom from coimbatore ganapathy branch, that honda dio bike engine oil leakage from day one i am but on complaint for that show room on 17.08.2020, he say with out job card service on day delivery but problem not clear, i am sent and complaint that problem on 24.08.2020 still day bike not delivered complaint not required so help me i want new bike this problem bike not interested or i am going consumer court complaint on yours & your delar

                    Before buying staffs are good with us, but after purchasing ur product they are treating us like beggars who are asking for money!! What nonsense is this? Is this the kind of service ur providing for the customers? They don't even know basic professional rules. Train them, tech then how to behave with the customers and how to give best service. I've bought this in Kundapura showroom . Hope u correct these kind of problems.

                      I have buyed an active 6g on the 25/8/2020 two day's ago from Bhopal (MP) from surana Honda dealer. Their is an issue in the vehicle :-
                      1. That console meter when we accelerate it, the meter needle shaking b/w a speed of 30 to 50.
                      2. And the second one is the fuel needle, when we switched off the ignition it's takes alot of time to come it's original position & some times it's block in b/w.

                      Yesterday on 28/8/2020 I took my active to the surana Honda service station, but they haven't listen to me there supervisor misbehaved with me.

                        I had seen an advertisement in malayala manorama newspaper that in connection in onam festival honda is giving offers and many other benifts. But when I called the nearest dealer asking about this offer they are saying that there is no such offer. What is the meaning of this??

                          I have ask service center 2 days ago to pick up my new 2 wheeler for service from my home. Since my vehicle not able to auto/ manual start.
                          After they didn't pick up my vehicle as they committedafter. Also I feel very difficult all the time to ask services and feel very bad response from the stuffs.

                            Not atall satisfied by honda sp 125 bike bought in march 2020 just before lockdown. Till now driven only 6000 kms, 2nd service is done and engine has started leackage of engine oil. Who is responsible for it. Where i should go.

                                Main scooty 20 January 2019 ko kharida. Lekin kuchh din mein mere scooty ka battery kharab ho gaya. Isliye apni scooty Ko main showroom le Gaya service ke liye.
                                Service staff ne bataya ki aapka scooty ka battery kharab ho gaya hai, aap iska replacement karva Lo.
                                To maine kaha theek hai kar do replacement. Fir iss battery Ko diya to staff ne kaha ki battery charge nahin hoga kyunki apki battery kharab ho gaya hai. Aap replacement ke liye claim kardo, to maine kar diya.

                                3-4 mahine chakkar lagane ke baad kahta hai ki sir aapka battery nahi replace hoga.

                                Haqeeqat aaya Hai Hai ki ki use branch mein jitne bhi kam Kar rahe hai wo sare chor. Wo Pahle hi gadi ka saman Badal lete Hain.

                                      I purchased honda dio in advika show room hosur - 635109 on aug 19

                                      Already two services completed successfully.

                                      Third service due is on 28th march 2020
                                      But due covid 19 the lock down is announced from govt.

                                      After that i received sms from honda to get your missed service before end of july.
                                      I approached the service center with my scooter they taken and committed to get back on next day evening.

                                      On next day they issued my scooter without doing service, for that replied today all persons are in leave and they informed bring it on next week. But here the due date for free service is over.

                                      After a week i again approached and asked they speak rudely without respecting and told today no way to accept the scooter for service. Bring it on next week and also it takes 4 to 5 days for service.

                                      They give priority for pay service only.
                                      In this regard now i missed my 3rd and 4th free service.

                                      I really disappointed on buying the honda scooters.

                                      There is no problem with other show rooms.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had purchased one honda activa i scooty from the following dealer in july, 2019.

                                        Dealer address:

                                        Vill: gopalnagar (Srikantabati)
                                        Po+ps: raghunathganj
                                        Dist: murshidabad,
                                        West bengal.

                                        Till date i have not received any documents from the dealer like insurance papers, registration copy, service book.
                                        I was not even provided any valid purchase copy or bill, although i have paid all amounts including registration charges, road tax and insurance.
                                        As a result the scooty is lying with me and i could not even use it for one year. The pandemic of covid 19 only started a few months back, but while all other vehicle offices have opened throughout the country recently, this dealer is still unreachable over the phone.
                                        I request you to take proper and urgent steps to look into the matter.
