I have gone 2 time for service but still not resolved.

Also service support not good.

    I have purchased honda cliq dx scooty on 12 november 2019 from bmj automobiles main market vikasnagar, dehradun uttarakhand.
    Its not at all working for 2 months and it does not start without choak and whenever i start it with choak, it is stoping anywhere anytime.in this situation i have survived the usual accident. When i tried to contact with management, they didn't even picked up call. After trying several times they told me that contact with manager. I got response from manager after 1 week and he didn't take my issue seriously. But still it was in same condition. So i am very disappointed with their services and their whole staff also.
    They called me and told me that it's issue is fixed. And they told me that there is problem with t tank so they have replaced it and they charges 600rs from me for it. But still that problem was not resolved, with all these issue petrol leakage problem was also started. And scooty stopped anywhere. They told me that they are checking the issue and kept my scooty for 15 days.
    They promised me that they will replace my scooty if i get any complaint again.

    Within 2 week, i have observed petrol leakage in my scooty, i have called to bmj honda but they didn, 't even picked my call.

    When i registered my complaint in customer care honda 2 wheelers india, after that they came to pick my scooty.
    And after few days they told me that it is fixed.
    Now i don't want to keep this scooty, either refund my money or give me any replacemenr of it because it is very risky to drive this scooty.

    I have registered my complaint (1_[protected]) on 26 july 2020 in honda customer care but still i am not getting any response from your side also.

    I have called many times to customer care they are telling just one thing that your issue has been forwarded and it's escalated, our team will contact you. But nobody called me till today.

    Moreover, my scooty is in vikasnagar showroom and they are texting me that they have fixed the problem and bring your scooty otherwise they will charge for 50rs per day.

    They might have given used scooty because it doesn't even work for 1 year.
    Please replace this scooty or refund my money because its poor vehicle, it didn't even run 1 month properly.

    I got call from honda 2 wheelers india dehradun..But they are not even listening to me.They are forcing me to bring back my scooty.worst experience.

      I gave my honda activa at Ganpati Honda, Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon for servicing. I got a call from service center that my vehicle has been serviced and is ready for pick up. When i visited service center to pick my honda activa, i found that self start is not working and horn is not working. on asking they said that there may be battery problem and we dont have battery in stock. How pathetic their services are. They charged me Rs 2100 but did not bother to fix the issues. Why thay have opened their centers. Next time i would like to visit any responsible and effective local mechanic for routine service etc.

        Last month on 7th I visited your Arise Honda Workshop at Srinagar, J&K with some problems including Handle problem (which actually has been due to wiser) some issues created during previous work at the same workshop for which then also complaint for poor work and attitude was raised but no resolution due to various reasons and I had forgotten it, though you can check from records and mails. However, soon after I had been watching and due to lockdown and myself being outside city, I couldn’t visit workshop for follow up and recheck. Meanwhile, I got call from CRM (a lady) from the same workshop for feedback on work and performance and I confirmed work was satisfactory but there is some issue in the vehicle.
        Accordingly, today, on 13 August, 2020 I visited the same workshop for repeat job of earlier un-satisfactory work and washing of scooty. I reached the workshop at about 1.00 PM and could leave by 5.30 PM only. While attending the work of my vehicle, the attending mechanic pointed out that the wisor (cover comphandle) is broken and unprofessionally fixed with un-usual fixers like foam pieces. I told them whatever has been done it has been done at this workshop only and I never go outside for any type of work or repair. The advised me to meet the Service Manager, which I did. The service manager has been very rude and despite my assurances, he didn’t accept my justification and neither could prove that it has been done otherwise. He scolded and removed me from his chamber un-professionally and warned that he would have beaten me had I been younger to him. Such was his attitude. When I told him that I am going to take up the issue with Honda for poor service and rude customer relations, he replied go and do whatever you can thus downplaying a customer of Honda. He also agreed to pay 50% of the said part but when I said still I will take up the issue with Honda, he refused and directed to pay full payment, which I did conditionally to take up the matter with Honda for resolution of the issue. I have asked the CRM present also to record complaint. On the customer safety and facility front, this is worst, most of the employees without masks, no sanitizer available and I was there in the so called customer lounge for more than 5 hours in scorching heat but even a single drop of water was not available or provided even on repeated request not to speak of a cup of tea or coffee.
        I always, service or repair, if required my vehicles at the company authorized service centres only and never trust outside mechanics even if known to me and as such whatever has been done, has been done at the same workshop only. I am ready for any investigation to prove it and ready to face any cost if proved wrong. I have kept the replaced part and fixers and also some photographs for review and verification.
        I request, fair justice in this case and request that since the problem and defect has been created due to poor workmanship at the workshop full cost of the said part should be refunded to me for which I am ready to go to any level. Some other customers also shared their woes of the workshop with me after I raised the issue of poor workmanship and distrust. There is nobody supervising the work attended by the mechanics and Service Manager remains confined to his chamber and on departure, I tried to meet him and discuss the overall work experience he was not in his chamber for more than one hour till I left.
        I simply request to resolve the issue and improve the work culture and customer relations of the said workshop and refund the full cost of ‘cover comphandle’ (wisor), which I have paid under protest.
        I had thought to share the grievance on social media platform but before that I thought it suitable to raise issue with you one to one and resolve which will be in the best interest of both sides.
        Hope you will properly understand the issue and reply with justified resolution without favouring your service station unilaterally, where, i know you have more financial interests than me.
        Looking forward for early response.

          At the time delivery new bike there is a damage in the sticker after continuous followup with dealer there is no response from their end and service also very worst after complete free service now telling the manufacturer defect in engine head part... Really i am fed-up because its my first bike i earned and buy it... after that i raised complaint in honda website but still now i am not getting call or mail from them...

          I request you to change the bike and provide new one.

            I am doing servicing today my bike from mira honda authorise dealership of honda. But now my bike is not started. I have called service manager, but he not respond. I want to case in court for this service centre

              My name is D SRINU. From Visakhapatnam. BIRLA JUNCTION. MY near HAMSA HONDA SHOWROOM. I visited to 14/08/2020 that date for buying bike xp-125 by cash on payment but disappointedly no one clearly advisable to sale the bike and NOT AT RESPONSE to buyer view and
              behave like not sale, those sale persons much more interest in finance sale. these all fist day experience after 2nd day visited to brother illa that sales person bike is showroom peace saying.. and doing the booking first tell... then I m agree to 4 to 5 days got the bike said.. after 3rd day visit that show room xp-125 bike peace selling.. i m asking but that day no one selling talk . I'm very disappointed said to honda company authority ...pls take the concern to proper staff arrange it to the show room.

                I harikrishnan (2years of experienced costomer) the compliant is with my honda xblade 160 tyre 2018 december 24 (12 k km in 2years) model bought from jones honda (Alappuzha, kerala, india) few... Back. The sides of the tyre (Mrf tyres) is wearing out. Coudn't get the assured perfomance. There is also a problem of skidding, losing control and causing accident being rainy season, it is really a matter of concern especially. A five year warrenty and specific life time was gurenteed by the the tyre company.
                But complaint is ""rejected by mrf tyre dealers as this issue is from manufacturing diffect of honda two wheeler co ltd". Being a trustworthy company i hope my problem will be consided soon enough and get the tyres replaced or solving the issue, which this kind of one side tyre wearing out.

                  Dear sir/mam.

                  Through this complaint to bring your attention that iam not satisfied with your quality services provided at Virat motors near spice hotel chakrata road, selaqui dehradun, uttarakhand, india. On 09/08/2020 I had repaired Activa 5G at above service agency.
                  Unfortunately your service at Virat motors has not performed well because they charged me wrong billed amount Rs 25600/-instead of billed amount Rs 24356/-. When I asked why you heavily charged then they said that Rs 15000/-for new spear part and Rs 10000/-for labour charges and Rs 6200/-for painting new spear parts which included in Rs 10000/- of labour charges.
                  Iam fully disappointed by stubborn opinions of virat motors because, firstly they charged extra wrong billed, secondly labour charges very high, thirdly what are need of painting new spear parts? Iam not understand.
                  I expect & request you to address this issue with immediate attention.
                  I expect full compensation & look forward to your replies within shortest time.

                          Such sort of problem occurs in a brand new taken vehicle like this activa 6G. These are the electric parts and if they will get short circuit, you would not answer us for this fault. How can water enter in such brand new product? Tell us what to do for this fault, some people are laughing to hear the fault. Solve the issue as soon as possible. Assist me about the issue.

                            : Approx 1 year ago Eternal Honda service station Bhavnagar Gujarat told that my CBR 150R front disc is non functional and has to be replaced and for that I had to take my bike to Ahmedabad. On 25.07.2020 I again given my bike for servicing due to some severe vibrations in bike on applying brake than they said that front disc is fine and that got it repaired from some outside sources as you can see extra labour charge in bill that I have attached. As I do not ride much daily so after 10 day I realised that disc is getting to hot and bike is not running freely. I again given to service centre now they repaired this problem but scratched all over my dis and paddles as you can see in the picture... I got my bike service regularly but now if you ride my bike you will say that bike 10 year old but my bike is only 3 year and 8 months old. I want my bike in proper condition as I have regularly given it for servicing so this kind of problem should not appear...

                                My scooty honda grazia having issue from when i bought this in last year (September 2019). It skipping alot in first acceleration. I already consulted 4-5 times in a1 honda and they solved it but its long only for only 1-2 days, thing is problem is still there i don’t know how they solved what they did. Im not satisfied with the product i purchased from honda and not even with the honda service centre. Kindly resolve my probelm.

                                  I really really sorry i purchased honda 5 g limited edition before 11 months they gve 5 services free to me but after 1st service my scooty is not working properly i went so many times they i asked with senior as well but still i m facing the same problum this is my thirt complaint in ur help desk but this time whn i went for service of my scooty i said same problum handle problum n pick up problum n self problum but after service i m facing the same problum service mechanic was kicking or my scootu front tyre for resolve my scooty handle problum for self he incresed the scooty race n said self problum is resolved. I m very very unhappy with ur rama road branch u knw very well all world suffring with corna we n i[censored] getting work n ur staff is doing this not fair sorry but sea se agar ek balti pani ki nikal lo to fark nai parta hai magar sir boond boond se sagar bharta hai sir pls try to under stand. N resolve my problum after one year i m dam sure they charge me for handle pick up problum n etc but sorry i had bajaj vahicke first time i purchased honda but my experence is bad very very bad for ur service center i knw m not valueable but sir one day u il see i[censored]r staff doing same surinder singh [protected]

                                    I’m vaibhav patil, my vehicle activa mh05bz0483 is in service centre since 09/08/2020 and still the work is in progress. I went to vj honda service centre on 9th august in afternoon, that time the service advisor informed me the work will complete in two or three days but my vehicle’s work isn’t completed.
                                    Very very pathetic service i’m getting from this vj honda service centre.
                                    3-4 times i visited to service centre to see if work is done or not but nothing progress on work.
                                    Also there is no coordination in service staff, service advisor said the work will complete in two or three days but down the line staff like technicians and technical advisor said the work will take another few days.
                                    Very worst experience from vj honda service centre.
                                    Today on 15th august called to service advisor to ask about vehicle work completion and again the same silly answer i got like work isn’t completed yet.
                                    Obviously no any other service centre would take this much days for a normal service.
                                    Hope this complaint will reach to any regional service manager or zonal service manager and they will look into this matter.

                                      Your executive at trichy main honda showroom conveyed me, at the time of sale that the insurance coverage is for 5 years. But now after one year the insurance company intimate the coverage has expired. So now i called ur trichy main honda showroom, they told me that was 1+4 years and 4 years for only third party insurance. I think that 5years full accident and damage coverage. But they did not tell this at the time of sale... Its very disappointed me and make stress... I think this way of sale is not good. This was very worst of my experience in your honda deal.
