Sir this is Rosen from Bangalore. I have been recently shifted to Bangalore. My family are in MYSORE. I had came to purchase scooter. But in your showroom sales executive LAKSHMI not giving proper information. As per govt rule Road tax amount has increased to 12.3%. But your sales executive LAKSHMI she shows very attitude & misbehaving. She talks very rude. When we ask for price she use to tell extra amount on Number plate, RC card extra 300. Day by day the price use to very.

    I own a honda bike (Honda dream 110 dx) and went to krishna honda phase 1 industrial area chandigarh, for first service few days back
    I went there again to have check on bike as it was over racing after spending my 1 hour there they directly refuced to do so and when i told them that i will put ur complaint they were ok with it having no problem

      When the battery went bad, it was said earlier that you will change the battery at the same time. Bringing a photocopy of the bill and rc. ा ाand then, after taking the car, 7 days were delayed and with that the battery also came out. If the temporalary problem was asked to solve, he refused to do it.

          Brake failure issue - reg.

          Good evening to royal wings honda erode / kavindapadi!!!

          I am suresh kumar from kanjikovil erode district tamil nadu.

          Many of my friends and relatives suggestion i happily buy the honda cb drum cbs grey shine at kavindapadi royal wings honda branch at 11.06.2019.

          I am working at avinashi but i give my support for take vehicle at local dealer.

          But i facing issues from initial day onwards after buy my vehicle from this branch.

          First unwanted issue at vehicle registration time with perundurai rto.
          New helmet is must need with new vehicles that time. Other some dealers given helmet.
          But i am not collect any helmet from dealer. But get sign from me for formalities.

          Second big issue bag break issue!!!

          Abrasion sound while using bag break.

          From initial day onwards i genuinely mention this issue with branch team and service department they say if any problem rectify at first service.
          Four free service completed that issue still not cleared.
          Every service time they note my break issue concern. But that issue not cleared at last four services.

          Today 3 pm i show my same issue to branch manager and service department. Again they say monday come with vehicle we ready the issue.

          It's not like smooth peaceful normal honda shine.
          Pls honestly verify my all service reports know the real.

          Give solution and support for clear the break failure issue or arrange brake area parts replacement.

          Who's the clear response for this big issue???

          Here i attach the vehicle buying copy and service bills for your quick reference.

          Purpose of this no blaming anyone
          I need quick solution for this.

          With unhappy about this service.

                  I booked for servicing last 4th of june through phone and the representative said come 5th of june time 11am to 11:30am.
                  I came same day around 11:15am, but the problem is that around 4pm service boy said parts no available.
                  Before making the jobshit why don't you informed me.
                  When i shouting then manager arranged the parts from another work shop.
                  Approx 5hr i'm waiting for the bike serve. This is really rediculas.
                  I'm completely disappointed.
                  This is not 1st time every time i faced the problem.
                  Service centre name shah honda, 200/1 m. G. Road, kolkata 7000104.

                  Please take action.

                    I have bought a cb unicorn bike on 12.11.2019. Just one week before, it is was noticed that oil leaking in the engine. Just 5 months only completed. It is a new bike and as i have mentioned above this is the serious issue with the bike and now i got to know that honda has cheated me and sold defective and faulty piece.
                    I orally registered my complaint through calling toll free number. I have contacted dealer
                    Pearl motor pvt ltd,
                    Udangudi, tuticorin district, tamil nadu state.
                    My bike number is
                    Tn92d6594
                    And the dealer has told that he will repair. The problem is in engine oil leakage. Seriously, it is damn new bike and they will repair??? What is this nonsense? I need replacement of bike, no matter what. If my bike replacement is not done and if honda dealer has not resolved my issue, this will lead to serious circumstances as i will move legally. I want honda dealer to resolve my issue very quickly and replace the bike.
                    I hope you will take this seriously and resolve same.

                      Dear sir / madam,
                      I had put my vehical (Honda activa 5g) for service at navsarjan honda showroom in bharuch on dated 3rd june. After 1 day received a call to collect the vehical. When i reached at showroom there was no service done and just wash the vehicle with water in front of myself and take service fees.
                      When i asked to staff member for the same then nobody answring and manager said we will not give you proper service, you can complain anywhere. He was totally misbehaving to ladies also.
                      How we can belive to any of the service providers or dealers if this type of incidents happended?.

                        I am from ravi shankar district bhind madhya pradesh. I am a customer of honda two wheeler company for last 8 months. My bike has a handle brake and it has a sound that i have spoken many times. I went to the service center to get my car serviced, but the staff of the agency does not listen to me and works on its own. I have told him many times that the handle of my bike is causing me problems but he does not listen and does his own arbitrariness which makes me very sad. It's been so frustrating that i have no hearing.
                        I have also filed a complaint dated[protected] on toll free number of honda two wheeler company whose number is registered vide ticket no 1-[protected].

                        I am a working man. I do not have time to complain only, i have more urgent tasks. Help me please

                          As i have mentioned in the subject we have bought a new honda activa 5g scooty on 09/03/2020. Just 2 days after purchasing it is not working properly and i will mention the faults in the bike below in detail:
                          1) self starter is not working and even when choke is plug out it is not at all working.
                          2) we have to kick start for at least a number of times to start.
                          3) if we use bike for 1.5 to 2 hour it stops working and we have kickstart again a number of times.
                          4) sudden shutdown of bike while driving and when we slow down in signal, then engine shuts down automatically and we have to kick start again a multiple times.
                          5) weird noise is coming from the bike.
                          It is new bike and as i have mentioned above these are some serious issues with the bike and now we got to know that honda has cheated us and sold defective and faulty piece.
                          Ladies' in my home can't able to use it and they are facing a lot of serious issues and as i have mentioned due to multiple kick starts my mom leg has been damaged badly which is a serious concern for me!!! I seriously condemn honda by this activity of cheating customers by selling defective pieces.
                          We have contacted dealer and he has told that he will repair.
                          Seriously!!! It is damn new bike and they will repair? What is this nonsense!
                          I need replacement of bike, no matter what. If my replacement is not done and if honda has not resolved my issue, this will lead to serious circumstances as i have mentioned my mom leg also have been damaged. Due to this defective bike.
                          I got so offended and i condemn this act and there is no customer satisfaction and this will pave the way to some serious circumstance as i will file a case against honda in consumer court if my issue isn't resolved. I want honda to resolve my issue quickly and replace the bike!

                            I bought my activa in march 2020 and the vehicle has alighnment issue. The vehicle balance is on the right side and the vehicle is dragging to the right side while driving. It may lead to accident. I took the vehicle to service center and they replaced the handle bar and told me that the issue has been resolved. Later i raised this issue again to honda customer service and no action has been taken yet. I need the vehicle replacement immediately.

I have visited to near authorized dealer 3 to 4 times the local mechanic are not able to solve the problem of my bike.                                     Activa 5g registration done on 23 march 2020. However, rto number plate is not yet made available. I came to know dealer had opened the showroom on 7 may 2020. I need to do follow-up to get my vehicle. There was no communication from dealer about readiness of vehicle inspite of doing all payment before 23 march 2020. There is no valid justification about delay in handling over vehicle to me. No one is taking this seriously. Feeling helpless now due to third class customer service

                                      Sir i have been using honda activa 125 since 4 years.in the recent times i have started facing problem with its starting. Everytime i send my scooty to your authorised service centre they say spark plug is faulty.in feb this year[protected] i got my scooty’s spark plug changed and after that in march 2020 complete lockdown was implemented. Since then i couldn’t use my scooty. All of a sudden when battery went off and i sent the scooty to your authorised service centre in east delhi’s johripur area, delhi 110094 i was advised to get spark plug changed. When i confronted that i got it changed 2 months back and didn’t use my scooty then how come spark plug became faulty? To which i got the answer that these spare parts are of honda companies and not ours. This is really disgusting on your authorised service centres part to shift blame on the company. I would like to register complaint against dhruv honda, johripur road, delhi-110094.in order to avoid any future malpractices followed by the authorised service centre of honda.
