Dear sir / madam,
I had put my vehical (Honda activa 5g) for service at navsarjan honda showroom in bharuch on dated 3rd june. After 1 day received a call to collect the vehical. When i reached at showroom there was no service done and just wash the vehicle with water in front of myself and take service fees.
When i asked to staff member for the same then nobody answring and manager said we will not give you proper service, you can complain anywhere. He was totally misbehaving to ladies also.
How we can belive to any of the service providers or dealers if this type of incidents happended?.

    I am from ravi shankar district bhind madhya pradesh. I am a customer of honda two wheeler company for last 8 months. My bike has a handle brake and it has a sound that i have spoken many times. I went to the service center to get my car serviced, but the staff of the agency does not listen to me and works on its own. I have told him many times that the handle of my bike is causing me problems but he does not listen and does his own arbitrariness which makes me very sad. It's been so frustrating that i have no hearing.
    I have also filed a complaint dated[protected] on toll free number of honda two wheeler company whose number is registered vide ticket no 1-[protected].

    I am a working man. I do not have time to complain only, i have more urgent tasks. Help me please

      As i have mentioned in the subject we have bought a new honda activa 5g scooty on 09/03/2020. Just 2 days after purchasing it is not working properly and i will mention the faults in the bike below in detail:
      1) self starter is not working and even when choke is plug out it is not at all working.
      2) we have to kick start for at least a number of times to start.
      3) if we use bike for 1.5 to 2 hour it stops working and we have kickstart again a number of times.
      4) sudden shutdown of bike while driving and when we slow down in signal, then engine shuts down automatically and we have to kick start again a multiple times.
      5) weird noise is coming from the bike.
      It is new bike and as i have mentioned above these are some serious issues with the bike and now we got to know that honda has cheated us and sold defective and faulty piece.
      Ladies' in my home can't able to use it and they are facing a lot of serious issues and as i have mentioned due to multiple kick starts my mom leg has been damaged badly which is a serious concern for me!!! I seriously condemn honda by this activity of cheating customers by selling defective pieces.
      We have contacted dealer and he has told that he will repair.
      Seriously!!! It is damn new bike and they will repair? What is this nonsense!
      I need replacement of bike, no matter what. If my replacement is not done and if honda has not resolved my issue, this will lead to serious circumstances as i have mentioned my mom leg also have been damaged. Due to this defective bike.
      I got so offended and i condemn this act and there is no customer satisfaction and this will pave the way to some serious circumstance as i will file a case against honda in consumer court if my issue isn't resolved. I want honda to resolve my issue quickly and replace the bike!

        I bought my activa in march 2020 and the vehicle has alighnment issue. The vehicle balance is on the right side and the vehicle is dragging to the right side while driving. It may lead to accident. I took the vehicle to service center and they replaced the handle bar and told me that the issue has been resolved. Later i raised this issue again to honda customer service and no action has been taken yet. I need the vehicle replacement immediately.

              I have purchased a new bike recently in october. Since from last month in bike problems are coming. I have visited to near authorized dealer 3 to 4 times the local mechanic are not able to solve the problem of my bike. So i want to be replaced my bike under warranty period or solve the problem which are arrising in bike.

                Activa 5g registration done on 23 march 2020. However, rto number plate is not yet made available. I came to know dealer had opened the showroom on 7 may 2020. I need to do follow-up to get my vehicle. There was no communication from dealer about readiness of vehicle inspite of doing all payment before 23 march 2020. There is no valid justification about delay in handling over vehicle to me. No one is taking this seriously. Feeling helpless now due to third class customer service

                  Sir i have been using honda activa 125 since 4 years.in the recent times i have started facing problem with its starting. Everytime i send my scooty to your authorised service centre they say spark plug is faulty.in feb this year[protected] i got my scooty’s spark plug changed and after that in march 2020 complete lockdown was implemented. Since then i couldn’t use my scooty. All of a sudden when battery went off and i sent the scooty to your authorised service centre in east delhi’s johripur area, delhi 110094 i was advised to get spark plug changed. When i confronted that i got it changed 2 months back and didn’t use my scooty then how come spark plug became faulty? To which i got the answer that these spare parts are of honda companies and not ours. This is really disgusting on your authorised service centres part to shift blame on the company. I would like to register complaint against dhruv honda, johripur road, delhi-110094.in order to avoid any future malpractices followed by the authorised service centre of honda.

                      I m jai prakash i have purchase activa 5g this time my actica runing only 5500 km. Sir mana jb s y purchase ki tb s h start hona m problem kr rhi h and mana online 2-3 time complaind b kr di h but koe b solution nhi ho p rha service center pr b dikhye but not solve problem. Sir this time mare activa m disbalance k problem, start hone m problem, start krne pr belt side s awaj, 50 k speed pr compan, ki problem h jisa mana abi date 24/05/2020 m b service center pr thik b kraya jiska job card no 3571, amar honda roorkee haridwar hm b dikhya h but no solution above all problems. Pls help me sir.

                        I have purchased hornet 160 last year and i see the colour of my bike has already started fading away, the quality of fibre used in hornet bikes is really bad, i have seen the same situation in other hornet bikes as well and this is something i didn't expect from honda. We have always been buying honda bikes because of the quality, but this bike is something i am disappointed with. I will also suggest my friends not to buy hornet as the bike is built using low quality fiber.

                            Sir, in this time all world going to difficulty of covid 19 pandemic and many large indian company like you donate a large amount for help, as humanity. Yen it, the small shopkeeper also provide sanitizer, spirit spray for their customers free of cost. But sir i feel very bad when your service center change me rs 30 for sanitization. I know very well that sanitization is very important for all customers as well as your employees safety reasons too. Even then you are taking the money for sanitization from your customers. So shame how professional someone can be.

                              I am zameer having complaint with 2 wheeler (Grazia drum scv125sjid). As have purchased grazia drum 2 wheeler on 8/7/2019 in sarvesh honda show room hupri, rendal, taluka: hatkalangale, dist : kholapur.

                              My complaint is as on date 8/7/2019 (From first day of purchase) front suspension is faulty and at the first day dealer told that in the first service the suspension will get clear but it’s not happened. I have done 3 servicing but still the problem is same. However i had a discussion verbally but they told to come for 4th time for servicing. This leads for more expenditure and worth less because in the 2nd servicing they have taken charges for us.
                              As this problem leads the health issue for me and my wife like (Shoulder pain, back pain and hip pain) and we are consulting with orthopaedic. We have a feedback from docuter that the health issue is because of damage vehicle (Grazia drum scv125sjid).

                              We request you that we need to get piece to piece replacement because the vehicle is in warranty.

                              We request you to look in to this matter on a urgent basis.

                                As per service supervisor of agency the battery warranty is 18 months as per company rule we have taken a service in 18/05/2020. The battery of scooter is not working properly and he gives the letter of exide battery center fro changing the battery but exide centre is called battery is ok, so we have faced a lot of problem from activa agency please resolve our problem as soon as possible

                                    I have booked activa 5g in my wings showroom paying online payment in kotak bank account. Also provided adhar card and choice no. Reciept to them. Now after lockdown they are asking me to purchase 2nd owner as bs4 engine last date was 31 march for passing in rto. But sudden lockdown after 22 march. Now staff vikram is misbehaving to me. Giving wrong information.
