Again and again i m disappointed by the servicing og honda pilot bhandup mumbai service center. Whenever i go for servicing i notice that the vehicle which r 10 to 12 tocken number after my vehicle r servicing first. When i ask mr satyam the service advisor, he reply me that those vehicle r in hurry.
Then my point is why they people issue tocken number when then have already have a mindsetto service those vehicle whome theyknow very well. Mr satyam always do this type of mistakes. I don't know why this service center tolerate him

    Everytime when i go for servicing at honda pilot bhandup branch mumbai. I experience a delay servicing inspite of i come first and handover my vehicle by serial no-1. But every time my vehicle work start after tocken no-12 or 13. And most of the time the service advisor is satyam. He is entertain people whome he know personally. So i m very disappointed by the service of this service center.

    My name is Shambhu. I had purchased a new dream yuga on 17th Sep 2014 from premsons honda in bokaro. In the year 2019 I noticed that petrol is coming out from the lower part of tank. I am therefore very disappointed about the quality of honda. Please change my bike tank with new one at free of cost .my bike color is sporty red.

      I purchased a new bike honda x blade loan by hdfc bank bike real road price amount 109000 and loan apply 109000 but the salesmen charged me 112000 he charged me 2000 rupees extra when i told him he said i charged right amount and alsobike first service is free and normal chargeble but he is charging higher amount i ask people about this every one told me he is charging higher amount

      Please action this jagdamba auto
      And give back my 2000 rupees

      I am already changing the chain docket of my bike charging rs 400 and to change a speedometer wire which is worth 110 rs is charged by a labour charge of 150, how it is possible for changing each parts different labour charge, I has been using honda unicorn from 2009 really upsets me

        I bought 2 stem pipes o[censored]nicorn dazzler which has many scratches inside the package. When i found out that it faulty from the service centre at kazhakootam and took it to the place i brought from which is marikar honda. Not only the people that were in charge of the sales was rude they said that i myself made the damage and even accused me for damaging the pipe. They did not even take the responsibility of the faulty spare part and also they asked me to pay extra if i need another part and also they claim that the products that they sell is 100% perfect and has not been yet reported faulty. This son of a bit#h has no right to say that. I kindly request the authorities in charge to kindly make sure such a situation not to take place ever again.

          I require my papers as early as possible. The dealer is not cooperating nor responding. Please do the need ful as soon as possible.
          It has been six months since the vehicle is purchased, payment was paid full in cash

            My name is ashisb nayyar i bought new 2 wheelerhonda scooty on feb 2019 and on sep i done my scootys 3rd free service on authorize service center but on 3rd service my engine ran by worker withput engine oil and caused serious engine damage but there is no solution by company last 6 months
            I daily travel 15 km from my business to diomand honda authorize service center for solution but only harrasment i see

                  With due respect, i want to informed you that i purchased a activa 125 bs-iv model in drum brake from lms honda showroom port blair in the month of january 2020 (Booked on 26 dec 2019 & delivered on 24 jan 2020). They provided the documents on 22 feb 2020 afterwards i found that the vehicle delivered to me is very old (Make-honda, model - activa 125 bs-iv, manufacturing year 2017) but they charged me for vehicle as per new model rs 80500/-.
                  In 2017, price for same model - rs 58091/- (Last known price - ex showroom) & on road price - rs 66489/-.
                  Accessories of the same model are very cheap quality. E. G - stiching of seat cover of the vehicle is removing within a month use.
                  So i want to resolve the issue by appropriate action e. G-returned the rs[protected]=rs 14011 or deliver the 2019 model.

                    I am t vijay vardhan i have buyed honda x blade bike on 30 june 2018.
                    It has a problem that it's digital meter is troubling a lot. I got this problem 5 times now the showroom manager saying that it has to be replaced by new on and it only a 1year and 6months motorcycle which has travelled 5500 km, please consider this problem and replace my meter for free

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I gave my bike on servicing at varun honda near to anupam garden raipur on 29 feb 2020, 9:45 am they called me at 12 am and told that my bike is ready but due to my work unable to get my bike at that time so i went there in the evening 5:30 pm they delivered my bike with seat is replaced with different one, i told them this seat doesn't belong to my bike, in my bike seat honey bee cover is there, they told me that they need some time to check in camera till 2nd march monday. I said ok and took my bike. On monday evening i waited for almost 1 hr finally they checked camera and told me that see this seat is same which we have delivered to you. But the video captured by camera was blur, you can't even see the faces clearly. Moreover some of those camera are not working properly. They won't listened me and delivered that bike with different seat.

                      Please do the needful.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have taken a sp shine motorcycle from your dankuni (West bengal) dealership vide chassis no: me4jc738ejt028731 & engine no:jc73et2067544 on 22.05.2018. Time and again i have asked the workshop supervisor to change my tank during each and every service but still yet to received any confirmation from his end. Back and front side of my fuel tank already coming up with big bubbles and with in few days the entire fuel tank will unable to hold fuel in future. They have said that as per the honda warranty policy they can only paint my tank not replace my tank.
                        I would request you to please look into my problem.

                          Today i went to a honda showroom in guntur, i gave my honda activa-5g for a servicing, i told all my complaints regarding to my two wheeler
                          1. There is a bend in the handle bar but they are corrected it and they not responding properly, again and again i told about that but they have not done.
                          They are saying that there was no bend in that handle,
                          After a long they accepted it and they said to change the handle bar, please consider my complaint

                            Today i sudakshina pandit purchased activa 6 g vide invoice no vsr[protected] through deepasha patil from tajshree autowheels pvt ltd deonagar, nagpur. Mobile no. [protected] she was totally non cooperative she didn’t give sufficient petrol to reach me at my home which is two km from dealer shop so my activa abruptly stopped at 200 meters out side shop i panicked nearly saves from accident. I called her on mobile no given to me by her repeatedly but she didn’t respond so i went to shop and told them my incident deepasha was not ready to listen then one other person given me attendant to tow activa back to shop there they said fuel tank has no petrol this should not happen it must be there staff mistake. Then he filled half liter petrol and said deepasha behaois rude non cooperative

                              I bought a honda activa from samrithi honda during carnival organised on dated 21st feb 2020 at ambala city.

                              They shown me all benefits including paytm points of 7000/-but they yet not fulfilled same even i made my full online payment on the spot.

                              When i visited their showroom on 24th rather giving me solution they try to convince me that paytm wallet is useless offer.

                              They just wasting time in finding escaping routes rather finding solution.

                              I wish you will intervene and get the issue resolve and fullfill company words by getting me my complete offer of 7000 paytm points.

                                  Lodha honda chrompet, tamil nadu, not showing interest to receive the subjected, matter and simply saying will not change such work and stock taking going on for spares.
                                  Again i escalated to service manager, he ask his service advisor to check the stock, with in a minitue she came and say, stock not available, service manager also repeat the same, and he even not asking my number also for further follow up.

                                    I want an update on the status of service for the above mentioned vehicle.

                                    Vehicle was given on 17th feb 2020 morning around 08:30 am (Approx time). At that time i was informed that you may get your vehicle back on 18th feb 2020 due to availability of spares and i agreed.

                                    On 17th feb 2020 evening at 04:46 pm, i received a call from the service centre (+91-[protected]) stating that "your vehicle is ready except for one complaint as the spares not available". I insisted that i want it to be done and i will take delivery once it is done and no urgent.

                                    Again on 17th feb 2020 evening at 05:13 pm, i received another call from the service centre (Same number) stating that "your vehicle is ready", i informed that earlier i received a call and explained the above things, the person said "i will check and get back"

                                    After that i didn't received any update from the service centre. I called the same number from my landline number on 18th feb 2020 around 02:30 pm and the person got the job card details & vehicle details and didn't update me anything till now.

                                    This kind of behavior is not acceptable, whatever the condition maybe, customer should be communicated on the status of the vehicle promptly.

                                      After sales services of Honda showroom in Velachery, Chennai is very poor. They don't care customers complaint when their two wheelers given for services. I really felt help less as they returned my Honda activa scooter( after so called services) even without doing water washing and after notifying the poor service to the showroom executive no actions done from their side.. as a genuine honda customer there were number of persons felt that service center treating them bad

                                        Sir i had bought a honda bike last week from muzzaffarpur honda. When i drive it approx 133 kilometres bike's speedo meter is not working in running period and the meter is also not working then today i came muzzaffarpur honda to complain against it he told me speedo meter wire is dameged so change the wire and it's payable.. I couldn't understand that only one week how can it possible.. Bye the way i am changing the wire tight now with payment. My vehicle number is br06cf 7434.
