Hi Team,

My experience with VIVA Honda is really very bad. I have registered multiple complaint with Honda. But i am still not getting any resolution. They sold me defective car and not accepting it nor fixing it. Their CRM Madhura also made false commitment on call with Honda but not fulfilling it. Since start it has wiper, Hard accelerator issue and Dicky is opening automatically randomly.

WIpers issue :

Since start i raised multiple complaint with Honda for this. After multiple call with Honda and dealer. They have asked me to bring my car . But they refused to replace wiper saying that it's not in warranty. I was raising wiper issue with them since start but every time they were filling some liquid in water and saying that now you will not see any issue. It's not wiper issue. Now it's giving hard scratches on mirror. now they are saying its not in warranty, but while i was raising this issue with them since start but they were not accepting. This is not acceptable. They have sold me defective car and not ready to accept it. On call with Honda. Their CRM Madhura promised me that she will take care of it. you just bring vehicle to workshop. When i visited there she refused it.

Hard accelerate issue -

Since start I am facing hard acceleration issue but they are not accepting it. i did raise mutltiple complaint with Honda on same. I need urgent help from Honda on this.

Dicky opening automatically -

After multiple complaint with Honda, They asked me to come to the service center with both key. There CRM Madhura promised me that she will be there as i was not getting much help from service center. But once i reach there then she was not there. I had to face issues there again. CRM Madhura is not at all helpful. I was keep on tying her number but she was not picking her phone. There service manager told me that he is replacing dicky switch with another old car dicky switch just to favor me. but when i asked him if this old car switch will give
more problem that he was saying i was giving favor to u. if you dont want then we will not do it. After a lots of fight with them. They agree to change it with new switch for observation. I dont know if it will solve my problem or not.

VIVA Honda staff is very irresponsible. They don't treat their customer well. Every time my car went to VIVA for servicing. i received my car with dent and they don't take responsibility for that. Once their staff was about to hit me with rod when i was raising complaint with service manager.

    I Brought Honda City 5th Gen in the month of Feb'23. I ran for around 2800Kms till 3rd month and only first service completed. During a drive on highway at an speed of just 50Kms. Two of my car tyre got bursted at the same time. Fortunately no safety incident to myself and my family members. I'm Faced a very difficult situation to handle as i ddint get any support from Honda contacts which i had. Some how managed and came back to the city. I gave both the tyres to the dealer for the complaint. They said it needs to be inspected by Manufacturer. After couple of days the shared a report saying it will not cover in warrenty.
    When i approached to the dealer again they said they cant own anything on Tyre. I Couldnt accept it as i buy car along with the tyre and nothing specified during purchase. And within less than 3000 KMs two of the tyres getting busted is not at all acceptable. And till now no abnormalities notified or identified in tyre / Rim / Car.
    More over i'm not getting the proper support / communication from Dealer.
    It hurts a lot after spending so much of money and not getting the support. Need immediate support on this.

      QUICK RECRUITMENT-India Pvt. Ltd have promised me to provide job in Flipkart warehouse data entry jobs and asked me to pay 1500 for registration fees and 6500 for training fees and I paid them these fees after this they provide me training and said that I will get salary 18900 and during this training fees I will get 9450 salary but after trining they asked me to pay 4500 but this time I didn't pay the money
      So finally I lost 8000 rupees so kindly help me to get this amount back .

        I noticed vibration in Engine of my car( Honda Civic No—OR02AN 0016. On my request My car Honda Civic visited your show room of Central Honda, Sambalpur. After checking, they told that one mounting of Gear box has been damaged and accordingly they replaced on dated-18.05.23 and charged Rs 8043.00 against Invoice No- SR[protected] to Central Honda.

        After replacement of above mounting that vibration was as usual and not suppressed . So I got the call from your show room that for another mounting ( Silencer) of vehicle has been damaged and needs replacement . So I thought might it happened because of overconfidence so I agreed for the replacement . they carried out after getting the spares on dtd-09.06.23 for which I paid Rs 2248.00 against the Invoice No- SR[protected].

        Vehicle delivered but at the time of checking it is noticed that the vibration is as it was. Again they took the vehicle and checked and told me that the main mounting of Engine has been damaged badly and needs replacement, which will solve Problem . So they repleced the engine Mounting on dated after receipt of material on dated 08.07.2023 and charged Rs 12345.00 and raised a bill against Invoice No-SER-RO-DD[protected].

        Just I want to put mu submission that to short out on Problem
        - they took three months to detect the root cause of Problem.
        - They replaced three parts, mounting of Gear Box, Mounting of silencer and lastly mounting of Engine.
        - For their mistake as well as casual approach i paid for all.
        - If they could have detect the exact root cause by replacing one engine mounting, i could have save around Rs 10300.00 as well as three month of time because my car is under breakdown since the month of April.

        I could not understand, how Central Honda Sambalpur has been authorised as Honda dealer, who do not have the basic facilities and harassing the Customer like this way.

        i am the proud owner of Honda Civic and Honda Jaaz. Can I expect Justice from Honda. Before this incident. I have received all the help and services from Honda and on my recommendation there are 06 Honda vehicles in my family relatives.

        I Know presently Honda is loosing market because of the vehicle options or varieties but still it known for its Service . So I am confident Honda will response to my case.

          It is very unfortunate that Prime Honda service centre is very care less about cars which we are leaving in their centre for repair. I have deposited ny car DL3CCX3912 HONDA WRV IN PRIME HONDA SERVICE CENTRE for repair. When I was go their for the delivery of my vehicle then I have shown the scratches on my bonut and paint spot on bonut as well as on front windshield. I did not expect this irresponsible attitude from Honda brand.

            I bought this car on 3rd March 2022. After 2 months there is some major noise coming from the front part of vehicle. After that they changed 3 parts. But nothing happen after changing the parts. Since 3rd month of buying this car I am facing the same problem. In 2022 model Honda Amaze they are installing local 2019 model shockers. They are doing fraud with customers. I bought this vehicle from Courtesy Honda, Panipat.
            I will recommend people not to buy any Honda car.

              Dear Sir/ maam
              1. I am Col Deepak Kumar and have a HONDA CITY car with registration number: HR 06 V 3915.
              2. My service agency is SAMARA HONDA, Mayapuri, Delhi. This is approximately 6 -8 km from my residence.
              3. It is approximately 3 weeks now that I got my car serviced. The offer was service @ INR 3500.00 plus taxes.
              4. I used the pick and drop facility offered by the service provider.
              5. My car was having an issue with front left tyre. The tyre was making a sound when car is driven above 60 KMPH and the metal ream of tyre gets abnormally hot.
              6. I gave this specific complaint to the driver and the service manager at SAMARA HONDA Mr Bhupinder.
              7. I was charged over INR 10000.00 for the service and repairs against the offer mentioned above.
              8. When the car was delivered I found that the tyre Metal Ream was unusually hot. I made the driver check it and he called the service manager.
              9. I was apalled by the explanations of the service manager:-
              a) That the Tyre gets hot because brakes are applied.
              b) That there is no place in Delhi where the car can be driven above 60 KMPH and thus could not be checked.
              10. Absurd that the bill was raised but problem could not be checked. However the car was taken to service center again and was returned in same condition (issue unresolved)
              11. I keep getting calls for feedbacks and everytime I raise this issue. Promises are made and engineer visits are scheduled. But never materialised.
              12. Today it is more than 3 weeks with unresolved problem. Money has been charged and paid. I am not able to use the car for fear of accident. In delhi temperatures such heating of Metal parts of tyre can easily result in fire accident and cause damage to car or even loss of life.
              13. I am therefore approaching you for intervention and early resolution.

                    Poor tyre quality and human life threat

                    Already wrote earlier when my Honda city HR98E 9573 was 2 months old regarding tyre burst issue and got no adequate solution to the issue.

                    Now again within 1 year of car purchase one more tyre got burst.

                    Undergone the same process of reporting at Honda Service center and waiting for the Bridgestone survey report, after 3 days received the same reply.

                    Honda card is on apex when it comes to fraud. I own Honda Amaze car. Few months before my car went for service in Honda showroom of Borai, District Bharatpur, Rajasthan. At that time fuel tank was full and not a single scratch on my car.

                    But when I took back my car after service, fuel tank was empty and front mirror was completely broken.

                    I talked for the same with manager of that showroom and they agreed that it was their fault, they broke the mirror and theft petrol from my car. and they agreed to fix new mirror without any cost and also fill fuel tank again.

                    I trusted them but time spent no response was given and those managers left concerned showroom.

                    After that I talked with new manager and even he agreed to compensate after holi but they are just looting their customers.

                    It is very shocking that Honda is involved in theft of petrol from customer's cars.

                    I am sure Honda cars is on peak in case of fraud.

                        My new honda connect was not working for more than 3 months.
                        Lodged the complaint with Honda with complaint number 960670.
                        I called customer care more than 20 times and send email more than 12 times. There is no response from HONDA. When we call Honda connect customer care they always says "sir there is no response from internal team" or "the issue will be resolved soon" .They are not able to give any concrete date to resolve the issue .
                        .Nobody is bothered to resolve the customer complaints nor to reply to the emails. I have nevere seen this kind of poor customer service

                            Dio bought on September. Self start was not working and gave it to the Service center for repairing it. It took 2 days. When they gave the bike for delivery. I was shocked to see the self start switch was replaced with old one. When he tried to start it was not working. After 1 hour of checking again they say that the battery has gone and want to replace a new one. After leaving the bike there for 2 days. They have replaced a old switch and didn't check the battery as this should be checked first. Such a worst service

                              we have got our third service of the car from Honda but we are so dissatisfied from the service as we have discussed. The problem o[censored]nwanted noise in the car during travel twice but they didn't resolve it and they always told that car is in good condition with their own self test on the road without the customer satisfaction, which is shameful on their part and they're not even reverting and there are some other problems also which we have discussed so many times which we can't discussed over here but there is no service call customer care call from their side they are so irresponsible we are really unhappy with the customer service requesting you to resolve the issue and hoping for the same.
