One day i got call from hungama sales and explained about the plans. I said we don't have time to use these but they said it will be charged only if you use them. We will subscribe you now, just try it. If you don't like you can deactivate it and you won't charged for it unless i use them for a month.

I said if they don't charge then activate one plan. But they activated all the plans. After receiving the email i called bsnl customer care and informed the false statement by sales and they activated all the plans. Then i called hungama customer care to deactivate it but no one picked my call. After 5 days i check internet how to deactivate it and then unsubscribed all the plans with in 5 days.

I billed for 400+ rs for this service but till now i never used it (once logged in to unsubscribe it). For march also i got billed for 219 for this service. I have unsubscribed all the plans but i don't know how it was active.

All these problems are due to false statement given in sales call to make me subscribe to this.

I am seeking refund for the billed amount. I am totally frustrated by this. Today i called hungama customer care to report it and unsubscribe everything if anything still active.

Why should i pay without using this service. If i didn't get refund i will take serious action for this. I own a digital marketing and reputation management company. I will sue your company by posting my experience in complain forum and flood social media with my reviews.

Don't mistake me for my words. I frustrated after calling your customer care (waited for half an hour) and finally sending this in hope.


Check my account i never logged hungama. Today i told customer executive to unsubscribe all plans and deactivate my account, if not deactivate it now.

I have been charged a sum of rs.157.74- in the bill no.[protected] dt.06/04/2016 and rs.157.74/- in the bill towards one time charge against bsnl hungama movies/music/games on demand.
I would like to bring to kind notice that i have not either subscribed to or utilised this service so far.
There fore i request you leave necessary steps to refund the amount from my bill and unsubscribe this service with immediate effect.. My land line phone no.[protected], my account no. [protected]

I don't want the hungama website.(Ie) hungama demand for movies, hungama demand for music and hungama demand for games also one time charges.

So block and deactivate the above said hungama web site, hungama demand for movies, hungama demand for music and hungama demand for games immediately please.

I want to deactivate hungama plan immediately. My land line no[protected]. How can you activate this plan without my knowledge. I even don't want to login that site to complain and deactivate the plan totally. Because i never login or visit the site. So immediately cut the plan and cancel the amount rs 533/- from my bill. If you don't take immediate action, i am ready to go to the consumer court.

This is sujatha vidyasagar.My BSNL number is[protected].I didn't activate hungama dated 4.2.16 .But this is activated my number and charged 480 rupees.I didn't use any where.please refund my money.

I want to deactivate all below three Hungama services, with out my approval and acceptance they just active all this three, they just said call from BSNL.
