A lady called me on my BSNL Landline and asked for my email ID and mobile number. Despite my polite refusal she had signed me up for the services. Worst still I asked her repeatedly before giving the details whether I will be charged but she said NO but had billed me for 236 INR...

I have never ever visited their site or have their apps downloaded.

Stop using such lying [censored]s to loot money from ignorant BSNL landline users

I want to deactivate all 3 services from hungama on mt bsnl landline:
1. Music on demand_hungama
2. Movies on demand_hungama
3. Games on demand_hungama

Apart from deactivating the above services, i also want to get the reimbursement of all charges that has been taken from me for all these services till date.

Without taking my proper permission to subscribe for any service on payment basis i was cunningly asked to give my email id and phone no and to press 1 on my bsnl landline phone just for recording purpose of my conversation with bsnl personnel today and i later came to know from other sources that it is the activation of bsnl hungama which i shall have to pay for monthly. Please take proper action against this cunning deal and deactivate my subscription if made. My phone no. Is-[protected], bsnllandline no[protected]. More serious is it that all the bsnl contact mechanism and deactivation mechanism do not work or dissabled.

My landline number is [protected]. Today i have got a call from bsnl they asked me for is your broadband service is ok? After confirmed they said me about the charges of hungama.com. And said me that bsnl has launched that scheme. Then they told me about the charges and told that a mail id and password will be sent to me and that charges nothing for that i have to press 1. As i dont press they confirmed me that it will charge nothing. But when i open their page i see that they have activated those plans after deactivating all those when i call bsnl customer care they told me that i will be charged for that and they can do nothing. Please help me, i have been cheated by bsnl as well as hungama.com.

I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 6 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected] .Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.410/- has been charged against Hungama service When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.

I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

For the past one week, i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

Kindly unsubscribe total hugama package, with immediate effect. Try to contact hungama toll free no.. It is always busy, apart frowm this send lot of mail, always it is bounce back, no further reply for same. Without usage also every month, i have to pay avarage bill rs 500/.
Try to deactivate hungama package on line bsnl also, but unable do so... Kindly unsubscribe hungama package with immediate effect. Land line no[protected].

I want to < un-subscribe> to all my hungama packages, which is activated and charged in this month bsnl bill without my consent and without opening my hungama account. Without requesting to your goodself you had activated hungama facility in my droadband activated on land line no[protected], i had already been request you for deactivation of the sdame but in vain, so you are once again requested to deactivate the same forthwith without any further delay. I had no use of this programme and activation of this access extra financial burden on me

This is disgusting that without my concent the services is started and its been 4-5 month its been charge contineously.
please stop this service and refund the money as i have not utilised or used the services.

Have repeatedly informing you all to deactivate bsnl hungama right since 18th july 2016 & have send a reminder to do the same during august as well on both the occasion have been assured that the deactivation will be done & my complain will be attended to soon with intimation. To me. But have neither the deactivation happened but all the same the bill has been raised. I request you a final time to deactivate bsnl hungama immediately & stop billing me for the same

I am receiving land line bills with value added services like movie on demand./songs/games without my consent, in fact i have complained as i was told on bsnl no.[protected] but nothing was done and i again received the land line bill with rs 424 amount while i have not used any of these services in single time. Kindly do the need to deactivate these services. My land line number is[protected]

Sir, i have recieved a call few months back from bsnl hungama . From that month we are getting more amount in bill . i am not intrested in that hungama app and i do not even login into hungama app. i want to deactivate this hungama plan from my land phone number- [protected]

Rs98&230 was charged in my tele. bill for hungama i never opted for hungama. i asked cc tode activate and sent message. your cc recorded voice is clear [protected] is toll free but charging my land line no[protected] for hungama charges. and cell no [protected] for toll free no was charged. irequest you please refund my money rs98+232 for hungama and rs8+8 charges for toll free no.

I have been financially and mentally disturbed due to the excess payment of rs.489/- since october 2015 onwards. I have not utilized the hungama services even once. I am astonished to have an additional payment of rs.489/- each and every month towards hungama. Please arrange to refund the amount for which i have not utilized the services. A. "We would like to inform you that if you stream half song it goes in
incorrect way because the coins for half streaming is credited in
account but goes in incorrect way so please listen full streaming

after this mail...i never listen music for half streaming...but still they fail my orders.
Delete my account of hungama.com...I also sent mail to hungama.com. Regarding delete of account.

Please do necessary and strict action against this type of fraud company.

I recieved a call on my landline no and they said they have activated hungama plan where i will be able to browse data and videos... I will be given id which they didnt and moreover they satrted charging 200 per monthly... Plz unsubscribe me from this... I went to bsnl office they said they cant do anythng on this they given me a toll free no which they didnt pick i called them many times

I wanted to deactivate my hungama service which of no use to me...
