My subject is about hungama that uses my balance and i do not know how it is activate on my phone. So i m not intrested in this hungama. Due to balance become zero. So plz dont apear this now in my mobile. I am very very worry about this hungama. I am not using this website. So please deactivate this and not apear now this so that i enjoy my balance for my intarrested perposes.

When i open my mobile
There is a notification to add 499 rupees to hungama for this payment i will use 12 months free to download any videos and music
After that i had paid rs 499 to this
And also get 150 cashback on paytm
But when i install this app from playstore
And login with same mobile number which i paid to this app
But unfortunately i am not the user of hungama pro
I am able to download any videos
What about my money i have paid
I dont know what is the reason
Do whatever u can do
But i want my money back or user like pro in your app
So i will use this app for which i paid

Hi. I am debashis chakrabarty of asansol, west bengal. Recently i have purchased vu pixel light smart tv where in i can see hungamatv apps. I have already registered with hungama tv and paid one year subscription against my gmail account ([protected]@gmail.com). Though i am able to see hungama tv in my laptop without any problem but i am always being asked to log in and when i put my email id and password i am being told it is wrong. My data is not matching. I am really fade up..

I want you to cancel the hungama service subscription. I have tried many times to cancel it by sending hungama stop to 5716 and it's not working. Hungama deduct pkr 10/week and it's infuriating that you charge me for nothing. It's very irresponsible on your part to do something like this. Cancel it permanently and i don't want to be charged for nothing again. Thanks....

Please kindly deactivate the services like games on demand, music on demand and movies on demand activated on my landline number without my prior permission. The charges for above mentioned services are enter unnecessarily in my telephone bill. If i don't need these services why should i pay for it. I strictly condemns it.

Dear Sir/Madam,
BSNL Hungama has committed fraud with me.
They called me and told me to send a messege. And suddenly after sending the messege, Hungama login details came to my gmail account. I was shocked to see the login details as I was not expecting this. This is a fraud done by bsnl customer care executives. You are requested to close and unsubscribe my hungama account as I am not able to find any unsubscribe option in the app.

What is this "hangama.com"? In february 2018 i received a mail saying that my broadband[protected] has been subscribed to it. I immediately protested and wrote back that i never wanted any such subscription and i should not be billed. Even then i have been billed and bsnl has been sending me reminders. I wrote to bsnl without any result. I have been forced to pay the bill for february and now there is one more. How is bsnl encouraging these people? Why aren't they taking action against hangama.com or whatever? Why are connecting these bills to our account? Hangama.com is clearly a scam as there is no response on their numbers. I refuse to pay any further sum on this account and demand that the amount already paid is refunded forthwith. Requesting immediate action failing which is will be treated as a criminal act on the part of the said entity as wekl as bsnl for abetting a crime.

Please note that today (13/02/2018) morning someone from bsnl called my home and asked for the bsnl broadband details and activated the bsnl hungama with fraud technique. After that, i got some sms notified that some hungama subscription is activated. Note that this is purely activated without my concern.

I have unsubscribed the same using hungama portal. So please don't cheat anyone this fraud technique.

My humble request to telecast doraemon at least for few hours in the evening on hungama. On hungama tv most of the time shinchan is being telecasted which is not correct and we request you to reduce the time of shinchan program. And we are not getting disney channel also. Please consider our request and do the needful by telecasting doraemon daily in the evening hours at least for 2 hours.

I have never applied for these services on my boradband landline[protected]. Now, i want to discontinue these services immediately over my broadband land line[protected] and correction in my bills so that i can pay correct bill.

It is unnecessary burden by bsnl. Though i have not subscribed for hungama movies and all i pay extra amount since last two months. Please stop this all and deactivate this hungama. My land line no.[protected]. Also the customer care of hungma didnt give correct information regarding the plans. So refund my money and deactivate hungama as soon as possibe.

My land line number is[protected]. I want to deactivate and unsubscribe from hungama on demand plans. In the bill given for the month of April 2017 by bsnl an amount of rupees 1047 is collected as one time charges for bsnl hungama on demand plans. the details of the amount collected is as follows.

When I tried to contact on toll free number[protected] nobody is attending and when tried through e mail no body is receiving and the reply from [protected]@hungama replies the domain name reported that the recipients domain doesnot exist. Then how can Bsnl charge for the plans I am not using. So please do the needfull to deactivate and unsubscribe from hungama on demand plans.

Hungama.com is a useless service from BSNL. I never imagined a public sector company like BSNL getting associated with such cheap cheating HUNGAMA.COM. I never used any movies or music or games. But they simply deducted the money from my bank. e banking for BSNL. When i contacted BSNL personnel they promised that" money will not be cut with out usage and this web site is part of BSNL".

Deactivate HUNGAMA packages for the landline number[protected] . I have charged Rs.410 in the monthly bill for HUNGAMA plans which I didn't subscribed. I had received a call from Bsnl about the plans of HUNGAMA and they just asked the mail i.d. and asked to go through those plans in the hungama-bsnl site. But I have not even logged into it now they has been charged in the bill for HUNGAMA which I haven't subscribed. Regarding to solve this issue made call to bsnl customer service toll free number very worst response from them.
Solve this issue as early as possible its not fair. Many of them have made their complaints against it.
I don't want to receive any extra charges for next month and also make the reduction of about money in the next month bill.
