Sir,
Once I opened The website Hungama.com to get some songs downloaded from there. I downladed hust a Single Song which was costing Rs.5(clearly written on the website's page) and then I closed the website. But now it is about a week(7Days), I get my account balance deducted per dat with the sum Rs.5.
I wan to comlaint about this deduction and want its solution. Otherwise i'll move to some level to get rid of this....

    Respected Sir,
    I'm using loopmobile service, from past 3 days i'm lossing my account balance without any reason, an when I called customer service they told me that some value pack has been download and unlimited downloading has been done through www.hungama.com this site.
    Where as I have not use any service from these site. I hve lost my 95 RS balance because of these site.
    I called my service provider to see & help me they straight forwardly said they cant help me, so I look forward to you to help me and get my money back,
    whenever I refill my cell phone with bigger amount same thing happen my money gets deducted without even visiting that site (www.hungama.com)

    PLEASE ITS MY KIND REQUEST TO YOU SIR PLEASE LOOK FORWARD TO MY COMPLAIN AND TRY TO SORT IT OUT

      I have contacted Hungama.com on 24th Dec, 2009 about membership of its site, they talled me that after enroll to site first month unlimited download will Rs 99/- after one month they send me a confirmation mail, afterconfirmation they will deduct anther Rs 99/-, After one month they send me mail and I requested them to cancell my membership, though I have cancell this they deduct my account and not giving credit since last month,

      any one can suggest me where to complaint against this cheating site,
